Ok, I guess they dont care! I recommend you pay more elsewhere to avoid the frustration! As much as I love some of the menu items, they just can't/ won't get the orders right. I gave up trying to get the right replacement items. I went back 1 more time and they clearly don't give a sh!t about getting orders right. 1 time is a mistake, 2 times .. it happens, 3 times is a problem... nearly every time? C'mon! This is BS! I reported this to Taco Bell Corp. They sent me a $5 coupon to make up for 6 visits and 60 - $70 worth of bad food. Update- Went back, TB said they would replace the items previously mentioned- They were so rude! I told them they have my name, they were replacing an order. They asked what was on it, ... pull forward. No sorry, or anything .. pull forward. Handed me the bag and shut the window, no sauce, no napkins, no comment. I knocked on the window, said they had taken my name, I was going to give them my name so they could remove me from the list... she said ok and shut the window as I was talking. Aaand the nuggets- BURNT WORSE THAN THE ORIGINAL ONES! See pics Ridiculous! Updated review- Ok, I love the Cantina tacos. But.... why is it so hard to get them without tomatoes? I customize the item on the app, I remind them when I pick it up, and nearly every time... TOMATOES!!! ?? Also, I tried the chicken nuggets, one of them was good. The rest were burnt to a crisp, inedible. I like the sauces, the 1 nugget was good, but the burnt chunks of what used to be chicken were gross. I guess we are going back to stupidity, they got better for a bit, but... See pics of burnt chicken and a taco no tomatoes but with tomatoes. 🙄 Review- It has been a while but I thought I would give TB another chance. Everyone knows RepMo TacoBell has had poor service. Seems they are making some efforts to do better. Staff seems faster, focused, and more friendly. My order was correct and the tacos actually had something in them, unlike before. Tacos were ok, chalupa was hard/ stale, no way it's fresh. Why is it so hard for Taco Bell ... Put sour cream in the same direction you will roll the burrito! Or you get it all in one bite, duh! Total disappointment; Two tbsp of beans, tsp of hamburger mixed in, no shredded cheese, tps of sour cream - 5 layers of tortilla... I don't even know what to say other than the beef supreme chalupa was much worse. Worst food I've ever received there. And I added the Tabasco; 2.5 layer with extra extra tortilla wrap at best. Burritos embarrassed world wide. (Update 3/17/25; Man, I was craving taco bell and the driver and I were mortified. They shoved everything in a bag, shredded bag, our food was old and destroyed; $30+ delivery from Taco Bell, never ever again 😭 Our delivery was trash. Placed order, TB made food, door dash drove 15-20 minutes away and took a other 15 minutes from restaurant. Need I say more. Done done.)

Over and over again we have tried with large time increments in between returning to this Taco Bell. Every freaking time the order is wrong. Luckily it’s close enough we can deal with it sometimes but should not have to. I feel like they are half doing their job and missing things. This is the only Taco Bell I have been to that consistently puts my “box” items in a bag. And when you get two boxes you would think you would get two bags but no. Literally all of our box meals for our entire family are tossed into one bag. And then we are missing half of the box items for each box. For the prices business charge anymore it is absolutely absurd to not get the product right, the service sucks and I would hate to see the kitchen. We won’t be back to this location again.

Every single time I try to give this Taco Bell another chance they prove to me exactly why I hate going through this drive-through. Every single time I go through the drive-through I get home and there’s food that I ordered that I didn’t get, the nacho fries are either far under seasoned or they taste freezer burn or they taste like they were cooked hours ago, and just continued to stay warm, regardless of the fact that they have more than timed out. If you ask for the fries to be made fresh, they always give you an attitude, even though realistically, that’s the only way this Taco Bell actually serve decent price even though they’re underseasoned Taco Bell. I am a mom of five and you guys have completely just lost my service. I’m so tired of dealing with this every time I go through And honestly, I put myself through this because I continue to go back but this is it. I’m so done I would rather drive 10 miles away to get food from a Taco Bell even though there’s one that’s less than a mile from my home.

It's Taco Bell, what can I say I love Taco Bell. It's my all time favorite fast food place. But this Taco Bell in particular has an issue where, no matter how many times you stop here, no matter who is working there, they never give you your sauce, even if you make it clear to them... Just needs better trainers. Actually Republic as a whole needs better hiring management when it comes to these companies.

They're so sweet always fresh food and they were so nice today. There was a tiny hiccups and they were very prompt to fix it.. and gave us fresh food best taco bell out here! Thank you guys for your hard work

I come here a couple times a month and I’m always impressed by the service & swiftness of my visits. And food is always the best compared to other Taco Bell’s I have been to. I appreciate it💓

I was just there passing through omw to work and was made late by the employees obviously favoring someone they knew while ordering to go inside the restaurant.. I ordered a Mexican pizza and soft tacos atleast 5min before this favored guest... i sat there and watched them as they joked back and forth finishing thier order . they ordered a Mexican pizza too and also multiple burritos .. I received my order almost 10 min after theirs which is unacceptable.. i clearly was omw to work and they were clearly enjoying thier day off... and they can't say it was because of the Mexican pizza bcz they had one too and it doesn't take 10 min for two soft tacos

I asked for beans and this is what they gave me I was disappointed because I wasn't expecting that kind of beans I was expecting pinto beans with the cheese and sauce

When you order extra cheese and extra red sauce and you get this garbage. People definitely need to read the order better

order on DoorDash at 2 then it says preparing for an hour for them to close and never got food

Worst Taco Bell hands down. True for the span of my residency in Republic, MO since 2011. It truly keeps getting worse. Don't waste your time or money. You'll regret it! Food is never correct, food is never consistent, it's always cold--drive thru wait time is always ridiculous, employees are rude and careless. I could go on with specifics but just do yourself a service and steer far away!

The employees were rude. They didn't make our food right. When we went in to ask for the right food, they asked for all of it back. They didn't even give us a refund. Then the night manager heckled us and flipped us off and told us to get out of the parking lot. We are extremely unhappy with the service and plan on never coming back. We also plan to let other people know not to come here. Kindness and friendliness matters. And that was not shown today. All we were was a family trying to get something to eat.

There food is terrible and they always get my order wrong I ordered a Mexican pizza and it tasted really bad and I didn't feel good for a few days hands down worst restaurant in fast food

Hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The tacos shells were completely stale, and had almost noin them. The the soda and ice machine was out of order. If you are hungry and are wanting something quick and cheap.... go somewhere else!

I wish I could rate the night crew a negative star.....or 5. They never get my order right. I pay for food that never makes it in the bag. No need for a long rant but if you want good food go to a different location.

This is absolutely ridiculous. My wife and I ordered the Grande Burrito and all we got is a scoop of beef a pinch of cheese and a large tortilla. They had several things on the menu that we tried to order that they said they no longer serve. Told the employee who I would assume was the shift manager about our So CALLED GRANDE BURRITO. And they stated that it is only a dollar dollar frito Burrito. Well if that is the case then change the name and menu to state that. There Is nothing Grande about this and it looks like a train wreck. This Taco Bell Is horrible.

Very disappointed that they have discontinued the delicious Meximelt. Had to quickly choose something else so I ordered the Burrito Supreme with Fiery Sauce packets. Did not get the Fiery packets naturally. The burrito should be called Drippy Soupy Bean and Some Beef Slurry Burrito. Extremely disappointing.

They way over cooked the chicken on the new chicken taco, it was dark brown, very brittle and dry. This was nothing like the chicken tacos we got in Springfield.

I went through drive-through last night. They were very accommodating as far as putting together the food I asked for. The people at the window were polite. The only problem I encountered was that the was very loosely wrapped. A lot of it was all over the bag when I got home. Other than that everything was fine.

It's as good as any of them and probably better than many. it's got the most dangerous parking lot in the entire city. Something really needs to be done about that. The food is good, the service is good the people are nice, but the parking lot and drive through are a problem.

My mom went here on June 14 2019 and the cashier Bryson called her "Sir". We will never eat here again!

Painfully slow and never EVER accurate. I don't think they are bad employees - I think they have terrible management and a lack of accountability. The reason they take a long time and can't get anything right, I believe, is the fact they are socializing and jacking around inside every single time I'm in the drive thru. Playing with phones, goofing around. They need management to step up and make this a professional environment to achieve passable results. It's Taco Bell. Shouldn't be this hard. Let's break down tonight's visit: Nachos require 2 things. I ordered nachos not a cheese cup with no chips. Burrito with no tomatoes had more tomatoes than meat. Saw the kid spill about an inch out of my drink, slap the lid on and hand it out. Taco wrapped so loosely o in paper that by the time I got home, its contents were distributed nicely in the bottom of the bag. But I could break the shell up and use for the missing chips. (Glass half full?) 3 items on my order = 1 packet of sauce. Only car there, still took nearly 10 minutes. Suck it up.

I've lived in Republic for 12 years and, for the entire duration, I have always made a joke of this particular Taco Bell. You're basically playing Taco Power Ball. It seems that with every order, I either get fewer items than I ordered, sometimes I get more than I ordered and on some occasions I get the number of items I ordered and they're actually THE items I ordered. I eat out regularly and only have this problem at this particular Taco Bell. It's become a fun joke with myself and my friends because they're so reliably inaccurate. They have always corrected their mistakes when I have brought it to their attention and on a couple of, hilariously comedic, occasions it has taken more than one try to get the order corrected. To be clear I am not special ordering anything, usually about 3 or so items directly from the menu. For example, Sunday 03/18/12, I ordered 2 Doritos Loco Tacos and One Crunch taco. I received 2 Doritos tacos, 2 soft tacos and a receipt for the actual order I placed. I feel I came out the winner this time. I guess what has made this such an interesting anomaly is that this has been going on for so long. It's almost as if the torch of inaccuracy has been passed from one generation to the next. Perhaps there is a ritual where the departing ruler tests the young heirs to the Throne of the Taco by giving them a series of challenges... the aspirant who manages to completely botch up the instructions they were given becomes the next Baron Von Burrito, Ruler over all The Bell. As for the food itself, It's Taco Bell. You can't expect too much but it's on par with every Taco Bell I have been to. Some kind of meat with iceberg lettuce and a pinch of shredded cheese thrown from 3 feet away into a tortilla of one type or another, then hit with a hammer and stuffed into a bag, sometimes yours, sometimes someone else's.

This location continually leaves items out from your order. The food frequently looks and tastes old. It needs better training and leadership.

If you can avoid this place do so, they never get your order right, if you get what you ordered it's made wrong (for example this one happened often you order beef but they give you chicken or no meat at all). Oh And above all, they are SUPER slooooooow!!!

I strongly suggest eating here if you enjoy waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and pulling away only to realize they forgot half your food. Oh, and they are excellent at making chicken chalupas with ground beef!

Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant. I eat there probably 43 times a week. I've never been disappointed with anything at all. All the food ive gotten was fresh and hot. They have never messed up my order and i will continue to go there until it happens.

Went in and waited, no one ever came to the counter, someone was talking about facebook in the back. Went out came back in with my dad, hollared and then left because nobody ever came. By the way they need to turn their neons on so people can even tell they are open.

I have to say this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, consistently. I was last there 6 months ago, thought I would give it another try today. It is always terrible. They can't seem to get an order right. If you do get all the items that you ordered, they are made incorrectly. Seems like the workers just don't care. I will never eat at this location again. You are better off taking the extra time to drive into Springfield if you are really craving Taco Bell, skip this one all together!

I have been running through the drive-thru many times in the past couple of months, usually ordering the same thing. At first, the beef supreme Chalupas were very tasty, warm, and fresh. The second time, about the same. But then, when I ran through the third time, it was if they gave me the chalupas that had been made many hours prior to my ordering them. They were cold, the wrap was hard, the lettuce was brown and looked like something that was picked in a hayfield, and there wasn't but a tablespoonful of meat in them. I ended up throwing them away. The service I received from the staff I actually dealt with was very professional, but whoever has been doing the making of the food needs to either be reported or they need to find a new job other than in the food industry! Very disappointed in this Taco Bell.

Yes it is just a Taco Bell but ...it is a very clean, friendly and polite Taco Bell. We tend to go inside not drive thru..our orders have always been hot, tasty, and most important to note.. accurate! Lobby is clean. .. bathrooms are clean..even after the lunch rush. The staff has been super helpful often bringing our order to our seat!

they need to train the employees how to count if you order 3 taco, 3 burritos and 3 tosadas...that totals 9 not 6

I eat here quite often and I'm really surprised by the other reviews. If you go during lunch and dinner I find the drive thru can be VERY slow...but the servers are always polite and the food is always good. I can't think of a time when I was unhappy...and I AM one of those people who will call the location and speak to the manager if things aren't acceptable. I HAVE learned to check my orders...regardless of where I go...i.e., McDonalds, Hardees, KFC etc., These people who want $15 an hour for working fast food need to AT LEAST get the freakin orders right! But I digress. I like Taco Bell in Republic. This review is being written on 1/2/2016. Just do yourself a favor and check your order before you drive away if you are in the drive-thru. :)

I think that after i work here as a manager the food has gotten better and i never send out the incorrect order. If you get the wrong order i am not there

I had breakfast there today and was presently surprised. I had a preconception it would be bad and over all it wasn't bad. Service was good. Only complaint is the didn't offer the combo, not that I would have taken it. This is a good taco bell. It will always have room for improvement.
