Great tacos! Enjoyed sitting outside to eat. Can’t wait to come back to try the tortas!

Amazing, legit tacos! After a very busy morning, I was super happy that I decided to go here for lunch. Price was great for the quality of food. It’s a little lunch truck is set up at a gas station, but there’s even a table to eat.

I’ve tried many food trucks in the Denver Metro area and these are by far the best pastor/barbacoa/tripe tacos! The tortillas are made from fresh ground corn and taste very authentic, unlike many other places. The salsas are all awesome and tasty. The service is fast and courteous. The food truck is very clean and they take contactless payment. I highly recommend this place!

Pastor and carne asada tacos were amazing. The carne asada quesadilla was good but the meat had so much fat that it was hard to eat. The el pastor fries..the meat was great, good seasoning and quality. The fries were too soft and the chipotle like hot sauce was not our favorite. The standard red sauce was good. Overall it was decent but not a place that we’ll go out of our way to go to again.

If you like your tacos all fat go here. I thought asada meant steak. I couldn't eat the tacos I bought. I came right across the street to subway. It grossed me out. I understand its a cultural thing, this was excessive. The barbacos we're greasy but had good flavor. Couldn't put it down either. I've had plenty of leaner meat in my tacos at many location here, NM and Mexico. Sorry this place didn't do it for me. See pic the meat to the left was out of one taco it was all fat he shaved off of the rotisserie just for my taco. 🤮.

Rip off! I got a tiny burrito with just a tiny amount of salsa and two little pieces of lime for 20 dollars. To top it off there's hardly and steak. It's 90% beans and cheese! Don't buy anything! Not worth the price for what you get.

Excellent tortas and tacos. They don't skimp on meat. Flavorful and very filling

Love this place. The pastor is perfect and the prices are fair. The guy working in the truck is there every time I go and he's always a friendly face

I went here today and got pastor tacos and my boyfriend got pastor and barbacoa. The tacos were packed with meat and flavor. It also came with three salsas that were all great. We got 10 tacos for $27-- we will be back.

Came by Tacos Los Gueros actually looking for a different truck, which was closed, so decided to give this a try because I was craving some legit tacos. Tacos Los Gueros did not disappoint. I ordered a couple of tacos and a quesadilla - and that was more than enough food for me and was a bit over-stuffed. The tacos are of decent size, and 3 or 4 could probably do it for most people. I found that the ratio of corn tortilla to the taco contents was a bit much, but overall, I loved the authentic street tacos and the salsas were also pretty good and flavorful too.

This place is great. I have been stopping-by a couple of times a month and have not had a bad meal. Nice guy who takes my order, too. The tacos, quesadillas and tortas are amazing and the portions generous. A must-try if you haven't already.

This place has AMAZING tacos!! The corn tortilla is spot on and their salsas are so flavorful. I've tried the barbacoa, asada, and pastor tacos. They're all great but my favorite is definitely pastor! The truck is run by very nice people. David is usually the one that takes my order and is always friendly. I've been on crutches recently and he always brings my food to my car so I don't have to walk. Super nice! I feel like there's a lot of hype around Kike's which is the taco truck next to them. It's good, but I personally prefer Tacos Los Gueros much more. They're the more classic authentic tacos which is what I like. Beware, the tacos are really addicting. I usually end up going at least three times a week because it's that good!

This place has amazing street tacos. They were packed with a jalapeño, hot sauce and limes. The corner tortilla were doubled. 4 tacos for $10 is very filling. Friendly customer service. Nice location.

the food is phenomenal. the meat is cooked to perfection. the highschool gets out at 12:00pm so you would want to go before or a hit after 12:00.

Best Torta in town! I work close by once a week and it is my favorite go to in the neighborhood. Great guys running the truck too! Always fast and friendly.
