Tacos La Banqueta Puro DF

I usually come to this location during day time and it’s good. Today I came at night time and the food was overly greasy. I couldn’t even finish my food because it made my stomach hurt right away. Just NASTY !!

I’m so sad. I normally buy tacos here maybe every 2 weeks. I place a big order every time and I’m always satisfied but TODAY the alpastor was so gross. The meat was a dryyyyyy and had no flavor. Please look at the picture I added if you eat here you know the alpastor don’t be looking like that. I’ve never seen the alpastor look gentrified like that 😔 I even called and asked if they changed the recipe..

The tacos were really good and the service was quick but the parking is horrible so having to wait just to get in isn't the best. Also weird having a bathroom outside like an outhouse. At least they have one I guess. Atmosphere was okay. Not warm but it is fine just to sit and eat.

It was pretty good, i thought maybe it would have been maybe better but hey I can't complain to much. The tacos are really priced well. It's 2 dollars I think per taco and they have a fair amount of protein. I recommend the red sauce it's really good. The better tacos are chorizo and cabeza. Bistec was a 2 out of 5 and al pastor was a 2 out of 5 and chicken a 3 out of 5.

I ordered a Torta today and I was dissatisfied and disappointed in the torta. Normally a torta comes with lettuce, tomato, onions, avocados etc. The one I ordered was the bread and meat. When I called and told them about it. They said that’s how they make them. Everytime I ordered a torta anywhere it comes with vegetables. Like online it says it comes with avocados, onions, tomatoes etc. So online it’s only for the Arlington location. What’s that about? I paid for my food Instead of apologizing and saying they can remake it for me they said well that’s how they make it in Dallas. I do not recommend going and spending your money there. First and last time I ever go there. The food was nasty.

Great taco spot. Love the salsa. Both red and green are great. This place gets packed during the work week. That should tell you something. $2 tacos is their staple. The taco pastor 🙌

This is my go to spot for tacos! Me and my partner love this location, we always get the bistec quesadillas with salsa verde. The price is great too, I usually only spend $20 for both of us and its more than enough to satisfy our hunger. definitely recommend 🫡
