Across from Mercado Hidalgo is the famous Tacos Fitos. After taking your temp they let you in and you seat yourself. This is a first come first serve situation as the place closes as soon as the meat is done for the day. Speaking of which, you know the meat will be fresh because they are constantly selling out. The lady that took my order was very nice as she explained the simple menu. Tacos got to me within minutes. Parking can be a little tricky so the best thing to do is park inside Mercado Hidalgo and just pay the small fee. All in all a good experience.

My personal favorite. Try their Taco campechano Dorado, you will not regret it. Taco campechano has both birria and crispy tripa with cilantro and onion. This Taco will have your taste buds going.

Best street tacos I've ever had. Their combo for 2 tacos and a coke is a great deal. Street cart with a small Taqueria inside with seating. Amazing flavors, spice and fresh onions and cilantro with hot sauce is fire!
