My girlfriend is from Mexico and this is her favorite place in Amarillo. It’s our game to try every taco place in town and this is by far the best. And the salsa is also unmatched. Be prepared the red is hot, but It’s amazing.

This was my 1st real meal after eating gas station food on the road for 5 days. The birria fries were delicious! My husband ordered the jalapeno stuffed tacos. He said "they were the bomb, yo". The guy taking our order was very pleasant and the food was brought to our car when ready. The food truck is right down the street from our motel and I'm so glad we tried it. I would definitely eat their food again.

I was looking for the best street tacos in Amarillo, and my search led me to Tacos Guadalajara. I found my new taco spot! I tried a number of items in their menu, and I will be back for their carne asada and shrimp tacos. Another honorable mention is their birria fries. Great flavor and portions!

Good tacos for a good price. They have a huge variety of food but I've only tried their tacos so far. I am super picky about tripas and these stand up to my expectations. Pictured: Tacos de Asada and Tacos de Tripas.
