I love their food presentation, its the perfect layout of food and decorations. The team serving did a fantastic job; so welcoming to all of our guests. From the start Sofia was very professional. She communicated up until the day of. The food was on time, and very delicious. We had over one hundred guests at our baby shower event. The number one question was" who cooked the food"? The presentation was nice, but overall, the food was so tasty, seasoned very well. Not bland whatsoever. I gave her phone number out to the guests the entire day...lol. I certainly will be using her for all my upcoming events. Thank you Taco Lady!!!

I found Sofia through Yelp and I'm glad I did. I had a last minute event I had to cater for the following weekend. Sofia answered quickly to my inquiry and within an hour she had provided me with the different options she offered, I paid a deposit and we were ready to go. I decided on the self serve option. On the day of the event, the food was not only delivered but set up with a beautiful presentation. The best part was that the food was delicious and all of our guests complimented the quality and flavor of the meat. I will definitely be using Sofia again!

We were at a big countywide event and the Taco Lady was the lunch provider. What caught my eye was the efficiency the staff had for setting up and laying out the serving tables. It demonstrated they were there to serve food. When it was time for lunch, they opened early and were ready to go. The tortillas were already pre-warmed and the meats and veggies were cooking. For this event, they had set up 3 serving stations (2 with meat and vegetarian) and they made sure that everyone not only received what they wanted to eat but that the lines kept moving. I had the chicken and the Carnitas street tacos. They were served in the thicker tortillas and with ample meat. The meats were flavorful. The salsa and veggie stations seemed to be the crowd favorites.

We hired Taco Lady for a surprise party last night & it was DELICIOUS! They delivered the food early, the set up was beautiful & the food was so so yummy. Everyone loved it! Also, very affordable. I definitely will be using them again for future events!

Super impressed with the service and the food. Angel and Jesse arrived at 11am as planned and food was ready to serve at 12pm as planned. There was plenty of food and even leftovers. They were able to serve everyone in our party quickly and we even had a few people go back for seconds.

This business is now more worried about quantity than quality. I've ordered maybe the last 6 years faithfully for my Christmas Eve dinner I would get catered with Sofia. This year was a huge let down to say the least It would have been nice to have been notified that the 2 types of meats were going to be completely different from all the previous years I have received from her not only the meat but the flavor as well. I have more than half the meat left because my friends and family that get together every year were extremely unhappy with the food because it was completely different so everyone ate tamales we got from elsewhere since nobody wanted the food Sofia catered. They failed to provided us all cutlery and napkins and plates which were all included in our confirmation agreement. They arrived an hour and 15 minutes early to deliver when I had went based on her time that she provided me to choose from. Also not to mention being charged and additional $40-$50 without notice. So to have spent $495 and be so unhappy with the service we received was definitely unfortunate, especially being around the holidays when we work so hard for the money we put out.

Booked The Taco Lady super last minute for a family dinner and they really came through! Communication and making the arrangements was easy and convenient since it was all done via text. The employee who delivered the food was right on time and also very polite and professional. He did a great job with the setup which was quick and stress free! Everything came out looking really nice and included all the fixings. We had plenty of food for everyone and everything tasted so delicious!! I'm so glad we found the Taco Lady and will definitely be booking more family events with her!

I was hosting a grad party and I was looking for a taco person who could service for a smaller party of about 30 people . All of the caters I called weren't able to service parties smaller than 50 or wanted to charge an insane amount . When I found Sofia I was super excited . Sofia was great at communicating with me and the delivery of the food was seamless . All of my guests gave rave reviews about the food and went back for seconds . I will definitely use Sofia for future events .

First off, Fantastic Food!! But just as impressive.....Sofia was so helpful & accommodating when I contacted her just a few days before our Halloween party. There was no Taco Lady/Man (in the traditional sense) available, BUT she had a package that worked out so much better for us--Self Serve Taco Bar! They not only delivered everything hot & ready to serve, but they set it all up beautifully...chafing trays & serving utensils for hot foods, and then greenery & radish garnishes surrounding the various salsa & topping bowls. It looked so elegant & professional. We added El Pastor to the chicken & asada included in the package and the compliments for everything came all nite long!! The Taco Lady's food is outstanding--everything so fresh & the homemade doubled-up tortillas were a big hit! We've used many taco guys over the years, our neighbors too, but Sofia, The Taco Lady & her staff beat them all out and will always be our first choice for catered tacos!! Thanks Sofia--Taco Lady!! We did 30 person cater delivered. They set it all up nicely so your guest can enjoy. We did the chicken, pastor and asada, magnifico! Salsas, tortillas, and the fixin's are a hit. Great food and service.

Taco Lady catering was amazing! Don't hesitate to book her. We had a party on 5/18 and ordered the drop off package. From the time I contacted her to the very end it was professional, friendly, and most importantly, everyone commented how delicious the food was. I super picky about carne asada. Usually places I've tried have chewey, fat pieces, that are not appetizing. But her carne asada tacos were the best I have ever tried, everyone agreed. Thank you so much for coming through for us at the last minute and answering all my questions. We will definitely be using you again and again and recommending you to all our friends and family.

I would definitely recommend taco lady. I purchased the deluxe package for 120 people totally worth it. Everyone enjoyed the selection of food. Tacos, nachos, burritos, jalapeño poppers and quesadillas. It was perfect and delicious. Everyone kept complementing how good the food tasted. The aguas frescas were also delicious, I had the horchata, pineapple and cucumber lime. They were professional and response time to questions were always answered in a timely manner. Totally give them a try!

Don't look any further, this is the taco catering you need for your party! The Taco Lady catered my baby shower last weekend and her food is absolutely amazinggggg. I've hired two different taco caterers in the past and they don't come close to the Taco Lady. She offers so much at an amazing price. They even brought the drinks, the horchata and strawberry lemonade was a huge hit. Everyone at the party asked me who the caterer was and one of my friends even hired her the very next weekend for a Mother's Day party! I honestly wish she had a restaurant because I would eat there everyday

I had several people say it's not very often I compliment tacos ( because they think they are the best) but these are delicious. Don't second guess yourself use the Taco Lady!

I ordered Taco lady for my baby shower and I was really caught off guard by the customer service I received. I expected the experience to go smooth because it seems like with the experience she displays online and on Yelp would be 5 stars, but it wasn't. The staff that was sent to my event seemed unsuitable for the job. ( lady and young man) the young man was sloppy with how he served plates. They didn't cover any condiments so there was flies all over the salsa and condiments. I asked for a platter for my left overs ( from the beginning of the event ) and I thought they would make the platter you see online and on Yelp but all she did was throw each meat and rice and beans in the tin foil pan (ghetto) so my guest who arrived late had to make due with what they left, she also didn't leave any of the condiments. The bag of left over small tortillas were left cold. So it was a mess! I ordered two agua frescas for my guest ( $40 each ) there was hardly any ice in the 5gallon containers to keep the drinks cold. And when it was time to leave she didn't leave the drinks either. I was NOT told that I had to bring a container for my drinks or I would have. I was only told to bring containers for the left over food. So I'm thinking I paid $80 for drinks and really they went to waste because they took the containers. I had to pay an extra $20 for them to leave 1 of the containers, BUT SHE TOOK THE CUPS! ( I complained and was reimbursed $5 for cups ) $5!! It was very Mind boggling and my guest were left with a container of hot agua and no cups. The food was great, but the service was very bad. I paid $850 for bad service unfortunately I would not book this company again.

Was able to book the Taco Lady last minute (luckily there was a cancellation!). The gentleman attending our party arrived promptly and set up everything so nice and neat. The food was delicious. All my guests enjoyed it! Would recommend and book again!

This is my 2nd review for Taco Lady catering. This time we had the on-site catering. We went with the deluxe option where they not only served delicious tacos with rice and beans but also burritos, mulitas, quesadillas, jalapeño poppers and a table full of chips, salsa and various yummy toppings. The Horchata and Pina aquas were amazing. The gentleman cooking on site was so polite, friendly and very accommodating. Everyone raved about the food and various options. Taco Lady and family will always be our go to for our events. Thank you again.

Hired Taco Lady for my grandson's birthday party yesterday. I paid for drop off rather than having servers. They set up the food nicely with warmers and the food was very good. We had carne asada, chicken, rice and beans and all the salsas. The only recommendation I would have is that they (Taco Lady) would provide paper plates, forks, and napkins. I paid $600 for food to feed up to 50 people and I was asked to provide my own plates, forks, and napkins. For $600 of food, they could throw in 50 paper plates, plastic forks and napkins. Other than that, everything was good!

Taco Lady (Sofia) youre amazing ! We last minute decided to cater our daughters birthday party since there were going to be a lot of people after all attending. May is a busy time due to parties weddings graduations all the above and Sofia came through. She had excellent communication with me and provided all the necessary information I needed to make my decision. Her process were reasonable and we hired her to cater our event. We decided on the self-serve option which in my opinion worked out better for our party. Sofia came as she said she would promptly and set up the entire taco station. The set up was very nice and the food was all so delicious. This was our first time using the Taco lady and it won't be the last. All of our guests were raving about the food and wanted to know who catered it. Thank you Taco Lady you're the best!

For my birthday I did not want to worry about what different types of food I wanted served and figured tacos were easier to serve. I found this yelp randomly and decided to give it a try. Well, I was not disappointed at all! The food was full of flavor and everyone enjoyed it as well! I had a smaller amount of guests so I had the self serve option for 40 people. It was great that staff came before guests did so they can set up and they even decorated it to make it look presentable! I wasn't stressed about picking up food and setting up if I had picked other catering. Next time we decide to have a get together we definitely plan to use The Taco Lady, again!
