Tacos El Chilanguito

I came to Popeyes to eat it was very good that I had it in a while

Great and authentic tacos! We only tried the pastor and chicken tacos , along with chicken torta. The pastor taco was yummy. The chicken meat could be better but the taste made up for it. It was the grilled chicken type and not the pulled kind thankfully.( Not a big fan of the pulled chicken tacos personally ) A lot of accompaniments and spicy sauces which we loved.everything was so good , definitely be back for more. Note:the grilled jalapeños were firreee! Not for the faint hearted. Would love to have had more varieties of tacos like shrimp or fish… but not complaining!

This is the kind of place I love: great food with a great soundtrack. I pulled up late at night and this felt like a bastion against the dark warehoused wasteland. The fine people running Tacos El Chilanguito were proud of their food and rightfully so! The tacos were delicious, the horchata thirst quencing, and the aura authentic!

Came across this taco stand through IG. Other than the location looking a lil sketchy , the food and service were beyond expectation. I have a one year old who is very picky , we did not order him food and yet the gentleman serving up the alpastor and food came out to give us a quesadilla for him. It was a very unexpected pleasant gesture ! We sampled it and even that was delicious and my son ate it surprisingly.

Tripas is made crispy and the pastor comes with pineapple! Not many food trucks get creative like this, and theres a lot of food trucks on Monterey road. The drinks are amazing, melon water is hard to come across and yet, its a very balanced drink rotated between Melon, Orchata and Tamarindo(if i remember correctly). Tacos El Chilanguito is one of the best spots for their quality meat and most definitely the love and passion devoted to preparing impeccable tacos!!

The El Pastor tacos are so gas I'm skeptical about the taco trucks I eat at but ended up hitting this spot up with my gramps I'd com back again p.s. the other meats are good too

This taco truck is really fun and the food is exquisite and very well crafted. This taco truck was open for business during WIllow Glen Little League Under The Lights event in Bramhall Park. Lots of people lined up to purchase their delicious tacos. I had the chicken tacos and I loved all the toppings and their chicken was cooked. Very fresh and very plentiful, not sure. Typical street taco. It was even topped with a special sweet fruit for an exquisite taste The workers were dressed in a fashionable diner attire and they worked very hard and efficiently to deliver quality food. I love this taco truck! Highly recommended for your festival or special event.

Are you in search of the next best taco stand? We found the perfect spot for you ! Hands Down some of the tastiest, jam packed flavor tacos we've had here in the states. The star here is that al pastor. It's seasoned very well && you can tell they love what they do. With every bite we took it got better && better! Very reminiscent of the Al pastor you find in a good taco stand in Mexico! ( Pro Tip ) ask for the meat to be a tad bit crispy as it does change the texture of the meat & in my opinion tastes better! We also got suadero which was also very good super tender and perfectly season; aside the al pastor I really enjoyed the suadero. To add to that list we got asada, chorizo & tripa ( Pro Tip) ask for it crispy you can thank me later! The chorizo was my fiancées second favorite && when I tried I could see why super delicious as well. If you're big on salsas like myself this location has 4 to choose from && in all honesty they're all delicious how ever we loved the avocado one & the red spicy one, a great addition to all the tacos && the gringa! We washed it all down with an Agua de Horchata && Agua de Fresa we were told that the Agua de Horchata is a Standard & that the second Agua Fresca would change every other day! So that's a plus! Service was excellent ‼ We even had the opportunity to talk to the owners && hear how thankful they are to community for being supportive! Such a great family owned taco truck! Stopped here with a couple of friends one night & they had a decent amount of seating propped up on the side walk with good lighting and music playing. It wasn't busy when we came, we waited about 10 minutes for our order to come out which five of us ordered individually. The good was soooo gooooooooood! Made to order and you could tell that they put love into their cooking. The family that owned it were very friendly too! I ordered one pastor and one carne asada taco. Very fresh tasting and filling. I also got the horchata which was delicious. They checked in on us to make sure everything was ok which I've never experienced eating at a food truck.

Wonderful authentic tacos Al pastor, have been here a few times and have repeatedly amazing service, highly recommend, also very clean the cook is always doing upkeep scraping the grill keeping the front windows clean

This spot has been consistently good the food is great. It's hard to find consistency in San Jose but as of now this place has been our to go spot. They deserve the business. Very nice and accommodating people. Customer service was great.

We were regulars at this tacos stand. Unfortunately, when my wife was eating her she found herself chewing a super long hair in her torta. The owner which is some lady with glasses noticed the situation. She didn't even apologize. Once she noticed her hair was on our food, she finally placed a hair net on!! We will not be returning...I wished we took an imaged We were repulsed by the situation

Great tacos, but Al Pastor taco was my favourite one. The service was great, very friendly. Their taco truck looks clean and organized.

This place has very good tasting Al pastor tacos. They serve it with cilantro, onions, and pineapples. Highly recommend

My bf and I got an asada, chorizo, pastor and chicken taco which were all sooo good. Muy ricos, buen sabor, rica salsa, y buen servicio. We finished them so fast, a must try!
