If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had one of my most disappointing experiences with Taco Mac at Lindbergh (573 Main St NE, Atlanta, GA 30324). I ordered food via Uber Eats for my entire office. The delivery time kept getting pushed back. We contacted the restaurant in which they told us the food was picked up. After contacting Uber, they told us the food was never recorded as picked up. It is now 3:15pm, and I had to cancel the order and physically go pick up the food. I ordered the food as a to-go order and was told it would take 15 mins for the food to be ready. Upon arriving, I paid for my order and still had to wait on my food. During my wait time, I had plenty of time to read the reviews of the restaurant which so many people acknowledged that the service at the restaurant was horrible. I was also able to observe 4 staff members who all looked like managers, sitting at table and laughing. The only time they got up was to address other issues that arose from other messed up orders. I finally received my food at 4:00 pm in which I was told then there was only 1 chef working. Upon arriving back to our office, there was parts of the nacho order missing (ie. salsa, guacamole, etc.). Also, another 2 orders were so small, you figured it was a kids meal. This was some of my co-worker first and what will probably be their last time trying out Taco Mac. PLEASE NOTE: During this whole time, there were less than 10 patrons in the restaurant.
