"The third location for Tacos El Pastor marks the first casino venue for the local-favorite taco restaurant. 'We are very excited to be in the casino,' says Tony Saroya, manager of Tacos El Pastor. 'Now we are just waiting for the response from people.' The taco restaurant serves asada, lengua, and al pastor tacos, with meat that is marinated for hours and slow-cooked." - Janna Karel

The cook/chef was so nice, friendly and welcoming! I was having a really bad day and he brightened it up! On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing! This guy deserves a raise

Prices are very expensive compared to bigger and better nearby alternatives... Weak portion sizes, overcooked meats, vampiro is hard, dry and tiny, carnitas is bland and tough, lengua is unevenly seasoned with some bites of straight black pepper, radishes kept out of water. The flavors themselves are decent, but overall quality is inconsistent, especially for the price range. Several menu items were unavailable. Asked for extra sauce on my tacos and instead was given none on it. Customer service was good. Some of the other reviews say this place doesn't treat non Hispanic customers equally, I was very skeptical but now I see why. Positive reviews must be from drunk tourists

Food was delicious. Very friendly staff. Great big portion of food. They had made the corn tortillas. The hot sauce was delicious and the guacamole. Thank you. 🤗

I finally got to try El Pastor and they were okay. Nothing amazing. The pastor was delicious, but the asada and lengua were nothing spectacular. I have yet to taste the perfect carne asada. The service staff here was not bad, but the guy working the register (the day I went) was not the best experience. Overall, the tacos for the price, almost $4/taco, is not worth it.

Went here to buy some tacos. At first I picked tripes, and I was a little confused about what it was. The cook let me try it first, And I was happy he did. He helped me pick out the right kind of tacos. He has excellent customer service, and I appreciate his bubbly attitude, and the way he treats his customers. I am glad you would go out of your way to make a customer feel important, and the way you took care of me. I hope Boulder station hires more people like you. Thank you, Rufino.

COME HERE NOW! Park around the back of the casino. Look for the ENTRANCE sign in big letters. There are two double doors that take you directly to the food court. The bathrooms are nearby. I had an asada and a pollo taco with refried beans. DELICIOUS! Tortillas are pressed and cooked when ordered. The refried beans are firm and tasty, not bean soup like I get many other places.

Yelp
This is an excellent place to get tacos if you're in or around Boulder Station. I knew I would get a taco the minute I walked by and saw the trumpo turning with a pineapple on top. Al pastor-or adobado, as it's called in Baja Mexico, was always my favorite. They would marinate the meat, put thinly sliced pieces to form a on the skewer and place the crown of the pineapple on top of all of the stacked meat. They cut slices off the side and grilled them adding a slice of pineapple and put it on a double layered corn tortilla. I always get 'con todo' or everything they put normally. While this may not have been exactly like Baja, the taco was very good. No passport necessary. Service was excellent and with a smile. This is the kind of people I like to support. Ambiance is a food court. Put a picture of the Sea of Cortez on your cell phone and imagine you can hear the waves. And, enjoy every bite of your taco. Wish I could have tried more.

Yelp
Located in Boulder Station hotel & casino, there was a nice small food court with options. I ended up trying here because I noticed how they made the tortilla wraps fresh. I got a carne asada and horchata. They stacked it with steak and gave veggies, avocado, and lime. It was really delicious. The taste was fresh and not soggy or salty. The horchata was sweet but not too sweet or grainy. I really enjoyed it, and the guys were really nice and offered me a refill if I wanted. There were a lot of seating available in the court and so we had no problem finding a place to eat. Lots of space, good lighting, tvs with the games on, and it was clean.

Yelp
The food is delicious specially the carnitas ‍ the service was polite and friendly. It's located inside a casino so that ambience should be expected.

Yelp
You got to have it, Probably one of the best tacos we had. Delicious freshly hand made tortillas right in front of you. Food and customer service both are excellent and priced very wisely to be affordable. Will be back for sure, thanks guys for the best food and service.

Yelp
This place is right inside the new Station Wildfire Casino. They have authentic Mexican tacos. I ordered one beef and one chicken taco so that I could try both out. The service was courteous and helpful, as the gentleman at the counter politely helped me by answering all my questions and tried to be sure I was pleased with what I ordered. The tacos were good, but be aware this is not really designed for the typical American palate, so don't expect it be anything like Taco Bell. The one thing that I thought was sort of outrageous is that they charge $1.99 for a cup of tap water. I've never seen that before anywhere!

Yelp
Tried out Tacos El Pastor in the new food court at Boulder Station. You will not be disappointed. First off the customer service provided was impeccable! We felt important and appreciated. The tacos are just so dang good, hot and fresh. Generous serving and flavorful! Grateful for the close location to me...I'll be back often!

Yelp
Out of all the restaurants here in the Boulder Station food court i would have to say that this restaurant is probably the best option of them all. Food came out quick. Tacos are delicious. Prices are a bit high. But its expected here in a casino i suppose. Overall. For this side of town. Its pretty darn good.

Yelp
These are some of the hardest working and nicest people at the restaurants here at Boulder station. I've been visiting them roughly weekly since they opened. They do their best to make sure that you leave happy and with all the food you could possibly want. If you're visiting in town I highly recommend that this be the place in the food court that you go to visit. Be sweet to them and they'll definitely be sweet to you!

Yelp
There's no reason in hell that any burrito should cost $20. There prices are so ridiculous I refuse to go there ever.

Yelp
Service was okay. They seem all over the place. They have 2 lines to order but no one took my order for a few mins. It was kind of confusing. I had my sis stand in one line and I stand in the other to cover ground. I got there first but somehow she ordered before me and the cook I stood in front of sent me to someone else. There needs to be a better way to order. The food was decent but it was too spicy for my liking. I would get the salsa on the side next time.

Ana B.

Yelp
Don't order through UberEats. They sent us the tacos with Flour tortillas, they were nasty and so expensive for nothing. Then we ordered today on the other location and they didn't even send salsas. Who eats tacos with no salsa? We asked for extra crunchy tripas and they are all soggy. Don't recommend ordering through UberEats. If you really want tacos from here go pick them up yourself and make sure they are giving you everything you order. So disappointed!! Never again.

Yelp
These guys have got it going on. It's very easy to forgive the generic food court ambience when the food is so fantastic! The service was so fast my mouth had barely enough time to start watering before I was face to face with the most mouth watering feast. The tacos al Pastor were very good but what really got my attention were the the tacos de lengua. Sounds less than appealing but I have to say, the meat was like butta! So tender and juicy and flavorful. It was so good, in fact, I took a pile of the meat home from Vegas and we had more tacos 2 nights in a row. Can't really decide if I like it street taco style as in the smaller version, or our family's traditional way of cooking tacos by frying the corn tortillas. To be honest I loved them both, even if only one is authentic...my new favorite taco joint's. Don't deprive the tasebuds, go for the tongue!

Yelp
Great customer service the staff is friendly and helpful. Not only is the food hot and good but they made the tortillas in front of you
