I’ve been coming to this location for years and it has consistently gone downhill. The food and service has stooped so low that it’s almost unrecognizable. You have to alert the staff that there is bodily fluids and vomit in the bathroom that has not been attended to. To the extent that we as women have to utilize the men’s restroom because the women’s restroom has not been serviced in a timely fashion. The food that we ordered arrived so cold that we had to have it sent back and we were told by our server that “at the end of the night, you never know what to expect”, not realizing that we ordered 45 minutes prior to actually receiving our food so the back of the house staff should have ample time to make a quesadilla and chicken tenders at a decent temperature to be enjoyed in the moment. A pure disappointment.

Y’all. When I tell you customer service is dying. We went to Taco Mac over the weekend as a part of a bar crawl. We have all, in my group, been to a Taco Mac before so we know what to expect with regard to food and drinks. What we didn’t expect was everything else. Whew child. Buckle up Buttercup. This is going to take a minute. We arrived at Taco Mac and were greeted almost immediately. I told my friends I needed to go take care of parking. I had exhausted my four hour max and needed to start it over again. So I left them as they were being taken to a seat. I walked 6 minutes to my car, sat in the AC for 15 minutes to allow the meter to run out, then walked back another 6 minutes to Taco Mac. When I walked in one of my friends was walking away from the front where she had been waiting for over 20 minutes to be assisted. She said numerous employees walked by here in her seat and not one asked to help her. She eventually asked where to place a carryout order and was told to do it at the counter where we started this adventure. My other two friends were STILL in line at the bar to order drinks. Order, not receive. Geesh. They stood in that line another 10 minutes waiting to order. The good thing was once you ordered a drink, you received it at that moment. They all ordered a lemonade beer that was good; bitter but good. Taco Mac was aesthetically displeasing. The seats in the booths were ripped, tables were dirty and full of dishes and food, the bar was a mess. I was in shock. I do understand staffing is a challenge for a lot of businesses, but goodness. This was bad. My friends waited another 20 minutes for their food to be ready. Overall, I was disappointed but not surprised at this experience. I’d like to see this establishment do better, but my hopes are not high.

We came in tonight unplanned really & sat with Ky! Everything was perfect! My wings were some of the best I’ve ever had at Taco Mac! Super friendly & not sure if you can request a waitress but highly recommended her! I’ll definitely be back to this location! 😊

Zhaleesi Thank you so much for the wonderful service you provided us. You really made my significant other George special birthday and this is the place we need to be. The service was wonderful. The food was wonderful and the drinks were delicious. We couldn’t have selected a better place and of course we tried to select other restaurants before coming here but thanks to you. All your restaurant was open later than most and we were able to enjoy a delicious meal thank you for your service beautiful lady. We appreciate it.

✨Simply Perfection✨ is how I'd put my experience here:) I'm Canadian, & today hunted for the "American food experience." Locals recommend this place, for Atlanta is known for their "steller buffallo wings," moist n flavourful American smash burger + egg, & homemade ranch. Roy's service went above & beyond for accomodating & assisting me with my hunt project! America is growing on me... hehe Their music & atmosphere made it an easy place to relax & have a great time:) Also.. I grew up watching cooking shows with my dad on "The Food Network," & I will say "You gotta eat here" ;)

My experience was great at Taco Mac and ZhaZha was my lovely and attentive server. Me and my friends went together and had all of the desserts that they offer. Everything was delicious. I truly love the wedge salad too!!

I experienced great customer service with Zhaleesi. She is a problem solver and made sure that our dissatisfaction became a satisfaction before we left. The wings were delicious. The cronuts OK was the icing on the cake! We will be back!

Went to taco mac for the first time and had the best server, Zhaleesi. Amazing food, amazing service. we got a free dessert for it being our first time and it was delicious. will definitely be coming back!
