Taco Madre

Delicious food, fast and friendly service. We got the birria ramen, carne asada tacos, and a mexican hot chocolate. Loved getting grilled onions with my tacos, and the salsa was super great too. I was surprised to see this food truck open during a snowstorm but so relieved that they were!!

Tacos is good, sauces yummy. price is fair 2 dollars per tacos. Ramen is saltier than the ocean, i tried drinking the broth and i have a headache. And this is after they gave me a free water bottle to dilute it. For the price the tacos are worth it. people are nice. side food is kinda mid (fried barely seasoned onions instead of pickled veg)

I called in advance and ordered about 16 tacos. When I got them the sauce was thick and extremely spicy. Not really able to dip it like usual birria tacos. It also came with an extremely spicy green sauce. The actual tacos are just unseasoned without much and the sauce is so spicy…I wish the woman on the phone would have at least warned me.

These are hands down the best tacos I’ve ever had. I haven’t found a more flavorful, authentic taco in metro Detroit—and the prices are unbeatable. I’ve been coming here sometimes multiple times a week for a year, and the food is consistently delicious every single time. They take real care with every order, serving fresh lime, authentic homemade salsa, freshly chopped onions, cilantro, and even seasoned grilled onions—all for just $2 a taco. Incredible! The meat is always on point and flavorful. I love the chicken, steak, and birria with cheese, which comes with a rich, flavorful dipping sauce. The quesadillas are just as amazing, made with a flavor packed cheese. The staff is also incredibly kind. The chef always lends me a smile and wave hello. Sometimes they even deliver right to my car window while I’m waiting in the cold. I LOVE taco madre! Taco Madre has fantastic tacos with great flavor. They are cash only, however tax is included in price and for $2 per taco right now they can’t be beat. Delicious and authentic.

I ordered a steak burrito and my heart was on fire. It was the best burrito I have ever had in my entire life. I cannot help but make noises. And uh, to this burrito, I'm giving them everybody's thumbs up for this amazing burrito, my God, I wanna order another one right now thanks so much for this blessed and loving burrito.
