I came across this food truck at the Fair this weekend. When my husband ordered a fajita quesadilla, the lady taking the order immediately reacted with a rude gesture, as if she had never heard the term. I corrected it and said “asada.” I then ordered the 5 tacos plate. Her attitude throughout the interaction was extremely unpleasant.
Shortly after, I wanted to make sure my tacos didn’t have cilantro or onion, so I went up to the window and asked the lady handing out orders. She told me she couldn’t help and directed me to the other lady. When that lady came over, I explained my request, and she passed the message to the back without ever acknowledging me. She didn’t confirm or say anything in response—it was like I wasn’t even there.
Their customer service was horrible, especially considering thats what they chose as their job. As a paying customer, I was simply and politely requesting my order a certain way. The food itself was just okay, but it tasted even worse after such a disappointing experience.
