People wonder why they are being replaced with AI. Pretty sure a robot would have thrown this chicken out as required… Instead I got stuck with a 3 karat fried diamond cantina burrito.

This Taco Bell on Gause Blvd is consistently terrible. When I walked in, it took about ten minutes just for someone to acknowledge me, and when they finally did, they had an attitude like I was bothering them. While preparing my order, they didn’t even hand it to me — they just left it sitting on top of a machine without saying anything. The staff is slow, unprofessional, and the store smelled like someone had urinated inside. It was disgusting. This isn’t the first time either — the last time, I ended up canceling my Uber Eats order because of how bad the service was. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I got here at 9:15 and went through the drive thru. They told me to hang on a minute so I waited about 5 minutes n nobody answered. Pulled up to the window and after about a minute someone finally come to the window but it was the cook. The window lady was on the phone. Anyway no food they weren't ready to serve. Hire better people

I think they poisoned me. I got 2 small burritos and a taco 10 minutes later I couldn't leave the bathroom. 30 minutes later my friends got some there ad. Almost immediately had to go to the bathroom. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Something is not right here.

The food is what you would expect from Taco Bell. My issue is that I’ve had to order from there on DoorDash a few times and each time they’ve not given me several of the items I ordered. Never seem to have this issue when I go to the drive-through. It’s frustrating because it costs so much more to DoorDash and then to not get half of what I ordered is very disappointing.

They will not help you resolve issues with door dashers stealing/tampering with food. Refused to remake my order after it had been almost a half and hour that went by, my dasher canceled my order after lying about an explosion and Taco Bell wasn’t helpful at all….. Every time I go there they are rude as hell….

Worst Tacobell in world, this place never find right people to work for. Food quality is worst, my suggestion is to close this place. Dining area is always closed. Employees at drive thru is very un professional and rude. Not worth going there.

The food was terrible and the service matched. I sat there for 40 minutes then and the woman there was super rude then finally a really nice boy came and finally helped me but the kicker was my food was sitting ontop of a machine in the back the whole time 1/10. Would not recommend

Pretty average Taco Bell. Had some rough patches in the last couple years, but that has been true of almost every fast food place I've been to thanks to the pandemic and staffing shortages. The one thing I think worth noting is the parking lot design. There is parking on only one side of the building, which is the side with the entrance to the building and drive-thru. That entrance is also the only way you can exit without getting in the drive-thru line. When the drive-thru line backs out to the road, it effectively divides the parking lot in half and blocks/traps half the parking spots. So although you can sometimes get your food faster by going inside to order, you may waste some time trying to get out of the parking lot.

Do not go to the one on Gause. They rushed to get us our order and messed up the whole thing and then caught attitude when we asked for sauce through the drive through. Make sure the order is right before you give it to your customer.

I would leave a zero if I could. As a business owner I would fire the entire staff working on 10-8-24. Went in to place order. No one in there. Guy comes out and tells me I have to use the automated system if I want to order and walks off. I left. Of anyone knows the owner let them know about the cash leaks due to the ride and lazy employees

If I could give no stars I would. We sat in this drive thru with NO cars ahead of us for 8 minutes, we were asked to wait a second. When I finally said," Are we able to order now it's been 8 minutes?" A guys response was, " I have a big order ahead of you so You're welcome to go somewhere else with your attitude." We were in shock. And we were only ordering drinks!!!

Biggest pile of shitt I've visited in a while, two people in line and a 30 minute wait. Y'all should consider hiring employees that give a shit. Hard to make a profit if you don't sell anything when people are waiting in line

I just left this location the lady that is working there right now has got to be the rudest person ever she looks at me and ask me if I'm here to order anything and I said well are you having a good day and she turned around and left hid behind the fountain drinks machine i can see why this place has 2 stars don't go there horrible horrible service

I'd say this Taco Bell never lets me down, good service and good employees. Go to this Taco Bell if u are in Slidell.

By far the most terrible food service experience I've had. An entire group of humans standing inside smoking weed and talking. We sat in line for 34 minutes. At A TACOBELL. Everyone in the line was getting out of their cars, honking, and we weren't able to get their attention until we walked out and physically knocked on their sliding window. After that we got them to deliver our orders and found that every single order was incorrect and lacked 1+ items. The worst experience of my life from some of the most inconsiderate beings I've ever encountered. @Taco Bell Corporate, you must look into this location.

So mad they got rid of the taco salad and the mexiscan pizza!!! The tacos are so soggy when I eat them!!!

Went out of my way to come here. Closed @ 11:30pm Online it says 2am. Place even looked open with employees outside.

Best Taco Bell in Slidell the employee's here are so sweet and professional! They always get my order right, and is freshly cooked never soggy or cold, it truly makes a difference when people are genuinely nice!

If only I could put no stars. Worst service ever. Seriously, if you ever think "MMM Taco Bell sounds good", STOP. Come up with something else to eat. Save yourself the trouble of a total awful dining experience. From the drive thru to the first bite, not worth your time or money. I hope this location goes under. Maybe next time you will invest in proper employees and customer service. 0 Stars. You earned it.

TL;DR don't waste your time here and head one exit north for lots of other great, less incompetently-staffed options. What an infuriating experience! The employees were all just standing around not doing anything while we waited for an inordinate amount of time in the drive thru. We honked and knocked on the window and when they opened and we asked what was taking so long their answer was "we're making your food, baby" in what I would describe as the rudest tone I've heard in a while. When she handed us our food she said IN THE SNARKIEST TONE, "and next time don't knock on the glass." How about you COMMUNICATE to your customers and be a productive member of your team? Bad attitudes and bad work ethic show immensely at this location. Don't let the updated exterior fool you, the staff here are among the worst I've encountered. They were out of two different drinks we asked for when ordering. The food order itself was completely wrong and didn't even include some of the items we ordered and paid for. Taco Bell needs to expect more out of their staff or they are going to lose their customer base quickly.

Lucky I can't give zero stars, cause this well deserves it. Window sign clearly states dine in open! Come on in after hours of traveling just want to sit and eat a meal. The staff feeling not like serving dine in locked the lobby drive through only

Extremely rude manager comes up to the drive through window while I'm explaining to the server that all I have is a $100 bill and rudely yells at me "We don't carry change for that sir. Have a nice day" before slamming the window in my face. What a douche!

Woke up after a long nap and not feeling well. This location is 4 mins from my house so I let my dogs out and headed that way. Pulled into the drive thru where I was met over the microphone by a very soft and polite young woman. I placed my order and pulled around to a smiling face and again well mannered young lady. She excused herself from the window to assist in the back for a moment when another smiling young man delivered my order to me with the sauces I had previously requested. He asked me if I needed anything else and wished me a good night. That's the kind of workers and service that needs to be commended. 1:20 am 1-24-2020

Got to be one of the worst Taco Bell's I have been to. Went into the store and had to order on the kiosk as nobody came to the counter to take my order. Waited a long time for my food to go. Had to ask for the drink I ordered. They gave me an extra bean burrito for my wait., but when I got on the freeway a block away bit into a cold almost empty bean burrito. They were all this way. Corporate you need to send a trainer to this location to show them how to prepare the food and properly clean the restaurant. Oh no tomatoes on the taco!

Drive-Thru took 35+ minutes. Ridiculously slow. Been here a handful of times over the last two years. Keep telling myself, 'surely they will be better.' Nope. Just terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I don't know why I keep going here. Once again they got my order wrong. It was a simple 3 items yet they managed get it wrong. I ended up with less food than I paid for.

So yummy. First time having taco bell they treated me so good. Kinda messed up a few orders but ok we all make mistakes and they're trying their best. Makes me so sad they're getting torn apart on here so ill just come on and help the rating and say yah pretty good!

I went through drive through last night about one am and the girl who took order was rude as heck and they didn't have Mountain Dew which was ok but with her attitude I was just done already then she finished my order with an attitude and when I got to window to pay she then said they were out of Mexican pizzas well she should have known that twenty seconds earlier!! She just was rude the whole time and they were out of hard tacos for the chalupa box! I feel they didn't wanna cook anything that took effort I work at a restaurant and gave for ten years in bourbon and I know it was just them being lazy and she was just rude if you hate your job then find another anyway every other time I have come everyone was awesome and you guys had everything I get off late so when I get off I'm hungry or kids are so I come a lot or go to fast food for kids and she was by far the worse service I've had

Went through the drive thru tonight to get myself and my partner some late dinner. When I left, I noticed that some of my food was missing. I called and let them know, but I was greeted with how there was nothing they could do about it. Since the lady on the phone "personally" bagged my order, I must've been wrong, even though I checked the bag and knew some things weren't in there (quesadilla, burrito, tacos, etc).

Always the longest wait, in the line, at the menu, and at the window - horrible service and the past few times hasn't even been correct. We were told they would be right with us... 15 minutes later we were able to order.

Not impressed. Went here a couple day ago and got gypped on my order. I hate it when I order nachos and get barely any cheese in the cup. I received a cup on this day that was about 1/4 full. Might as well not even given me any. My taco had barely any meat. Very little lettuce and cheese as well. I wasn't asked if I wanted any sauce and when I asked for it the girl in the drive thru acted like she couldn't hear me so I left without any. My drink came with a cracked lid so I nearly spilled it everywhere when I took it from her. They need to get with it.

I literally took the time out of my day to make a yelp just to tell y'all how much this place sucks. Me and my girlfriend got 6 cheesy roll-ups Every single one had like half a sprinkle of cheese on them, and when we asked the lady if we could get ones with more cheese she told us "I'm not remakimg that for you". So yeah, I wouldn't recommend it, this is the lowest rated taco bell for a reason.

Whatever this Taco Bell has done lately, it is working! Orders are correct, employees are polite, and my order has been very well made!! A big difference from last year!

They are horrible with service. Food look like it was thrown together by a 1yr old. All mangers have attitudes with assisting the customers. I will never go back to them worst service ever.

Standard Taco Bell, but the staff seem to be significantly less miserable than other employees at other Taco Bells. Food comes out fast, and I didn't die of diarrhea.

I rarely give bad reviews but this lady has me so mad! First her over the intercom was not happy sounding and very short answered. I wanted to know more about the steak tacos but being that her tone was so bad I said forget it. She asked with such attitude did we want anything else and I said yes but forgot a drink so that must have made her upset. I come to the window and as she handed me my drink I politely asked her could she possibly throw away a old cup I had in the car to make space. No she didn't have to throw it away but I usually don't have a problem with staff helping me make space in my car. She tells me NO. Like your rude from the start, tone that isn't for work and not helpful. Lord knows I would love to tell a manager to get new people to work at this location. That was the service ! Ok the frozen drinks they were out of yall flavors but lemonade! Like really . The food is what every location provides. Oh it does say now hiring sooo maybe that has something to do with her attitude she is being over worked. Look if you see this review maybe change your attitude or find another job.

Horrible ... you gotta be out of your mind to eat food from here. That is just disrespectful to yourself. Go to another Taco Bell . Save yourself please never had mY order right , out of about maybe 5 times . Everytime I ask myself why didn't I check my food bEfore I goT home ‍‍

They need to watch who they are hiring bc there employees are really rude.. Some of them give you a nasty attitude and facial expressions are not welcoming at all..

I work as a restaurant manager in New Orleans. I often get off work at 2-3am and after a 10-12 hour shift I'm just not in the mood to cook dinner. I don't normally eat fast food but I had a quick turnaround for work and just wanted to grab something to eat and go to bed. I pulled up at 330am and there were 3 employees outside, including one with a headset on, who told me the restaurant was closed and that the computers were down. I called the restaurant and they stated that they were open until 4am. While they did eventually fulfill my order, which wasn't extravagant, it's such poor customer service to have to go through the runaround. This was the 3rd time I had a similar experience at this location. Attitude is a reflection of management and if you're employees are exhibiting such behavior, I have to question the efficacy of the management staff at this location.

Slow drive thru. About 40 minutes for a medium size order. 2 orders of 3 tacos each, plus 2 sodas and water. Food was fine.

Will never go to this tacobell again. Inside was empty 0 customers inside or in line, i stood at the counter and waited 6 minutes until someone took my order. Asked for extra source sourcream and the only response I got from the guy was a dirty look and no extra sourcream. After I got home I had no sourcream on my cheesy potatoes, no utensil for my cheesy potatoes, no napkins, and no sauce that I asked for, not a single pack. Use to go to this location all the time because it's close to my house but I'll drive across town from now on for a friendly, fast, and accurate order.

Doesn't make food right. (Forgets to put sour cream or adds wrong sauce.) and forgets to put food you ordered in your bag.

This location has always been hit and miss, but tonight the food was cold and looked like it had been premaid very disappointed. I will not return to this location,there is better ways to put pollution into my body

This location had the best customer service I've ever had at a Taco Bell. Eunice is the best employeee! And the food was made quickly but also very neatly. Seems a small thing but most of the time it's thrown together and stuff is falling out or there is barely any cheese. It was an all around great meal.

It is fast food, but it is the best. The service here is absolutely excellent! They are always so polite and they get my order right every time.

This location is the worst Taco Bell experience. For years I have driven 5 miles further to another location to avoid it. Unfortunately I had to go there last night and it's even worse than I remember. Employees are incompetent and don't care. Food quality is horrible. They can't even wrap a Taco correctly and place it in the bag. And of course the order was wrong. Go to the Old Spanish Trail exit. Avoid this location like the plague!!!

Horrible, supposed to be a new improved Taco Bell. SMH. Rude girl at the window and all our food literally thrown in the bag. We had to fix our burritos and gorditas in order to eat them. More food in the bottom of the bag than in the wrappers.

Went To Order A 12 Pack Party Tacos At 3:05 am Friday,and was told I can't place that party pack order ,I said Since When, She Tells Me Because They Can't Sell 12 packs After 3am. Really at Taco Bell I can't Buy 12 Tacos. That's It I Left......These People That Don't Want To Do There Job Should Quit....And Get A Life
