My sister and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Let me tell you, after working all day, I was completely famished!! I always do reviews on restaurants that have amazing customer service and great food, but this time I failed to take pictures when our food came out because we were starving🤭 The restaurant was pretty busy when we came in, but the hostess immediately seated us, yes, I said it no wait! Laisha was our AMAZING server, who was not only extremely polite and patient but very accommodating. I’ve been here once before but it was some time ago. We did start with appetizers. If you’ve never tried their brussels sprout appetizers, they are amazing, it’s something that no one should overlook. We also had their pretzel bites. The brussels sprouts as well as the pretzel bites were piping hot! Laisha Made sure that all of our food was delivered to our table, hot and ready to eat, That also explains why the time I took the picture we had eaten all the food😊 The food was reasonably priced. It was hot and delicious. I’ll definitely be back, but next time I’ll be sure to make sure to take pictures before we eat all of the food!!!

My partner and I came here late at night since I was craving chicken, and this Taco Mac truly impressed us. Even though we arrived close to closing, the service was kind and welcoming. The person who took our to-go order was very sweet, and one of her coworkers stood and chatted with me about TV shows while we waited, which made the experience feel even more personal. We ordered 20 wings in Asian Sweet Heat, Spicy Mango, and Lemon Pepper. They were cooked just right—crispy but not dry, with plenty of flavorful sauce that tasted fresh. I also tried the Peaches & Cream Croissant Beignets, and they were amazing—light, airy, golden brown, with just the right amount of sweetness and no greasiness at all. Our food was ready in about 20 minutes, and considering how late it was, I was surprised by how fresh everything tasted. This has been the best Taco Mac experience I’ve ever had, and it changed my opinion of the chain. Thank you to the Taco Mac team for making our night and going above and beyond—I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend trying those croissant beignets!

I frequent here often and usually have a fair experience or nothing to complain about . My experience on my last visit was poor . I’ve been In the industry myself for 10 plus years making it to an DO level and yet I don’t expect excellent service but I do expect decent service . I arrived around 2:10 2:15 and was surprised to see it was slower due to the games . The service was poor being the volume at the time and this is more of my area of concern . No app plates , had to ask , extra napkins had to ask , stacked my dishes in the corner of the table to be picked up , wife asked for a coke never got it until 10min later ( not busy just lackadaisical). Ordered my daughters wings wrong and waited another 10min on those , never sent a manager never apologized and continued to charge me for them as well . BAD SERVICE IS A CHOICE and anyone choosing to give bad service shouldn’t be on your floor . Ask for the check and was told “ the check is in the tablet “ tablet froze for 10 min never came back to assist . Just awful . I have never wrote a google review , but the nonchalantness of service was slightly offensive as I dine often . Management also never table touched anyone including myself .A simple stop by could have gone a long way but that didn’t happen either . Steps of service are implemented for a reason , but none of them were followed in this case which led to a very unpleasant experience.

Don’t normally do reviews but that was an absolute delight. Kali is fantastic. Such a lovely person. Give her everything she wants! Never met such an attentive, knowledgeable and lovely bartender. I will come back just for her!!…maybe the food too.

This place has a great selection of beers. The Bacon Gouda Burger is exceptional. The Cheesesteak egg roll is another winner.

Finally got a chance to see what the Taco Mac hype was about. The burger was mid. The wings were pretty good. I've had better street tacos. The drinks were decent. Our server was new and not very knowledgeable about the menu.

Dave was an amazing bartender. The customer service was amazing, the atmosphere was very pleasant and the restaurant was very clean. The manager Jamie was really sweet, and she paid attention to details, interacted with the customers at the bar, and ensured the customers were happy. I will be returning soon.

Our experience at Taco Mac was a mix of highs and lows. Our server, Alisha, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and handled our large group with ease. The appetizer, pretzel bites, was a solid start to the meal. However, the wings were over-fried and dry, which was disappointing. The ranch dressing was thick but lacked flavor. On a positive note, the atmosphere was cool and enjoyable. Overall, great service but inconsistent food quality.

Taco Mac is a typical neighborhood chain sports bar that has plenty of seating and TVs. This place has typical American and Mexican food, such as burgers and tacos. The service was good and the food and drinks did not take too long to come out. We got the Boneless Wings, Original Wings, and Blazin' Buffalo Wrap. I got the Boneless Wings in the lime chile flavor with ranch on the side and it was pretty good. The Boneless Wings were a bit dry before dipping them into the ranch, but other than that I did not mind eating them. My boyfriend got the Original Wings in the slow burn flavor which is their spiciest flavor apparently. He also enjoyed his Blazin' Buffalo Wrap which came with a side of fries. We also got drinks here, specifically the Paloma, Gummy Bear, and Vegas Bomb. I thought that the Paloma and Gummy Bear were sweet drinks and not too strong. Overall, this is a very casual dining place to go to if you want some bar food. The food is not amazing, but it is not bad. It is average, but as long as you do not have high expectations, then this is a good place to check out for game day due to the food and TVs!

Food was fresh, but the service made this something way better. Alicia was a rock start. We waited for nothing. She anticipated need including refills. She was super friendly, always with a smile, and made eating at a neighborhood joint far more special. Ask for her - you won't regret it!

Lately my husband and I have been coming more often to this location of taco Mac for late dinner, and we just keep coming back because of how quick and great service is. Food has also gotten better! They recently got a new menu with new items and certain changes. They have unfortunately changed my favorite wing sauce Sweet Chili Sesame to Sweet Sesame Ginger and it's okay. Definitely not the same, but still good. Their wings are usually a good size and served fresh and hot! Some of our other favorite items include the All the Way Nachos, Shrimp Tacos and the Cronuts. Their beer selection is very extensive and you can get points and rewards with the Brewniversity app! Service is really good. Alicia, who was served us a couple times is very good at what she does! We'll definitely come back! All servers were totally attentive to our large group. We had over 30 people and never at any time. Did we feel neglected by the staff.

Not thrilled with this take out experience. Picked up on time. Walked in & hostess was at the window. She didn't greet me, rather layed on her elbow & staired at me until I spoke. When she went to get my food I saw the counter- barf. Goopie stuff on the sides that are absolutely no clean. She's laying on her elbows... she needs to clean! This is Friday, 11/15/24 at 5:15 PM. Manager- take note! My order was ready & when I got home, they got it right. I ordered a kids meal- HERE is my disappointment... look at this SAD meal!! Over $6 for 4 TINY boneless wings, crap celery & carrots, a cup of overcooked broccoli, cookie & the sauce. Sounds like a good deal but the sauce looks more full than the actual food- what a ripoff!!! Won't do this again! The restaurant was full of folks. I like this place, but that Kids Meal is a JOKE & that hostess with the lazy tood.... hense my 2 stars today. And... right after I posted this review I opened my Wedge Salad... AGAIN, what a JOKE!!! Where are the toppings. I am PISSED!!!! Pull it together, Taco Mac. You can be so much better with the take out experience & this is football season... this has the potential to be big business!!!

I don't know about you, but I love some good brew and some decent sized wings. Service is typically pretty good. I like to sit at the bar or upstairs depending on the day. The portions are good for the price and you can stay and watch as many games as you want. Parking is abundant and I've never had an issue finding somewhere to park.

Quintessential sports bar with sports bar fare. TVs everywhere, good service and tasty food. Several wing flavors to choose from or grab a burger or Philly egg rolls. Drinks are flowing and it stays crowded. Plenty of wing flavors in traditional, roasted and boneless.

A while since our last outing. The oven roasted lemon pepper wings were great and the gouda bacon burger was very tasty and will be ordered again. The service was excellent. Shout out to Logan who made our dining experience outstanding!!!

Great place to eat and have fun with family and friends. Kid friendly. All servers, bartenders and managers are friendly and professional. A couple of our favorite servers are Stephanie and Jaylin.

I don't get all the hate for this place! Only 2 miles from my office, my colleagues and I will oftentimes choose Taco Mac for lunch because they will easily accommodate our large group, service is usually quick and on-point, and food is delicious. This location is pretty spacious with a ton of entertaining TVs surround a large bar area with plenty of high-tops for parties of 4, 8, and booths. The adjoining dining area is also a good size and can accommodate large groups once tables are pushed together. Additionally, there is an upstairs dining area but I rarely see it used during lunch. So, needless to say, I've been coming here pretty regularly for years. My go-to favorites are: - Original wings, dry, sweet chili sesame on the side - Grilled shrimp tacos - Grilled salmon Their menu changes routinely with new items added so you can usually rotate through something new. Look y'all, I'm not saying Taco Mac is the best restaurant in the world and you should go here every week, but for the area, for the food, service, and ability to accommodate large groups with no advance reservations, it does the job.

This location is my favorite location. It's starting to get very popular and seems to be a bit crowded sometimes but the service is very good and pretty fast so it's not like a long wait or anything plus the food is also very good. Never had a bad experience and I've been here about three or four different times already It's basically like a sports bar and a good little area for you and your family to grab a bite to eat

David is the best barkeep in the biz. He knows what you want, remembers your favorites and recommends new drinks.

My terrible, no good, very bad service at this Taco-Mac was brief but bad enough that it warrants a bad review so that hopefully the manager will wake up to the need for proper training of host stand employees. I walked in before dinner hour really kicked off, probably about 4:30pm and it was pretty dead inside. I asked for a booth. The disinterested girl at the stand said "we have no booths available". There were LOTS of open booths. Asked if I wanted to eat outside, I said no. It was sweltering that day. Another girl came up and the first girl (with attitude) relayed to the second girl my unreasonable request for a booth and the second girl asked if I wanted to eat outside (see previous interchange above from less than a minute ago). It was apparent that my presence was extremely inconvenient for these two girls so I left. I've rarely felt less welcome in an establishment as I have here. The Taco Mac in Suwanee is much better run and provides far better service. Worth the additional drive if you're in Lawrenceville.

Food is always fresh and taste amazing. The service is prompt and easy going regardless of the server. The setting is always up beat and the right vibe for the moment.

Dropped in to watch the NFL game. Appreciate the entire restaurant showed the game on ALL televisions. Immediately got a booth. Service was perfect . Dip was just okay, but nothing special. Didn't like the pita chips. Wish we could have had the option to not have them.

Taco Mac in lawrenceville is great. The 2 best servers ever. Steph and Jaylin!! Always very friendly, accommodating, foid comes out correct. Very attentive !!! They are one of the reasons I keep coming back!! They are the BEST!!

My wife and I visited Taco Mac for an impromptu date night. In college, Taco Mac was an every month thing. We had been craving it for a while, so decided to pull up. The Service: The service was great. Our waitress allowed us to sample a few beers before we made our decision. When I asked her for her advise, she mentioned that she was only 18, which I instantly started rambling her head off about enjoying her youth. LOL. The Atmosphere: This is your typical Taco Mac, so expect a bar feel. There are many high top tables and a few regular tables along with booths. There are MANY big TV's displaying ALL sports channels. We were able to watch basketball, football, and hockey all at the same time. The Food: We ordered an assortment of wings and an order of fries. The wings tasted really good, but the fries weren't really that fresh. The ranch was good as always. The Parking: Free parking lot. Overall, we had a good evening and will return.

Experience, food, service, drinks, was great!! We love to order the salmon that comes with the most delicious BRUSSELS SPOUTS with honey. The fact that you can get good food and good beer in one location is everything. The waitress said that brussel sprouts might be coming off the menu, and I'm hoping somebody will read this and reconsider since it's the reason we come here! Please and thank you! Much love.

I really want to like this place. It's a chain and food is predictable. Great location. Drinks are good. But the service kills this place. It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. I sat at the bar right in front of the register and the bartender didn't acknowledge me when they used the register. I don't even know why. I asked for a menu but I left after ten minutes since the bartender never came to check on me. Kinda dumb I gotta beg for food here. Other times I sat at the beautiful patio area. I figured other people out here should be fine. Service was almost nonexistent. Had to go inside to flag someone down each time. Not even that busy. I can't imagine what it's like if it's busy. Sit inside and it's not much better. For example the food comes out but no silverware. This place could be successful if they just cared. It's not a staffing issue. So much inefficiency in the staff it's sad watching the potential of this place be wasted.

The food was good and service was a bit slow. The inside was chilly not sure what that was. Eating with your coat is not a great experience!

I will be back to this location just because of the vicinity to where I live. I will never tip, due the experience tonight. As a person who is in the industry, my experience tonight was pathetic. Walked in 2 people standing at host stand didn't say a word to me, so I kept on walking to the bar, sat at a table right behind the bar seats for 15 minutes and not one employee or manager checked in with me, asked me if I was okay or anything. I made sure to make eye contact with all employees that seen me, so I just got up and left.

Brad was our server. Friendly, informative. Made us feel welcome from the start. Very confident in his knowledge of the menu. We asked for some changes in our food selections. Brad repeated our order to make sure he had it correct. Our food arrived just as we ordered. Overall a great experience. We will be asking for Brad on our return.

When my friend suggested meeting here for dinner, I was a little apprehensive due to Yelp reviews. However, due to its location and A+health score, I decided to give this Taco Mac a try. I'm glad I did because our experience was perfect. Our server was friendly and attentive. Our food came out hot, and the meal was delicious. We both had the Peachtree burger, and it did not disappoint. The fries were also hot and tasty. For a rainy Wednesday, there were patrons, but it wasn't incredibly busy. That being said, we did wait a little for food, but I didn't mind. It was obviously prepared made to order, which I appreciated. I would visit this location again.

They are ok. Large selection beer. Food is just ok. Save your receipts. I was charged on my cc today for charges I didn't make. When I called they told me it was for months ago when their computers down. Thankfully it's a credit card not debit.

We traveled here from SC for a soccer tournament and needed a space to accommodate a team dinner for 60 people. When I called and spoke to the manager Stephanie, she was so kind and told us they would love to host us and that the upstairs loft would be the perfect thing for all of us. Upon arrival, the space was set and we had three dedicated servers. We organized tickets by players jersey number and the staff kept track of everything beautifully. The food was delicious and everything came out in a timely manner. The staff ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal, including napkins and additional condiments. I cannot say enough good things about this location...it made our team dinner go off without a hitch and everyone was very happy with how seamless it went. Way to go Taco Mac team - y'all have a great thing going here!

The service was awesome. Shelbie, the bartender does an amazing job greeting the customer and meeting their needs and when there was a need with the tvs for golf Jamie was able to get it switched right away

We recently celebrated a retirement party in the upstairs area. Jamie was amazing at helping us with the arrangements! Steph and Jaylin did an incredible job making sure the guests were taken care of with drinks and keeping the wings coming! They were very pleasant and easy to work with! Thank you all for making it an easy evening for us to celebrate!!!

I'll be honest, it's been ages since I've been to a taco mac. Living in the city keeps me away. I came here right before lunch hours after seeing my doctor. The bar tender working this morning (shorter, pixie cut lady) was absolutely fantastic. We spoke about sours and finding options and it feels like things are slim. She made me a French 75 from their elderflower 79. If you had a bad experience at one, try again. We need more in the city. I had the tinga tacos. They were great. MORE PICKLED ONION PLEASE

Oh My goodness, I could not recommend a place to have a retirement party or anything like that, than this TacoMac!!! I met with Ted the manager, and he was wonderful and helpful. but the best part was our servers, Ania and Lindsey!!!! They were OUTSTANDING!!! They did such an incredible job taking care of everyone, and making sure that things were going smoothly. We had so much fun and it was really such and incredible time. Thank you so much for this experience!

This taco Mac is amazing. I wouldn't come here if it wasn't for Dave. He's the best bartender in the world. This man will give you great conversations with a touch of sarcasm.... But he is always on top of his game ! He makes the nights x10 more enjoyable! Definitely come to this taco Mac if you are planning on going out ! And sit at the bar ! Because Dave is something you don't want to miss!!!!!

Not a good experience. Worst wings I have ever been served. Waitress never offered to refill my drink. The others in my group said it was just so so. They promptly refilled their beers though. Note to self, never go back.

Solid wings, good selection of drinks, fine place to watch the game. We had a great, private spot on the second level this week for my gang of friends (7 total). We were quickly seated and cared for by Aniyah who put up with our sad jokes and was a wonderful host. The food took a long time to come out, even though they weren't terribly busy but I don't blame our server.

Decided to pick up food to-go on Saturday and we decided on Taco Mac. This wasn't our first time eating here but was my first time going inside to pick it up. I waited maybe 2 mins before being helped and the food was ready on time. This place is like a sports bar so it was really loud inside as the football games were on. So I was happy I got it to-go lol. We order quesadillas and a cheeseburger. My daughter loved her burger. The quesadillas were too greasy for me. I could only eat 2 of them. We eat here often so I'm just assuming it was an off night.

Mikayla was absolutely on top of things serving our table during tonight's UGA SEC Championship game. Taco Mac was slammed with fans but that did not affect our service one bit! Thank you Mikayla!!!

My server Jaylin went above and beyond to provide top tier service. I never had a want for anything! It was like she was reading my mind.

We arrived at 1:45, got our drinks within 7 minutes, ordered our food and got that within 25 mins. The place was packed, but we were able to talk and enjoy ourselves. Our server, Adonis, was excellent. Super attentive, and got our order precisely. The ambiance of the establishment was fun and chill.

Stephanie M. waited on me today and I had a great experience. She took great care of my family and I - we LOVED the chicken wings and her recommendations were perfect. Atmosphere was awesome.

First time here and had a great experience. You could sense the camaraderie amongst the staff. If I was local I would come here often!

I just tried Taco Mac for the very first time (4/30/23 @ 4:00pm )and it was the worst restaurant visit EVER!!!! What a waste of time and money!! We came in and order the Trio and chips as an appetizer. It came out with no plates. Our server was MIA all day. The food was so slow coming out. My husband and daughter order street tacos and quesadillas. They received their order almost 30 minutes before I received my salad. Again, no server. I went to find a manager to explain that I haven't received the rest of the food and my husband and daughter have eaten. He was offered no assistance. The wings came out about 15 minutes later. The salad came out right as we were packing to go. They offered no apology and no resolution. Terrible customer service. I am NEVER going back!!! The worst service ever!!!!

The food a awesome!!! Service is the best! My husband and I always sit at the bar and enjoy the bartender Dave who is the best. We come every Monday and Thursday every week.

We had an awesome experience at this place. We were a large group, 6 adults and 10 ish kids- I can't remember which ones were there lol. Usually a group this large, we don't have outstanding experiences with food or service. Our waitress was awesome and got all the orders correct, she made recommendations and was super patient with us... which is hard cause we are loud and talk a lot. The food was delicious, we had a mix of things, but the wings were sooo flavorful and the the queso and spinach/artichoke dip were the best. I had a margarita (ok- two) because they were that good. Would definitely come in again if we are in the area. The tacos were good too! No one had good they didn't like.

I had to update my review because it is clear that the Management has changed or stepped their game up since our first visit ever here. The servers are much more aware of their tables and frequently come to check on you. The food tasted 10 times better than the first time. I would say to come check them out now as it is much better!

Worst Taco Mac I've ever been to. Service was terrible. Took 10 minutes just for a waiter to approach and ask us what we'd like to drink. Food took 40 minutes and it was COLD when it came out???? I ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and it was brought to me at the end of my meal.(mozzarella sticks were way over done and tasted frozen at the same time ????) I was charged for an ice tea I didn't order. And to top it all off my friends foods were also cold and some of them didn't get items they'd ordered. I never leave bad reviews unless it's deserved. Taco Mac is terrible and over priced as it is. So when you add insult to injury....
