The 16 Best Restaurants In Juárez, Mexico City - Mexico City - The Infatuation

"Generally speaking, Mexico City locals are loyal to the taquería they’ve been going to since they were kids, but this newcomer has gotten a warm welcome from the neighborhood. Order your tacos one at a time, starting with the chicharrón de queso followed by a round of the taco de chuleta—the pork chop is seasoned perfectly—or the taco de arrachera and an agua fresca (we like the agua de la jefa with horchata and fresh strawberries). The vibe is fun and lively, with Mexican classics blasting from the speakers. Just don’t sit too close to the open grills—otherwise, you’ll definitely smell like carnitas when you leave." - guillaume guevara

I think it's a chain but it was really nice and her personal experience for us here. Cheap food and high quality, we recommend the grilled cactus with ribs. Also they have a huge pastor kebap for the tacos.

Great food and atmosphere, long line of locals lining up, but don't let the queue scare your turnover is quite quick! Great food, drinks and ambiance!

Coming from Los Angeles, I was expecting the tacos here to really stand out, but honestly they were just okay. The flavors weren’t bad, but the tacos I’ve had back home in LA are juicier and much better overall. For such a well-known spot, I was a bit disappointed—it didn’t live up to the hype. Not terrible, but definitely not the kind of standout taco experience I thought I’d get in Mexico City.

Tacos la Chula has some of the best al pastor tacos and gringas in the city. They also have a wide variety of different types of meats and salsas. The service is fast, efficient, and friendly. If you want to try some of the best tacos in the city, be sure to stop by.

My recommendation is to order the costra gigante de pastor. You get a gigantic portion of pastor meat with grilled cheese on top of a handmade flour tortilla. Elsa got me an exceptional service. The place is super clean, even the restrooms are spotless. A fantastic experience at a very moderate price. It has this retro decoration that makes it feel very well curated. Plenty of tasty salsas to choose from.

I enjoyed the saudero tacos alot. Had to wait in line for about 10-15 min. Lots of foreigners dining in. The menu has many options and it was a bit tough for me to decide what to order. CC’s accepted. Will visit again.

Tacos La Chula is at a great location. Went past it almost every time I walked some where. Had the tacos at 2:30am after a night of drinking. Them being opened late at that time was awesome. If you’re Hungry late at night it’s a perfect spot to end the night at. Service was good, walked right in, and food sure didn’t disappoint.

If you’re staying in Roma Norte or Juarez, this should be your first stop as you land!! It’s so damn good! I had multiple tacos, let’s see if i can remember. Arranchera, Costilla, bistec, pastor, campechano, loganiza, I also had a taco de costra!! So damn good. THEY WERE AMAZING! I had to go back after a late night of drinking, and yes they are open 24/7! It was the best food I’ve had in the longest time!! You have to go to this place. Do yourself a favor and go!
