Really amazing food. We got the nachos, quesabirria, horchata, and a jarritos for $35. Everything was very very good. The nachos were LOADED. The quesabirria was one of the best I’ve had. The tacos themselves were not greasy at all like a lot of others. It came with salsas that tasted homemade and were also very good, and lime. The horchata was also incredible. It also tasted homemade and just had an amazing flavor. Everything was so flavorful. I would definitely come back here.

Had the bistek burrito it was pretty good! Came after work lots of parking! Maybe I’ll come back here and try something else. Bistek was a little chewy the first bites, maybe 15% off burrito then it was really good.

My food was great went here with my mother to take some food to go, they were so nice and my food looked so good and tasted so good I will definitely be coming back since this was our first time, Thank you :)!

My husband and I always in the market for some amazing Birria Tacos and this taco truck has hit the spot, the homemade tortillas bring the whole taco together and he makes them to order,the meat is perfectly seasoned the dipping sauce is the best i have ever had. I normally dont finish my plate in 10 mins but eating here i couldnt help it. He has only been there 5 months but my husband and I will be regulars at this Taco truck! Thank you for serving us. He was quick and efficient and super friendly. We'll be back no brainer

Our favorite breakfast taco spot in Buda. Corn tortillas are homemade and the best we’ve found around here. Quesabirria, barbacoa, chorizo and egg are my regulars.

Best birria tacos in Hays County, hands down! I've been to Taco Clem, Tejas Birria and C Spot in Kyle. Tacos La Pachanga is better than all of them, and it's not even close. The flavor is amazing. The service is always fast and friendly. The workers go out of their way to fix any issues if there is a mistake. I can't say enough good things about this little food truck. Great food, great location, and great customer service. I live all the way in Kyle, and I will drive to Buda everytime if I'm craving birria tacos. 100% worth the drive! Absolutely delicious meat, salsa, and consome. Nice and greasy, the way they should be.
