Lets start with the Guacamole. A little salt goes a long way, definitely needs some fresh cilantro, some salt and pepper, and fresh squeezed lime juice. Bland guacamole is never good!
Birria tacos, the sauce was thick, not too much flavor and way too much oil. Tacos were double wrapped and nice and crispy on the outside, cheese was melted on the inside nicely. Nice heat to the birria broth. The meat was dry and did not seem pulled straight from the broth as it should be.
Carne asada tacos, steak was burnt and cold, again no seasoning! Salt and pepper!!! Verde sauce gave it a little something but not much.
Taco city, this is not the same product you had when you first opened.
