"Once a Tacos El Gordo location, the locale was taken over by new management. Much like the world since, the adobada-stacked trompos have kept on spinning at this Highland Avenue taqueria. Like its predecessor, this is the spot in National City to get Tijuana-style tacos stuffed with carne asada, chicken, lengua, tripa, and the aforementioned adobada, always spinning by the fire." - Mario A. Very poor service. I 100% kept myself polite and respectful but their treatment and attitude was uncalled for. Stay away from their fries and their disgusting "guacamole Dip" The menu says it has guacamole and they put guacamole Dip instead. Very misleading and sketchy. The mulita was okay but overall I wouldn't come here just because of their attitude and very expensive. You don't just pay for food. But for service and none of it is worth it.

Overall, the food is good. But for the price, it’s just ok, better options are just a drive away. To start the quesadilla, had very little cheese, and small in size. The only taco that was worth it was the carne asada taco. This one included guacamole and pico de gallo. Again the portions are just ok, al pastor meat is very good. Customer service was nonexistent. Took the cashier a while to get to us, asked for our name, so they can call us. After seeing other families pick up their food, and not being called, it was apparent that they were not calling names. The indoor seating is good, however, it’s very loud. The humming of the refrigerator was very loud, along with their music. Don’t mind the music, but overall noise was excessive. Outdoor sitting is nice. Plenty of parking.

This place is a bigger disappointment than 6 years ago when i went last, i’m only giving the food a 2 because the tortillas are hand made here. Supposedly this place was created by the Ex wife of Tacos El Gordo owner way back when and was meant to be better, it is very very far from being considered close to that level. The location was noisy with a broken sounding kitchen duct fan, the menu is toward the front where you get your food but the order and pay before you do is is 180 of that, the food is very low quality meat with lots of fat chunks and mostly flavorless. I got the least amount of meat in this $18 plate of adobada fries, you would think they’d be giving it away for how bad it was. Came here with 3 others who are local , born and raised in SD and all 4 of us said it was bad and usually at least one of us has a good thing to say about the food places we go to, except this time. We didn’t finish our food out of disgust, overpriced and low quality. I don’t even write food reviews and this place was so bad that I was compelled to leave this to warn people not to punish their taste buds and waste their time here. DO BETTER TACOS EL G.

Google
In my humble opinion, it's the best taco spot in town, if not in all of SOCAL.

Google
Great tacos. Fresh salsa and sliced radishes. Both fountain drinks and soda in cans. Indoor and outdoor seating. Photo is of outdoor seating. I got 3 Adobada tacos and it was the perfect amount of food. Also has a drive thru

Google
Tacos El Gordo is a must-eat spot in San Diego. Their al pastor tacos are the best – incredibly flavorful and authentic, making each bite a delight. The service is quick and efficient, ensuring you get your food fast even when it's busy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy some of the best tacos in town!

10/10 best SD tacos I’ve had

We had 30 people from our wedding tribes on a Friday evening dinner just before rush-hour. They were so accommodating to host that many people outside of their balcony area last min. The food tasted as your typical mini taco’s chicken and beef. We order the tacos in big trays to save us some money. My father in law paid for everything so unsure of the cost. The place seemed clean and chill.

Yelp
Rolled up to Tacos El Gordo and I saw a huge line, wrapped around, and a full parking lot. I decided to just google the nearest taco shop and this popped up. I was extremely surprised. The adoba felt "cleaner" than Tacos El Gordo. The Carne Asada was AMAZING I don't think I've had carne asada taste that good anywhere else before. If you are thinking of going to Tacos El Gordo and you don't want to wait in a huge line, or would like something very similar, I would recommend coming here.

Yelp
BEWARE! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT COME HERE. My partner and I were craving tacos and decided to try this. We ordered 8 carne asada tacos, 1 adobada fries and 1 large horachata. Total was $68 which made me realize we were charged for two adobada fries ($17 EACH). I clarified with drive thru operator we wanted only 1 but she claims she is unable to make a refund and said we needed to leave our info and wait until the manager contact us for the refund. This made my partner upset as these occurrences are rare. I took Helllen's word for it and left his name and number for the manager to call us back for a follow up given his card was used for payment. We didn't take the 2nd adobada fries although we were charged for it. I played back our dash cam recording videos to be sure and it confirms we ordered 1 adobada fries while she had called out two orders to the back chef. Probably long day for her but we want our refund back. It was difficult to enjoy our food after this. Unprofessional, unhygienic, and unflavored food. Update: 6/24/24 We were lied to. We never heard back from the shop neither the restaurant. Never received our refund. They totally cashed our money. Will never come back here. The food was disgusting and bland. Total waste of our money. My tacos taste better than these. Needs to be shut down.

Yelp
This is not Tacos El Gordo. Really wish Google maps would update that this is a different business now because when you get here you feel like it definitely isn't what you are looking for. Tacos El G is not on the level of El Gordo. Came here on a weekend mid day. Place was getting some foot traffic. Fountain drinks were warm, ice machine wasn't working. Big red flags here. They were out of some of the items on the menu which is very basic. The guacamole tasted like stale plastic bag store bought guacamole. Service is below average. Don't fall for the bait and switch.

Perla D.

Yelp
I didn't know if I should write a bad review but I feel that I would be doing the public a great disservice if I don't. My friend took me here thinking it was still tacos El Gordo. I noticed that it only said Tacos el G and we asked the cashier before paying if it was the same thing, she said it was the same recipes. We ordered adobada fries and it was literally the grossest fries I've ever had, that guacamole sauce on it, is terrible, as well as the meat. Tacos El Gordo may not be my personal favorite but it's good, please don't go telling people that this is the same thing because it most definitely is not.

Netanya B.

Yelp
I liked the pricing for the food and the very quick service. There was plenty of places to sit and its a great spot if you want quick, cheap tacos. You first pay at the register and then you bring your ticket to the counter and wait for your tacos. I liked the al pastor tacos with everything on it and it was delicious.

Christine G.

Yelp
I had their tacos before visiting San Diego, but it was my first time coming to this spot. We were supposed to get it to go, but we ate here instead so our food wouldn't get soggy when we got home. The service was good and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. I got Tostada de Lengua and Vampiros de Adobada. The tostada and vampiros were good. The lengua and adobada were tender. The meats were cooked and marinated well. The flavors of the meat blended well with the toppings. They put a lot of meat and toppings. There were only a few tables inside, but more tables were on the patio area. Overall, I recommend this place. The food and service were great. Too bad I do not live around the area, but I'll be back when I come to San Diego again.

James F.

Yelp
Fire Tacos on point fresh hot and full of flavor. Ordering is a little confusing going in the first time making sure you get what you ordered because you pay then hand the kitchen your receipt.

Alexis S.

Yelp
This establishment has been here for decades, sure ownership change , but it's a good taco shop. Asada and Adobada for the combo, ask for onions !. I always sit under the bull , the bull has watched me eat carne asada since i was a young lad .

Liliana B.

Yelp
El servicio fue pecimo! NO NO NO BENGAN AQUÍ! Totalmente desargonizados! La tripa estaba chiclosa y los tacos super mojados y la tortilla de rompía! Y la que estaba atendiendo con pésima actitud! Esto fue horrible!! NO grasias!!!

Yelp
Second time this year that I come and they lose my ticket, on a slow Monday night. I have no clue how my order/ticket was able to be lost, and also the staff wasn't able to notice a couple sitting at a table for almost an hour without food. No apologies or offer to make things right. Last time I come here

Leslie B.

Yelp
First time coming here . Bad customer service. All employees had a bad attitude. Told the worker what I wanted in my taco and he walked away as I spoke . Refused to re make our food, drenched our food in their nasty sauce , meat is unseasoned , dry , guacamole tasted bad . And to top it off the music was depressing!! Terrible experience DO NOT waste your time or money

Kristine F.

Yelp
I haven't been here in years and knew when I came back to Cali it would be a go to place. I was disappointed. The tacos just didn't have the flavor I was expecting. The service was good though. They are quick to put your order together and the venue is clean.

Mike F.

Yelp
Oh my goodness. Legend. Tacos al pastor con pina, yes please. We bring anyone who visits San Diego here. Love it.

Angelina C.

Yelp
I really love the adobada tacos and cheese quesadillas here. I believe this location was previously a Tacos El Gordo. There a a significantly smaller line here and the food is comparable in my opinion. Staff here is usually quite rushed so I haven't always had the best interactions in terms of service or cleanliness, but you can always do a to go order!

Diana M.

Yelp
DO NOT COME HERE THEY SERVE UNCOOKED TORTILLAS AND ARE RUDE AND RACIST!!!!!! I've been coming here for YEARS! And I must say that after this last time I am NEVER coming again. Last time we came the black cooking lady was making rude comments to my fiancé we ignored it as we know people have bad days we came again a few months later. And let me start by saying that we came on a Friday night like around 450ish. There was no rush, there was one couple and us when we first got there we ordered our food and we go in line then were just waiting I had the yellow ticket in my hand and in their view and one one helps us then a mind you it wasn't busy they were working on someone else's order so I was next then another couple came and they got their ticket when we were waiting for them to get us when they finally got our tickets the black lady making the tortillas were making comments about the food we got and how much it was and why the other cooker didn't tell her she was in a hurry and they gave us uncooked tortillas best believe never again. Especially after their customer service and them saying they don't have any radishes just because they are too lazy to cut some up wow never again we will be taking out business where. NEVER AGAIN

Na K.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Can't believe they let people work there that talk to paying customers rudely. I ordered 7 tacos for 3 different people we all wanted it different ways and the guy making the tacos snapped back loudly at me when I asked for more onions and cilantro. Literally could've been avoided but he continued to yell and that's very unprofessional. Shouldn't allow anyone to work somewhere that is customer service because you lack that 1000%. Also the tacos isn't even good there anymore. I'd drive the extra miles to go to Taco El Gordo off Broadway from this point on. Their service might not be 10/10 but it beats Taco El G. Dirty too. They don't even come around to wipe down the tables or sweep the mess on the ground. Keep your place up to par especially in food service!

Brian M.

Yelp
Almost as good as the original Tacos El Gordo, but definitely worth it! Food and side dishes are great

Vivian T.

Yelp
It really could have been better because I am struggling to find a good thing about the meal and experience. I also feel bamboozled that I thought this was Tacos El Gordo and after I was told this was the same thing. A couple things that really made the experience downhill: 1. The drive thru takes long. We waited for 20 minutes for a plate of campechana fries and a mulita. It was getting to the point where I wanted to turn the car off. 2. Sauces are watery and overpriced. I was looking for that creamy green sauce and they didn't offer any when we received the bag. My boyfriend went to go back inside and found that each one costs $1 extra. It did not taste like anything and it was so watery. 3. There is no seasoning on any of our food. After a bite of the fries, both the carne and the adobada had no flavor. I thought I was just overthinking it but my boyfriend had some too. We thought the mulita would at least save the meal, but it was giving bland. I don't like to waste my food, but this meal was just not up to my expectations. It was also my first meal of the day and I was so excited to eat this, but ended up being highly disappointed. This was one of the places where the food looks better than it tastes.

Yvette R.

Yelp
Lady taking the orders had bad customer skills. My tacos were soggy, cold and carne asada undercooked. Seemed like I got tacos that had been sitting there for a while. Came home and just tossed the tacos in the trash!!!!

Faith F.

Yelp
Love the adobada tacos and Capechana fries they're amazing, along with being flavorful and filling!! And it was served pretty quickly. The staff is nice and really focused on wanting to make the food GREAT!! The scenery is a classic taco shop feels similar to those in Mexico.

V H.

Yelp
The Food Was Really Good, We Were In & Out Super Fast Thanks To The Staff's Professionalism Despite The Mostly Organized Chaos From The Amount Of People That Were There. Understandably Crowded But Overall A Good Experience!

Melissa C.

Yelp
Organization: 3/5 No website (but that tracks), plenty of parking, but kind of confusing layout. It used to be a walk up cafeteria style, but now you order first and pick up your food. Atmosphere: 3/5 Solid location in National City, great patio. Service: 4/5 All staff are easy going, and able to help direct customers to the right place. Food/Beverage Quality: 5/5 AMAZING TACOS. So many different kinds. Truly a hidden gem. Value for Price: 5/5 Solid price for everything on the menu! Tacos are about $3.50, but you get a great deal of meat on them.

Simon A.

Yelp
I recently tried Taco El G and was thoroughly impressed. The food was outstanding - fresh, flavorful, and authentically delicious. Every dish was a treat, and the tacos were particularly memorable. If you're looking for great Mexican cuisine, I highly recommend Taco El G. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Juliana C.

Yelp
Just as good as I remember it! It's been awhile since I've been here and I'm so glad nothing has changed! Well, except for the prices. This was my go to, in the middle of the night, I don't care I need to drive 20 plus minutes to get here kind of good! I only ever get my favorite here, which is the adobada tacos with guacamole crema sauce. The best adobada! I'm so addicted! To finish with my fav pineapple jarritos! This place is always busy, but service is quick! It's kind of cafeteria style so you grab a tray, pick a line, get your food, and pay. If it's packed I recommend finding a seat first. I usually just grab my tacos on the run and go through drive through. No fuss and be on my way!

Ruben M.

Yelp
Been here twice for their adobada "Al pastor" tacos. Both of the times have been uneventful. At nearly $4.00 per taco they should be bursting with flavor. Sadly they are just average. The salsa wasn't spicy and had very little flavor. Almost as if it was watered down. From the reviews, this place used to be the spot but things have changed. Being this close to the border, I'd recommend getting tacos in Tijuana or a different spot. The workers here are very nice and professional, very nice ladies. Atmosphere needs to be worked on it's a little run down.

Maricel P.

Yelp
Late night stop with my cousin! Neither of us speak Spanish so it was a little bit of a challenge but the food was so good!!! Two minor complaints: 1) salsa option was limited to the one house salsa 2) where's the beer?! LOL! Jokes aside, the food was really good. Looking forward to another late night stop when we have the munchies!

Jasmine B.

Yelp
Nope not it tacos have no flavor tortilla was soggy waited 10 min to be served never again

Karyn T.

Yelp
I came here with my husband earlier this week, before you would order all your food upfront and once you got it you would take it to the register and pay. Now you pay first and provide your receipt to the cooks, I'm glad they're doing this now because I'm sure there were a lot of HS kids dining and dashing. Normally we would opt for a bunch of tacos and mulitas but this time I opted for carne asada fries, so even though my husbands tacos were delicious my fries were underwhelming and they use the same meat, so I was a little surprised by that because the meat on my friends tasted over cooked, plus they just plopped on a bunch of sour cream and this green cream thing, it was not good. I didn't realize that the fries were $15, so much for something so bleh. If you still want good tacos, quesadillas, mulitas try them out but I warn you do not pay for overpriced okay fries.

Oscar G.

Yelp
This place just to be my "go" to place, Love the environment and the process of getting the food but $18 dollars for Carne Asada Fries and having nearly no meat it's a joke truly sad it's the third time this happen to me but I guess at this point it's my fault for keep getting the same thing.

Alissa M.

Yelp
Severely underwhelmed by these tacos...compared to their sister store (Tacos El Gordo) which we normally visit but was closed that day, this food was...not good. The tortillas they used for the tacos were heated too long to the point of being hard and the meat wasn't particularly flavorful. Honestly the best part of the meal was the grilled onions and peppers. The store itself seemed kind of dirty and not well maintained. Unfortunately with all the other taquerias in the SD area, I most definitely would not return to this one. Two thumbs down.

Adrian A.

Yelp
More fries than meat wth Más papas que carne For $18 bucks they should have a good amount of meat. Barely anything carne Asada taste like propone and the adobada wasn't so good.

Georgie M.

Yelp
Our son came up from San Diego this week, with a tasty surprise for us. A dozen or so street tacos from El Gordo, now called El G I've been reading about this place for years, from my long term Yelp friends: Jack M, Pancho V, Brad B and Maria C. They're a tough crowed, so if they liked this place, then it must be good. We found the food as billed. They were excellent and reminded us of Americas Tacos in Arizona. Our son hit the takeout window for a dozen or so Al Pastor and Carne Asada street tacos. They had a nice complex taste, from both charcoal grilling and the heavy seasoning. I still cannot get them out of my mind or palate. Wow. I believe Jack M summed it up nicely, as: "a little slice of Mexico in the US." Nice!

Andy M.

Yelp
No it's not Tacos El Gordo no more! Thank God! It use to be awhile back but now it's Tacos EL G & honestly it's way better than El Gordo in every way! Real Mexican Taco eaters can tell the difference. There is a reason why at Gordo you see a lot of young white & Asian people going there & at EL G you see some hard core Mexicans & piasa's looking like they just got off the bus from Oaxaca! Don't get me wrong Gordo is ok but EL G is better. The tacos are bigger, more flavorful & affordable & customer service is better & faster. They also have a drive thru & outside patio. Let's start with the adobada, I'm not a big fan of that taco like many in SD are but EL G has the best one I've tasted in SD or TJ! Their Asada is good as well & if you like wild meats like me than get the Cabeza & Tripa they don't disappoint. The tacos here are juicier & more meaty than Gordos, also like 60¢ cheaper!! So it's Taco EL G for me if I want some fast TJ style tacos. See you soon G!

Antonette N.

Yelp
Food- the BEST taco's in town. Highly recommend the lequa, asada, tripa. Service is good. Ambiance is okay. I'm gave a 5 star coz I keep on coming back.

Saul A.

Yelp
Best tacos in San Diego, add to it that bomb red salsa. Grilled onions and piña.......

Michael Q.

Yelp
The Food is all right but these PRICES are insane. A quesadilla is the same price as a Taco of asada? Their is no way ... your telling me a mini tortilla and cheese cost just as much as a taco with meat , onion, cilantro, guac and salsa? Definitely my last time coming here just because of the prices. Carne asada fries are almost 20$ before taxes by the way .

Mark B.

Yelp
Place is not the best. Meat was dry, no flavor, staff is rude. It's almost as if I was bothering them to in to eat.

Dominik O.

Yelp
Let me set the scene for you. It's a beautiful day outside, the sun is shining and there's a light breeze blowing. I'm outfor a lunch break and decide to hit up the local restaurant. I peruse the menu before deciding on the adobada taco. Let me tell you, it was love at first bite. The tender, marinated pork was cooked toperfection. It was so flavorful and juicy that I couldn't resist taking another bite, and then another. Before I knew it, the taco was gone, and I was left with only the memory of its deliciousness. If you're a fan of tacos, or just good food in general, this adobada taco is definitely a must-have. I mean, come on, it's like a little slice of heaven in a tortilla. But, be warned, you may need to bring a bib because there's a good chance you'll drool all over yourself. Overall, I highly recommend this adobada taco. It was so good, I'm almost tempted to skip out on work and go back for another one. Almost. Don't tell my boss!

Cheerly L.

Yelp
Tacos are good. Prices were raised though so that's a bummer. Service was pretty smooth but some customers tend to customize their order while it's being made so it defeats the purpose of that "fast" feeling. (You pay and then stand in line to get the food). Wouldn't dine in again though, definitely bring it to your car or something. Tables are not clean and most of them are wobbly and unstable. Not the cleanest but definitely hard working people.

Mikey C.

Yelp
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION**** WARNING**** Now, I don't know about the other locations in Chula Vista, however this particular location is no longer of decent quality. Today, I ordered carne asada tacos with no salsa and tripas tacos with everything. Now, when we think of Tacos El G we used to think of mesquite wood used to grill and infuse our carne asada, the marinade used in the carne asada, the creamy high quality guacamole. I mean paying $4.00 per tacos should deliver consistency and quality right? Unfortunately, no longer! Today I had the worst carne asada tacos EVER! The meat has lost the smoke taste that it use to have - Mesquite - and the guacamole tasted and looked of baby food. HORRIBLE!!! NOT WORTH $4.00. The meat had NO SEASONING OR MARINADE. Tasteless!! They covered up the old guacamole with so much lime that I thought I was eating a lime taco. The guacamole is not creamy any longer. I hate writing bad reviews but you need to be warned. Ohh and my tripa tacos with everything? Yeah, it came with absolutely NO toppings or salsa. Also I felt I was gnawing on hay and rocks in those tripas. What in the world happened to Tacos El G. If I could, I would really give it a half a star.

Leslie A.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! No complaints on this restaurant. Need a family friendly place to eat? Tacos El G is a place to dine in.

Pedro G.

Yelp
These were not good, plus taqueros with attitude. Needs to improve to ask what they charge for a simple copy taco of Tacos El Gordo without the same flavor. Cashier nice, system different, pay first and get cold taco service later. They're not the real tacos el gordo!

Nova ..

Yelp
Aside from the obvious Tacos El Gordo confusion, this place used to be THE BEST taco place I've had in the area. It has now turned into a hard pass, aside from the crapy food they're service is just TRASH! They mess everything up and are also rude about it. Just do your JOB and make good food! Rather have McDonalds then this place. This place went from 5 out 5, tell everyone about it. To 0 out 5 and tell everyone to avoid it.

Oliver C.

Yelp
I've been to Tacos El G a few times over the years, even back when it was Tacos El Gordo, and I used to think they were good tacos for a good price, but I went in there today and I was greatly disappointed, not only by the price and size of the tacos but even the taste and the quality were just not there. I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and I would have been more satisfied eating that. Definitely never coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Madelaine A.

Yelp
Honestly it's very similar to Tacos El Gordo but more affordable. I only got the Adobada tacos and it had the same flavors as Tacos El Gordo without the long line. I think it was a little more greasy but not a huge difference. Staff was friendly and you do have to pay before you get your tacos.

Auriana N.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for Mexican food and Tacos El G did not disappoint! Meat was juicy, tender and literally mouth watering. Topping were plenty and service ways fast. The inside of the establishment seems to have plenty of seating but the drive-tru looked packed. My food was ordered and in my hand in less than 10 minutes. Super cheap and well worth a try!

Nancy H.

Yelp
I'm going to be honest I have been coming to tacos El G ever since I was a child but overtime. I feel like the quality has gone down and the price has gone up a lot. It has been a couple months since I've been down in San Diego to come here but the last time that I was here I was taking a bath by its new luck, but also the new prices which were almost a dollar more than what I remember them to be. The food quality tasted not as good as it used to, the meat was a lot more bland than usual. The service, however, was pretty quick, except for it the Al Pastor line that one's always pretty long. The ambience is very casual almost like a fast food joint, but it does look a lot nicer than it used to.

Calina N.

Yelp
Trust me. I really REALLY wish I could have given them a good review. I even came here a second time before writing them a review to see if they could prove me wrong. But I need to be honest to consumers and both instances I came here were just such a terrible experience that I don't think I want to come back! I'm really sorry! The first time I came here I dined in with my boyfriend. We were able to get every other taco that WASN'T the al pastor fairly quickly. The line for the al pastor....took 45 minutes. By the time we got our 3 al pastor tacos the other tacos we ordered were COLD. The person who was working at the al pastor side was moving painfully slow, they seemed to be prioritizing the drive thru (but even the drive thru was moving slowly). The second time I came here was again with my boyfriend. This time we went to the drive thru because last time standing inside was terribly slow so we assumed that the drive thru would be the better option. There were ONLY 4 CARS IN FRONT OF US. FOUR. Tell me why it took us 50 MINUTES JUST to get our dinner?!?! For a drive thru that is is ridiculous!!!!!! Their drive thru is basically one window. There is no menu that has a speaker on it so you're literally ordering and receiving your food at the same window??? What is the point of this then? It does NOT make sense. My boyfriend actually reccomended this place to me saying how their tacos are actually BETTER than the infamous Tacos El Gordo. I do agree with this. Their al pastor taco is delicious! However, no matter how good their food is I don't think waiting 45 mins-hour is worth it for this taco. My boyfriend has been a customer of theirs for years as well and he was even disappointed for the recent times we have came here. He said he probably will not come back either. Both times we came here were around 5pm. To save yourself the trouble of waiting I would not even bother coming here after that time. I give them at least 2 stars because their tacos are good and I believe they HAVE the ability to fix their operating process to make things better.

Maggie R.

Yelp
Dined at this location during a visit to San Diego from Seattle. We were exited for the inexpensive Mexican that San Diego had to offer and this place fit the bill! The food was prepared exceptionally fresh, right in front of us, and it was good. The service at the counter was quick and pleasant. Unfortunately, interactions with the kitchen staff (who reads/confirms your ticket) wasn't as good - which left me feeling a little frustrated. A cook was a bit rude to me after he was chastised by a colleague for overlooking my order (while he served many other guests behind me and I proceeded to wait 15-20min during a not-busy time). It wasn't a huge deal but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I also found it odd that kitchen staff reads back your order to you as if they're questioning your selections... when you've already paid at the counter, and your printed ticket is in their hand. I would have preferred they prep the order as printed, instead of confusing me with their need to confirm what is printed on paper - and I got the impression that guests around me were similarly confused by that practice. Overall, the food was unlike why we have at home so I enjoyed that. It tasted good to us and I think we'd consider visiting again if the experience at the service counter had been better.

Really bad service. Asked for tacos with aguacate not dip and they put dip. Took the tacos back and all they did was put aguacate on top of the dip tried to hide the dip. Took them back and they said that's the best they can do, didn't take the tacos back. Not recommended at all. Don't come here if you really want to enjoy good tacos.
