Melanie R doesn't even know the menu😂 been ordering the cantina chicken bowl with extra ranch every single time I go on my lunch. But this time I was told the salad comes with sour cream & doesn't come with ranch and never has. Then when I get my food, it has ranch. So I tried to show her and she says "oh that's avocado sauce." So I tried to say "maybe you should say that next time so I can ask for the right thing" and she cuts me off and says "know before you ask" and shuts the window on me and walks away, like how am I supposed to know before I ask if you don't even know what your food comes with yourself?😂 Then I called in to speak with a manager whom confirmed the salad part does indeed come with avacado ranch (i apologize Melanie R that i didn't specify it was Avacado Ranch and not just Ranch. Will you find it in your hello kitty heart to forgive me?) and I'm not sure if I even got to explain what happened because she just kept talking over me saying "ok I'll talk to her" like girl, how you gonna talk to her if you don't even know what im saying talking over me😂 and when I asked for a way to talk with a supervisor or corporate and was told to just leave a review. The food is always good but jeeeez dude, the people that work there are probably not getting paid enough because the customer service is always horribly inconsistent. Might I note, i really hope Melanie R isn't someone else because that'd be really unfair if some other worker hopped on her register but the rude lady was whoever was wearing the hat with either hello kitty or white/pink flowers on it, don't remember.

I witnessed the staff at this location, yelled at a man that had a service animal to get out that they don’t allow animals in the store. This is very illegal for them to do. The dog was not barking was not acting up in any manner you could clearly see, even without him, announcing it that the animal was a service animal. I cannot believe what I witnessed today and I hope this reaches out to someone who is able to broadcast this and let them know that they are being watched. This is ridiculous.

As a third-party delivery driver/partner, the service I received at this location was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I was left waiting for an order for over 20 minutes. Though I was standing clearly visible at the counter, the staff members repeatedly failed to acknowledge me, say hello, or ask if I needed assistance. They served other customers while ignoring my presence, which felt intentionally disrespectful of my time and job. ​The result of this 20-minute operational failure is that I was forced to cancel the order. This means the customer now has to wait even longer for a new driver and their food. This location's poor service hurts drivers and customers alike. Delivery partners should avoid this store.

Just left this spot because the guy taking the order didn't sound like he was having a good day! Sorry dude, just say you don't want to take my order and I'll keep it moving. Sucks because there was no one in the restaurant, so it's not like they were busy, but hey... we'll just avoid this location!! $20 an hour...the least you can do is pretend you want to work there!

This particular location is a total time warp to the late 90's themed Taco Bell. I love it! Anyway, I finally got a taste of the Mexican Pizza and I'm ecstatic that it's back!!! It hasn't been changed one bit and it's perfect the way it is. They (Taco Bell corporate) didn't need to drop this delicious item from their menu.

If your order food through the drive thru, DO NOT move your car from the window. I've gone twice on 2 seprate occasions qnd was asked to park in the front which I respectfully did to give them time just for them to "forget" to bring it out to me and the 2nd time they gave my paid food away to someone random INSIDE the restaurant. Both times I was sitting directly in front and waited for over 30 minutes 😡

Very disappointed every time. I've given this Taco Bell multiple chances, but they never get my order right. Items are often missing, the food is cold by the time I get it, and the quality just isn't consistent. It's frustrating to pay for food that isn't made properly. Definitely needs better quality control and customer service.

Taco bell is one of my favorite fast foods let me tell you and this was my spot to go when I lived in the area today i had an errands to do there so decided to stop today and rude ass cashier nd most of all not the way to talk to any one it was not directly to me but to other never seen that anywhere else until today and to top it off i was doing my order on the kiosk which she told me to order nd she was trying to rush me to put in the order. My main point here please have staff who have good manners and respect to bring in more customers because with this type of rude staff will never be a good look at all. She should be to door greater since she likes to be guarding the restroom at all. Why will you order in the kiosk if they don't even trust you when you tell them to give you your cup for your drinks !!

Would leave 0 stars if i could. im very pregnant and came in to get a drink and use the restroom, the employe behind the counter very rudely told me i couldn't use the restroom unless i bought something before even letting me finish speaking. While i was trying to order my drink so i could use the restroom they let someone who just walked into the door into the restroom. Very disappointed as taco bell is my favorite fast food place and i really wanted my drink but at that point i just left because wtf

Don't even bother going here unless you hate yourself. Their success rate in which they accurately made the meal I ordered sits about 10%. Today not only did they completely give me the wrong order, when I went inside to get my order they acted as if nobody had ordered these items all day, let alone 3 minutes ago. Fear not-they eventually remade my order...and included the sour cream and tortilla strips u specifically asked them not to put in it twice. If you've been fired from several jobs I would encourage you to apply here, as you'll likely be manager by next Tuesday

We got up to the window, started to try to order, and I guess the lady taking our order was confused because they cancelled our order without a word, we were sitting in line waiting for someone to talk to us for 5 minutes, until we had to just go to the window. once we got there, we had to take our order again, face to face this time, and they got our order wrong. the lady asked us verbally with eye contact "freezy mountain dew or drink" we answered "regular drink" and then she proceeded to give us a small frozen baja blast. She was confusing us a lot, and seemed even more confused herself.

Ordered drive thru just now; service and how fast we got our food was fine. My beefy five layer burritos were absolutely disgusting. The beans were caked together and old. Beef was old as well but not nearly as bad the beans. Anytime I go to Taco Bell now I will be trying my burrito before leaving because that was an absolute waste of money. Please remake your ingredients when they get old and have been sitting out. That's sort of Taco Bell 101.

Won't be coming here anymore. Customer service, if that's what you want to call it is horrible over here. You're never greeted when you walk in. To put it blunt, you're outright ignored. They would rather you use the kiosk rather than take your order at the counter. When my food was ready, my name was called, and my food was left at the counter. The girl took off before I could even ask for sauce. I stood there for 3 to 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter so I could get some sauce. Finally, the cook came from the back after I flagged her down and gave me sauce and apologized for the other workers who were only concerned with drive-through. My dollars will be spent on businesses who appreciate their customers.

I've been going here for years and I never had an issue till now. My order had an extra ingredient in it, which I wasn't too happy about. It had extra sauce which i'm not too fond of. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Susie. she invited me back and rectified the problem quickly and without a hassle. I ordered more food that day and was so happy with it. I would recommend this Taco Bell to others. Especially because of the great customer service. I received not to mention the awesome food that they do put out.

This is the closest Taco Bell to my house so I've ordered from it several times. Being lactose intolerant, I frequently have to ask for burritos without cheese. Only ONCE in over five times of ordering have they gotten that right. I am not hyperbolizing here-- even besides the cheese thing, they have goofed up my order EVERY time i have ordered from this location. I've received deliveries completely incongruent with my order without exception. The drink will be wrong (wrong size, and usually, the wrong drink entirely), the number of items ordered will be wrong, or their won't be any sauce (even if we asked for handfuls). I write this review because it needs to be said. Nothing against the workers-- working in fast food sucks, I know-- however, customers should know what to expect.

The only reason this review is getting two stars is because the gentleman who passed my husband and I our food was very very kind and actually expressed customer service skills. The woman who took our order however lacked customer service skills and clearly did not care about her job or the customer experience. We asked for a strawberry lemonade freeze and we're handed a blueberry freeze instead and due to frustration with the already bad experience we were having we just felt it unnecessary to even ask them to fix it for us. I will not be returning to this location I am extremely disappointed and on top of that we asked for two different kinds of sauces and they only gave us like three fire sauces. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND For reference to Taco Bell we went March 20, 2021 at 9pm.

Came here to enjoy food after a long stressful day. I ordered a chalupa box hoping to enjoy the 5-layer burrito instead I got a bean burrito with nacho cheese! Where are my tomatoes and lettuce? They were also stingy with the sauces, they only gave me 1 sauce. I will never eat here again and would not recommend this "restaurant" to anyone!

Taco Bell San Bernardino SUCKS!! So does their regional manager and corporate office. I asked to use the bathroom they said you have to buy something 1st. There's no posted signs stating a purchase is required to utilize the bathroom. I bought a drink asked for the regional managers name and number they said No. I asked for their names they said all of their names were Maria! They are ignorant and a bunch of unprofessional people. I will never go to this location again with the misfits and idiots!!!!

Consistently screw up your order, unprofessional or even remotely serviceable employees, and ridiculous wait times for lines that aren't that bad. Terrible. They messed up EVERYTHING on my order. I asked for no tomatoes in the Burrito Supreme...my son has a tomato allergy. They put tomatoes in anyway. I paid $2 for meat on two orders of Triple Layer nachos. They didn't put anything on either. And to top it off, I had to wait about 20 minutes in line with ONE PERSON in front of me. Ridiculous.

Food was fine, the usual for Taco Bell. But omg, this was the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen! Not only do you have to PAY to use their bathroom, but there was zero hand soap or hand sanitizer, the sink was full of dirty napkins, the trash was full of crap (including someone's drink), and the toilet/floor was nasty dirty. I won't go back here unless it's drive through, just because I'm scared I'll have to go to the bathroom while I'm there! Also.... if there's no hand soap in the bathroom, how do the employees wash their hands before handing our food???

Clerk couldn't have care less about helping anyone--she was sitting there on her phone. Bathroom didn't look clean in a while and said clerk didn't care about it either when we shared the bathroom needed attention. Super slow too. But at least in this one we got all the ordered items.

Restaurant was dirty. Bathrooms, that they require a token to use, were disgusting, without toilet seat covers and had minimal toilet paper. Food was okay but took 25 minutes to get. Food tasted good and was made correctly. If you're from out of town, don't stop here.

Customer service was extremely dreary. I have never had digestive issues with eating here, but immediately after opening my food, the food looked old as if it had been sitting . The ground beef did not look appetizing and it was still cold. After eating, I was nauseous all evening and waking up, I am still nauseous to the point of almost vomiting. Even the person who came and ate with me is dealing with digestive discomfort due to the food here. Its extremely uncomfortable and I don't intend to eat at Taco Bell anymore.

Imagine craving a burrito CHICKEN supreme all day... you get there.. pay the extra for the chicken. Leave. Get to work. Sit down in the break room take a big ol bite only to find out they put beef in it. I had to pack up, turn around and go back. This is the third time they've done this. I don't understand what the point of paying extra for the chicken when they don't even give it to you the first time you fu***ng order! The other time I was here I got one of the cheap quesadilla the mini one. I took twenty five minutes to get a mini quesadilla. Stay away. You're better off going to Del Taco right across the street. Way way way better. UPDATE***** Went again today. They got my order correct this time. Food was quick even with the drive thru backed up to the street.

These motherfuckers are fucking slow. I was I'm the drive-thru for 4 minutes, backed out cause there was no one behind me. I then went inside, It was a slow day, and I went inside and waiting 3-4 minutes. I was the only one in the line, as I had to yell, "can I order now"? My order did come about less than 2 minutes after ordering, and the machine had no ice. Poor ass service! I been going on and off to this location, and before they had way better service than now. PS: When you have teenagers working, you get fucked up service. When the workers be like 30s, and 40s It might or might not be good, but i guaranteed it's always better than some damn teenagers...

Standard Taco Bell food. Drive thru is dreadfully slow! Never been inside. This location is on my way home from work and is the closest to my house. Sunday night 6:50pm, 4 cars in drive thru & it took 23 minutes to make it through. If there were any more convenient locations, I would surely choose them over this one.

The audacity of the workers here, I mean the relaxed nerve in which they take their time to get you food. I sat in the drive thru, literally stuck in between 2 cars for half an hour. Simple order but the slow service was ridiculous. You have workers laughing, no care in the world and obviously high. Something is very wrong here.

Today I was going to grab breakfast at this Taco Bell. But I really needed to use the bathroom first. So I asked to use the bathroom and was told it was 25 cents. I asked what you mean??? She said get out a quarter and put it in the door and turn the handle like I was a kid. Coming from the employee named Esmeralda completely unprofessional. I would love to speak to the GM. i treat people how i want to be treated so if you come at me with an attitude im going to talk to you just how you talk to me what you give is what you will get unless you've work at fast food and understand and know what goes down in the back of the house then you will probably think twice about what your review will be about this taco bell does everything in there power to make you leave there with a smile always fix your order if its wrong and always try to compensate you or if it dont make you happy ask for a refund and they have no problem returning you your money after you eat most of it all as long as you have your receipt now they are hard working individuals and they cud only do so much if your gonna pin point only the bad just stay your lazy behinds home and cook something for your family etc the effort is there its just not many grateful honest petson if you are having a bad day keep away why bring your negative vibes and energys into the store keep your ass at home and cook save yourself a headache

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a veggie power bowl. The guy seemed distracted or something taking the order to begin with. Long story short, I get home and there is chicken on it. So I gave them a call and told them about it and they didn't even seem to care whatsoever. I told them my bf was coming to exchange it and they said okay. Very rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills at all.
