Taco Casa

I came in and ordered 2 super tacos and a large sweet tea no ice and I wanted a cup of ice on the side. I believe the rude ladies name was Joanne, she says I can't give you a cup of ice. O said why not? She says because you ordered a sweet tea no ice. I told her I do it all the time and no one gives me any problems. She then tries to say it does not make sense to order a sweet tea no ice then a cup of ice on the side. I told her I don't like my tea to get watered down but I told her she was rude and it doesn't matter how I like my tea. I then told her to just give me the sweet tea no ice and I will get my own ice when I get home. She ended up giving me the cup of ice anyway and I was willing to pay for it. I drink off of a large sweet tea over a couple of days so I don't add ice directly to it. I did not owe her that explanation but she did not have to be rude, period.

Taco Casa in McPherson is hands-down one of my favorite spots to grab a bite! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming every time I visit — they make the whole experience even better. Plus, the restaurant is always spotless, which shows how much they care about cleanliness and creating a great atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality food and top-notch service!

This location is not like the others …but it’s the one most convenient to me. They do not make the meat & cheese filled items they way all other locations do…my taco salad was basically all shell

I’ve never had a bad experience at Taco Casa until now. This was my first time at this location—and it will be my last. The tacos were not fresh, the shells tasted old, and the tacos themselves were noticeably small. Really disappointed, especially with so many better options nearby. I won’t be returning.

The guy that waited o me inside the restaurant was very nice. My order was simple Super Nachos with sour cream and jalapeños on the side. My order was made wrong. The bag didn’t fell heavy or what I thought it should fell like for nachos. When I opened the bag at home I barely had an any meat maybe 1tsp. Everything was portioned for a toddler’s meal. Except for the jalapeños, cheese and chips. None dollars thrown away!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a taco and a burrito with only beans and onions. The order taker was very short with me and didn’t even talk at the window just reached his hand out for my card. I understand it’s a Saturday night and everyone has bad days but then my burrito ended up having a literal entire chopped onion with barely any beans. My taco wasn’t even filled to the top and was basically just a lot of cheese and the shell was stale. So sad.

Complete waste of money. It's gotten to the point I rarely go here. I live less than 4 minutes from this store and my "Super" tostada was ice cold when I got home. It's soggy. I sat at the window for several minutes waiting for a tostada and a soft taco. Many less than favorable experiences with this location, but tonight is by far the worst. With more than one QR code asking for reviews, yall might want to be top tier.

Worst experience there yet. After going through the drive-through and paying for my food, they told me they were out of hot sauce after spending $40.. it seems reasonable they should compensate somehow. I asked the worker if he could just give me a bottle of the hot sauce they have at the window. The worker at the window told me I had to buy a bottle of their hot sauce . after I asked for the manager. The manager claimed that hot sauce is an option that you should pay for and I told her that If it was like going to Taco Bell they would let you know before ordering . The manager then enclose the window in my face Without any reasoning with a rude attitude and sent back the original worker asking for money. I will not be going back to this location. If you cannot be reasonable to your customers, why are you in business?

Amazing food, good customer service. Food is always fresh, Restrooms are clean, as well as lobby. Quick for drive thru as well.
