Taco Bell

I ordered the soft potato tacos because I think they are super yummy. I decided to add steak(1.40) and cheese(1.00)to each taco. When opened the taco, it looked as if they gave me less potatoes after adding the steak. One taco only had like 3 pieces of potato.

I order 3 items. I only got 2. I ordered a cheesy roll up, a soft taco and a cheezy beefy burrito. Did not get the roll up. The soft taco was also cold when I got home which was barely 5 mins later. Ridiculous

I ordered online and I showed them I paid and everything and they didnt give me my food because they couldn't find it. There was NO MANAGER present either. On top of that, the older man that was there was rude and shrugged his shoulders at me.

Ordered drive through and the girl at the window was very nice but whoever made the food did awful. Looks like it was tossed together real quick and this picture shows exactly what I saw when I opened the taco up. Pretty bad even for fast food.

I had to pay $3 for a water cup because the worker thought I was homeless or something. My car was at the shop and I forgot to stop at the store for water for me and my son extremely rude and disrespectful I didn't get her name she has glasses and works in the drive through window this happened at 5:50 pm I would love to talk to upper management about this. It's Arizona it's hot and no one should ever be refused water

It was very clean and the staff was excellent. However, I was disappointed that when I paid (a lot) extra to have pico and guacamole added to my burritos they were smaller than the originals!

Third time in a row they got my order wrong! Night drive thru crew clearly does not know what they are doing. I swear to god they can never get anything simple right and then play it off like they didn’t do anything wrong. It’s not right that I am spending money for 3 Doritos locos tacos and getting two regular ones. And that just one instance. Like get it together or don’t work there because I swear this is the most incompetent Taco Bell I have ever been too!

First of all, every time I go through drive thru its SOOO FASTT! Like holy crap. Food ordered, food paid for, food received all in under 2 minutes. You can listen to the average song and get food before its finished. I order through DoorDash as well, food gets here in 7-10 minutes flat while I live 5 minutes away. These workers clearly work hard and are amazing. I cant recall a time they messed up my order either, while most food places around this area have messed my order up, Taco Bell ALWAYS pulls through. I love you guys, keep it up 😋😋🖤

Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure of mine. Usually at least once a week. Usually a little less. This location is ALWAYS courteous, quick, hot and spot on. I went last night around 830 ish. Apparently so did the saturday night post happy hour crowd. The drive through was packed and people were obviously being indecisive, with the 100 drive through ridiculous questions. Then being argumentative with the drive through crew. The frustration on the kids working the taco bell was really hard to miss. I started to get worried, as I had ordered online and started to think, my order will probably be messed up with all this going on. Not a chance. At first I was handed the wrong bag. Which was immediately corrected, and I got exactly what I ordered. With a smile. Hats off to this location. Always doing it right .

Couldnt eat my drove through pickup after seeing the drive thru person's snot filled nosetrils. Seriously nauseating!

*this review is in the perspective of a doordash order* I ordered lunch at this location while I am at work. Using the app it automatically connects you to doordash while still allowing you to use your rewards. I had order a build your own box (app exclusive) with a potato taco, chalupa, and cinnamon twists and a chicken quesadilla. My food was still warm upon arrival and I was very satisfied with my order! I did not have many accommodations but all of them were followed exactly. My potato taco was stuffed perfectly was potatoes and non were dry or burnt like other locations I've been to. I asked for 2 sauces and iconically they still shoved a handful of sauces in my bad and loaded me with napkins. I would definitely order from this location again whether it be in person or door dashing again.

Went through the drive thru, Guadalupe was not paying attention and ended up messing up my order. I ordered 3 steak quesadillas among other things, but right after she charged me and gave me my receipt, I noticed that the receipt said 3 chicken quesadillas. I honestly did not even bother asking her to fix it. If you're going to ask me to donate can you at least listen to my order?

I'm not gonna lie this the best service I've received in 2025 my food was correct, the ladies were nice and happy with a smile. I love that. thank you for good service.

Not sure why this place has gotten bad reviews. The staff is always helpful and kind. The food is good, better than most Taco Bells. The only drawback is the area in which it's located, the crazy drug addicts and homeless people are its only flaw. But you can't hold that against them. They do a fantastic job of deterring them from ruining your visit. And they always keep the restaurant clean.

Went to this place before a hike. My mistake. Grave mistake, had to leave mid hike because me and my boyfriend were going to shit our pants. Went home and woke up feeling like I was going to throw up and shit my pants at the same time. 2/10 will say it tasted pretty good.

Yet another woke business. Been going to this store since it opened years ago, service has always been great, good prepared correctly and quickly. I walk in today approached me the counter to waited on. (7 people in the kitchen area) one young lady comes from behind the counter to "escort" over to the order stations in the dinner room area. I tell her I do not get paid to create my order on a machine especially when there are more than enough people behind the counter to work one of the three registers there. She informs that the registers are no longer working. I tell her thank you and leave. I understand businesses wanting to reduce the number of employees because of the soaring cost to have employees but when you have nine people behind the counter you have three registers in front and you try to force your customers to do the work the employee should be doing I do not have to go to those businesses. So the business decides that it wants to use paypoint registers instead of having customer service at the register then you are going to find a drop in business not an increase in business. I don't have to shop in these stores I choose to shop in these stores because they're in my neighborhood but if the owners are coming to the point that they no longer want to provide friendly counter service to buy your goods then they're going to find out a lot of us will stop shopping there!

Look, any Taco Bell is gonna taste like Taco Bell--but I specifically asked for a certain amount of mild/hot/fire sauces. And I asked for like 10 mild sauces and 2 fire sauces. Got a shit ton of fire sauces and zero mild sauces. I hope whoever owns this franchise recognizes that they are operating (shockingly) one of the lowest rated bells in the PHX area, which is honestly hard to do. If the TB on McDowell is open, order from there--they might actually get your order right. This TB is a disaster zone and cannot be trusted to manage basic orders. Don't order from here, especially if you're ordering online.

Service is just terrible here. Bunch of kids who don't like their job not paying attention.

This Taco Bell is awful. I got a cheese quesadilla here yesterday and it barely had any cheese as well as was missing the jalepeno sauce. I was very disappointed. Otherwise, my boyfriend's food order was as described.

They DONT have anything in stock and the food I did order they forgot half of it? Spent $30 and received 2/5 items!!!!!

Fucking stupid never go here to this location or ANY AT ALL. They don't even know their own menu. I received a completely different item and they closed so I wasn't able to talk to them. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Terrible business if you can even call the shit hole that

The employees are great! The food was made delicious! They are doing their best job! Someone was being rude to them abt having to use the machines and the lady responded in a nice way and she offered to take the order on there and the guy kept being rude. If you guys fools don't wanna use the kiosk then simply don't go! Most of other companies are starting to do the same and you guys still keep going! So be nice and patient with them , they are doing their job it's not their fault!

If you wanna walk into a restaurant and be pointed at the kiosk, and this is the perfect place for you. The staff behind the register refused to take orders. Why are they there if their job is replaced by a kiosk.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent employees. I ordered my food and it was correct on the screen. They ended up forgetting some food and when I called about it they said if I don't have a receipt there is nothing they can do. So I drive back there and the lady remember me because I was just in the drive in window. I waited 35 motherfucking min for my 2 tacos as the rest of my food is getting cold at home. Wtf pathetic

All of the Taco Bell's in our area were closed either the fire was out. There was tape all around the building in Scottsdale and the one where we went was great it was at 31st and Thomas and I am really really glad that we found it. My name is Dawn and I live a great many places, so I actually have pretty good taste and this place is decent so if you're looking for Chalupa's they'll fix on the way you want them. Thank you.

employees lack competence and don't even know the ingredients to their own menu items. ordered a loaded black bean flatbread taco. I received a flatbread with beans, potato and cheese. not only that but they missed 2 items on the order...went back through the drive thru to get this remade when I got home I realized they just made the same thing but without cheese? horrible location

Avoid this place on Saturday Mornings- whoever is in charge of making the food does not know how & the manager and cashier are incompetent with disgusting attitudes & demeanors. I've had great experiences every other time I have come to this location- the food is hot and cooked correctly but this morning was a different story. I will not be returning

The cashier Jessica was pretty chill took my order perfectly but when I got to the window I was charged for the wrong order. My receipt said 3taco combo w their $5 box and I ordered a crunch wrap and I got a quesadilla instead I was pretty upset when I got home and seen that they also added sour cream when I specifically asked for no sour cream. Ima still come back but really come on now guys.

staff is incompetent i say just avoid this location all together. how do you forget the cheese with the 'chips and cheese' cmon

Out with the old and in with the new. The eye soar that was the old building has been leveled and replaced with a brand new facility. It's shiny and clean with the style of TB's newest concept. The menu has all the usual suspects and their "Happier Hour" features $1 specials every day from 2:00pm-5:00pm. Recommendations in case the powers that be are reading: The ladies room needs a mirror, coat/purse hook and a baby changing station. It's the little things that make life easier for Customers. :)

Came to this Taco Bell tonight and Alema made my night. She was so kind hearted and her energy was one of a kind. I will be going back to this location even though it's out of my way, just because of her. We need more Alema's in this world.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Fool me three times screw the peace sign. Always getting beef not the steak upgrade I get charged for. Always missing something.

Today I was the first customer of the day and I have to say I was treated quite rudely. I ordered 3 item plus an orange juice. For some reason the employee didn't hear me. When I got my food I noticed the oj was missing, so they closed the window before I could ask. This is when the unessecary attitude began, There was no one behind me, so I waved and asked if I could get an oj, then two employees began to make faces as if they were frustrated and spoke amongst themselves in Spanish saying I forgot to order. What the these employees didn't foresee was that I speak Spanish, that's when had enough and politely corrected their error. To make my breakfast even less satisfactory, I asked for lots of hot sauce and they only gave me three packets. Very disappointing experience.

Literally the worst service ever. Three employees behind the counter. No one even made eye contact with me. I walked out and did not eat there, but I'm sure these disengaged employees did not even care.

I have tried using this taco bell several times to pick up food for my office. Every time, something ends up missing from the order and the drive-thru staff is never friendly. Very poor customer service all around. Will only use the 24th St and Indian School location going forward.

Wow. Where to start? This is quite simply the most delightful Taco Bell dining experience I have ever had. Top notch service, exquisite, perfectly spiced beans, and finest quality of cheese I've encountered since childhood. The sauce packets make for a customizable experience that can't be beat, and their logos consistently find ways to uplift me when I need it. I love their exclusive rewards and offers. Live más indeed, Taco Belle.

if anyone ever invites you to this taco bell, say no. that person is not your friend. also i dont understand the people saying this taco bell is great. im a pretty big fan of taco bell but this one is trash. i first came in to see a large family of homeless children, their mother with a fully smoked cigarette hanging out of her mouth, all 5 children, dressed in torn and filthy clothes, were carrying at least two bags each of random clothes, dishes and kitchenware including a blender full of what i hope was iced tea. a very heavy older gentleman in an automatic wheelchair sat directly in front of the front door while the chihuahua-terrier mix on his lap barked at each guest as they entered. the man would then stare at each guest as if to say "how dare you upset my dog?" .. while i ate three other homeless looking people strolled in, one promptly asked if she could plug her phone into the outlet behind my seat. i agreed and she plugged it in, watched it charge for a minute and then laid down next to me and took a nap. the other two people who came in seperated as soon as they came in the door. the man went to the far corner while the woman strolled to the counter. the man who sat down then yelled "beth!! .. BETH!!" until the woman yelled out "im over here!" and they went back and forth like this for the remainder of my stay. keep in mind this dining room is about 12 feet by 12 feet. these people who yelled like they had lost eachother in a forest were about 5 feet away from eachother. both looked around while yelling like they were trying to see where the other had run off to. on top of all this, the soda fountain did not have a single button that supplied anything other than slightly flavored lake water. the burrito supreme had a half cruncy tortilla. not sure how they managed that one. a ups worker came in halfway through my meal, looked around and walked right back out. i advise you be like that ups worker. or even better, just avoid this place completely.
