Absolutely love Taco Rico! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether I’m grabbing tacos, burritos, or one of their amazing bowls, it always hits the spot. But what really makes the experience even better is the service — Mari is the best employee there! She’s super friendly, always gets my order right, and makes everyone feel welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Definitely coming back again and again. Thanks, Mari!

Birria tacos were wonderful. They all the toppings self selves, as much as you want. They give you free chips and free refill as well. They bring you the food made fresh and clean up your table. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Taco Rico never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and a great deal for the price. The service is warm and welcoming every time. You can really tell the owner puts care into everything, definitely worth a visit!

Came for 1st time after leaving the uniform store next door. Place is not even mediocre, it’s actually pretty bad. Lunch Tacos barely had chicken in them. Southwestern eggrolls were not very good either. The restaurant was clean at least. Unfortunately, overall the food was bland and not to my liking. Won’t be coming back.

I was at this restaurant yesterday and the food was excellent. I tried the birria tacos. I've been to other locations but Taco Rico Cutler Bay definitely exceeded my expectations, as well as the service. They make you feel at home. Thank you.

We ordered a birria quesadilla ($14) and birria tacos ($13). As you can see in the photos, the quesadilla was practically paper thin; not much meat. There was also minimal cheese -- it was mostly tortilla. The dip tasted like Campbells tomato sauce, not birria sauce. The meat tasted unseasoned. As for the tacos, the corn tortillas weren't fried. Seemed like they were only dipped in sauce. Again, the tacos lacked much meat. Would have enjoyed a Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell more. If you want TexMex, find another place. I would give this place one star but the saving grace is that this restaurant appeared clean, there's a self-serve salsa bar, and they provide complimentary chips and salsa with your order.

The queso was water down and the lunch special for quesadillas was a size of a kids meal portion and the beans was water down as well and no flavor I don't recommend this location.

I wanted to eat something hardy, and with a little green, so I got a taco salad from taco Rico to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the taco traveled well since I took it to go. When I got there, the cashier was very friendly and the service was great. I went right after work hours so the environment was pretty slow but I know that it usually picks up right at dinner time. I ended up ordering the ground beef, one which came with the lettuce, pico, guac, sour cream cheese, and their corn and bean salad. Let's say I ate the whole thing without even thinking about it cause it was great. I would highly recommend it.

Came here to have dinner with my parents. You come in and you place your order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. Workers were friendly and helpful. Place was good, music playing in the background. What we ordered was the chicken quesadilla, the flautas and the birria tacos. Everything was really delicious, portions were perfect. These birria tacos have been the best I've tried so far! I'd definitely recommend trying these! Can't wait to go back!

Staff is pleasant, food is, well Taco Rico, just what you get at any Taco Rico: not bad, not gourmet. But: the dining room is always uncomfortably cold and they play --- loudly -- country or rock music so you can hardly converse. It's really not necessary.

Went for the first time and loved the food. My wife and I were in the look for birria tacos and saw Taco Rico had them. We ordered 2 portions of birria tacos and chips with guacamole. Everything was delicious! The tacos felt fresh and homemade. Had the right amount of cheese and beef. The sauce was awesome. Definitely will be going back for more!!!

Exterior in Cutler Bay will make you want to leave, DON'T! Interior could be anywhere in Coral Gables, Pinecrest, or Miami. Staff were efficient and polite. Food and beverage on point their tomatillo sauce is addictive!

We love their birria tacos. House flan was delicious. Definitely our little spot! Clean and great service.

Food is great . But I arrived at 8:45pm and they told me that I can't eat inside because they close at 9:30pm as a customer is not my problem. Now I have to go to the other taco Rico north of US1 I recommend to close at 8;00pm

Another good addition to my neighborhood. Ordered take out for my dinner. It was ready for pickup upon arrival so kudos for that. I ordered the Birria Tacos, an Elote and horchata to drink. Birria tacos were good, the meat super tender yes, however it lacked some flavor even when putting some hot sauce on it. The Elote was pretty good. The sauce and the sprinkles of cheese gave it very nice flavor. The horchata was ok, not the best, but ok. So 4 stars is deserving of this place

Foods Fresh and place is tranquil! Music is modern and the food is AH-Mazing!!! Went with my daughter and Wife, we had one of the Lunch Specials that included a taco, fajita, and Chimichanga. This also included yellow rice and refried beans. Biggest meal when it comes to ratio I believe! The Horchata is awesome too! The service experience was smooth too! Would recommend 10 out of 10! This place has huge potential!

Food was okay. Ambience totally lacking -- you order at the register and your food comes in styrofoam... One disturbing note -- An acquaintance of the staff walked in with her dog and the animal was permitted on the serving line. Half of the staff took turns petting it and none left the prep line for any hand washing that I could see. Won't be back

I went for a friends birthday. The service is great. The place is very nice & the decorations are also nice. The food is delicious we got tacos, burritos, quesadilla, salad & fish & every was delicious. Totally recommend this place. Definitely coming back.

This location is not reliable for take out. You have to check before you leave that they include your sauces because they do not care . The prices do not reflect the business . Go to another location

came here earlier this evening and found several loose hair in my food. didnt see anyone wearing protective hair nets either lol

This place is used to be good. It just got nasty. I just ordered today after a long time I didn't order from there and the chicken is not even cook all the way.

5 stars is not enough. 10 STARS!!! Our order was delivered in 20 mins flat (thanks DoorDash!) The food was hot and packed neatly. The BEST Mexican food we've had in years. Everything - chimichurri steak tacos, sauces, chips, chicken baja bowl - on point!!! Do yourself a favor and order some food from Taco Rico

The wet steak burrito is delicious and outstanding and I have ordered it twice with chips and pico and it is really good each time and I will order it again

My family and I tried this spot after a veteran appointment which is right next door. We were pleasantly surprised- really cool little hidden gem! The service was great and was made to order fresh and hot. My family tried the guacamole, steak tacos, a chicken burrito and jarittos! All good and delicious....

Came here for lunch a few times and had a pleasant experience. They have a few vegan options which I appreciate. The ladies taking my order were patient and kind. The establishment is very cozy and plenty of seating. Prices are reasonable and good portions too. I am glad they have this in Cutler Bay!

Since our favorite Mexican restaurant closed down, we have been trying to find a replacement. So we decided to give Taco Rico in Cutler Bay a try. It turned out to be a great place for quick but good Mexican food at a decent price. Everything we have tried has been very good. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean and comfortable.

Service is great and food is excellent. The Birria Tacos are delicious. Looking forward to try other things on the menu when I go back.

I visited with my family and we all had a terrible experience. The food was nasty and did not look appealing. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone to eat. Probably never cleaned the restaurant either.

Recently opened in Cutler Bay. I have been going to their other locations (especially Doral) before this one opened. Never been disappointed by their food. Really great Tex-mex. Food is freshly made. Their enchiladas are my favorite. If you like hot salsa their Aji salsa is really good. The Atomica hot sauce is also worth getting.
