Best taco truck ever. Me and my husband drive from down the hill just to eat here. Trip is so worth it. The bread for the tortas is amazing quality, every meat we’ve tried is fantastic, flavors are always on point, super fresh, and the jamaica is the best I’ve ever had. Not overly sweet, tastes very natural with a hint of tartness. I always get a large of it 😋 Family owned business and so happy they have a brick and mortar as well which we will definitely try next time. The quesabirria tacos with a cup of consome on a cold day/night was my favorite thing 🤩❤️ Thank you for keeping our bellies happy!!

Stopped here after a long drive from Arizona to Long Beach and it was exactly what I was looking for. The tacos and the meats were absolutely amazing. Would definitely stop here again

Tacos la Madrina never disappoints. Everything about them is immaculate. From the service to the food. I messaged them through Google to place an order and they got back to me not even a minute later. Withing 5 I had placed my order, paid and just had to pick it up. I am apart of their new system they have going on through Facebook/Facebook messenger and because joined they sent me a coupon for 3 quesabirria tacos. With or without a coupon though, they are so worth it! Food: The consomé alone is packed with so much flavor. You can taste every single spice! So delicious. The Quesabirria tacos were to die for. It’s generously filled with meat and cheese. The perfect amount of crispiness and then pairing both the tacos and the consomé is a match made in heaven, with the salsas too. Even the pickles onions were delish. The carne asada fries were evenly spread. Literally everything was so good. I have never eaten food so fast before. My son, couldn’t have eaten his taco any faster! There’s a reason why they’re #1 in the HD, and if they’re not, they are in mine and my family’s book. Not only are they a fantastic family owned restaurant/food truck who serve us great food but they also do great for the community.

I was coming from LA but searched and stopped at this place to try the chicken tacos. Amazing taste and portion. They were also very friendly and respectful towards their customers.

Well, here for the first time, because I saw how many stars it had and the reviews looked really good when I went, there was no line the service was so good they made sure your order was completely correct, and they even gave you extras if you want more, I would love for a debit card or credit card to be taken as well but other than that everything was great. The food was amazing. I had the Kearny Asada fries and whatever she says they used is going to have me coming back.

Had to add to my previous review. Tacos La Madrina continues to be my go to taco spot. Their al pastor is my all time favorite! Definitely recommend! Se les agradece el buen servicio!

Okay, more people need to know about this little food truck that serves the best Mexican food in all of Hood river and beyond. If these folks had a restaurant it would be packed I am sure not many people want to stop at a food truck but trust me when I say this you will not be disappointed. Chili Verde is Top Notch I ordered the Carnitas today and have to say some of the best I have had.

Went to the restaraunt that you guys opened at the gas station for taco tuesday after an hour wait and getting my food drove home to find out the alpastor and asada was nothing but burnt alpastor meet and asada was burnt my kids didnt even finish their tacos they said meat was disgusting i was even surprised i will never go back to that location i rather go to your taco truck were i believe your food is fresher and better.

I remember when we first moved to Hesperia 4 years ago our first spot to try tacos was La madrina and They were good. We decided to go last night and it was a very long time that we had not gone and it was the worst mistake. it was absolutely garbage. I can't believe they are serving food like this. The meat looked like it was ground beef all smashed NO flavor at all. What happened to them and they opened a restaurant. HOW? Makes no sense. We ordered tacos,nachos and 2 burritos so gross . The nachos were all mushy no crunch at all. The burritos were flavorless and my tacos were literally ground beef. Never ever going back. $63 dollars down the drain.

If you have not been to this lovely establishment in the High Desert you might want to slide through... they have a store front as well as a food truck, so no excuse. Authentic Mexican food the best way....

The food from Tacos La Madrina is BOMBIZZY! I 10000% highly recommend going there. The service alone from the primos is genuine too! I especially LOVE the Queso Birria Tacos with the consume, son mis favoritos!!! I would go every single weekend, if I could. They recently opened a little restaurant at 12720 Main St Suite A, Hesperia, CA 92345 that I haven't went to but I will VERY SOON! Just by the pictures from Google make the ambience look inviting. Thank you La Madrina for thee DELICIOUS food!!!

Hoy fui a comprar unos tacos y solo quiero decirles que la tripa no estaba crujiente,estaba vieja y chiclosa, la carne asada igual nada fresco compre un Menudo y oh Dios mio!!! No sabia si era menudo o birria! Si no les alcanzo el caldo ya no lo ofrezcan al publico! Muy malo!!!

Muy deliciosa comida. Me gustó mucho los tacos quesabirria y los tacos al pastor. Ahorita me gusta ordenar burrito de cabeza con al pastor. Muy delicioso

Wow great cabeza burrito! It was the size of my forearm and busting with flavor. This was the #1 rated taco truck. I drove 5 miles to get here totally worth it. The green salsa was great and the red too. Cabeza was very flavorful. I loved have eaten more but was completely satiated. Certainly make my too 10 best taco trucks. The staff was super friendly. And the cucumbers with lemon - great touch.

Love this place! Their food is always consistently delicious! Whether it's their Taco truck/Lonchera, or their new brick & mortar restaurant. Not only do they have the best tacos, vampiros, quessabirrias, you name it, in the HD, but they're always extremely kind & personable. Even their aguas frescas are great!!! Their agua de piña I tried tonight for the first time & it was so refreshing, tasted exactly as I'd hope, their Horchata is always a hit too. You can tell everything they make is made fresh with lots of love and extra flavor. Their Horchata tastes legit, I'm pretty sure its made with actual milk, not just rice & water added to a pre-mix like most places. This place has never let us down. If you're lookig for some bomb food, this is the place. We're all the way in Apple Valley, & this place has always been worth the drive. I wish them all the success, they definitely deserve it. Hopefully they'll open up shop in Apple Valley next, at least one can hope. Lol

OMG!! The New Restaurant, ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! Old crunchy rice. Refried beans????? What!!! No flavor. Who's preparing the food?

They catered at an event I went to and I was absolutely pleased. The food was so good. Usually tacos are tacos but this place stands out. Flavors were good. Fresh meat. Good meat too, not that cheap stuff. My tacos came packed. I literally made more with the four I had. Staff were friendly and entertaining

If I could I would give 0 stars because the workers don't know what the hell they are doing. they forgot my tacos what kind of TACO place forgets tacos that's fucking ridiculous. Also they started giving smaller portions and still charge the same price. It's so obvious they don't even care about customers and let's be so honest this place is just going down hill. Not to mention I asked for jalapeños and onion and the gave me 1 pepper for a 70 dollar order. needless to say I won't be coming back and if your reading this I advise you stay far form this god awful truck!

Awesome and very flavorful food! People are super nice and love that I can use Zelle!! I only wish they can put out tables, but I've only come here at night, haven't been during the day, maybe they do have tables out during the day, idk . The birria tacos soooooo good! Chicken quesadilla was a bit greasy but huge & tasty!

Tacos de Buche were good. Chorizo lacked some flavor. Al pastor left more to desire. Tacos de birria were dry but the quesabirrias were better. Unfortunately, once I got home, I realized my order was missing 3 tacos and an asada burrito. When I got there, it seems like the manager lady took over my dilemma but lacked good customer service. She wanted to overcharge me and when I corrected her she rudely explained that the young man whom took my order had repeated my order. I explained to her that it was impossible to hear the young man because of how loud the music was blasting. To which she replied that next time I needed to tell them to lower down the music if I can't hear them then. Then she proceeded to practically toss the food at me. Thought I had found a nice taco spot in Victorville but I will not be returning due to the treatment. I hope the owner corrects the situation.

This was my first time trying this spot but I am impressed! Their service is 10/10 I don't even think I waited over 5 minutes for my food, food had great taste and the ladies were very nice here! Definitely will visit again in the future!

I've lived in the High desert for 8 years now . And I have finally found The Best Tacos here !! And I'm not bragging but I moved here from LA. Yesterday my family and I ordered al pastor tacos, the tripa tacos and buche were the BEST !!! The guy at the register asked how we wanted the meat , like just soft or a little more cooked . We like our tripa and buche tacos a little crunchy . The salsas are delicious , they don't add water to the salsas . Meat amount on each taco is perfect for the price you pay for it. We got a burrito de buche and a torta the torta was ehhh like alright but maybe some beans and queso fresco in it , a little more meat . We ordered a big horchata . You can taste the canela right amount of sugar . We ordered champurrados for the kids . I wished it could be a little more , because it was $4 . I would just suggest putting the limones and cucumbers in different bags .We got our tacos to go tasted delicious . I don't have pictures because it was late already and we got home a straight up ate the delicious tacos . I'm beyond pleased to have finally found Delicious tacos . The best Al pastor tacos I've had. Delicious. They give you grilled onions and jalapeños. Their orchata is very tasty. Their staff is friendly and professional. We'll be going there again soon!!

I wanted to say that this specific food truck is phenomenal. I always order the cheese Birria tacos and the regular ones. Their guacamole sauce is fantastic. Their chili sauce is beyond amazing. Their birria is full of flavor. Even their Jamaica is the best I have ever had. This spot became a regular spot to visit every week.

I give it 4 stars because they don't take card, also they have the music WAY to loud you can't hear back your order. Other than that the food is bomb the comments weren't lying. They were pretty fast so I highly recommend this place.

Amazing tacos. This was actually my only request for Mother's Day was to eat tacos lol. Always a good place to eat. The people are nice and great customer service. The carne asada fries were amazing!

They need to be OPEN ON TACO TUESDAYS ...they would make more money and have better service

We have had their tacos (all types of meat) a good 7 different times. It's been a great experience every time. The salsas are good the flavors overall are yummy. Don't forget your grilled onion and jalapeños!

The service is excellent. Very delicious seafood. It taste very fresh. The presentation is beautiful. Highly recommend the ceviche and shrimp cocktail.

It is nice to see that the San Bernardino county has given food trucks the ability to sell in the high desert. Their tacos were good but not worth the hour wait to get them. I got two al pastor tacos and one chorizo. The al pastor meat had good flavor but was dry. The chorizo was okay. They lost a star for the wait time and another one for their inability to have cilantro and onions separately available. I find it unforgivable for a taco shop not to have both items separated. A taco without cilantro or onion is not a taco. Last but not least, their chopped onions are cut way too big. The size of the onions needs to be proportionate to the taco bite.

This food truck is my mother in-laws favorite comfort food. She would have it everyday if she could lol. You can never go wrong with the quesaberillas and their al pastor tacos. Oh and their salsas are super flavorful and delicious.

The meat is VERY dry. They should start marinating it or something idk but it's literally hard to swallow for it to be so expensive.

Love love love this place! Best Birria tacos ever (don't forget the consomé) THEYRE FANTASTIC! I come at least once a week. I've tried other birrias tacos and they just don't do it like they do over here at la madrina. The carne asada fries are also so epic and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Although I do wish they accepted credit because I end up using up all my money here it's just so delicious I can't help it. My doctor tells me to lay off but I can't I NEED THE NOMS. The prices have went up and I believe it's cause business is booming, even though they only take cash they still always have a long line cause it's so so worth it. I try to put my friends and family on to this place as much as I can! Everyone needs to try this deliciousness. BOTTOM LINE THIS PLACE IS A MUST TRY!!!!

We had the asada tacos and they were delicious. I love that cucumbers, lime and freakin hot onions are included with the order, so yummy.

I've been here a few times and every time I've come here I've had their carne asada tacos, their horchata, and their birria ramen! Anytime I'm craving one of those I always come here. It is CASH ONLY so make sure you have cash! There's no ATM in the area so you'd have to go to the gas station. The service is great, the guys are always super sweet and there's this one older lady who will even walk around with little samples which is always nice! Sometimes it can get pretty busy depending on the time and day that you go. I typically will go on sundays to get their birria ramen because they're closed from Monday-Wednesday. But it's never too busy where you get annoyed. But even then the food is soooo good that it's 100% worth the wait no matter what. They have great music playing too! If you've never had their birria ramen I 100000% recommend! I get mine with everything on it so it's cilantro, onion and avocado, and it's delicious ‍ it's $10 and it's worth it because it's actually HUGE! I remember the first time I was there I was shocked with how big the container was! This is the only place I'll come for their birria ramen. 10/10 recommend!

Started coming over for tacos back in February. Always my go-to when the taco bug hits. Never have had a single problem. If the line is long I know it's going to be a while, but oh is it worth it. Wish I could put 6 stars.

2nd time here. Tacos are good. Asada fries not the best. Asada plate for $10 was worth it and huge portions! Lost one star for the wait time. Expect to wait at least one hour. Not sure if its worth it.

The first time I went in early February this year, it was great. I just went today and it is beyond horrible. The salsas I was given had gone bad, the containers started to feel inflated and when I opened them they smelled aweful. The radishes I was given had expired ! And the onion/cilantro mix was also bad. My Burrito de al pastor barely had any meat and the meat it did have was deffinetly not like the al pastor they made on the trompo the first time in went, it was flavorless and a real dissapointment. they raised the price on the birria and tacos too. I do not recommend.

Another Yelp disappointment, came her because of the reviews. The food is terrible . The carne asada was gross , how do you mess up carne asada???!? The tripas, buche, asada, and cabeza all nasty .

Where do I even start? Everything we have tried is delicious. This place is definitely worth the wait. The prices are a little high, but the food quality is great. It's definitely worth it. The birria quesadilla or the birria fries are my favorite. The tacos and sopes are good, and I've been told the burritos are pretty great also. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. So good!

Starving haven't ate all day and I wanted some birria tacos and I must say I found a gold. tacos are fire fire!!! I couldn't wait got to the car because it's freezing outside. Cracked the lid to these tacos and the smell is like heaven in my car right now. I only had one taco because my girlfriend is waiting on me but we definitely cleaning the plate when I get home. 10/10 no napkins I'll lick my fingers!
