Popped by this taco truck on the way out of town—some of the best taco truck Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. My partner ordered the tacos, and I had an asada burrito. Both were so, so flavorful. The handmade tortillas really are the standout, along with their super fresh salsas. Great spot to enjoy a meal underneath umbrella shade on a hot afternoon!

Good food. Fast service. I went for the tripe, they didn’t have any, I stayed for the birria and tried a couple of other things, pretty good.

While the people were nice, the food wasn't great. Went close to closing, so that's probably why the carnitas and carne asada tacos were tough and dry.

Outside seating area. Make sure you find a spot under the umbrella. Food is authentic and tasty!

I came here for lunch while I was camping. I got carnitas tacos and they were super delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked and tender. I also got some homemade tortillas, those were delicious and I will be back soon. The pricing is also very very good, especially for the quality. 11/10 would recommend.

Stop reading and go to this taco truck immediately! It is by far the best food we've had in Chelan. We got the pork sopes, beef quesadillas, carnitas tacos, and quesabirria. Everything was fresh and immensely flavorful. The homemade tortillas and freshly made spicy salsas really elevated our meal. So glad we chose this place on a whim instead of eating inside somewhere. Stop reading, go eat here now.

Estos tacos si que están buenos A Hidden Gem for Authentic Mexican Tacos! We were absolutely blown away by the authenticity and flavor of the food at this taco truck in Chelan, Washington! We ordered tacos de carne asada, tripa, adobada, and quesabirria, and every bite was incredible--perfectly seasoned, fresh, and bursting with flavor. It felt like we had stumbled upon a true taste of Mexico in the most unexpected place. Beyond the amazing food, the service was friendly and fast, making the experience even better. While there's only outdoor seating with two tables, the food is so good it's worth it. If you're in Chelan and craving real Mexican tacos, this spot is a must-visit!

Nice place to sit outside. Convenient order and order notification. Tacos not so good. Beans are puréed and bland. Won't be going back.

Tacos El Guero has restored my faith that great, authentic Mexican is available in Chelan! Using fresh ingredients, these rank as some of the best tacos I've had in WA! Tortillas are pillowy soft and thick, handmade and I could be happy just with a plate of tortillas. Carnitas are juicy and so flavorful and the asada is tender. Quesabirria and consum'e are so delicious- a deep dark beef flavor with soft cheese and crisp tortillas. I'm absolutely returning to this gem of a tacqueria truck. Seating is sparse and outdoors and prices were very fair given great portions. I got out for less than $14 and was completely full. Nits? The salsa on the side is ok but not sublime like the entrees but I'm nitpicking.

Good stuff, what sets them apart is home made tortillas. Their red and green sauce is spicy, I'm ok with that. Just have water habdy. Fast service. Ambiance.. It's a taco truck. There's picnic tables outside what else could you need. Good prices, $8 for 3 tacos.

One of the newer food trucks in Chelan, and very popular. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. I ordered the Torta Carnitas, and although the torta was well dressed with veggies, the quality of the meat was pretty bad. The carnitas was dry and actually had a slight fish taste. At $8, it seems like a great value, but the lack of quality makes it very expensive. If street parking is full, pull around the corner and park on E Johnson.

My family is back for our yearly vacation at Lake Chelan and I noticed a new Mexican food stand that I had to check out. First thing I noticed was how new the stand is and there is a well setup dining area with clean picnic tables. The menu is pretty standard so I found a head meat taco that sounded good and not surprisingly they were delicious. The service was friendly and the tacos only took a couple of minutes to make. I'm going to have to bring my daughter next time cause this place is my new favorite.

Best Mexican food I've had in a long time. Quesabirria was full of flavor and the consomé just took it over the top! YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICES! And beyond that you cannot beat the flavor. This is a must try if you're in Chelan.

The tacos were amazing! Great portion sizes and affordable. Burrito had a bit too much rice though.

Very impressed with this taco stand. Price was reasonable and the quality and taste was spectacular. Sorry no pic ate it so fast didn't have time for a pic. We both had beef tacos and were very impressed.
