Taco Cabana

Beware that when you order 4 bean and cheese taco (the easiest taco there is) they will spread out the beans and cheese for one taco across all four. Also I ordered a side of guacamole and they gave me queso instead. Be very careful going through the drive thru.

i said no dairy and no meat .. they asked me over and over on the intercom “no dairy and no meat” i said “yes NO DAIRY AND NO MEAT” i get home to this! I was highly upset . Now i have to drive all the way back there for a refund .

They got both orders wrong. Took them a long time to fix 2 breakfast burritos and an egg n bacon torta. My torta was supposed to be egg n bacon but I ended up with chorizo and egg with beans. Didn't really have flavor either. It was ok. But I'm used to Taco Cabana being excellent 👌

Customer service is 90% better than it was years ago. The outdoor and indoor dining was clean. I've noticed a few employees forget or purposely not add little things. For example, if you ask for salsa bar items, be sure you receive exactly what you requested. I pay attention to what goes on or with the items I'm ordering. I ordered the kickin nachos. The chips, beans, meat, and toppings were fresh and satisfying. It doesn't have a lot of meat in my opinion. However, I think it's worth $11 for the pizza-size box you receive. I opened the box and noticed there were no jalapeños. I had to park and go inside to get jalapeños added. The employee was nice enough to add chopped and whole. Like I said pay attention to what you're given before leaving the establishment. Customer service is terrible, and they always seem to forget something. Mobile order was not ready on time, and I had to ask for silverware 3 times. I could tell there was a language barrier, all of the employees had to ask the manager for help in Spanish. For this reason, the manager had to stop cooking to speak to me about my order. If this location doesn't do better, it may close. I was the only customer inside, no one was in the drive-thur, and no one in curbside pick-up. All of the items I ordered had barely any meat. One lady tried to give me nonfrozen margaritas, glad the manager remade them. Example: when you're getting a slurpee from the gas station and it first comes out somewhat watery. Often times you have to wait a few seconds for the machine to kick-in. Once my drinks were remade, they tasted great. Sopapilla's and peach empanadas were good. Churro's barely had cinnamon on top, yet they were cooked correctly. I feel the manager is employing individuals she truly wants to help. However, she needs to hire another English-speaking employee that can help with customers.

I was the only person standing at the register to order and I was not acknowledged by anybody for a very long time until someone came from the back to take my order. I ordered the new chicken bacon ranch taco, and it was okay but it didn't seem to have much flavor and looked nothing like the picture. The bacon was nice and crispy.

I was in the mood for burritos and they look like they've been rolled over and slept together very unappetizing looking and who in the world taught this person to wrap a burrito I mean give me a break. This is what you get when you don't go to Taco casa when you originally had that in mind but this was closer

I think its horrible to have to purchase food before you can use the restroom. They lost my business. Their delivery was rude as well. I ended up going to Whataburger right next door. They had alot more respect for paying customers.

Thank you Mr. Paul for the Excellent Customer Service you provided. I placed my order and, it was customized. Mr. Paul was Professional and, Courteous. He repeated my order back to me and, it was correct. Mr.Paul Thank you for the laughs while waiting on my order. I was having a hard day. Kudos to Taco Cabana for having such a Wonderful Person at your fine establishment.

I had a birthday yesterday and could not celebrate, so today I decided to do a little shopping and get me some food. I am very hard to please but Nesha changed all that, her service was on point and she made my food with EXCELLENCE ! I will return to this place.

i don't care this place just can't get it right. i even called and requested that they pay attention to detail and send everything that is on my order. so how did i get my carna asada street tacos minus three limes, so y'all ran out and someone was to lazy to go cut some. they need to shut the doors. im calling y'all out come visit my store on 360 and pioneer parkway. you will get schooled in customer service. work on your accuracy and speed will come. folk pay good money and receive the bare minimum at this store. i don't care how you visit they just can't get it right. smh‍‍

Yea they're terrible, says they close at 11 and they've already been closed for like 10 minutes and have workers just chillin outside in their cars

Great place to pick up food for and take out. Their box of breakfast tacos is always nice and super easy to take in for co workers or family.

As I was walking into the restaurant this morning, a man was leaving with his order, including two boxes of breakfast tacos. I waited at the counter for someone to take my order which took some time. As I waited the man came back in and returned the two boxes of tacos. I placed an order for a box of tacos and they tried to give me the returned tacos. I don't know what that guy did with those tacos when he left the restaurant and I'm pretty sure you can't serve food that has been returned.

Steak fajita tacos are expensive enough without you bumping the price up an extra dollar each on Postmates. Even the original price is like a dollar per strip of meat, dollar for the tortilla plus some change.

Im almost certain when we pulled up the girl in the drive thru said "Can I help you." In the most annoyed voice. When we pulled up they just took the card and ran it, didn't verify the order. Because of this they charged us for someone else's order so we had to sit there and wait as they refunded us and then charged us for our order. Our order was 3 potato and egg tacos and 3 bacon, egg and cheese tacos, while the order they charged us for at first was 2 chorizo and egg tacos. So not even close, not easy to mix up and something that could've very easy been verified before charging us and making us wait for a refund. The tacos themselves weren't good either. I usually love taco cabana breakfast tacos but these were nothing like how they usually are. The eggs were just balled up in the middle like they couldn't be bothered to do anything more than just throw the ingredients on there. We'll try a different location next time.

For fast Mexican food, my wife and I love stopping at Taco Cabana. I absolutely love their flautas. Also their salsa bar is the "BOMB"! It's always fresh and they put put different salsas every now and then, My wife ordered the street tacos and I ordered the flautas. Both of our entrees was wonderful, service hot, and fresh! Taco Cabana has a great happy hour as well plus free WiFi.

First time at a Taco Cabana. Great food. Came 15 minutes before their closing time and the service was great with no rushing. The crew was nice and the place was clean.

The service is great and food is always great the people working their have always been very helpful and very fast. The food is always fresh and isn't cooked or prepared till you order it meaning it's always hot and fresh. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and always clean. The employees are friendly and are always their to help you for anything.

Horrible service. Employees had a terrible attitude and are lazy and not thorough! Sent us to the front of the building to wait. Before driving around I asked for red and green hot sauce. When the guy brought our food out there was no hot sauce, no waters that we had ordered. So we had to go back inside. At that point they charged us $5 for waters and hot sauce. Ordered cheese on my tacos and once we got home realized we didn't get the cheese. Over all a horrible experiences which stinks because we live in the neighborhood.
