Door Dash lost my $60 dollar delivery. But Carlos (the manager) made it right! I just had to come by and pick it up myself. But I don'tind because the new store looks good and the service is great. Thank you Carlos!

This taco bell is one of the best taco bells I've ever had! Warm, tasty, fast, and inside is really clean!

I get lunch here all the time, and the food and service is top notch. Marisol, who mans the drive through 9/10 times I'm there, always does an amazing job in a very busy, stressful environment. Would recommend for whenever you need a quick bite at a low price

Quick and easy experience ordering breakfast here. I stopped in to pick up a mobile order for breakfast and stuck around to eat it. This location is modern yet still feels a little like a throwback tacobell, in many good ways. The service was good here as well and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Strictly gave you the bad review because I seen that you raised your prices overnight. I don’t care if they’re even raised by a dime. stop being greedy.

This is our first and very likely our last visit to this location since it reopened (just remodeled). I asked the manager (Tristan) to please change the music to something other than Christian religious music and he said “as long as it’s not profanity, we’re allowed to play anything we want.” One song was “Who am I” by Casting Crowns. While we were inside the restaurant 10 songs played and they were all labeled as Christian genre, when we googled. The lyrics in all the songs repeatedly mentioned “hallelujah god”, “praying”, “having faith”, “following the father”, etc. This is an extremely multicultural area and much of the population around this Taco Bell is other religions. This music is highly inappropriate and tone-deaf for the area.

Taco Bell, PLEASE get your drive-thru queen TO-GETH-ERRRR! his attitude is awful for no reason! He's randomly mean and impatient - there's NO ONE ELSE in the LINE!!! He is so mean and bothered by customers for no reason and gives NO grace - you better KNOW what you want to order before you get to the speaker, or be ready for an all out CLASH. This guy comes claws OUT! KNOW exactly what you want BEFORE you even THINK about entering HIS drive thru. He don't play....AND your order WILL be ruined/awful if you make him mad (which doesn't take much). Very weird/aggressive environment for a 'customer'.

Food has been absolutely horrid since the remodel, the nacho fries are somehow completely soggy but feel like bricks. The service is extremely lackluster and it's clear they don't care about customers anymore.

Never ever go through the drive through. They mess up the order every time. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and a bean burrito and 9 hot causes. I got two tacos and 3 hot causes. Always go in in person and order. Drive thru you never know what you will get.

I have tried all of the options. The hard shell taco is still the most reliably great item on the menu. It's the light, perfect, crunch of the shell. Fantastic!

This review is mainly about their new menu but this location has yet to let me down service wise as well. Stuff is very friendly and is newly renovated. No cashier method which I first found odd but I see the what Taco Bell is trying to accomplish. Everything is ordered through the app or the many kiosks they have. Their new Catina menu is beyond amazing with their new hot sauce it's hard to miss on any of their new items. Shortly after they unveiled their cheez-it menu? I'm a chez-it guy so this was incredible to me have yet to try the Crunchwrap chez it, but have had the tostada. Mannnnnn Taco Bell is making a comeback! You can customize your items and add chipotle sauce, avocado ranch, spicy ranch And many more. Pico de gallo jalapeño's added as add on's?!? Watch out fast food Taco Bell is making some noise. I just wish they'd bring back the chihuahua mascot :/ if you're a 90's Baby you already know! Bravo Taco Bell!

Placed an order through Yelp, which was powered by GrubHub. We were disappointed at the amount of time it took for the order to be picked up and delivered. The time for deliver was extended by 40 minutes after the one hour original delivery time had lapsed. We suspected our order sat around inside Taco Bell for an extended period of time. When it arrived at the house it was cold. Additionally, we were missing one of the drinks. We called the Taco Bell store and were unable to reach a person, but was able to leave a voicemail. Unfortunately, nobody called us back, which is disappointing. Not sure we would use this service or this Taco Bell again as we are unsure whether or not it was Taco Bell that messed the order up or the person making the delivery not picking up all the items.

7/12/19 Tex-Mex Food eh?, Well it was pretty damn good. Not something I could eat on a lot of on a day to day basis. When I do, it is a special occasion. What's the special occasion? You will have to ask me. Upon entering this establishment I had seen a sign advertising for the return of the watermelon slushie. I also saw a sign for the Skittles slushie too. Inside the restaurant i was greeted by Ms. T. She had a pleasant attitude and did not rush me on selecting a meal. I settled on the Number 9 The Cruchwrap. I decided to try the watermelon slushie. After paying for my meal, Ms. T. started doing the process of getting the watermelon slushie ready. I heard the sounds of something going into the cup and asked her what that was? I was told it was just candy. I asked to try the candy, because I had a feel the candy might change the taste of the slushie. I am glad I did, because I did not like the taste if the candy. Ms. T. made the drink without the candy and everything was fine and dandy. Looking around as I sat down to eat, I heard Donald John (why must his name be me name too?) Trump going on at the mouth while eating lunch. (It was annoying) Enough of politics, back to the topic at hand. The food was good, but I could not finish it all. The slushie was out of this world. I might go buy another one after work. If they are out if watermelon, I will try the Skittles slushie. Once again, I will ask the staff member not to add the candy seeds. Nice job Taco Bell.

Pros: 3 Full Stars for great food, which in the Wonder World of Covid is the exception now a days. Everything was fresh and I only had one condiment item left out of my order. Amazing... Cons: The Robotic order taking screens... First question: Dine-in (_) or Take-Out (_). I clicked "Dine-In" and proceeded with my order. When my number was called (flash back to DMV waiting room experiences here), the attendant handed me my order and I proceeded to try and find a place to sit. This is where I discovered the dining area was roped off with a flimsy purple cord. Honestly, you can't see it from the order screen. So, WHY are the robots offering "Dine-in" when the dining area is closed. The staff, amazingly suddenly had a huge problem with the English language when I posed this problem to them. In the end, I had to eat my meal in the 50 degree outdoor weather on tables that were not really maintained or kept clean. I'm going to bet the management's solution to this review will be to buy more purple cord to rope off the outdoor dining area...

The Taco Bell of the famous McTacoHut off of Wiehle Ave in Reston holds a special place in my heart. It's where I had my very first #7 - the order I continue to stand by to this day. It's where I would go while the zamboni cleared the ice at nearby skate quest for dinner every Friday in middle school with the other kids on "Free Skate Fridays." The love I hold for this Taco Bell is strong (and probably very alarming to whoever is reading this review right now). Moving to Washington, D.C., however, taught me one of the hard truths of life - not all Taco Bells are created equal. There is only one Taco Bell accessible from downtown D.C. - and it, unfortunately, is not open all the time, does not have a drive thru, is understaffed, and is just not. that. good. Every time I go to Taco Bell in D.C., I close my eyes and imagine what my #7 would taste like if it was coming from the Taco Bell at the McTacoHut in Reston, and that helps carry me through just a little. With that, I will conclude my love letter to the Wiehle Taco Bell by saying - thank you, Taco Bell, for teaching me that happiness can be bought - by a #7 with a whole lot of fire sauce. Take my money, take my 5 stars, take my soul. And please call your HQ and tell them to build a new Taco Bell in D.C. proper.

I eat a whopping two things from Taco Bell and sadly (er fortunately, I guess depending on how you look at it) I will never come back to this location again. Each time I have been I have encountered the same problem. How can you serve a cheesy gordita crunch without melting the exterior cheese? And who wants gobs upon gobs of sour cream on their chalupa? I should have taken pictures..Totally inedible. And as far as fast food goes, it's not particularly fast anyways. Adios Taco Bell!

Who ever runs this particular Taco Bell must be the General Patton of fast food managers. Their food is always cooked/prepped perfectly and exactly as order with no mistakes- ever! The workers are always friendly and quick. Please be aware that I routinely ask for 15-20 taco sauces. They don't even bat an eyelash, just give me all the extra sauce I need. Try asking McDonald's for extra honey mustard sauce for your nuggets and they respond like you just asked for a soda cup to pee in while waiting in the drive-through. Way to go Taco Bell!

I don't normally review fast food places but I had to make an exception in this case. My daughter is extremely picky and makes several changes and additions to a regular menus item. This can often result in an order being wrong but this location nails it every single time. They are also incredibly fast and efficient in the drive thru. They are also very friendly and nice at the window. This kind of service is usually due to great management. You guys do a great job and it's very much appreciated. Thank you!

Pretty depressing inside, but the food is good. The lighting is dim and the employees do not seem happy at all. However, this location is conveniently near a MCD, PizzaHut, Bank of Am, and Metro.

This is by far the best Taco Bell and arguably the best restaurant establishment in the entire country. I am currently a culinary major and I find this restaurants food to be on par with most high quality Michelin Star establishments. The crew here gives a 110% effort day in and day out and never fails to make sure you are satisfied. Not once have I had a wrong order or a disappointing experience. It is truly an honor, and one of the greatest accomplishments of my young life, to currently hold the proud position of Duke at one of the greatest culinary establishments in the country.

I've been going to the Reston Wiehle Ave Taco Bell for years and it's always clean and the foods decent. As mentioned the drive-thru windows fast and the employees are friendly. I give it five stars for cleanness and value. After-all, this is one of the cheapest places to eat in Reston, and they do try to make everyone happy for a bargain price.

The new cantina tacos are sadly the closest thing I can get around here to California tacos, short of uninspiring attempts in my own kitchen. The carnitas was too mushy, and the chicken was surprisingly tastier than the steak. Lime wedge tucked into the outer foil flap, but really the heat and closed foil still steams the corn tortillas just shy of tearing. The hot TB hot sauce doesn't do it justice, but the only better alternative would be to stop being lazy and buy real hot sauce to stock at home. Cilantro chopped pretty fine, and somehow some green onion got mixed into the onion dice. I'd get it again when I've got a late night craving for protein, but it's cold comfort after having tasted the real deal. 08/26 update: not being told they're out of onion and cilantro before I approach the pay window is kinda B.S.

It was so good I ended up running to the bathroom at midnight barely holding back my shit covering my ass trying to hold it but finally I shit all over the floor I had to clean it up and it still smelt like the damn food I ended up eating my own shit

I use to like this Taco Bell a lot. Few years ago i came here for 3 months straight mon-fri. Everyone was nice and friendly. But now it's not so friendly there. Service is still fast but the people just don't seem too happy about their job. Something must have changed in management... who knows. Let's hope they were just having a bad day or something. Anywho, for now I'll probably be staying away from here at lunch even though I love Taco Bell. Sorry TBell, no hard feelings.

The more I think about it, this place deserves 5 stars (as a Taco Bell). It just does. It is great.

Coming from Washington DC this Taco Bell in Reston is like a beacon of light on a foggy day at sea. I don't know what that means either. What I can say is Is these guys know how to assemble the food. I'm used to the look like someone sat on it and then threw it for a Hail Mary pass before dumping it in a bag look from Washington DC's Taco Bell . The food , dare I say actually taste good and is in the right proportions. Easy to order and customize with their mobile app. One word of caution.....do not order the Cinnabon donut bite concoction, it's so greasy I felt I was eating a sugar covered sponge dipped in oil. Otherwise enjoy Taco Bell!

This Taco Bell is seriously the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. It's so much better than the others in the area that my boyfriend and I took a special trip here from Vienna even though others are significantly closer. Great quality!

Yes yes yes. I love this taco bell so much. Food is always great. I always order the chicken quesadilla & sometimes with the nachos & cheese. Workers there are nice too. Every time I'm craving some taco bell I always go to the one in reston just because I feel like it's one of the best ones near me.

This taco bell has to be the best in the country! I am fan of taco bell and whenever I go on road trips I always make sure to stop at one. This being said, I never have been more satisfied by this one. The service is quick, the food is fresh and it has the best dine in experience. This taco bell makes me 100% certain that it is better than Chipotle. Dont you ever disrespect this Taco Bell. DONT YOU EVER!

This location has made me a Taco Bell convert. Although I am a little bitter that they took away the nacho fries already, I still enjoy the food and the surprising number of Gluten Free options. The drive thru is usually pretty fast and I have yet to get the wrong order. The woman who works the drive thru when I usually go by is very pleasant and sunny. She has actually become a topic of conversation around my office. We love you cheerful Taco Bell lady, you brighten our day. 10/10 will get tacos again

Right up there with Fast Food Heaven off of route 28! Gotta love that you have choices and so closeby (at least to me) for a quick heart clogging lunch. Please take note and either go before 11:30 am or after 1 pm because if you go during peak hours you're gonna pay. long wait lines for the drive thru and if you get lucky you'll get stuck in an intersection (either on Wiehle or between the thru way behind McDonald's and trying to get to Taco Bell's awkwardly positioned drive thru) OH and you better know what you want to order at McDonald's this one doesn't play around. They have people outside taking speed orders to get you on your way. I recall once in the morning getting stuck behind some guy who didn't know what he wanted literally took him 5 minutes or so to choose. It's like really come on now, it's McDonald's you're either getting an Egg McMuffin or Pancake Platter MOVE IT BUDDY!

So let's end the discussion now ... Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos are WAY better than Nacho Cheese. This Taco Bell is just a couple of minutes from my work. There's also a Pizza Hut and McDonald's in this location, and the McDonald's is ALWAYS packed. Even at, say, 2:30PM. But the Taco Bell is never crowded. This usually gives me some pause for concern, but I have never had an issue at this Taco Bell. They get my tacos right every time. They don't have a process built for speed like McDonald's does, but they're efficient and deliver.

This is actually a pretty decent Taco Bell. I used to live in DC and I felt like all the Taco Bell there were pretty horrendous. They never let you get enough sauce, they always skimped on the fillings, and always took their time. The drive through runs very quickly, even during the late hours. They actually to make your items right if you order on their app. It's a pretty great place. The entrance to the drive through is a little difficult to find and requires you to enter through. The McDonald's entrance and go around the corner to the drive through entrance. I'll be back...

They do a good job at this Taco Bell! No complaints. They follow Covid rules and my food is always correct. Nice people in the drive thru! Nice job TB!!

Not sure why I am Yelping Taco Bell since it is fast food but this particular location is great. The people that work there seem nice and the food is always fresh. We pop in sometimes for a Taco Supremes and the veggies are always fresh. The store is clean as well. They have a large menu but I will say a Taco or Taco Supreme although labeled as fast food actually has fresh lettuce and tomatoes which can't hurt.

Haven't even to taco bell in a long time! When I heard they have a buscuit shelled chicken breakfast taco... I had to see it with my own eyes! The McDonald's next door had a line through the lot and taco bell and no one.. so that was nice! The women on the drive through was super friendly and very polite. I got a coffee and the chicken buscuit taco... the taco was actually really tasty! The bun is made entirely out of buscuit dough... light buttery and crisp! The chicken strip inside was also great- a nice coating fried to a golden color. They give you a side of spicy honey (missed it in my pic) but when poured on the taco it really made this thing hit it outta the park for me! This taco bell deff was above par for the average tbell!

This Taco Bell ranks up there as the best for me out of all the Taco Bells in the Reston, Herndon, Sterling, Ashburn, and Leesburg areas. The food has always been tasty and hot. (very important when eating at a fast food place, lol) most importantly, the staff is what sets this TB apart from the rest. They always get my order correct. It's always fast service (drive-thru or dine in) When I say extra sour cream, I get extra sour cream. If I ask for TONS of fire sauce in my bag in the drive-thru, I get TONS of fire sauce. The customer service is the reason to come to this TB. By far, the best service around in the fast food scene.

I tried ordering on the taco bell mobile app and drove up to the speaker and told them my order again but I only got half of my order. I called the restaurant once I realized that they messed up and the manager tells me that I already picked up my order and that was the second time I was driving through. He said I had already gotten my food once but came back again saying that I didn't, and then he gave me free cinnamon delights. Unless someone said my name for their order, or they gave my order to the wrong person, he are lying. I never sent someone to pick up my order so that I could go back and saying that I didn't to get free food. He was telling me that I was scamming the restaurant and that he had already given me free food when he only gave me half my order. I just want to food that I paid for.

Very consistent Taco Bell! The manager Juan is super hard working and always friendly. The staff is great and have never gotten a wrong order!

11:30 on a Saturday night, I have to sit for over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru with only two cars in front of me and about 20 behind me to get too damn burritos. And when I finally get to the window, I noticed it's slow not because of do employees at a lot of orders, but the teenage employees digging around, cracking jokes and throwing sauce packets at each other. It took me over a full minute just to get the change back from my $10 bill oh, because the cashier was too busy cracking jokes and throwing things at each other. This is fucking unacceptable especially in a food service industry. How clean are their hands since they're throwing things around, how clean is anything since they're throwing things around. They don't take the job seriously at all and don't seem to care that there's about 20 hungry people standing in line who can't even leave if they wanted to which I'm sure they did after such a long wait, because of the design of the drive-thru. This isn't even the first time I've experienced this kind of obscene long wait at this Taco Bell, it's par for the course at this fucking point, but what are you going to do when it's the only one open this late period. That's literally the only reason I ever come back to this establishment, because there are no other fucking options at that point.

My wife and I are here at least twice a week. I ordered a taco with sour cream only to find out when I got home it didn't have it on and I was charged for it. This isn't the first time this has happened. I don't expect perfection but I do expect competence.

Decent location, never really too busy. Sometimes ya just need a taco Bell fix and this place is as good as any other to make that happen.

I got the '$5 Nacho Box': Very disappointing; 95% nacho chips, barely any meat at all, with some beans, quacamole & sour cream, sitting on top of a whole lot of chips. Also, the Reston location prices are HIGHER than prices shown on Taco Bell advertising. They say, 'We don't honor those prices'. Feh!

I know everyone is really interested in the McTacoHut Taco Bell so I feel obliged to update you that they charge 6.99 for the $5 Cravings Box. God dammit.

Who doesn't love Taco Bell!? The new smothered burrito is amazing! This establishment was renovated a few years back and is probably the nicest/cleanest Taco Bell I have ever visited. Also, if you haven't checked out the Doritos locos tacos you are seriously missing out.. It's shameful how much I love Taco Bell.

Good food. But the place is very cold. They have the AC set to very low temp. Also they have TV's, when I asked them to turn the volume up, they did not understand. The place can use some clean.

Okay, this is a Taco Bell. I've been to many Taco Bells in my day, and never have I bothered to review one. There's only so much you can expect from it. However, I think this one is noteworthy for a few reasons. 1) It's been owned by the same family for years, and you often see them working there. The staff is friendly, and if they hire someone that isn't, this person probably won't be there anymore next week. 2) The interior is clean and doesn't look dumpy like a lot of other fast food restaurants. 3) My partner has been going there for much longer than I have (10+ years.) He usually does not have to even tell them his order, and they rarely screw it up (he usually get tacos filled with JUST cheese, no meat. Yes, this is possible to screw up.)

I am not going to eat this garbage unless it is after midnight and that is when this one closes. I guess Cantina Bell is too high class for fourth meal. They also leave the drive in lights on and don't post the hours there so you get to feel like a complete tool just sitting there. Probably would have been decent value for the food if it had been open.

I oder from drive thru chicken chalupa nd chicken cantina bowl , chalupa was cold , nd cantina bowl make me sick I got sore throat , never gona get anything from this resturant.

This place has never disappointed me. I mostly order carryout but I have dined-in couple of times. The parking gets tight during lunch time, but all the areas near metro station now have pretty much the same problem. The service is super fast, always get what I order (needed to say this because I have had weird experience with several other Taco Bell joints), and always with a smile. I even got recommendation on their new items by the store manager which was quite interesting. I am their loyal customer.
