Taco Taco Pizza Pizza

An odd find with a confused mission but an altogether positive experience overall. Taco Taco Pizza Pizza does indeed have a merging of cultures. The menu is offered on IPads with an extensive selection of both Mexican and Italian choices. The decor is Mexican so we dove into those choices. We started with chips and salsa. The chips were crisp but tasted a bit old. It arrived with salsa verde with a good bit of fresh cilantro improved my impression of the chips. We had to ask a few times for refills on water and in fact on one trip the server filled one glass but left the other glass empty. He apologized when we had to follow up to ask. We had to ask for salt and pepper as well as silverware but he was pleasant enough. We were the only patrons there so it is going to warrant a 3 for service. The entrees were a chipotle chicken with rice and beans. The chicken was slightly tough and under seasoned but the sauce was good and overall the flavor combination worked well. The beans were tasty with a sprinkle of cojita cheese. Our other entree was a carnitas burrito which was large and freshly made and served with rice and beans. I noticed a few signs for Kids parties where they are given aprons and can decorate their own pizzas for $10 per child. Seems like a good fun opportunity for a birthday party. We like to support local restaurants and thumbs up for the efforts and food offered at Taco Taco Pizza Pizza… we might have to return to check the Italian portion of the menu.

Sometimes I wish there was a sixth star to grade some restaurants, Taco Taco Pizza Pizza is the case. Almost secluded in a corner of Pembroke Road and West Dixie Hwy, there lies an enormous restaurant, not because of its size, but because of the service, the atmosphere, food quality and enjoyment. From the moment you enter, you just feel like at home. Its menu let's you decide either for the Pasta/Pizza or Mexican side. Drinks and cocktails are deliciously crafted. Nachos with chicken is a MUST to begin the night. Our Fajita, either chicken, or shrimp, or mixed was delightful and fresh. Price?? VERY AFFORDABLE!!! Saturday night is the perfect night for LIVE Music alternated with Karaoke, it is so much fun, believe me, no one cares how you sing. I recommend Taco Taco to everyone who wants to have a different amazing night.

Taco Tuesday! And without a doubt also the best burritos in Hollywood and Hallandale. Without a doubt one of the places I would return to again and again. By the way they have margaritas for 5 dollars every Tuesday all day that's nice!

Simply AH-mAzen! Great food and service. Went with my Deaf friend. The server was extremely accommodating and made her feel like she was a part of the experience which rarely happens when we go out and I chose English over sign language. Ty Jimena for making us feel at home 🏠 ✌️✌️🫶🤟🏽

Wow! If you’re thinking about lunch or dinner, definitely try Taco Taco Pizza Pizza. We were a party of five. Some people wanted Pasta others wanted Mexican food. I had the grill Chicken Chipotle with Rice, Beans, and Salad included. What a wonderful dish everything cooked with love. They also make wonderful Pizzas. My friend ordered a medium Mexican pizza. Lots of tasty goodies. The inside of the restaurant is decorated Mexico style. The seats are very comfortable, and the seating is about 20 to 25 tables and I believe they have a full bar. HAPPY HOUR Plus plus! I love this place and will come several times a week to try other items.. Our server, Hemena was fantastic and very sweet. Enjoy and let me know, how it was for you. Taco taco pizza pizza had the most delicious food and drinks. We had a pitcher of spicy margarita that was the best we had ever had. The food was delicious one of the best chicken pollo burritos that I have ever had and huge. The rest of the family had pizza and had nothing but rave reviews. We will be coming back in March before head out on next cruise. Service was exceptional, the waitress was very nice and accommodating. Had great conversation with the owner. Highly recommend everyone trying this restaurant.

I had an amazing experience at Taco Taco Pizza Pizza. The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. My favorite dish is definitely the birria pizza. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you get. Highly recommend!

We went to try this place out on Tuesday night. This restaurant has good ambiance and plenty of tables for big parties. Music was very festive and fun. Service was great except waitress had miscommunication on what we had ordered. We really wanted to try queso dip but maybe next time. We had beef taquitos and steak, carne tacos. Wasn't sure which was which but every table gets sauces of green and red. Good deal for taco Tuesday. Reminder, meat in the tacos were in bits. I was told taquitos were decent. We didn't had any drinks since we had few prior. Automatic gratuity is included.

Really enjoyed the food here! I love that you can get the best of both worlds - pizza and tacos - in one stop. This time, however, I wasn't in the mood for pizza, but I will be back to try them out. Food came out quickly and everything we got tasted fantastic. The torta was my favorite! The only thing I want to point out is that there wasn't much shrimp on the shrimp tacos and felt overpowered by the lettuce, not sure I would order those again.

I really enjoyed everything I ordered! I love the rice and beans side order with whatever I get... The quesadilla was large and filling- you can probably share it. The wings were delicious plain with my side of buffalo and blue cheese. The pina colada was very good and I could've definitely gotten a second one it was so tasty! The servers were attentive and efficiently handling tables, to go orders as well as the bar. I truly enjoy the feel of this place- very vibrant and comfy.

Taco taco pizza pizza is a vibe they only go to pizza on the on the weekends so I haven't had the pizza yet but I've had the taco. I had the burritos and I had their drinks. I also had to Chalupa. I've also had a quesadilla so I've had pretty quite a few things from there and everything was really really good. One thing I can definitely say is is very consistent and the service is very excellent. Very attentive always coming to check up on you and then every Friday or Tuesday. They have karaoke there and in that place I really feel like I'm in Mexico so big shot out in a taco taco pizza pizza

Came back again and tried the pizza this time. The pizza was delicious. I got the Buffalo chicken personal and it was tempting to eat it all. But I held off since I also had soup and garlic bread. Looking forward to having everything again later tonight. I recommend this place.

We paid 60$ For 2 sets of mini tacos (smallest taco shell you can find ) 3 tacos and rice and beans And the corn With 2 margaritas 5$ each The tacos are super tiny and they give u super small rice and beans. Food wasn't bad but want like omg it's worth the price. Not worth the price at all. If I'm going to pay that much for tacos, I expect to leave full. We left hungry.

This place deserves 100 stars!! My kids and I were all instantly delighted by the decor, the overall atmosphere, and the music. The waitstaff were friendly and the owner was one of those genuine people who you instantly like and want to be around. His warm welcome, the friendly environment, and the delicious food all made for a perfect evening. My kids were so happy there and felt right at home. Thanks for a wonderful experience! We will be back soon!

Pizza too good! Mexican with chipotle sauce passed by on Monday margarita day. 5$ margaritas. Their green sauce is spicy!!! but good for spicy lovers.

Love this restaurant, authentic Mexican dishes and my favorite is the Mexican Pizza ever time I get together with my friends i pick up pizza to take. Restaurant very clean friendly atmosphere and staff are friendly and attentive to the customers. Oh cannot forget to mention that on Friday night they have live music. You also must try their homemade lemonade to die for.

Taco Taco Pizza Pizza is in an unassuming plaza but is truly a diamond in Hollywood. With its exterior It also reminds you to "Never judge a book by its cover". I have been coming here since they 1st opened. They have turned the previous space into a charming restaurant with a bar/restaurant and a karaoke stage area. As the name says.... you can go Italian or Mexican. I hear that the pizza is great, but I love Mexican style food, so I have yet to try it. They bring you chips and their green salsa. They have 2 homemade sauces that accompany the chips. The green one is super-hot but so good. The other is a chipotle mayo. I could put that sauce on everything in this world. This time I tried the pastor style tacos (lunch special) and my friend had the beef quesadillas. The quesadillas were packed and full of flavor. The pastor tacos tasted so authentic served on homemade tortillas, pinto beans, and yellow rice. As usual the Margaritas were excellent. My favorite item though is not Mexican or Italian. One of the owners is Costa Rician. He added the chifrijo to the menu and it's amazing. It's not served during the week, but it was Friday, so they had it! A typical hangover food in Costa Rica filled with all types of goodness including beans, rice, avocado, fresh tomatoes and chicharrons. Served with chips.....my mouth is watering again.....it's so satisfying. Come here for lunch or come late night if you are in the area. They have karaoke on the weekends too. They have a great space for a small get together too. There is additional parking in the plaza just west of the restaurant.

Where do I begin ! This place is a must come ! First off we came Halloween night and the staff had a wonderful show/games and costume contest for the kids ! Which was very much appreciated !! Says a lot we got Mexican pizza and shrimp fajitas. I definitely recommend this place if you want flavor !!! Food was so good we only got picture of the pizza lol

We were looking for a low key Mexican restaurant that would be considered a neighborhood spot and we came across Taco Taco Pizza Pizza. It's centrally located, right on the border of Hollywood and Hallandale Beach, right in the outer parking lot area of the Mardi Gras Casino. We came to the restaurant on a Sunday evening, and we parked right in front of the restaurant. They had maybe 10 parking spots in the shopping center. I think you possibly could park in the next shopping center as well but it really wasn't clear. We walked in to the restaurant and were greeted warmly by one of the employees and sat us promptly. One of the servers came by a few minutes later to answer any questions we had and took our drink order. We ordered a bottle of house white wine for $25 and they brought some comp chips and salsa to start as well. We ordered a slice of meatball pizza which was a huge slice and they cut it in two which was plenty for the two of us to share. The pizza was amazing and a good quality. We both ordered tacos for $15.95, which included 3 tacos, and a small side of rice and beans. All food was very flavorful and good quality. Staff was also very friendly as well and we look forward to returning!

I ordered a Stromboli. It was delicious. The restaurant was very pleasant upon entry. Service was excellent.

Good Mexican food overall isn't my favorite but solid for the price point. I got the enchiladas and I do wish they were slightly bigger and had more sour cream. While the restaurant looks grungy on the outside, it is actually a nice environment on the inside. Service was good and attentive and overall not a bad experience.

I was surprised, silly name but really good food. The taco's were great as were the tamales. The Mexican pizza tasted great we will be back again great staff very friendly.

Tacos were good don't get me wrong but expensive. Also took 45 mins to get food sitting down and we were the only ones there. When we did get food the server tried taking our plates before we were done. Also they added a 20% gratuity automatically which was annoying. Won't be going here again.

I was excited to find that I was in this area and had this spot book marked already. I went in the late afternoon on a Saturday, so I was the only diner in the restaurant. Even with that fact, the service was subpar. I ordered a burrito, vegan. It had a ton of rice, which was much too salty and not many other ingredients. The sides were also over salted. No chips and dips, which I really love in a Mexican restaurant, so points off for that too. I am sure at night the place seems nicer, but it appeared dirty and dingy in the daylight hours. I would not return.

Good food and good prices. Large menu with lots of options. Tacos were tasty and the sauce was f-i-r-e but legit, lol.

Went to this hidden gem in Hollywood right off of Federal. I can't express enough how friendly the staff were and how vibrant the atmosphere was. Now on to the food, absolutely incredible. They are know for their authentic Mexican food. However, coming from NY I can say that they have one of the best NY style pies down here in South Florida.

Delicious!! We live close to this restaurant, and have passed it many times. Always thought the name was funny, but we had never actually eaten here until today. Food is so good. Came with a party of 10 and everyone loved their meal. I will say the kitchen was pretty slow, considering there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant besides us. We waited quite a while for our food. But the waitress was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend the Cochinita Pibil tacos, but they're only available on the weekend. Also the tacos are small, but a lot cheaper than going to some other Mexican fusion restaurants. Parking is limited, so park next door at the Brazilian restaurant, otherwise I suggest ordering out.

I ordered a bunch of things on DoorDash. Probably much better to eat in. The food was amazing. We got a pizza, tacos, burrito, beans and rice, chicken alfredo that came with this amazing garlic rolls and chicken soup. Everything was amazing. The only downside was how dry the chicken was for the chicken alfredo. The soup was divine, will go back just for that. The tacos were flavorful. I need to get myself onsite and really get a feel for the place. To be continued....

My boyfriend and I came here spontaneously as we drove by. Not sure what to expect, he is from New York so putting "New York style pizza" on your sign is very bold. We ordered the queso fundido, carne burrito, and pepperoni New York style pizza. There's really not much to say in terms of the food. Nothing out of this world, not BAD but not GREAT, ya know? Not to mention our bill came out to 70$ which I think is a bit MUCH. I wouldn't recommend personally... way better Mexican, and pizza out there. Service was good and ambiance was nice, very cute interior design and I believe they have live music. And just to put myself out there... Taco Taco rocks. I don't know about the Pizza Pizza side of things but my main interest was to try the Mexican food. The guac here was sheer delight and the vegetarian tacos were some of the best that I've had in a long, long time. Chips & salsa = yes to both. The spicy sauces can get very hot so be careful when you slather those bad boys on your food. The agua de Jamaica was an absolute delight. My friend did have a meat lover's pizza and he said it was very good. We also had the garlic rolls which are not soaked in oil, that's a plus for me, most people may miss that. There is plenty of seating and they do offer a bar as well. Just a few parking spaces up front. Service was very friendly but a touch inconsistent. So good, so worth trying. Reasonable prices wrap it all up.

I came to this restaurant in search of some good barria tacos and I was so impressed! This was my first time trying barria tacos and they were the perfect spice level and cooked very fresh. The yellow rice and refried beans were also delicious. The bartenders/servers were very attentive and friendly. They made me feel right at home. Lastly, I loved the decor throughout the inside and outside of the restaurant. I don't live in the area but this is a must everytime I visit the Hollywood area moving forward.

Was in the area and was curious about a place serving both tacos and pizza. Went on a Monday night and it was fairly empty. Ordered a small Mexican pizza to share and some tacos. Mexican pizza is not something we would normally order as we like a typical cheese/sauce pizza but wanted to be a little daring and it was great - topping was slightly spicy beef with onions, cilantro, cheese, pineapple, jalapeños and some avocado slices on a nice bubbly crust and we topped it with their mild creamy sauce which took it over the top - would definitely order again. We ordered some steak and pork tacos - also great - smaller tacos with nice crunch and the filling was delicious. We were so full we had no room for dessert. We will definitely be back.

This place is solid! Excellent birria pizza that even comes with consommé. Really tasty chicken burrito. Nice people, we got takeout-very easy to order over the phone and food was ready in 25 minutes. Highly recommend. Looks cool inside too.

I Been goin to taco taco pizza pizza for over a year now we love the place!!! The food is amazing! The meats use there are of the best quality! The tacos are great and the pizza and pastas are delicious not to mention you can see your favorite games "sports" and life entertainment on the weekends! We always have a good experience there! Yes!!!! I found a great taco place near me! Food was delicious, service how kind and attentive. It truly looks like a hole in the wall & it is but it's pretty big & festive inside. Highly recommend if in the neighborhood.

New upcoming restaurant, is a new upcoming Mexican food restaurant. The place is being renovated what really matters is the food and food quality. We came in to celebrate my birthday . The place has a few televisions one big screen and 1 More by the bar. Open kitchen so you can see the cooks in action. I took pictures of the menu, so take a look at it. I order burrito Sabanero, it's basically Mexican rice, beans, bell pepper, steak, mushrooms and onions very well seasoned and fresh ingredients. I got my kids pizza and I got to tell you pizza was GRRRAT!! Nice and crispy crust and it tasted as it was cool in coal oven... MUST HAVE! My wife had the sopes and they were cool fresh. Most places they have sopes prepared these ones were pretty fresh. Other people had the Pastor quesadilla again very nice cooked comes with avocado and with whatever meat you like. Listen if you want to enjoy a nice Mexican dish this is the place to come to... the owner of this establishment is trying to keep the Mexican dishes consisten and fresh and they are achieving it. Keep in mind parking is limited however next door viva Brazil has a large parking lot.

Wow! Popped in on a Friday after the gym to grab a few tacos to go. I pass by this place all the time and saw positive reviews. All true! Fantastic staff, very attentive. I sat at the bar and had a margarita while I waited for my order. I observed the kitchen and could tell they are serious about their craft. Tortilla chips and homemade tomatillo salsa accompanied my frozen margarita which actually had tequila in it! Yay. I took home the carnitas tacos and they were excellent along with the rice and beans. Delicious. One thing I know for sure is that you can judge a Mexican spot but their tortillas, and these are not store bought. Yes! It's very nice inside with wall murals and Mexican themed decor. They have karaoke on Friday nights. Don't be intimidated by the exterior, these are often the hidden gems. The focus is on the food. Highly recommend.

I've come here a few times and the food never disappoints! I get the al pastor tacos because I love them so much and the best ones to have in my opinion. Another time I got a quesadilla and it was delicious. Drinks are good. Staff is very nice as always. I always had a great experience here every time I eat here. I like coming here to eat with my friends that they even love this spot as well!

Our new local favorite! We're trying to venture out and discover new restaurants nearby and this was a gem of a find. We've already gone twice to dine in the restaurant and ordered takeout on a Friday night. I was hesitant at first due to the pizza/Mexican food concept. It's hard for restaurants to master one cuisine- much less 2 different ones; however, we've been pleasantly surprised with every visit and order. We ordered a slice of the pepperoni pizza and it was so good! Definitely transported me back to my favorite New York pizzeria. I'm actively trying not to go back and get more RIGHT NOW. 10/10 would recommend! We ordered a few Mexican dishes and they were also great. Definitely our new fave local taco spot (much better than Chapultepec that's nearby). The restaurant ambiance and decor are modern and moody. I especially love how dark this restaurant is. There are lots of stringed lights and candles on the inside, so the lighting is really great. Not too dark that you can't see the food but great for the overall mood. Service was pretty quick so we were able to pretty much order right after sitting down. The waitress was attentive and very sweet. I definitely recommend giving this place a try and I will for sure return. We also placed a takeout order a few days after our first visit and their online ordering process was easy and user friendly, I loved it. My only "complaint" would be the Cerveza Imperial decor made me crave the Costa Rican beer but they were sold out. Hoping the restock soon! Una birra tica con la pizza sería maravilloso!

I have always enjoyed this place great food. However horrible service. I ordered delivery for the first time through their app and did not receive my full order. I contacted the restaurant and was told "I put everything in your order you need to go to the app" I am unable to report anything through the app and come to find out the delivery is through DoorDash which when I go on there app it shows no orders. So long story short I paid for things I never received and was completely brushed off. Unfortunately I will never order from here ever again!

Amazing food! Great portion for size. The host are super nice. Different options to eat from Mexican to pasta as well. Only down side would be parking when it gets packed. It's beautiful inside, the aesthetic is nice

We went for taco Tuesday only had a very small selection of tacos that are consider part of the deal. My friend ordered the quesadilla and it tasted good but once we left he started to not feel good we assume the chicken or the cheese were bad as I tasted the rice with the beans and cheese and my stomach felt a bit upset. Drinks were a bit pricey. Service was ok but they included tip and we were technically just 4 people as someone in our party did not eat. It does look like a hole in the wall but prices are expensive and it was empty. I don't think I will go or recommend this place to anyone I know.

I always said be careful when you have a restaurant with different can the food. How a Mexican restaurant can mix whit a pizza place and right at the medium has a Cuban sandwich yes is true I can't believe..... I don't know the restaurant was busy I assumed that that pizza was good. But what I can tell you about my experience about the Mexican food was good really topical Mexican's restaurant food, decorations, pizza. Plus music they ha move one person sing at the place. If you've been passing by constantly and haven't stopped.... STOP! Trust me, it's worth it. You don't want to know that you've been passing by this hidden gem for months and missed out on the deliciousness that adorns their menu! Taco Tuesday and I had the obvious craving. Quick check of Yelp had previously told me I needed to be eating here. However, I had not taken the time to stop. So glad I finally did! Parking can be a little tight because there are only a few (less than 10) spots, but there is usually at least one spot available. Outside doesn't look like the location has much to offer, but the inside is quite nice. Recently renovated. Spacious, ambience themed lighting, open-view kitchen, nice-sized bar with frozen margarita machines and a make-shift stage area for open-mic nights! My order consisted of an order each of carnitas, al pastor, chicken, and steak tacos. My favorite was by far the al pastor and steak tacos. Talk about well-seasoned and finger-licking good! Each came with two sauces (spicy green and crema) and we literally devoured them. At first glance you may thin the tacos look a bit small, but I guarantee they are very filling. Just get there!

Excellent Mexican restaurant with an addition of an Italian menu, especially their pizza rocks! If you really want true *flavor* and *quality* food, then overlook the location and restaurant configuration. The owner Pablo Solano cooks for you as he would for himself or his family. This is a great concept, it's very simple and always works! It's a *must* to order and *taste* their Margherita Pizza with Basil and Garlic. We did it as a Special Slice for an appetizer. It worked! Especially: the thin crust, the sauce, cheese, tomato and basil. The slices were not greasy at all. Then, it's a *must* to order and *taste* their sizzling Carne (Steak) Fajita for a main course. It *really* worked! Especially: an awesome steak, veggies, rice, beans, avocado and corn tortilla. What else? It's easy... you walk away with a delicious and flavorful feeling for a meal. This restaurant is very close to my home so I have become a regular and pretty much have stopped going to any other Mexican restaurant within a five mile radius. This restaurant is CONSISTENT in service and food taste and quality. The owner takes great pride in his food quality. I am starting to order different food items and every time it's just sinfully delicious. They are will give small samples of a new item just so you can try something new. Smart. I was given a small sample of pizza. My son usually orders the pizza but I have never tasted before. The pizza is a thin crust and crispy but soft and the sauce is sweet but not overly if that makes sense and he brushes the crust I think with an olive oil garlic maybe? It's glossy and a hint of garlic and something else I can't pin point. It is very very good! We ordered a gigantic have pepperoni and half ham and pineapple pie and a Mexican pizza. Imagine retried beans on this delicious crust with your protein of choice topped with pico de gallo and cilantro, cheese and jalapeño ( I did mine on side) I have never had a Mexican pizza like this and it was really tasty. I will order again. The pineapple on this pizza was so fresh ( hand cut)that the pizza really went to another level of taste. I also ordered what turned out to be the best pina colada of life! Home made and served with a frozen glass and an ice cold pineapple slice. You know that feeling of happy as a kid you got when you dunked your cookie in ice cold milk? Well, this is the same feeling as an adult except your dunking your ice cold pineapple slice into pina colada. It is that good and at $6.00 dollars happy hour. You can't beat it!!! This is my new hang out. Love it

YOU MUST COME HERE!! I drove 40mins to this place because a friend of mine had recommended it. Needless to say, I have NO regrets! I ordered a pizza and it was delicious! Perfectly baked,thin,flavorful & cheesy. The atmosphere was welcoming,everything was very clean and the owners were genuinely caring for their customers. Come, you wont regret it!!

The Mexican pizza is probably in the top 5 I've ever had. Amazing! And the mini tostadas with bacon... a must get. The night I picked up was cinco de mayo and the place was packed. Live entertainment too. The servers were all really friendly and asked if I had been helped while I was waiting for them to pack up my order.

I usually don't give higher than 4 stars, reserving that last star for extraordinary experiences. This 5th star is well earned by how incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive they were here. Personally, I feel as though I cheated myself by ordering pizza. The pizza was very good, but my daughter got tacos which were incredible. We're only here for 4 days, but we'll be returning again before we go.

My ratting is on my take out order experience. I ordered the Mexican pizza, yep Mexican pizza people. It sounded interesting. It was a thin crust pizza. I was not crazy about the taste or no taste lol of the crust. It was like a regular frozen style pizza crust, nothing special about it. The crust was crunchy and the pizza was a good size. I did like that part. The pizza was a little diferent. It had raw onions, beans, cheese, meat and fresh cilantro. There was someone a little spicy in it too. The meat tasted a little sweet like to me. It was diferent, ok. My first taste impression as I bit into it. Was that the fresh cilantro really tasted great in this dish, good choice. The pizza itself was ok. It didn't have a lot of flavor other then the cilantro. My pizza was missing the avocado on top as advertised or showed on there picture. I was a little disappointed. The ordering process was smooth. The pizza did not take to long in arranging and that was good.
