Taco Cabana

I purchased a Strawberry Margarita after Choir rehearsal just to relax until my shift work started. The Night Staff was very nice and polite. Although dine in closed while I was sipping they didn't rush me at all, cool vibes! THE MARGARITA WAS GREATTTT!!! 😁

This is my favorite taco cabana, I come here all the time, the staff is extremely friendly, they are also very appreciative of my patronage, and always welcome me with a smile. They are very sincere and hard-working, making the food delicious. Always taste fresh, but beyond the food Josie, who was a cashier when above and beyond to make sure that my order is correct and made fast!

Very disappointed with the breakfast burrito usually they have the chorizo with the egg mixed. While today everything was separate. I got the box for the breakfast burrito and the bean one did not have cheese. The chorizo one was not mixed, and the egg was just individually thrown in there with the other ingredient in the variety box. So disappointing

This is by far the worst place on the planet. The food was disgusting and I would not even feed my dog this if I owned one. Three years ago this place was a good place to eat so save you money and go to Taco. If I was not a civilized person I would have taken this food back to the counter with the view of the kitchen and thrown it back and told them to serve this food to someone else. Happy eating.

First time at this Taco Cabana. The place is pretty empty. The food was terrible here. We order a #4 and a Taco salad and we were very disappointed. Taco Cabana in Houston is much better. They need to put the sauce and condiments back on the trios. We have to ask for everything. Definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Eat Canes next door.

This is by far my favorite Taco Cabana I've ever been to. The ladies that work here during the morning shift are so amazing! The food is great of course, but the staff is what makes this location so special. Highly recommend!!

This Taco Cabana location is my top choice! I visit frequently, and the staff here is incredibly friendly and genuinely appreciative of my business. They always greet me with a warm smile, and their hard work and dedication make every meal taste fresh and delicious. Special shoutout to Robin at the register—she goes above and beyond to ensure my order is accurate and served quickly. Highly recommend!

Employee # 265986 is no smiley face at the drive thru window. I didn’t know I was 7 minutes late for breakfast tacos but there could have been a better way to inform me and given other options. Not just a No and silence. Just grabbing a coffee instead of a taco box she continued with her attitude at the window not giving my change back. I know it was only what 4¢ but I waited for my 4$¢ to be just as petty as she was. Yes, I want my darn change after that attitude!

Your torta game is weak Bread is wrong. Instead of bollio roll, texture resembles a hotdog bun. Not much inside. No avocado. Go down the street to El Tizon if you want a good one. Or any hole in the wall Mexican place. Seems like lobby is almost always closed.

I was so disappointed... I asked for "chicken" tacos and it's so burn it looks like fajita ... I was at on my lunch break so I couldn't go back but the rest was FIREEEE

This goes to whoever is working at 9:17 p.m. on December 12th. A young lady took my order and handed me my food. A gentleman took my payment. Just want to say thanks to the staff that was working tonight. I appreciate how everything came out fresh! With restaurants, I try my best not to visit within the last hour before closing. Typically it's 50/50 on whether the food is going to be fresh or the same food that may have been sitting there for hours or from lunch time. I had the new mango tajin fried pie, in addition to the new brisket loaded fries. Fries. Like I said earlier, everything was fresh. The team was very pleasant. The fries were freshly cooked and not redropped into hot grease to heat them up so they wouldn't have to waste anything. The presentation was great. What the staff did not know was that it is my birthday. Just got off of a 12-hour shift. This is a great day And a great way to end it after not having a real meal since breakfast! Thanks again to the team.

Terrible service. We came in while it was completely dead and there were 4 ladies working but it still took half an hour to prepare 2 meals. At one point we asked for an update and saw they weren't even working on it. We had to rush out before it was finished, demanded a refund but got no apology or anything. We're used to TC being slow but there was no excuse for this.

While the service was exceptional, I was very disappointed when I arrived home with our togo order. The 8 bean/cheese and 2 bean tacos were very dry and lumpy. I got the impression that they may have been sitting there a long time before we got them. The cheese dip that came with our beer fajita taco combo was also very crusty. I attempted to call multiple times when I arrived home to provide feedback but no one answered. After being out of town for two weeks on business and the fam wanting some TC on the way home for the airport, it left a poor taste on our reunion. Thank you Taco Cabana!

The girl was nice when we stopped in. The place was a ghost town. The salsa bar was gross and dirty - the food was luke warm at best. The margarita was cold. I dont know - this isnt the Taco Cabana of 1997 that was party central and fresh food and great vibes.....this was death warmed over and a dash of salt.

This location is disgusting. It was dirty and no hand soap in restroom. The queso was not edible. I will never go back!.

I am a huge Taco Bell fan, but this place blew me out of the water. The food was outstanding as well as the service. Not to mention, their are countless options. So so so good.

I just received my order and half of it was missing, no salsa, no drink, so. Utensils, the beans and rice were cold. So disappointing

We would often stop by here before going to Cinemark for a movie before the pandemic. There's a variety of reasonably priced food, and a couple of simple drink options that are fun. Recently we went to our first movie after vaccination, and decided to stop here first again. It was a great experience, and even better than we remembered. The dining room was pretty empty and the staff were able to make our orders quickly. It was a nice opportunity to pass a little time before our movie started.

Visiting the area with a school group and a few of us walked to this location for some good late night good. Glad we did because I was thoroughly happy to see fresh food bring prepared on the grill because it can be hard at some late night restaurants who will serve anything. The cashier did advise us it would be a possible 20-minute wait for our food and we were okay with that. The manager was working hard to get orders prepared while also cleaning the restaurant when time allowed. I give him much kudos for that (and I could tell he was tired). Our food came and was so good from the trio (that I forgot to capture) to my chicken fajita bowl to my husband's tacos. Very different and so delightful. I love Taco Cabana when I'm in the Texas area and this visit didn't disappoint.

I picked up tacos here for lunch. I got a couple different ones, 1 of which was a chorizo taco. Big mistake! It was disgusting. A soggy mess of saucy pork bits slathered into a doughy tortilla. I have never been so offended by a taco. The only thing that would have made this experience more unpleasant would have been if I got physically ill from the taco. Luckily that did not happen because I threw it in the trash (where it belonged)

Anybody know how can I get the corporate number . They really upset me. I drive a big mixer truck and for that reason I had to go inside. Which opens at 6am. I get there around 9am and the damn doors are locked and they tell me to go around . Ridiculous how places cut off the inside access

Flautas half way cooked. Rock hard flour tortillas,, dry beans just disgusting. Make sure you check your food before you leave

The beyond tacos are just not great. They don't have the greatest flavor, and the vegetables aren't really seasoned well inside. In addition, the taco is just really plain and could use more to it.

Three visits here, my order has always been correct. Food has always been fresh coming out as well as the condiment bar pretty much being up kept pretty well. Restrooms are clean one day and the next you might run into unpleasant surprises. Parking lot is okay for the business that is here but pretty much dark. The workers here seem to be pretty well trained and professional and what this place really is, kudos to them. I do not know if it is just this particular Taco Cabana but fajita nachos here are $6 instead of $8 like back home.

I love this Taco Cabana location! I work next door so I frequent this establishment for breakfast tacos and lunch and can say they always do a great job! The staff is always super friendly to me, and the quality of the food is always superb! As far as fast food goes, taco cabana is one of the best, and this location is no exception!

I go to this location before work & it seems very inconsistent. Sometimes the drive thru is open, sometimes have to go inside, sometimes it's only the drive through and no dining so forced to wait in a drive thru line with 8 other cars or so for an already slower drive thru. Food is great, just lacks consistency.

This location doesn't stay open until 10pm. We arrived before closing at the drive-thru and were told that they were closed. When we mentioned that it wasn't closing time yet they said that everything was closed...the line, the food, etc. The kicker is that it was said in a very rude tone by two workers...since another felt compelled to hop on the mic.

Stuck in the drive thru, first spent 20 minutes at the intercom with no response. Decided to pull through where they made the person at the window wait another 20 mins. Don't think I have ever wasted so much time at a drive thru all for nothing. Avoid this location if possible.

So I came here to get lunch and asked for an order of flautas and was told that they didn't make any today... so I'm wondering why are y'all even open dumbest thing ever. My rating is a ZERO

Whoever is working on the drive thru, their phone must be taken away, we been waiting for 45 minutes in line for our food and it doesn't move.

This place is pretty decent tex mex at ater hours than most local places and at better prices than most. Ive never found their restrooms dirty and I always found the staff to be efficient and cordial.

In Dallas for the weekend and looking for something quick to eat so stopped in and was very pleased with the service, the food was good too but I was taken back by the customer service in which me and my husband received from Jay. We dined in and the customer service was equivalent to dining at a 4/5 star establishment.

Terrible food. Enchilada dinner - Our enchiladas were rubber-like and beans appeared microwaved. They used to have good food but quality has gone WAY down. A lot of pre-covid favorites no longer offered like pineapple salsa and ranch salsa. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere to get good Mexican food.

First time eating here and I have to say everything was good and fresh . Ordered a taco plate with more lettuce instead of beans and was good but Front staff was friendly . Oil a star off for the man who brought me my food . Order was wrong and had beans on it . When I told him I asked for lettuce instead he took it back and yelled at the kitchen staff and person who took my order . To the point where I could hear him . Salsa bar was clean and everything looked fresh

PROS: The brisket tacos were delicious. CONS: Wish the brisket tacos were a little bigger :-/ The menu on the video screen kept changing, bothersome when you are trying to figure out what to eat.

We tried to go in to eat and they saw us trying to open the door and they laughed at us while looking at us, then we tried ordering in the drive thru and while we were waiting for our food a worker came to us he said "please wear your mask next time u try to order" and we were in our car and his mask was half way on. This unacceptable.

Its 24 hour drive thru and filled our starving tummies. It was surprisingly good for fast food that we came back the next day. Speed doesn't seem to be of essence and we waited 20 mins!!! For them to cook out fajitas. I could see them cooking thru the drive thru window. Apparently they ran out of chicken and offered me half portion of steak. The flautas were the bomb and they don't charge extra for guacamole.

Slowest taco place ever.. 20 minutes for a dang quesadilla and there was NO ONE IN LINEEEEEEE! Will never come here again.

Seriously has gone downhill since I first started coming here. They're always out of something, my order is wrong, or it takes over 10 minutes to get my food in the drive thru and its just me an another car. The new workers aren't friendly and don't listen well and the order is messed up. The only reason it got 2 stars was because I'll eat here if I'm desperate ‍

The last thing this place is it's fast, and they're not even friendly to at least try to make it up! Been on line for about 35 minutes and there's 3 cars only. Ridiculous. Don't ever waste your time coming here

They lock the lobby door two hours before it says they are closed They need to update there hours

This place has gone down hill. Place is dirty/messy, staff is rude. Lid to soda/ice machine was off to the side, as well as Lid being off to tea machine.

My first time at the drive thru, around 7:30 am, I waited over 20 minutes to get my order. My second time, I backed up and left as no one had taken my order after 8 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. Today I thought I would give them one last chance & they blew it. I placed my order at 7:09 am and got to the window at 7:25...I cancelled my order. I will not go back. That is unacceptable.

This place has food I love but is operated by a holes. I drove 15 minutes to get there 30 minutes before the time that they close. The door was locked and people were sitting inside so I called the number. The moron that answers tells me the time they close inside is midnight at 11:40. He then tells me that Drive thru is open. That would have taken over ba half hour to get my food. How about you stay open till the time you advertise. Basically it's just another inconsiderate employee or manager that doesn't give a a sh_t about customer service and never learned to do what's right. Now I know why the speaker box is torn out of the ground.

I drove through on my way home from work (I live about 1 mile from there) I opened the box and I found 2 roaches in my food ! I will not go back

My neighborhood Taco Cabana. Lately they've stepped it up and have always treated me with kindness. My order is always correct and they make sure to give me plenty of salsa or condiments that I request. Shoutout to Carlos and his crew for doing a great job!

Horrible service and employees are very rude!! I would drive out of my way to go to another Taco Cabana just to avoid visiting this location. Love TC... don't love the employees attitude at this location.

This place is a mess. Manager doesn't clean or have employees clean up tables, salsa bar or floors. Employee at the register is wiping sweat from his face and handling containers. Yuck! And they are slow.

I always get the wonderful steak fajita dinner plate or the family size fajita dinner at this place. Very convenient and easy to order quick. I love the idea of self service when it comes to condiments so I get plenty of salsa, pico de gayo and jalepeno to take with me on take outs. I crave taco cabana maybe bi weekly and it is always awesome!

I frequent Taco cabana and this one in particular because it's close to my work but I will not go back here anymore. It took them 26 minutes for a salad. Lettuce, cheese, meat, and sour cream. Meanwhile the people after me got their food and one of them ordered a salad. So when I said something to them because I'm now late to work she said she's working on it. Well she did three orders then mine. The place is a mess always and it's hotter than hell in there at all times. I'll stick to the one by my house from now on.

If you are looking for fast,friendly and accurate service this AIN'T IT. I have been waiting in a line of 4 people for 45 mins to get food. This is NOT acceptable. Even as I type this I'm still in line waiting. Do not eat here!!!!

This is the slowest fast food experience I've ever had, I thought it might've just been a fluke so I went back and sure enough it took forever to get a couple tacos on a single order. I went there tonight I knew I was going to regret it but this time I simply asked the folks standing around waiting for their food how long they been there, with a deep sigh they said UGG 25 minutes! I said thank you so much and left! What is wrong with this place?

This location is close to my job so it's convenient. I have ordered the super nachos (personal size) many times and it has never come out as horrible as it did today. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. When he repeated it back to me he said bean and cheese nachos. I corrected him and said that I wanted super nachos which comes with sour cream and guacamole and shredded lettuce in addition to cheese and meat. I looked in my bag and it was bean and cheese nachos with a miniscule amount of shredded chicken. I took it inside and the employee named Marcos insisted that's the way it comes... uh no. You gave me the wrong order and didn't offer to fix it. I won't be back. I will give my business to people who try to please the customer.

I have been back to this location, since writing a bad review. The food has been delicious snd the margaritas are great. Maybe they have a new manager.

In the mood for some great tex-mex with out the fine dinning restaurant price? Taco Cabana is the place to go. Cooked fresh, you can experience everything from homemade tortillas to their amazing salsa bar. Happy hour from 4-7pm daily with $1.50 margaritas or their real tequila margaritas starting at $3.75. Enjoy the outside patio as well with friends. My favorite eats would are between the combination fajitas or the crispy beef tacos. Hope you enjoy!
