Urban Dinner Market in the U District Includes Meg’s Hamburgers and Tacos de la Noche | Eater Seattle
"I noted that Tacos de la Noche drew fans during its time operating a takeout window at Bar Sue for its well-crafted tacos, burritos, tortas, and quesadillas, and those items are included on the Urban Dinner Market menu." - Gabe Guarente
Great tacos. 12 pesos each. Comes with grilled onions and potatoes. You can eat the green sauce by itself, it's so good. Opens late. Lots of locals. Bargain price.

We would return for the lovely taco experience!
Atmosphere: taco shop vibes. Very clean and well staffed. Some local musicians played for the restaurant for a part of our meal. That was a nice surprise.
Food: Muy delicioso! The tacos Trompo were seriously the best tacos I've ever had. The Tacos de bistek were a bit greasy but still really good. And the guacamole salsa was excellent.

I'm so glad I found this place.
Everywhere we went, all we can find was hot dogs and burgers. I was almost giving up on late night food until we found this place.
We paid about 85 pesos for 5 tacos which was less than $5 USD.
The quality was food. The service was good. The price was great.
Don't leave Monterrey without trying this place.

Do yourself a favor and order a plate of Tacos de Trompo here, which are al pastor tacos. Make sure to include the pineapple they give you. They have a small English menu and Gavin (or Gavino) speaks great English. This is the local taco joint you're looking for in Monterrey.

This place is delicious. Great tacos, good atmosphere, awesome prices. The food tastes amazing. Unfortunately there is usually a wait time, but its worth the wait. Tje guacamole served here is amazing and you can ask for more with no extra charge.
