The Best Restaurants Along New Orleans’s St. Charles Avenue Streetcar Line | Eater New Orleans

"Low-key, affordable, and affable. This St. Charles Street spot offers the two title items as well as a selection of specials and vegetarian-friendly food. The barbacoa tacos contain shredded beef in a red sauce, ditto for the portabello mushrooms, making for a tasty twist." - Beth D’Addono

Overall we enjoyed Tacos & Beer. It was our first visit. The food was delicious. The salsa and queso had a nice kick. The meat inside the tacos was fresh quality and had good flavor. The prices were unbelievable. In my hometown the tacos are double the price and smaller! I was super impressed by the portions and cost. Service was a little slow, but I think that's normal everywhere these days. Our server was very nice, just slammed. We'd return again when in NOLA.

Google
Tacos and beer is the place to go for taco Tuesdays. You get a bang for ya buck; literally. Enjoy a variety of $1 tacos. I had the steak, grilled chicken, and tinga. We were seated upstairs. The floor upstairs is kinda slippery like they just redid the floors or something. But overall a good experience

Google
On Tuesdays, I love it here because it’s one dollar tacos. However, except to wait in a 20+ minute line. I wouldn’t say the food is worth it but the 1 dollar price and tacos (in general) are. The drinks are great and they turn the tables very quickly.

Google
Holy cow the queso was phenomenal, street tacos were on point and our server was so pleasant. For queso, 6 street tacos and 2 small margaritas was $41. So worth every penny.

Google
** Door Dash Order ** I never had a street Taco with a pinch of onions & cilantro. No jalapeno, no grilled onions. Just reminds me im not in Texas anymore. I asked for green salsa only.. I guess getting red is a requirement. The meat was seasoned very well but it wasn't very tender. The green salsa was delicious and I can't hold em if they give a decent serving of onions and cilantro, throw some grill onions in the mix they would've earned 3 stars. Tortillas are a lil crispy. The flavor buss tho!!

We came in tonight and we were greeted nicely by the host with the tattoo on her back. She was nice but it ends there. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and watched the waiter pass us 3 times. The other waiter came from the back and brought water to two tables, both of which were seated after us. STILL NO WATER FOR US YET. Then he went around getting trash off the unoccupied tables. Still no water. Then the waiter came and took the party's order that arrived and were seated after us. Not very good service if you don't know what order your patrons arrived. We decided to try this place again the next night. The lady at the front remembered us and got us right in. Service was prompt. Food was hot and delicious. The pitcher of margaritas was delicious. They redeemed themselves today. We will come back.

Google
So I’m gonna give tacos and beer a rating of one star I’m gonna give the one star because sometimes the food is good and Sometimes the food has to be remade because it’s not hot or fresh, now don’t get me wrong. They make some good food but having your food served to you, not hot or fresh is a problem And on top of that i’ve been to tacos and beer multiple times over the last year and a half and then some bringing people there and all, just for me to go there yesterday and I tipped the server a specific amount and she added 17 extra dollars on. I was able to go and speak to the manager or whomever it was that answered the phone. They did not apologize. They did not say sorry on her behalf or anything, he seem more frustrated that That we were coming we were coming back to get our money back after it was taken from us.There was absolutely no reassurance, that it was gonna be taken care of when it came to the server Who tipped herself and that is the main reason I’m not returning because if you come there as a customer, you want reassurance that it’s gonna be handled. (she was a very petite young girl , Kind of tall with very dark hair). It gave like this was a normal and natural thing that happens and he was pissed off that he had to give money back. I will not be returning even though like I said the food is good here and there And we spend money every single time, like our bill was $70 yesterday but the audacity for people to think it’s OK to take from people because they feel like they think they deserve more is a complete note for me so we will not be returning. It’s all about respect and honesty and as a business if you don’t have that people need to know about it so they do not attend.

Google
We have gone here every NOLA vacation. Street tacos are $2.50, I’d recommend the brisket. $10 for 4 delicious tacos, drinks galore. It is an excellent lunch or dinner option for a lot of food for the money.

Yelp
it was flavorful it was a dark and windy Mardi Gras night they where open we sat at the empty table and ordered not a beer but margs they were sweet and so good the lady walked up to us and asked are y'all dining I. with the look of perplextion we ordered the steak street taco and chz and dip the food imaginably amazing the meat soaked in the flavor it was the flavor that went deeper than the surface to an equal part tangy and sweet it was better than bbq or Greek or burger it was tacos

Yelp
The little one and I were feeding for a taste of home while on vacation and found this spot up the street from our hotel. #perfect street tacos. Birra style was better than the bistec and Al pastor but still so satisfying, delicious, and affordable!! $1 tacos on Tuesdays can't beat it!
google avatar

Yelp
Taco Tuesday at Tacos and Beer!!!! how does this place not have higher reviews? To start with, yes there was a wait and a decent line but it only took about 30 mins. One I was seated, Claudia came to help me. She was super sweet, attentive, and a great server. I ordered the guac which came with chips and salsa for $5, wow. Both the guac and salsa were delicious and not bland. The chips were great too. I ordered 5 street tacos at $1 a piece, you heard that right and I'll say it again ONE DOLLAR TACOS. I chose the grilled chicken (thanks to a review from someone else on yelp and it was the best one), the carnitas, Al pastor, and birria. I usually am a pork fan but the chicken was so good I ordered a second one. They come with onions, cilantro, and sliced lime. For $10 dollars I was SO full, and still am an hour later after walking over a mile home. The vibe was loud with party music and tvs playing sports. I had this on my list of places to try for a long time and I am so glad I went! You literally can't beat it!

Yelp
My friends and I stopped here on our way to the garden district on a whim and were pleasantly surprised by how great of an experience it was. Outdoor seating and bottomless chips and salsa is hard to pass up and the menu had a great variety of options. Our server James did a wonderful job keeping the chips and drinks flowing throughout the meal. Overall, would recommend to a friend and you should stop by :)

Yelp
The food was amazing. The best shrimp tacos that I've had since being here. The music inside is poppin'! They have great customer service. Bahiy was very attentive and attractive at the same time! Kudos to you all!

Kazli S.

Yelp
It's 96 degrees outside in the shade and you want me to stand outside and wait? For service and food that are just ok.

Yelp
Tacos and Beer was literally the Most fun I had on St. Charles! Easy access and affordable pricing. Was recommended by all the locals and definitely worth it

Yelp
We stopped by the day of the St Patrick's day parade so this is probably not the most fair assessment since they were very busy but here goes.. We did get a seat at the bar pretty fast. Bartender was nice, gave us menus asked us what we wanted to drink. Husband ordered a margarita on the rocks and I ordered a frozen one. We were served two frozen but decided not to complain because they were so busy. They were really good and a nice size. We ordered tacos but it took forever for them to arrive, and I was starving. The people next to us were served much faster than us. The tacos were good, but not worth that long of a wait. I think I would give them another chance but not a destination for me.

Jimmy B.

Yelp
In from New York. Had Julian as our waiter. Very cool guy. Guac was slamming. We were 6 guys and got three super packs (pork, chicken and steak) The steak was my favorite. Definitely want to get back to this place before the end of the trip. Prices were very reasonable also.
google avatar

Yelp
Wanted some good tacos on a Saturday afternoon and stopped by. The brisket was my absolute favorite, followed by the chorizo and lastly the birria. The coconut blue curaçao frozen margarita was very delicious but barely tasted of alcohol. I felt liked I just consumed empty calories on it. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was extremely friendly and attentive. She made the visit very pleasant.
google avatar

Emma W.

Yelp
We sat out in the patio and it was very nice outside! Drinks are very well priced and tacos are delicious!
google avatar

Theresa K.

Yelp
Leaving work the other day I was carving tacos. I've passed by many times and that day finally decided to stop. The service was the hostess that took my order was very nice and helped with my decision. She recommended the grilled chicken street tacos (not shredded), and I'm happy I listened to her. I ordered the queso with chorizo, grilled steak street tacos, and grilled chicken tacos. As I sat inside waiting for my order I didn't like the smell. This I feel was due to both bathrooms being right by the bar/dining room. If you go i definitely say sit outside. The steak street tacos were just okay probably wouldn't get those again. The grilled chicken was really good, and of course the queso was amazing! Everything was reasonably priced as well! I will be going back.

Yelp
Streetcars running full so walked down st Charles. Figured earned a margarita. Stopped here and big fabulous margarita and great street tacos. It is what it is, a top shelf margarita which was huge and two great little tacos, one carnitas and one al pastor. Done extremely well. Good salsas. Happy for the rest of my walk down st Charles and an Uber back to the hotel
google avatar

Yelp
Great place for a quick and tasty meal when you are on St Charles. I sat at the bar and service was prompt, personable and the food was the perfect pitstop. I ordered the carnitas, al pastor and chorizo tacos and all were excellent. I also ordered a Pacifico, which they had on tap and was served ice cold. It was a very hot day, so I greatly appreciated this. I was actually quite surprised by the food quality and authenticity and will be back for sure. It exceeded my expectations for taste but is ultimatley a humble and affordable spot.

Chris N.

Yelp
This was the worst possible service. We were seated upstairs which was not problem. What was the problem was the service. It took maybe 30 minutes for each round of service. Wanted water? Good luck, you didn't get it. Wanted a drink? It took 60 minutes. Someone actually went down stairs after 45 minutes because their drink wasn't coming. I never got my Coca Cola nor my queso. Only got my tacos. Our receipts barely came out. We had to ask for it. The entire occasion was 2.5 hours which is unacceptable. Worst service. DO. NOT. COME. OR. EAT. HERE. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.
google avatar

Dindia Z.

Yelp
Had the burrito (brisket) and my husband the chimi chingon with brisket. Both were large and good. Prices very reasonable. Also we shared a 32 oz. Margarita with an extra shot since people were saying little alcohol in drinks. It had PLENTY of alcohol, and cost 17$ total in 2024. Whole tab for all including tax was $47. We will definitely return, hopefully on 1$ taco Tuesday!

Yelp
The first time we went (pictured ) it was a late date night. we went around 10pm so we caught the college students it was a feel good bar room type of vibe. Everyone was singing the songs it was nice. The food was good. We also had chips n salsa nd a order of the wings which are not pictured. No major complaints really. I cannot find the pictures from the second time but we ordered the churros fries I believe, wings, and the birria tacos again. They never miss. The tacos were just as good the first time around, the wings were crispy and delicious, and those churro fries were amazing and they r served with white chocolate. The atmosphere was different the second time around we went during the day/ afternoon and it looked and felt like an entirely different place lol still very nice though. The service is either a hit or miss never anything in between.
google avatar

Yelp
The Mexican burger is good. I came here specifically for it since I'd heard good things. It wasn't the best ever or even the best in town but it is still pretty good and I nice change of pace with the taco seasoning integrated into the ground beef. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. All this being said, I'll be back on Tuesday to order a half dozen of the $1 street tacos!

Graciela C.

Yelp
Food is amazing and fresh. Service is slow but they don't have a lot of servers. My favorite is the ceviche
google avatar

Kim K.

Yelp
The tacos so good and fresh love eating here on taco Tuesday they have dollar tacos and the best margaritas the atmosphere is a chill cool place I recommend coming here!
google avatar

Victoria F.

Yelp
7.5/10, the DUI fries were the star of the show. Great drinks as well. Perfect for date night
google avatar

JonMichael V.

Yelp
The third place we went to on our trip was this taco spot. The Mexican infused atmosphere was great upon arrival. Very authentic and very welcoming. They seemed to be very low staffed however. We started with their chips and salsa, which was great and unlimited. The main course was the Carne Asada. This skirt steak was cooked and flavored to PERFECTION. This alone made the trip worth it and is what I would recommend!
google avatar

Nandi A.

Yelp
My favorite place to go to for Taco Tuesday because you cannot get a better deal than $1 taco anywhere else in the city. Of course on Tuesday's the line can be pretty long so be prepared for a wait. The service is usually fast, but I will say that the last time I went I was seated inside and there was a terrible smell in the room. I would suggest sitting outside. I would also suggest the chicken tinga over the grilled chicken in terms of better flavor.
google avatar

Russell A.

Yelp
Out of all the spots I've been to so far in New Orleans, this place has the tastiest carne asada tacos. Overall, the atmosphere here is fun, waiters are friendly and efficient, food is great- it's a great place to check out. We came for $1 tacos on Tuesday. The wait is pretty long- came here at 9 and waited about an hour. I also don't know why, but I really wanted French fries and they definitely hit the spot. Crispy and perfectly seasoned.
google avatar

Annie D.

Yelp
This place was a fun find near my hotel! I sat at the bar and got a cocktail, cheese dip, and street tacos (steak no onion). It was all delicious and decent priced! You can get here from the street car, which I did, and it'll drop you off really close. They have nice outdoor seating as well and you can order food and drinks to go. I wasn't super hungry so it was nice to just be able to order two tacos. The service wasn't the best but I was expecting that from other reviews so it didn't impact my experience much!
google avatar

Lovely N.

Yelp
I went during their taco Tuesday event. Their carne asada was really good! However, I found the chorizo to be a bit salty. Their customer service was great though they were very busy. Overall vibe of the place is bar-like equipped with barstool seating and alcohol. Their margaritas aren't that strong if you're into that sort of thing.
google avatar

Jen B.

Yelp
DON"T order a margarita here, stick with what they choose to brag about: the Tacos and the Beer. We also enjoyed some chips and queso, my friend liked her chili rellano enough to take the leftovers home. Everyone else in our party ordered the street tacos and they were fantastic, too much onion for me, but they were good. I decided to order a margarita to-go, it was awful, tasted of pre-made corn-sweetened mix out of the bottle. Our waitress was great, allowed me to trade it out for a 'naturally sweetened' version, which I appreciated but it was still not a good drink. lesson learned, don't be like me, stick with the beer and the tacos.
google avatar

Desi S.

Yelp
We went for Taco Tuesday! $1 tacos excluding fish and shrimp. The tacos are good and but small. Toppings like sour cream and cheese are extra. Each taco comes with onions and cilantro. I got the watermelon margarita, tasted like a watermelon jolly rancher. We also ordered chips and guacamole...it needed more seasoning because it was very bland. My favorite taco was the barbacoa taco, then the chicken tinga. The others were good. Ask for consomé to go with your tacos to make a makeshift Birria taco! Overall, experience was good. The line is WICKED long so go early and be prepared to wait. The music inside was great!
google avatar

Ronni J.

Yelp
((Pick up order)) so I had been wanting to try this place since my co workers had gotten lunch here before and said it was good. I called at about 12:40 and put my order in they said it would be ready in 15 mins. I got there at about 1:10ish waited about 10 mins to be acknowledged. Paid for my food. Then stood there another 40mins until I was given my order. I left from this place at 1:43 with my food got in the car checked it..ICE COLD. Tried to eat it since I had done paid for it. TASTED LIKE CRAP !!!! Never again will I go there. I wasn't the only person waiting forever one guy even left. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOOD-WISE ((I tried picking at it and ended up throwing all of it out that was in the pic )) WISH I COULD PUT A THUMBS DOWN AND ZERO STARS

Shell C.

Yelp
Busy when we went. Service was slow and the food average & a bit overpriced. Probably won't go back for those reasons.
google avatar

Danny J.

Yelp
Taco Tuesday! 1 dollar tacos! Can't get any better than that. The tacos are phenomenal by the way. Just have to wait a bit to get seated, but it is so worth the wait. Chill vibe and nice beer selection. Would definitely go back.
google avatar

Isabella Y.

Yelp
this is the best mexican restaurant in new orleans hand down. the prices are so affordable for the amount of food and the food is just so good!! also our server taylor was so sweet and considerate! definitely come here!!
google avatar

Peyton M.

Yelp
The Birria tacos were great! I would give 5 stars but they took a long time to come out.
google avatar

Carlos G.

Yelp
Food has a great taste, authentic and service was fast during my visit. Greta place to come have a few beers and eat.
google avatar

Meghan D.

Yelp
Tried tacos and beer for the first time. I sat outside and the atmosphere was great. Ordered a margarita on the rocks, it was very big and pretty good. For my meal, ordered nachos with chicken. The chips laid on top of refried beans - they were different, but good. Overall it was good experience, but nothing too special. But I will be back again!
google avatar

Sarah H.

Yelp
This was a great place to pop in and have lunch. I got the Quesa Birria tacos and some beer. I had to sit on the patio because I had my dog, but I was not disappointed! The service was fine, not stellar, but didn't affected my opinion of the place... maybe some of the Karen's need to chill. The beer came out cold and VERY reasonably priced. The quesa birria tacos were delish!!! I've never had that dish anywhere else, so I can't compare, but they were SOOOOO GOOD. The price was perfectly reasonable (less than $25 for two beers and a plate of tacos).
google avatar

Yelp
There are always many reasons to visit New Orleans: the culture, architecture, Mardi Gras, weather, record stores, bars, and definitely the food. This place is an amazing gem that I completely suggest anyone that goes to New Orleans patronize. I have gone numerous times, and particularly when they have Taco Tuesday when almost all the tacos on their menu are a dollar. They have a pretty wide variety and are all tasty and extremely delicious. Service is great and friendly. It gets pretty crowded and sometimes you may even have to wait in line but trust me it's completely definitely worth it. Can't wait to go back.

Georgia R.

Yelp
This is a little hole-in-the-wall taqueria with a lovely patio up front and a beautiful view of St. Charles Avenue. I always sit outside because I love the view and the music is loud inside. They have just about the best ceviche I have ever had in New Orleans! Plenty of fresh lime juice and cilantro... Their grilled fish tacos are amazing, and you can get them with fried fish if you prefer. I also love their mushroom tacos and usually get two each of the grilled fish and the mushroom tacos a la carte and the ceviche. My son brought me back a margarita that was the biggest I had ever seen for $16! It was way too much for me so we each got two glasses out of it... a real bargain. I was born in San Antonio and I know my Mexican food. This place is small but very clean and the food is very fresh. You will not be disappointed in a meal that cost less than half of the price of other Mexican joints and is way better!
google avatar

Kiersten W.

Yelp
A little hidden gem. The food and drinks were tasty and it was super affordable! 3 drinks,1 appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert was $70 bucks. There is an area to sit outside and seating inside. Soon as I walked I noticed all the staff chilling and talking, so we sag ourselves. The main attraction honestly is the fully stocked bar. It was slow so we sat smack dab in the middle of the restaurant. The food came out fast and the portion sizes were decent. Our waiter only brought us our food and never really checked on us again except when we were done. The drinks were tasty and STRONG. The appetizer we tried was the quesachorizo dip that came with salsa as well. The chips were bland and could have used some salt, but the dip was delish. Entree 1 was the chimi-chagon, they're version of a chimichanga. Huge and packed with meat. Entree 2 was the quesabirria tacos. Soo good and full of flavor, it came with 3 tacos and a dipping sauce also on the side. Overall this place gets a 7/10 and I would recommend them again. I

Yelp
I'm a little surprised this place was rated only 3 stars-we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found the food quite tasty! Ambiance is casual and service was good, maybe not the best but still relatively attentive and the food was prepared very quickly. We started with choriqueso and guacamole-both yummy and free chip refills. Then we shared a 12 pack of tacos (can choose 3 different meats) between 3 people. I was super impressed with the tacos actually-about as close to authentic Mexican tacos as I've had in New Orleans!! Also, the margaritas are a solid deal! My husband and our friend got the large size and they were legit in a medium sized pitcher! Pretty strong and a touch sweet but not overly so. And for only $14?! Such a steal! We might have just found our new taco spot!

Yelp
I WAS SOOOO IMPRESSED! I've heard really good things about this place but I've also heard a few not so good. initially walking up to the establishment, i was taken aback by the pretty flowers and cacti! it was so colorful and welcoming. my group and i walked in and i immediately noticed that it smelled like sewer. the guy that greeted us said we could sit anywhere we'd like... which was fine but i guess a hi or hello would've been nice :/. anyways, we picked a cozy table in the corner because it was the cleanest looking. none of them were really clean so we wiped it with a napkin. he came behind us to use some spray to go over it again i guess. i went to the bathroom and the lock was really tacky, but the bathroom itself was really nice and clean. we sat back down and began looking at the menus. i was surprised that we weren't offered chips and salsa provided the kind of restaurant we were in. but the menus were realllllly sticky and dirty, and the some of the words were not legible. they could use some new ones. our waitress was really cool though. i ordered the Quesashrimp and a shredded chicken enchilada with cheese instead of the red sauce. let me tell you.... the food was PIPING HOT. i was sooo impressed. usually when you go to a restaurant, this isn't always guaranteed! my tacos were PERFECTTTT!!! the enchilada was the best thing i've ever tasted. the lettuce was nice and cold, along with the pico and sour cream, which went really well with the dish. the food was very fresh, nothing tasted frozen or old. i was really grateful for that. the queso didn't seem weird or too thick/thin, it was perfect! this was the best mexican food i've ever had. i'd go again 100000x! i loved it! we went around 11:45am-12pm so it was great timing-- not too crowded at all. i would've given this place a 5/5 stars but i guess it could use a little makeover with staff and the way it looks and smells on the inside. other than that the food was AMAZING. 11/10 recommend.

Yelp
Went on taco Tuesday. $1 tacos were decent for the price. Really wouldn't mind going back but the service was horrible. My server was extremely rude and short with my table. He never came back to check on us after we received our food. Once we finished eating and our table was cleared I had to go find him to get our check. At first I thought the wait may be because he was waiting on another table but noo he was just holding up the wall , talking to a coworker. Outside of the bad service , the ambiance outside was pretty cool but they could use some fly traps.
google avatar

Allegra R.

Yelp
Get your tacos here on Tuesday! Ashlyn was our server and took amazing care of us. Taylor, the manager, stopped by to speak with us. Everything was delicious and super fast. Awesome service! Tacos N Beer is your guaranteed spot for delicious food and drinks, especially on Tuesday!
google avatar

Taylor H.

Yelp
If I could give this place no stars. I would, the service is terrible and the place is full of attitude! The host does such a terrible job, he doesn't have a single clue about anything going on and is rude. He asked us to stand outside in the rain. I DONT recommend this
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
I passed here on the trolley and was glad to see it. I live in Cali and they're big on tacos so I figured I'd stop by. Came in to a young male host who I don't remember greeting me. I asked if I could sit outside and he grabbed a menu , went outside (no follow me) and wipes the table for me. He was nice enough to ask if I wanted the umbrella up but glad he was t my server. Julian came by a few minutes later to take my order and tell me about the margaritas. The flavored ones cost more FYI so I got a frozen peach one. I was not disappointed because I asked if it was strong and he said it would sneak up on me. The street tacos were amazing as was the drink. This is a nice spot on the streetcar. Too cold for me on the inside but I'd definitely come back.
google avatar

Willie M.

Yelp
Service is as great! Prices are amazing on Taco Tuesday! $1 tacos (specific taco). Atmosphere was good too! Will definitely be back!

Caroline K.

Yelp
The food here is incredible! The queso, lengua street tacos and house margaritas are to-die-for. Fast service and fun ambiance. Taco Tuesdays $1 street tacos are unmatched on taco Tuesday deals but you better show up before 1 pm or you'll be waiting in line for an unspecified amount of time. If the line expands past the tacos and beer building: you're looking at a 1-2 hour wait so proceed with caution on Tuesday evenings.
google avatar

Ellery D.

Yelp
This place is so close to my house, it would be a crime not to try it. I recently grabbed some nachos there after finding Burger King closed, and I was glad I did. Huge upgrade from onion rings! I ordered without cheese which seemed to baffle the staff (understandably) but they were perfectly delicious with refried beans, pico de gallo, jalapenos, and sour cream. The salsa that comes on the side is delicious too--the closest to California salsas that I've found here. They were served quick and everything seemed fresh. 11 dollars after tax. Would and will go back for more.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely Amazing the flavors were like An Explosion of Ire Vibes,I have been on several times, Never disappointed. The line is wrapped around the corner,no matter what time you go. How can I leave out the Margaritas Do yourselves a favor & Just Do It You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
Came here spontaneously with some friends to grab dinner, as it was one of the few places nearby that was still open. We came around 10 pm on a Tuesday night and it was crowded. It's a small place with some patio seating, and since it was 40 degrees outside, we were lucky that they had one empty table inside for us. They have a pretty extensive menu, but none of that mattered upon realizing that it was a Tuesday and they have $1 Taco Tuesdays. How amazing is that?! I got 3 tacos: al pastor, carnitas, and brisket. They're street tacos - double tortilla with cilantro and chopped onions on top, and lime wedges on the side. 100% unbeatable for the price. I really enjoyed the meat -- juicy, tender, and not overcooked. They also give you green salsa (mild) and red salsa (hot). No complaints about the food, and that's coming from a girl born and raised in Southern California. You'll definitely find me here on Tuesdays from now on. Some other things: If you order water, they give you a bottle and charge you $1, so maybe bring your own to avoid that... Also, I'm not sure if it's always loud or just because I came late at night, but they blast the music here. When we walked in, it was rap, and somehow that morphed into punk rock e.g. Rise Against and Breaking Benjamin LOL.
