"You’ve probably never heard of Casa, and that’s understandable. It has a pretty generic name, and it’s on a very quiet block of the West Village where you mostly just find lost tourists. But if you ever need a nice neighborhood spot for a last-minute meal with an aunt who just flew in from Fort Worth and would like to stay within the confines of the West Village, this place is a great option. The food is Brazilian, most entrees cost around $30, and you can get some good (but kind of small) empanadas and a great version of the Brazilian stew known as feijoada here. As for the space, it’s dark and pleasant with lacey white placemats on every table and plenty of windows looking out on Bedford Street." - Bryan Kim

I had the worst experience today. I was there at 10:01 and ordered a super taco, a spicy meat burrito and a diet coke. I pulled up to the window and a tall guy with long hair tells me a total, takes my money then gives me change, no words, nothing then hands me my drink, still no words. Then after a few minutes a lady pushes my order at me and closes the window. I looked in the bag and there was no hot sauce, so I waited and waited someone walks by and pretends to not see me. I drive back around and ask for hot sauce. Then to top it off my taco shell was stale and my burrito was split. Was this punishment for being the first guest?

Overpriced, they charge for a cup of Water which is Ridiculous! Tostadas are spread Thin with beans and hardly no lettuce and hardly no cheeses and don’t ask for tomatoes because you will get charged for them. The food is okay, nothing to brag about.

The meat at this locations taste weirdly, charred or burnt like it was cooked in a burnt skillet and this is not a one time thing. I’ve had it several times, and it taste the same each time so I just stopped going to the location

Service was excellent, food was great, and the restaurant was SO clean. The crew had forgotten one item off of the order but very quickly resolved the issue.

I don’t know if they can’t comprehend English or not. I ordered 3 tacos with sour cream only and nachos with the cheese on the side. No jalapenos. Look in the bag and I have 1 taco with everything and 2 with no sour cream. How dumb can you be??? Geeez. This is the location on McPherson. Order is wrong every time!! Please consider another profession if you can’t make a simple taco right.

Ordered 2 taco lites with tomatoes and sour cream due to food allergies. The worker playing around with another worker asked if I wanted meat in the taco too being funny. I drove around and asked if he was mocking me, he said no but then proceeded to mock me with another coworker. They were looking at me and calling me names thinking I couldn’t hear because the window was closed. When I asked the cashier was it necessary, he apologized but it was humiliating and unnecessary. I did t bother asking for a manager because I knew it would escalate based on how I was treated.

Amazing food, good customer service. Food is always fresh, Restrooms are clean, as well as lobby. Quick for drive thru as well.
