Taco Bell

Taco bell must be about to default on your bills. 4 sauce packets for three full size burritos is telling me that this place is not doing well. I wonder how a Taco Bell who has so many customers can't afford to give out more than one sauce packet per burrito. This taco bell ist the absolute slowest Taco Bell i habe every been to

Ordered a crunch wrap to go. Drove 27 minutes home, found a Dorito taco in the bag instead. Had the right order on the receipt but wrong things in the bag. (What I ordered cost more than the taco, if it had been the same price I would’ve just ignored it). Previously also explained and confirmed my order only for it to be wrong but “luckily” I was eating in at that time. So always double check your order when you get the receipt and the food before leaving.

After waiting around 15 minutes in line ... Ordered a small soft drink and 5 crunchy taco supremes without tomato. Got to my table with the order and the tacos had no sour cream and no tomatoes, though my receipt said taco supremes. Took my order to the cashier to point out the error and she put a small tablespoon cup of sour cream on my tray. Refused that and wanted them remade or a refund. They took the order to the back, broke all of the tacos apart, and injected heaping sour cream and re-wrapped. Went back to my table and opened the broken taco carnage. Proceeded back to the cashier and just asked for a refund this time. Got back to my office and also noticed I was only refunded for 3 of my tacos, not all 5, even though I didnt take a single bite. Wont go back.

My wife asked for 2 water cups on Sunday, July 27th around 2-230pm. A young black man at the cashier told her, "only if you give me your phone number". She stared at him in shock since this is unacceptable behavior in Germany. He eventually gave her the cups after an awkward silence. She asked me if this is normal behavior in the USA. IMO, this is unacceptable anywhere and a woman shouldn't have to bother with any form of sexual harassment or unwanted solicitation when getting food or drink at a base foodcourt.

This taco bell is only okay at best, the kids working here don’t really care and have an attitude. The food they make is close to being tacos but they take no pride in it.

Waited in line at 2pm for 15 minutes. They only went through 4 customers. It was so slow that I didnt even order.

There is misleading information here since this place is not accessible publicly but only by people who has entrance cards to the military base

They’ve been messing up on orders lately. Last week, it was giving me hard tacos in place of chalupas and today they forgot two of our items on our togo order: stacker and one 5 layer. Again I didn’t check until we got home assuming they knew what they were doing. I’ll definitely be checking from now on.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got the Crunchwrap supreme and the Cinnabon delights, and they were prepared to perfection

Understaffed, and slow, service without a smile..... one of the slowest Taco Bell's I've ever been too, consistently over the last year. I hope new management will one day whip this place back into shape because it needs it!!

I got a couple of bean burritos and they were so ridiculously stuffed! Usually In the US they are a little deflated, but that was not my experience. The refried beans weren't quite as flavorful or moist as back home, but I still very much enjoyed it, and appreciated them not skimping on the filling. Interestingly they don't have Diablo sauce here. The line is the problem. Very long and slow service. So it goes in Germany.

I am soooo tired of this location. It is unfortunate in this area, this is THE Taco Bell. They are always fucking up the orders and the food looks sloppily made. I ordered two supreme nachos, two crunchy tacos, and a mini beef quesadilla. I did not get a taco! I ordered to go and was given my food to eat there. I ask for it to go. So the worker packs my nachos and hands it to me. She was like, we don't have bags to fit that in. Like I care? So she goes next down to Manchu Wok and gets a huge BX bag. This is customer service at their finest: fucking up orders and rushing you out.

This Taco Bell is a JOKE. Why do something right when you can do it quickly? Half the time the chalupa shells aren't really ever "cooked" and anytime I get a crunch wrap it's haphazardly thrown together and I'm lucky If anything is even on it and it's usually never toasted all the way. Clearly management and training is lacking. I'd rather wait for food that's done right vs it quickly be thrown together. I ordered To go and was missing items and I didn't check before I left and I should've, by the time I got home 2 of my tacos were all over the bottom of the bag because why wrap anything all the way? I get it, it's busy, but clearly nobody cares to do anything the right way and the customer service is average at best. I like Taco Bell, but this one needs an overhaul big time especially being the only Taco Bell.

Well it's Taco Bell, you know what to expect. I will say the new Cantina bowl/burrito is fairly dissapointing - exactly how is corn, lettuce, guac and chicken a new exciting flavor?
