How to Eat Your Way Through Dallas in 24 Hours | Eater Dallas

"A Singleton Avenue taqueria pairing inventive tacos with bright cocktails; notable offerings include a salmon Nayarit taco topped with grilled salmon, avocado, and a passionfruit-habanero salsa, and refreshing blood orange margaritas." - Amy McCarthy

Absolutely delicious! I ordered two Mexican style chicken tacos and loved them. It was so flavorful and filling. The chips and queso were a good snack too. I look forward to going here again!

Best Mexican restaurant in the tri cities!!! I come here all the time. Incredible customer service bilingual staff that are incredibly friendly and polite. You seat yourself and are quickly greeted and provided with menus and asked what you want to drink. Food typically comes out in 5-10 minutes during the slow days and is always piping hot, fresh, and delicious! Very authentic and delicious dining experience!

This is what I’m talking about. Other Mexican restaurants need to take a lesson from these guys. If you don’t want authenticity then don’t come here because this is real Mexican. Thank you for the great food.

I came in from Arkansas and I love Mexican food! I have Celiac Disease and that means I’m allergic to wheat/flour. I placed two orders with them and I called to let them know my situation. They were so sweet and understanding! I appreciate them! The food is amazing, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

Sooooo delicious! This was our second time we had visited, and it did not disappoint. The quesadillas nachos were phenomenal. They’re all freshly made and absolutely delicious.

The food was delicious 😋 I got the wet burritos and there was so much yummy cheese! Service was great, prices were typical for a Mexican restaurant. I'll definitely be back!

This place never disappoints and is definitely underrated. I always get the fish tacos -fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. Fast service and great value!

Being parsley Mexican, my grandfather always told me if a Mexican restaurant doesn't have fresh salsa and guacamole or serve Lengua ( cows lounge) then they are not an authentic Mexican restaurant, this place has the best tacos probably anywhere in the whole Tri-Cities and that's a bold statement but once you try them if you don't agree they're the best you'll say they were damn good, definitely a great place for good food and between me and my mother our bill was only about $28 and had plenty of food to eat

Yelp
Food was tasty. Chips and salsa were good too. Chimichanga was giant. Biggest thumbs down was there was no beer and no ground beef option.

Yelp
I'm so happy to have discovered this diamond in the rough! After recently moving from TX, it was clear that it was going to be challenging to find a good, decent Mexican cuisine that wasn't a chain or fast food. And then I found Tacos El Mariachi on DoorDash - since I often work from home, I thought to give them a try for lunch. And I tried them again. And again. And again. And again. =) My favorite dish has been the chimichanga - this is such a generous helping! (Please don't change this!) Then I started on the tacos. You know this is legit because they offer it 2 ways - American-Mex which is with shredded cheese and lettuce and then authentic Mexican with cilantro, sliced radish, onion and lime wedges. Mexican all the way!! After DoorDashing for a couple of months, I decided to make a dine-in visit. The staff is very friendly and I can brush up on my español - which I enjoy. While the environment is unassuming, this place makes it up with truly, authentic and delicious dishes. I would give more stars if I could. Just note that the prices on their menus is cash paying, if you are going to pay by credit card, there is a small nominal percent. (I'm learning that is a common practice at a lot of local places here in the area.)

Yelp
Used to be El Loco Taqueria One of the few things I miss about living out West was the authentic Mexican food which has been harder for us to find since we moved to Tennessee. That was until we discovered Tacos El Mariachi. The servers are all pleasant and the place offers both dine-in and carryout. They offer tacos in both the American West-Mex (shredded cheese, lettuce, etc) style as well as the authentic Mexican style ( cilantro, onion, cotija, cheese, radish, lime). I personally love the fish, beef tongue, and beef Mexican style tacos, while my wife loves the beef, chicken, and fish American style tacos. The ceviche is also phenomenal. This our favorite lunch spot at work and I highly recommend it!

Yelp
Ordered the quesabirria tacos on door dash, with a side of fried jalapeños. OH MY WORD. Sooo yummy! So excited that Kingsport finally has birria!!! Can't wait to order again!!

Yelp
Pretty standard American Mexican restaurant. The rice and beans were lightly seasoned and on the bland side but not unpleasant to eat. The flavorings for various items seemed pretty much the same. It wasn't bad or boring seasoning, just all the same. The better and authentic places have different flavor profiles for different types of foods. This place is good and def beats Taco Bell but it's not special or better than other Mexican restaurants.
