I thought the food was just okay. Two out of the four people I went with like it. The Arepas are a bit pricey for what you get. The salsas we're great. Staff was friendly and welcoming. There is a bar you can sit at and also outdoor seating available.

My friend and I had a break and decided to check out this new place. We were so thrilled. The food was amazing, and the ambience was so lovely. We sat in the sunshine and enjoyed every minute. The sauces are outstanding.

Little bittersweet that TacoArepa is closing tonight. We hardly know ye. A great relaxed place for tasty dishes such as Tacos / Arepas / Tostadas / Bowls. Food has good flavors, prices were in line with the other expensive Bethesda options (ie a little elevated). Staff was very friendly. Nice selection of drinks. Sigh. I hope the owners will find a new location

Solid Tacos and a nice laid back atmosphere with a open patio. This will definitely be a staple for me in the future. The margaritas weren't great but they have a large draft been selection.

This restaurant has an excellent beer and mixed drink menu. They serve the taco fillings in four ways - in traditional soft tacos, in quesadillas, in arepas, or in bowls over salad or rice. I tried all three meats ( in the lower price category in tacos) and they were tasty. The real weakness is vegetarian options but the restaurant deserves credit for trying. I'm hoping to see new vegetarian options that aren't as sweet or based on chickpeas as the protein.

(Soft opening) There's potential here. The tacos I had today weren't the best but they have potential. The chick quesadilla I ate was pretty good. I am sure once they open up the beer garden and it starts to get warmer it will be a hot spot.

Great food, unique offerings within Bethesda, reasonably priced. This place will be a regular addition to our family’s routine. Simple menu: choose your meat (tinga chicken, beef carnitas, curry chic peas were all great), choose the format ( taco, arepa, etc), and dressing. Salsa bar options were delicious. Guacamole/ black beans all solid. Large outdoor beer garden area as well as indoor seating and bar. The biggest surprise was how much meat was in the tacos- not meek. Our boys woofed down a chicken & cheese quesadilla. High marks to this place.

What a hidden gem in Bethesda. Cheap eats plus a great beer selection. The fried plantains were salty, slightly crunchy on the outside, but like butter on the inside.
