My bar is so low, so I can ignore a lot. Ordered a takeout and after waiting 10 min to get someone to turn around and acknowledge me to give me my already made order I asked if it had a straw, and she lied straight to my face. How about checking instead if you don’t know.

I had a take - out medium mango ice tea on a happy hour. The take-out order was smooth. The order was taken by an interactive voice response system. No trouble in placing the order. The person who delivered the order was nice to talk to! Overall nice experience!

Just kicking del tacos ass. The menu selections are always innovative while maintaining standard staples. Don't even change my chicken cantina bowl.

It's as if they get paid extra if they get you out faster. This place has no patience for a person to decide what they want to eat, and on top of that, they make quite a few mistakes. Don't order takeout unless your on your toes.

So when you don't have the staff to have the lobby open at 7pm on a Saturday you need to update the system so we know not to visit. Placing orders and sitting in the drive though for 20 minutes isn't OK. Welcome to Taco Bell's corporate test/demo location! Plant-based beef (PBB) on limited trial for a week or so 4/21/2021, subbed for ground beef at no charge (!) on request in person or drive-thru NOT app or kiosk (for the test). I think they got this right! Very good flavor, different from the Del Taco product, pea/chickpea based. Dine-in completely open again-the newest design; self-serve drinks, wifi good. Also excellent, friendly staff that helped me with what was in this new product so I could understand it. As good a megachain experience as I've had, and I think it bodes well for the fast food future!

Automated drive through attendant - which sucks because you have to sit through all the BS prompts of “do you have a 4 digit code, do you want to add nacho fries and do you want to round up….god, put a human back on the mic and cut the time in half.

This Taco Bell is good. I have had good food and service. I come here a few times a week for lunch breaks.

Just had the most amazing customer service from Sophia and Fabian! They did not make me feel rushed and really helped me feel so much better after getting off a long shift. (The tacos were a bonus!) Thank you!

If you have little money I think that you should get 3 cheese Rolls and a Medium drink. I think that the employees do a wonderful job keeping this place very clean. I think that Sofie, Benny, Crystal, Pablo, Olga, Maria, Angie, Angeline. They do a wonderful job I will always pray for these people that work here and the names I typed on this review. I think that Jose should be employee of the month of May and June. I love coming here at Taco Bell and chat with them when they have time. Heavenly father in Heaven I send a prayer for Crystal, Olga, Maria, Benny, Sofie, Jose, Angie, Angeline, Pablo, and Lorena as well the new hired. I pray that these people have a blessful day I pray this in Jesus name Amen. Taco Bell is number 1 I would like to inform Maria that a homeless man was sleeping here and I think that Taco Bell is not a hotel at all. It's a place of business if you customer are going to buy some food then buy it if you want to use the Restroom it's straight ahead look at the signs! Have this location one more try wasn't to happy the last few times with the service but today Emanuel was very nice and explained several things to me I did not feel rushed at all if service is like Emanuel's I will continue to come to this location. I came by Sunday may 11 around 9:45 am

First, let me say that I am considering this Taco Bell rating as compared to other fast food, Mexican places I'm not reading Taco Bell compared to a fancy Mexican restaurant. That said, I've found the items that I've ordered at this particular Taco Bell to always be hot and freshly prepared. In other words, you are getting what you have asked for and they are very friendly here and I have only been here maybe three times but they have always gotten my order correct so I am much appreciative of the diligent service they provide.

Amazing service 10/10. Sophie(or Sophia) has the best customer service you'll ever encounter. She was kind and made time to ask me and my daughter how our day was. A smile never left her face. The franchise owner should be proud. She deserves a manager position and a raise! This Taco Bell has the best customer service out of all the Taco Bell's I've ever visited. The team in general is so hard working and kind. The food is always hot and they're never stingy on the portions. This is the only Taco Bell I'll go to due to the quality of the staff and how they pack the food. Sophie went above and beyond all expectations. This Taco Bell sets the bar high.

I have been going to this Taco Bell now for 10+ years. This is the first time I've been there and I had Sophia C as the person gave me my food. She was so happy to be there. Very energetic and seemed like she actually enjoyed her job. This woman needs a raise. Thank you Sophia and I really do. Hope we get you every single time we go to Taco Bell. U were funny, fun, considerate, and completely changed my mood.

Asked for 3 tacos supreme and they weren't You'd think spending close to $20 they could at least get that right

I drove out specifically to this Taco Bell as it is the chosen one to offer the limited time Strawberry Milk Truffles. I love when Taco Bell does collabs with other amazing companies, this time being the infamous dessert spot: Milk Bar. The truffles aren't on the menu, but luckily they did offer them for two pieces at $2.99. The truffles are good. I'm not a big fan of desserts, so it was a bit too sweet for me like most Milk desserts. If you let the balls sit out for a bit, the fudgey corn filling gets more soft, which I enjoyed more. Another awesome collab for Taco Bell. Their R&D team is killing it! Get it before it's too late.

This review is for the new Taco Bell x Milk Bar Strawberry Bell Truffles which are available at this location only for a limited time until August 16th. I'm a pretty big fan of Milk Bar and Taco Bell is definitely one of my fave fast food joints, so I knew I had to make the trek out to try these before they're gone. As of this review they are on the menu so you can order through drive thru or if you're using the app or touch screens inside, look under New Items. The truffles are presented in a white box in gold foil cups. Like other Milk Bar truffles, these are definitely on the sweeter side, but have a nice balance from the corn fudge and light saltiness of the crunchy taco shell. The corn really compliments the strawberry flavor. The strawberry flavor is like a strawberry milk flavor. These are almost reminiscent of the flavor of a strawberry shortcake bar with the added umami of corn which may be strange to some, but it works especially if you're in the know with southeast Asian desserts that use corn. I liked these so much I went back for another set and bought more to bring to a friend. If you're in the OC and haven't had the chance to try Milk Bar yet, be sure to stop by and give these a try!

Only came here for the limited time only Milk Bar Collab test going on. So yum! 5 stars for that!!!!! The young lady (early 20s and tatted up) at the register today (noon) provided unfavorable customer service. I know it's TB but still there's got to be some kind of standard. No eye contact, lackadaisical, unhelpful, didn't know answers to basic questions, shortchanged me to boot. She didn't give me the right change, but I didn't feel my time to quibble about coins so I let it go. TB Corporate, please stick with your Irvine location for your tests.

to me most taco bells are the same, but I will say that this one tasted a little funky. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it but it tasted off. The people were nice here and the location is in a nice area.

So tired of the lack of customer service at this location. I mean... Every single time! I just popped in for a quick meal, and the woman standing AT the register said she couldn't help me, that I would have to use the kiosk. I told her I'm a senior, and senior discounts aren't available on the kiosk. All she wanted to do was argue with me about how she couldn't help me. I finally told her I wasn't going to stand here and argue... I'll just go somewhere else. If we would all stand together, maybe customer service would be improved! There's just no excuse. No excuse at all. If it weren't for customers, there would be no business. Is that so hard to understand?

Not even trying to exaggerate but this is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. I've lived in the area for about 5 years now and every single time I go the food is always hot, the staff is always so friendly and the order is ALWAYS correct big or small. I hope the owners appreciate their staff because they do an amazing job.

This taxi bell had bad service. Very unprofessional the worker are playing around and didn't care for people waiting. This has happened before more then once. The food was ok not the best.

I maybe eat at Taco Bell once or twice a year. I heard that the nacho fries were back and had to get some for myself. Basically, I come for the nacho fries because they're sooo good. I gave this location three stars because I didn't have a great experience. I know this location was short-staffed and the lady who helped me was nice, but she messed up my order two times. I asked for a Blue Raspberry Lemonade Freeze. From the picture, it looks like she missed the lemonade part. Plus, the blue raspberry tastes like medicine. It wasn't good at all. Then, she forgot to give me a side of nacho cheese sauce. It was a good thing I checked it shortly after I left. I was around the block, so I decided to come back. When I got to the window and told her that she forgot to give me an extra side of nacho cheese, she said that she didn't ring it up. Instead of giving me the sauce for free, she said that she had to charge me $0.70.

Unsanitary! I found a piece of hair in my burrito! Wear hair nets! Service was efficient and unobtrusive.

What's with me and the missing Chalupa Supreme!!! You guys got everything right and left out the Chalupa. I swear I am curse. This happened to me at the Tustin market place location too!!! Anyways if you want to make it right and give me my Chalupa Supreme let me know. The gal at the window was nice and gave me a free taco coupon. Nice service saved you from 1 star. Still love you guys at Taco Bell.

I ordered a steak quesadilla with a Baja blast, I was conveniently notified 15 mins after I paced my order that they didn't have steak nor chicken. I was not compensated adequately. Plus the place looks like a landfill, stay home and make a sandwich instead. Do not come here!

I really do enjoy going to Taco Bell. The food is great and delicious. I also enjoy talking to employees like Adlid as well as Ashley. She does an excellent job keeping the employees busy and going the extra mile for the customers . I would ask Jerome or Patrick as well as Bianca to make my burrito for me because I really do not want another employees to make my food because I really do not like her because she looks like a boy that has short hair. I really do not want this person to make my food for me. Please understand my feelings. I think that Maria, Olga, Ashley, Mark, should be Managers of the month of January

I went into the location on Newport Avenue any other day and bought two burritos and wanted more hot sauce because I use one little packet with every bite. The manager came out and she was very rude and waving me off saying no that's all you get you can't have anymore. I've been going to Taco Bell for literally 50 years and I've never been treated that way. Really she couldn't give me four more packets of hot sauce after I've already use the ones that you gave me and told me no more, and turned around and walked away. Needless to say stay away from this location.!!

Nothing against the actual staff here they are very helpful. However, for a corporate review the automated service that takes your order I have previously went to this specific location and asked for a combo number and as I'm trying to explain to the automated voice that I would like to substitute an item on my combo, which would be substituting pair of hard tacos for soft tacos it was not understanding my request. I went ahead and rewarded my my order which I said I would like to substitute hard taco for soft taco, and I was prompted to speak to a live person now I understand the concept of why they are having the automated message. However, it did take me about twice the amount of time to order had I spoke to a live person just simply said I wanted a Mexican pizza combo with soft tacos instead of hard tacos, it would've been simple transaction and I would have been prompted to the next step. My review is specifically for the corporate office to take this into the consideration I ordered from. What I assume is a test location in Tustin, the staff was absolutely helpful like I said this is just toward the software being used; Maybe certain keywords like " substitute " or " alternative " might be helpful for pick up on automated words. Thank you

This taco bell is open real late I thought itwas 24hrs but yelp says til 4am they get 5stars well deserved just them closing late get 5star on the quicks! The service is also good well done taco bell we just need a few more locals like this one that close extra late with good service on top.

I'm a sucker for Taco Bell, it's 100% my guilty pleasure! I give this location 5 stars because the staff is always friendly and I just recently found out, this location is a test kitchen. Their menu has all the original items plus sometimes bonus items. I recently ordered their Box that came with 4 tacos, a mexican pizza, and wings for $20 bucks! Can I just say, kudos to Taco Bell on their wings!!! They are crispy, as I like them, with a bit of a dry rub seasoning that is delicious! My fave for sure! The Mexican Pizza is always good and the Classic Tacos always hit the spot! If you are in the area stop by this location and if you are lucky, you might be one of the few that get to try something new.

We all know we go to Taco Bell because we have a craving for it. It's not supposed to be fine dining. But man it's delicious. I tell everyone that the location on Redhill has the best customer service at the drive thru. The ambiance is lacking . I haven't seen myself. But my brother goes inside. He says he won't go back because it's dirty. I hope they fix that problem. Because I enjoy this location. But if they're filthy I do have pause to think k about not returning

I live close, within a mile. Every time I come here, my regular tacos are not as crunchy as they should be... usually stale, yet Taco Bell tacos, which I love. Heard the Mexican Pizzas were back on the menu, so it's family dinner time ! My daughter's favorite ! Pricing is deceiving... they show $4.99 each, we ordered 2, and the price shows $8.98, then as we go to pay, the price displays $9.98 and $.77 tax, with a total of 10.75 ! Where does this math come from ? Some Bull Sh!t going on here ! Dining room tables were dirty too, I had to bus my own table and that upset the wife.

I went to order no body said anything on the intercoms so I pulled up to the window they told me that they are closed till 9:30am I don't know the shady operations that are taking place here but they lost a customer for this location. I wish I never bought gift cards.

pretty clean interior, and the workers were really sweet. however, it seems like they didn't make my online order until i got there, which was past the time the app told me it would be ready (10 mins over). luckily it didn't take them too long to make it, but it would have still been nice to have my order ready for pick up at the time it stated! the lady was super sweet about it though.

I came in on a Saturday morning around 10:00 am and ordered 2 crunch wraps and waited 20 min for my order. It wasn't very busy, there were only 3 customers in the restaurant and 3 in the drive through and at least 4 or 5 people working. When I checked on the status of my order they hadn't started working on it yet and when I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer, they told me that in order for me to get my money back I would need to call my bank and dispute the charge. Super frustrating. Would not recommend this location.

Not only do I feel rushed every time I order from here but they always forget to add something from my order. I always check my order and when I call them out on forgetting something they always have an attitude about it. They won't give you an hot sauce either unless you ask, so check your bags before you drive off!

Drove here and ordered two crunch wraps and two nacho fries. The fries were tasty as expected. Came home and there was only one Crunchwrap. Asked for ez sour cream and ez cheese. Didn't know that they would t put any cheese, no sour cream, and no meat. Worst experience ever.

Out of Mexican pizza. It just came back but you need to have it in stock. Simple ingredients and you knew the demand.

I really love to go to Taco bell it is a great place to eat delicious food like the beefy burrito melt I would swap it with chicken instead of beef. I think that all the employees of taco bell do a amazing job keeping the place very clean like the restrooms and the floor. I really enjoy coming to taco bell the manager Marie is very nice and kind as well Carmen she is a very Beautiful woman that I really enjoy chatting with. I give 700,000.00 stars employees of Taco bell keep up the great job. If the ice is getting full please melt it with hot water I just like to help a little bit. I stopped at the Taco Bell on 14042 Red Hill Ave. in Tustin. I ordered The Breakfast Wrap Combo; with fries and, a diet soda. The wrap; scrambled eggs, bacon, yellow cheese and, a hash brown that was inside of the wrap. That was a delightful breakfast wrap, with the flower tortilla that was nicely toasted, soo good! The fries had light salt & crispy, with a good taste. I drank a diet soda with the meal. The place was nice and clean. The cashier was super friendly. I left to buy more things that I needed for our home. Robert H.

Ordered food at 8:25pm 1/03 Sunday through the Taco Bell App. Got there at 8:30pm only to find a car blocking the drive thru. I tried knocking and nobody answered. I called and a robot responded with "please enter the remote access code". Crazy considering online hours say open until 12AM, and the app processed my transaction and has yet to refund me. As I write this, an employee is cleaning the door and refusing to answer me.

Inside you would never think your inside a Taco bell. It looks like a high end little restaurant. The food was like any other fast food joint... friendly staff too. The bathroom was also really nice too.

Been going here for a while now. It's always been open when I come thru anywhere from 11pm-2am. This past week I've been coming around midnight - 1am. I'd drive by and see employees clearly inside, staff cars in the lot, but when I'd go thru the drive thru, the menu would be off and NO ONE would be at the window or even walk by.... Upsetting to say the least. Change your operating hours online or at least address your customers at the window and say why you're not open...

Closed early. Update hours if you are going to close early. We drove from far. Guy in the window just ignored us.

Lately y'all been slacking :( normally the service and food is always fast and delicious. Today my chicken quesadilla was 1 slice short and not enough jalapeño sauce. 3 days ago my quesadilla was burned. Not sure if the staff is new but we expect better. Also the chicken has been extremely dry. I

If I could leave no stars I would!! I went through the drive through and ordered a few items, but specifically a regular quesadilla. After I placed the order I specifically stated, "a regular quesadilla with no meat." I was asked if my order was correct and I stated yes it was, but "please make sure there is no meat in the quesadilla. The person acknowledged my request a second time. Well, I get home and my wife takes the first bite of the quesadilla and guess what...yeah....there's freaking meat in it!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever been to. Not going in depth because they aren't worth my words. Joke of an establishment

Best Taco Bell hands down in orange county, the guys are always super polite the food is always right and I order in large large specialty quantities. We have since moved to a different area of Orange County and cannot find a Taco Bell that even compares and that sucks!

Horrible service! The drive thru was taking forever for a single car to move. Line literally backed into to the street from 2 directions. I called the store because I was stuck and the girl said they were working on a single mobile order and hung up on me! They cant handle more than one order at a time??? Avoid this location at all costs! They literally only hire incompetent people I guess who can't multitask and are rude to customers! I'd give zero stars but Yelp wont allow it. Stay away!

This is my favorite Taco Bell . It's always clean staff always professional. I love n gg by the Taco Bell but I wait to I come here to work because there so awesome . My orders ready fresh and hot.
