Taco Mac Suwanee

Good. Menu has been downsized in recent years, but it's a positive change. Burger was cooked properly and love that '79 sauce. The cake was really heavy on the chocolate, could've used some more dynamic flavor like strawberry or raspberry jam as an option. Brianna is an amazing server, very uplifting personality.

I have only been to this location a few times, but everything has been good. Friendly staff and good drinks. Great selection of beer and aton of TVs. Had takeout this trip, and my order was ready at the time they specified and prepared properly. A small thing, but the floor can be sticky at times.

Great family atmosphere. Ordered the roasted wings, which have become my family's favorite, with dry lemon pepper. The broccoli is the best broccoli ever with a great butter sauce finish (I'm guessing). The sweet potato fries have a great taste and consistency. Our waitress was very attentive, polite, and welcoming. Haven't had a bad experience here after multiple visits. This will continue to be a family favorite.

Taco Mac never disappoints. Always great craft beer selection and terrific food. Bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable even when the bar is hopping. We opted for chicken tenders on this trip instead of wings, they were delicious. Best honey mustard ever!

I can always count on Taco Mac for delicious wings, burgers, and a wide selection of beers. Their oven roasted wings and honey drizzled crispy Brussels sprouts are some of the best you’ll find anywhere.

Eaten here many times, discovered wings on lunch menu today. Side salad delicious. Traditional wings worst I've ever had here - bony, thin, so tough they were hard to chew. Maybe the lunch wings are cheaper but lower quality? However, I am sure it was a one-time thing. Service was great!

I want to recognize David at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. From the initial phone call, he was courteous, patient, and thorough, walking us through the Nachos ATW order and ensuring we had a clear understanding of the pricing and estimated pickup time. Upon arrival, David greeted us warmly with a genuine smile, assisted us efficiently with the payment, and engaged us in pleasant conversation. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, David, for your excellent service.

Food was good but service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. Our waiter was mia most of our time there. Completely forgot about putting in bar drink orders several times. We were looking around to see where he was when we needed to get our check and he was hanging out at a table with his friends. We won’t be back.

Out of all the Taco Mac locations I have been to in GA, this one is the best. It's consistent, the servers are kind, and the food is fast and enjoyable. After all, it's a sports bar. I recommend the Asian Sweet Heat and the Peachtree Burger with ranch. :)

If I ever decide to go to Taco Mac this location is never my first choice. The food always takes a long time. The dinning/bathroom area seems to be dirty every time I go! From personal experience this Taco Mac seems to operate better during the day. All my bad experiences have been at night so that could have something to do with it. I do enjoy the fact that the location itself is very open, a lot of sun comes through! Taco Mac in general is a good spot to come by, have a drink and a bit of food with your friends (: The Brussel sprouts here are good! And so are the sweet potato fries! My friends really enjoyed their Philly and wrap! The chocolate cake gave Matilda! (: Our server was Stephanie (: she was super sweet, bubbly, and ATTENTIVE. I came here previously and my food came out wrong! The server took about 20 mins to come back to my table which means I had to wait 20 mins to let her know my food was wrong! I really appreciated Stephanie's attentiveness this time around. I will continue to recommend the Buford location! (:

It was college game day and we wanted to watch the Bulldogs. After visiting another establishment we decided to venture here so we can actually hear the game. Taco Mac didn't disappoint! Walking in felt like a den full of Dawg fans with large tvs and screens from every angle. There wasn't a bad seat in the house! Our waitress was friendly and the food and drinks hit the spot! Thanks Taco Mac and GO DAWGS!

Since it was a Sunday, NFL Jerseys were worn by many routing for the Atlanta Falcons, so it was loud and of course we got seated by the loudest of all cheering at every play. I get it sports bar but yelling at each play ahhh, enough said. We were seated immediately despite how busy they were, and our waiter Edward was there quickly, very friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. We ordered queso with chips and salsa as an appetizer and it was good. We then ordered the chicken wrap with mac n cheese, and she had the boneless wings with fried Brussel sprouts. We were both happy with our meal and left quickly after we finished. We will come back.

I stopped by yesterday to discover that Taco Mac has changed their menu. This is not a positive change. Many selections have been removed, the sides have been thinned out as well. In addition, if you want a side, you don't get one unless you order it for an additional price. I'm not sure what's going on, but it will be a long time before I return, if things don't change. I would not recommend the restaurant any longer!

Always a good decision. Habanero BBQ wings have been my favorite for years. The takeout service is always great. And I've always loved the sports bar feel.

I normally love Taco Mac but this was absolutely unacceptable. Ordered boneless wings and received traditional wings with some kind of lint or something on them. Absolutely disgusting. And the egg rolls were also not the correct portion. Smh disgusting

Taco Mac is always a hit or miss for me, and it really depends on the location. Food will always be consistent whichever Taco Mac you go to but the service is literally all or nothing. This is the closest Taco Mac near my house, and my friend and I wanted some late night munchies along with a beer to kick off the weekend. We came around 11pm on a Friday, and I will tell you now -- that is not the best time to be visiting Taco Mac. Service will more likely not be good, as they're trying to wrap up for the night and it's just not a good time to go wherever you are. We were seated immediately and our server took our order. We got all the way nachos and some beers. Can I just say how Taco Mac is really not affordable anymore? It used to be you can get a nice meal for around $15 pre-drinks but now they upcharge on fries for the wings and it's overall just expensive now. I blame inflation. Service was a little weird -- our server would be nice one time and then a few minutes later, she would seem annoyed. She did mention that she was tired and she had to work a double.. I was in a pretty good mood so I tried to have small talk and make her feel better and she seemed to appreciate that and was kinder to us. I thought it was funny that we had to work for our server to be nice to us, but I was in a good mood overall and I didn't want to let something small bother me. The nachos came out actually really quickly -- probably the quickest service I've received at Taco Mac. Nachos All The Way is such a classic at Taco Mac and it never fails, though I will say I just feel like the toppings get less and less every menu renewal they have. Overall -- we had a pretty decent experience, especially for the late-night visit we did. It wasn't too crowded, service wasn't horrible, but most of all - I had a great time. I can't wait to be back as football season has started. Taco Mac is truly a staple of Georgia.

We came to this location because I being pregnant had a sudden craving for Taco Mac ranch and wings. The service was good for a Friday nigh, and the food was hitting the spot for what I was cravin, but man I should have asked what kind of seed oils they cook this stuff in, because at 6am you would've thought I had eaten food cooked in castor oil with the unearthly sounds my stomach and digestive system was making. I was in so much agon you would've thought I was actually in labor. Needless to say, it was a rough start to my morning, and I think I'm officially too old to eat here again without suffering major consequences for the next few hours. Good tasting food, good service, but beware of the consequences to your bowels afterwards.

Taco Mac in general used to be a great place to go for a few large wings and brews back in the day. Unfortunately, things have clearly changed for the worse. I've visited this Suwanee location every once in a while trying to get that old favorable experience that I used to love at Taco Mac. It's becoming less of an ideal choice on my list of options to eat out for a quick dinner with some friends on a weeknight. Tonight was the worst at the Suwanee location. Flat beer, undercooked tiny little all skin no meat chicken wings, limp carrots, and heat lamp fries. Pretty sad experience. I think it is safe to say that I will probably never eat here again in my life. I'd add that the staff was fair but the quality of the cook was sub par even when compared to common drive thru fast food establishments. Closing this chapter.

There's plenty of parking when you arrive. We visited in a Wednesday evening and was seated right away.Our orders were taken and the food came out quick, I got the nachos and the portion was huge. Totally shareable. The nachos came with all the toppings on the side, which I loved because there's no way I could of finished it in one setting. Plus the tortillas would be soggy. The tortilla chips were freshly cooked. The cheese is melted to perfection and the toppings are added in just the right amount to give each bite a burst of flavor. Taco Mac had a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We ended up spending a good 3 hours there and never felt rushed. Our sever was very attentive, she made sure my glass was always full, and asked if I needed anything else with a genuine smile.

Ordered to-go. Order took longer than was scheduled and they forgot 2 sides. As you know, Taco Mac is proud of their food. Manager said, mistakes happen. I had to ask if I was at Popeyes? Didn't offer any compensation for forgetting food. If I didn't double check my bag, they would have gotten away with shorting my order. Was a regular, not coming back for a while.

Nicest bartender. Consistent good food. Great beer/cider selection. Some nearby businesses should take customer service lessons.

The store manager here is the worst. Her name is Tiffany. My son's chicken ended up being spicy when I picked it up. When I called, she refused to change anything. I had to get back in the car and drive just to get my son something to eat- thank you Tiffany.

Its been a couple of years since i went to Atl and a couple of years since i went to Taco Mac, more specifically this location so an update is warranted am i right. I decided to drop in here on a sunday a couple of months ago, i was immediately seated. I ordered the cheesesteak which came out pipping hot and was delicious, also ordered some wings and a couple of margarita's. Everything was excellent, will always make it a point to stop by here anytime i am in Suwanee/ATL.

For starter it only took about 5 minutes for us to be seen up front. we got chips and cheese and as a bonus tortillas which is good, but then onto the Philly rolls which me personally I didn't like, but I know people that like it so mid. There is TVs everywhere along with the Falcons game. Which is great. The burger was pretty good the fries we're good and thats pretty much it.

I came in with 2 of my boys on a busy thursday and our sever was Kathlynn. She was so quick to greet us and take our order i was honestly surprised. All the food came out super quick and fresh ; i also had a few modifications to my order and it came out perfect. I got a steak philly and it was amazing. I've grown up in gwinnett county so i'm used to Taco Mac but this was by far the best service i'd ever gotten from one of their locations. I would definetly come back and request for Kathlynn.

Haven't been to this location in years and was craving some taco Mac and a beer so stopped in today on the way home . Crowded as usual I was able to get a table quick had our IDs ready and got a cold beer while we looked at the menu. We pretty much thought we knew what we were getting but I saw they were now offering a Cuban sandwich so I opted for the Cuban sandwich for my son got our standard Philly cheesesteak and some hot wings. The Cuban was pressed and very good with hot fries and made perfectly. Phillycheese has always been great it's a little different and a tad smaller than it used to be but understand that after Covid tore the restaurant industry apart. Still a great sandwich and the wings are our go to wings. We like 3 mile island or whichever is second to the hottest and we easily ate those up and I ended up taking half my Cuban home with me for a great snack later. This is Taco Mac with all the beer selection you could think of, great staff and service, good price points glad we were in the area to stop by. Looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!!!

I am reaching out to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. After driving 40 minutes at 9:00 PM on a Sunday night and spending $80 to purchase food for my family, I discovered upon arriving home that the dressings for our meal were missing from the bag. As loyal customers who specifically enjoy Taco Mac for the wings and dipping sauces, my family and I were quite let down by this oversight. When I contacted you the manager KB, to address the issue, your nonchalant response and suggestion to drive back after I explained to you I was 40 min away for the dressings were disheartening. As a manager myself, I believe that such dismissive treatment is not fitting for a leader representing a major establishment like Taco Mac. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide not to patronize your establishment in the future. I will also be sharing my encounter with friends and family. I urge you to consider taking customer service training to better serve those who support your business. And I also explained my lemon pepper wings were drenched in grease and you kindly brushed that off as well.

Horribly disappointing, this was our favorite restaurant but in last 6 visits we have had undercooked wings, burnt wings, wings that too almost an hour because they chose to give our order to a delivery person and tonight, a hostess who wouldn't seat us when tables were empty under the guise of not double seating but ten minutes later after asking for a manager he comes up copping attitude and saying that we can wait another 10-15 minutes, after we had originally been told 10 minutes, ten minutes earlier. Manager was rude, short and dismissive. Blamed final four but we come here once a week and it's honestly busier than tonight. Well take our business to the Duluth restaurant as we love TM but will avoid this place going forward. 4 strikes you're out...disappointed.

Taco Mac is the epitome of the sports bar! This location doesn't disappoint in that regard. The wings were especially flavorful as my party and I were able to enjoy some MLB playoffs. The wait staff was extremely accommodating and very fast despite the fact that it was noon on a Friday. I would encourage any sports fan to make this a destination for your next big sporting event.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I placed a to go order over the phone. When I picked up the food and checked it in the car, of course my order was wrong. I ordered Philly egg rolls and wings. The food did not look appetizing at all. I returned the food inside because it was not what I asked for. The wings were supposed to be all flats and the Philly egg rolls were just burnt, dried out and barely any filling in the inside. The wings were small and not flavorful. The host Josh went to tell the manager and to remake the order but by the looks of it, it was the same food. I wanted to give this place a chance because I'm new to the area but I have never had this experience at the Duluth GA location that I frequent all the time. Based off the reviews this happens a lot here at the Suwanee location and it's unacceptable. I do not recommend this location!!!

Pros: Very sweet and knowledgeable server Manager checked on us Food was good Restaurant was clean Food came out quickly Cons: Took 20+ minutes to get the beer I ordered Salad was $13 and was a shallow bowl of iceberg with a few small veggies. I asked for no corn but it was also missing chicken. I didn't realize until I left. I'd try it again but only because of the friendliness of the staff. The server was very new and I know it takes awhile to become very proficient.

Surprised to be seated so quickly on a Saturday night. Good was good but the burgers were amazing! We had the Chatahoochie Burger and it was amazing. Fun atmosphere with lots of TVs for whatever game you want. Good customer service. Definitely will be back

What happened? Used to be great. Service is below average, food takes too long, and 3 out 5 things I ordered came out wrong. All the while the place is half full.

We have ordered the train wreck nachos dozens of times including last night at Duluth .... Always exactly the same including LAST NIGHT... we are in Suwanee tonight where they brought us LITERALLY 1/3 of the order.... We sent it back with the server... he brought it back and said it was all there... Asked for manager. He said they had a new kitchen manager who has "corrected the portions".... He had no solution ... just walked away.... Not the first time the management has been the problem at this one... at the very least he should have removed it from our bill... no offer of anything in return.... Never again here....having said that our waiter Ahshar, was amazing!

Plenty of parking by the restaurant. Full bar area available. We only order an appetizer, so this review is more for the vibe and drinks. Nice and casual, the bartender was super nice and recommended a different beers to try. Trio Dip: chips was nice and fresh. All the dips taste great, just wish the queso dip didn't harden so fast. Lots of variety on tap, as well ad more selection of beer in a can. If you want a strong beer that is kinda bitter (but not too dark) you should try the Frankstark. Also if you like to drink/sample different beers, you should download an app called Brewniversity - you get points and can earn rewards.

I have been coming to this place for over 15 years. It's the perfect sports bar to hang out with friends, after work with co workers, lunch during work for business, etc. There was one time where I have been here 3 times in one week. The food is great. The best dry rub lemon pepper wings I've had in my life and their blue cheese dressing is nice and garlicky just how I like it. I'm compelled to write a review because I was here Friday and the host sat us in a little corner in far back window room. I thought we would be forgotten. But The server we had was great!! She was attentive and even tho the table next to us was being "extra" she remained so professional under pressure and still provided us great service.

The service was fantastic, even though the food took longer than expected. I ordered wings and spinach dip appetizers. I wish they had Happy Hour drink/food specials or something notable for NFL game days... that's why I knocked off 1 star.

Visiting friends I came by twice this week, not by choice but was excited to get some wings. The service was great and attentive but dang the food was lacking. The wings came out cold, the chicken breast were tasteless, the sweet tea was powder tea. However the fried pickles were bomb. Not great all around, keep looking.

MITCHELL made for a fantastic experience ! Taco Mac is a sports bar - the food choice and quality is what you would expect. It takes a great server to elevate the playing field. Mitchell did just that. Personable and attentive service made our night fun! In a world where good customer service is hard to find, we were lucky to be seated in Mitchell's section. Soooo,.... there's an UPDATE! Recently visited with a friend, at the new location in Lawrenceville off Lville-Suwanee Road. I must say, this location is very nice and I love the outdoor seating area. This is in the Old Folks restaurant from back in the day for the natives in the area...lol It's crazy because I never was crazy about Taco Mac food, but I think I was ordering the wrong things. The roasted wings are the way to go and the Spinach Dip is pretty damn good! Not to mention the Mozzarella sticks. I ordered these, and these have to be some of the best Mozzarella Sticks out there. Yard House has ya'll beat but these aren't bad.lol...Size and quantity is GREAT! I see myself coming more often now and then. It really is a cool, casual place to grab a bite and a drink. Beer selection is HUGE esp for Sweetwater fans and beer connoisseurs.

A unique healthy dining experience with an always changing menu bringing new and exciting dishes. That's not how I would describe this place. Fun atmosphere, lots of tv's, bartenders and servers who are fun and friendly, a great dining experience. The past 2 years with Covid, and issues retaining staff, has hit this place hard. Remember that EVERY restaurant is short staffed, come have a beer, relax, and enjoy! They're still one of the best sports bars in Suwanee!

With very little notice of our arrival, our group of almost 20 had the best dining experience...thanks to the GM Brian and his efficient staff! Knowing that we were on a time limit, we arrived to tables, settings, and waters all set up, and the appetizers came quickly. The food and staff were amazing. Everything was perfect! We will be back soon.

It was my first time here as I'm new to Georgia and I plan to go back this weekend. I love this place. The food was by far the best bar food I have ever tasted. Our server Melisha was super nice, upbeat and handled our whole party like a pro. You should ask for her . I doubt it is possible of her to give bad service! I had this grill chicken and 6 roasted wings yum I give tacomac 10 + the ambiance was chill and made me feel warm and i will be going back regularly!

I've visited this location at least 100 times over the years. Over the last couple of years, every time I visit, I swear it will be the last. Food is usually good, but service is terrible.

My family & I decided to have dinner @ Taco Mac in Suwanee, Ga. last night, & it was the worst decision we ever made. First, we get there & they tell us there's a 20-minute wait. Okay, they were really busy. I'll give them that. The waiter came over immediately & took our order that was good, then everything stopped. We must have waited close to an hour to get our food. Once our food finally came out, my chicken wings were warm, not hot. There was barely any sauce & the wings looked as though the chickens had been anorexic. (No pun intended). My sister ordered a burger & they brought out the wong one & had to remake it. The food & service @ this location when their not busy is very good, but on a Sunday night, when all the NFL games are on, their kitchen can not keep up. The kitchen @ this location really needs to step up their game or not even bother to offer food service on Sunday's & just stick to appetizers & drinks.

I have gone to this location for over 15 years and loved it but over the last 6 months or so the service and the attitude of the staff is horrible. Three of the last four times we have gone the place has tons of dirty tables and horrible service. The staff acts like they are inconvenienced to have to serve you even though the place is 75% empty. We will be moving our monthly group get together elsewhere. It is too bad that this Suwanee location became so bad as they have a great menu and drink options.

I want to start by saying our server was great. He was very attentive and took care of us as best he could. That being said, it took almost 2 hours for us to get our food. We had simple wing orders which should not have taken that long to get. Our server mentioned the kitchen was understaffed and I get that. Management needs to get their act together and figure out what they need to do to get themselves staffed, because it is unacceptable to their employees and their customers have to deal with this.

I usually am a huge fan of this place but today the costumer service was bad, and there were flies everywhere. The place was dead but still took around 35 minutes to get our food.

Complete disaster. Stay far away! From being Sat, to order to the bill process. Place needs a lot of help

It all started with them telling us they ran out of Blue cheese when ordering wings how dose a place known for a sewing wings run out of blue cheese, especially when Walmart is less than a quarter-mile away? (side note: if one serves/sells wings, one should know that blue cheese NOT ranch goes with wings), getting home and finding the chips to the loaded nachos burnt didn't help, the last disappointment was the lack of fries, celery, and carrots with our order, If one orders 50 wings it would be nice to have at least a full order of them. The only saving grace, the wings are good.

I have never been to a Taco Mac. It seemed crowded with lots of cars in the lot. There is plenty of parking. We were seated right away and greeted by our waitress promptly. She was helpful with the menu and the extensive beer menu. We settled on some IPAs and some queso to start. The chips were fresh and they came with some salsa and some folded flour tortillas for dipping. That was good. We got some wings which were delicious. Our favorite was the chili mango dry rub. It was a fairly unique flavor. All the wings were perfectly cooked. We also had the cheesesteak which was yummy as well. The inside was kinda an upscale sports bar feel. I would go again.

Been here a few times. Keep giving the place a Chance. But every time I come in here I keep getting disappointed. Now they have plenty of beer choices. the service is okay.. The last couple of times I've ordered wings and fries and they've always come out cold and the wings barely have meat on them it's like bones dipped in sauce..
