The chilli is fantastic one of the best chillis I've had. My husband got a burrito and loved it. 10/10 we will be going back. I can't wait to have more chilli and the prices are really good and you get alot of food. Thank you for the experience 😊

Hidden gem. Service was personable and outstanding. We were intrigued by the palindrome name. Hearty portions. Generous on the meat. I happen to like more of a balance with the veggies/guac. Two tables available, even though it is billed as a takeout place. Loved the marble solitaire game.

Was with my band driving through the states and we were starving and stopped in at Taco Cat. The owner was an absolute delight! The food was fresh and very tasty. We will be back! Definitely skip the McDonald’s and go here :)

Well, you definitely get a lot of food... unfortunately it's not good food. My husband ordered the rueben burrito and while there was a lot of 'meat-like substance' in it, it resembled grey rubber more than roast beef. He ended up pulling all the meat out, and trying to eat the rest of the burrito. He did say the sauerkraut was really good, so at least there's that... I got the chicken fat cat potato bowl. Again, lots of food. But the potatoes were like seasoned mashed potatoes, not chunks or pieces at all, and there was also an equal helping of rice in the bowl too, as if he forgot whether I ordered rice or potatoes. The chicken was good, and well flavored, and there were a lot of toppings on it, which was nice. The bowl probably would've been alright with just rice, but the seasoning on the potatoes did not work well with the rest of the food. I wanted to like this place, and had high hopes, considering all of the amazing reviews. But it just really fell flat.

What stood out to me about TACOCAT was the kindness and passion that the owner has about his business. He was so nice and willing to explain the menu and specials to me as a first time customer. He was so friendly and genuine which showed in his service and hospitality which felt so meaningful nowadays. Happy to support local small businesses like this one!

Stopped in for lunch today with a co-worker. I got the Chicky Crema. It was excellent! The portions were great and you cant beat that price nowadays, especially considering they're using fresh ingredients. Co-worker got a beef and cheese burrito. It looked excellent and they loved it. Brought a Cheese Steak back for another co-worker and they loved it. We talked with the owner who explained everything and how he makes things. You can tell he put a lot of thought into the menu and takes pride in his craft. He gave suggestions on what was good and popular. He suggested the bean burrito, as his favorite. He gave me a sample of the beans, but he doctored the whole thing up with a little salsa, cheese, sour cream and topped it off with a tortilla. It was out of this world and I immediately regretted not going with his favorite. But, that just means that I have to go back! This is now my new favorite lunch spot and I will definitely become a regular. Thank you, Mark/Tacocat! Keep up the good work!

Awesome food at a reasonable price. Every item I’ve had at Taco Cat has been incredibly delicious. If I’m in the area it’s a must visit, wish I lived closer.

I haven't been able to convince my wife to give this place a shot so I went at it solo... I mean who wouldn't trust a taco bar in the back wall of a smoke shop / mini mart / gas station??? Well let me just say the food was amazing! If you like a tasty & greasy bar, fair, taco truck burrito like me don't hesitate to give this place a chance! They have a ton if specialty options but I wanted a traditional beef and cheese burrito and nachos and cheese. Burrito was very large and flavorful. Nachos were great too. Prices were reasonable for amount of food I got. Not a place if you're looking for a dine in experience as there were only a couple tables in the mini mart aisle but I'll definitely be stopping more often on the way to camp.

Mark is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! It's the best Tacos you'll ever have!!! Definitely 100 percent!!!

Always have a solid taco from here! Can't go wrong with it and ordering is so easy and customizable.

One year later and it still feels like they're trying to figure it out. The confusing menu, the way you order and pay are just chaotic and disorganized. The cluttered counter doesn't help. It's a super casual place located inside a convenience store / gas station. With just a few tables, it must be mostly take-out. Besides a regular menu with combinations of protein, cheese and beans, tacos and burritos, they also offer a more creative 'Tacocat Specialty Items Menu'. Every item is pictured and has funky names and a detailed description of all ingredients. That's a great idea. After our first experience a year ago, I had high expectations returning. I remember having a decent 'House Pork Carnitas'. The service was pleasant and polite. This time we met the same very friendly, young man. Unfortunately, our food wasn't that good. It was cold. Actually, I didn't like the 'Chicky Creama' at all. The chicken was dry. I couldn't taste either the garlic or the lime, just some mayo, which I truly did not appreciate. There wasn't practically any sauce. The cheese didn't melt because everything was cold. It was just a sandwich with too much cabbage, no spice, and I ordered medium hot. The photo from the menu didn't match reality either. My partner's 'Tacocat Carne Asada' was much tastier and also bigger than my order. Both burritos are supposed to be the same large size. I didn't mind the smaller portion, but at least I'd like to know whether my order matched was right. I'm not often in the area, and I don't want to discourage new customers from trying this place. It's a convenient, inexpensive way to grab something to eat. The service is still very nice. Plus, their ratings are high. It would be great if they keep up their standards for everyone. Maybe a new / fresh set of photos around the counter would help? It could refresh the whole look and memory how it used to be, or it would be a good opportunity to update how it is now.

Fantastic food. The Carnitas burrito was over the top! Mark and his partner were gracious hosts and local boys were eating in their sport jerseys and having a great time! I'll be back as soon as I can:-)

Great fresh ingredients, made to order the way you like it, order ahead if you don't want to wait!

They are good. One taco was too wet, the next day when I ordered I told them , and they made it perfect the way I like it- how can you complain about that? Tell them what you want- and HOW you want it and you WILL get it, made right in front of you. Ambiance? It's a little start-up restaurant in a gas station , keep your ambiance expectations in check. You can eat it there or take out, if you need a candle on your table... then probably only use the take out. If you came for the food, your at the right place.

Far in the back of a Marathon gas station sits a delightful owner serving incredibly delicious food. I enjoyed an overstuffed carnitas burrito bursting with flavors! The meat was a slow cooked pork shoulder accompanied with fresh cilantro and pico di gallo. The burrito is huge so expect to be stuffed if you can finish it in one sitting. A must try when in Springville!

Great food! Such a weird little place but this guy makes the best bowls and burritos with homemade sauces.

Just a one man show but the food is outstanding, fresh salsa, quality, food is prepped one order at a time and you get alot. Try it out when visiting springville you won't be disappointed.

Very Good Taco's - Burritos etc. We have eaten there a few times and everything was delicious with fresh ingredients. They have a sign there stating they buy everything locally if they can to support local businesses as well.

This was our first time. We will definitely be back. Don't let the fact that it looks like a C-store scare you away. The food is very good and freshly made. Fresh guacamole and cilantro are used. Try it, you'll be glad you did.

Excellent food and reasonable. The owner takes great pride in making everything fresh and it shows. They also locally source ingredients - anouther plus. Love the burritos and the slow roasted pork carnetta. If you are in the area stop by and give them a try - you won't regret it.

We had the pork carnitas burrito made the house way. Delicious!! They were great with tender pork, perfect spice and a bit of sweet with the pineapple to balance it all! We will be back!

This little Mexican place inside a gas station is delicious! The pork carnitas house style burrito was stuffed with meat, full of flavor and fabulous! The hard shell tacos were also delicious. I will definitely be driving down the next time I'm in the mood for Mexican!
