Tacos Los Irresistibles

I stopped here after watching a TikTok and after a Hospital visit for my baby. Ordered 10 tacos and a quesadilla for my me, wife and two daughters. When we got home I bit into the first taco and felt a hard piece, thinking it was a piece of bone I spit it out. When I spit it out it turned out to be a sharp piece of metal. I checked it with a magnet and its metal. We did not eat the food because of fear for injury so we threw them away. The trompo was chewy and the first appearance of the place was sketchy. You can see multiple flies all around the restaurant and the place is old and smells moldy. What if we would have swallowed this sharp piece of metal.

Waist of money and time driving there, horrible place, food and prices. Each taco is $2.50 we only order one carne asada or bisteck and one pastor (red meat )to try the food first , so tacos were cold , meat looked old and not good flavor at all. Definitely never going back!! And one more thing Mexican coke cost about $4.50 each 🧐

They are over charging. Will never come to this place again they overcharging everything they give you one price on the menu but yet they’re charging a different price. inside the place was extremely hot sweating just waiting for the food to take out really didn’t want the food anymore but this food was not for me it was lunch for my husband this is want he want to try out for the first time but will never go back and if they over charge me that means they are doing this to everybody that is going in and not paying attention to their receipt if you are buying 10 tacos at $2.50 each they it should come out to $25 even not $25.90 and when I asked about the price they try to say it was the taxes no ma’am they taxes are under the price of the tacos

Came all the way from Lewisville. Food was a 8/10. Food was fresh, HOT AND good! The frijoles charros preparados was 10/10, it just needed a chile 😆 but it was really good. I read the reviews and I was nervous that I would get cold beans, NOPE not the case. You have to try the beans. I had the barbacoa tacos and they were good, meat was really tender, the tortillas had a good flavor. You serve your own cilantro, onions, salsas and limes. The meat is a good amount. My son had the torta 9/10, my husband had the Gorditas de trompo and carnitas 4/10 they were dry, crispy no toppings in the Gorditas literally just meat in a pocket of a tortilla (totally needs improvement).

Horrible service, came for lunch and got a taco of tripa just to get fried pieces of old meat, then told lady I’ll just get something else which ended up being a taco of “carnitas” and got nothing but fat. Place isn’t the same anymore don’t waste your time or money. Also thought a little lime would help fix things just to find them all old.

The food came out fast, but it took a while for someone to come take our order. It may have been because it was on a Tuesday, and since some of the tacos are $1 so it was busy.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and they never fail to impress. The food is always fresh, and the welcoming atmosphere keeps me coming back. Easily a 10/10 experience every time!

We tried a little bit of everything just to make sure we could make a fair review on this place, the trompo was dried out, flavorless. Even with chile it felt like it was really lacking flavor. The chicharron was good until it became too salty, Great texture though. Asada also dry and flavorless, as was the mush that was called barbacoa, it literally looked like cat food. Service was good though. And the corn tortillas were not bad.. prices were also decent

The name says it all--Tacos Los Irresistibles really is irresistible! I came for the tacos (which are amazing), but I keep coming back for the chicken torta--it's hands down one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned grilled chicken, warm, soft bolillo bread, and just the right amount of toppings to make every bite juicy, flavorful, and super satisfying. It's crave-worthy comfort food that doesn't miss. The portions are generous, the prices are more than fair, and the service is always friendly. It has that welcoming, no-frills vibe that lets the food speak for itself--and trust me, it does.

Great spot for lbs of meat to feed the family. Right outside, they sell a variety of aguas frescas. This spot was a truly nice find

Yo this place really isn't too bad. I ordered four flour tacos for delivery today and I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are pretty good and they really fill up on the meat. That was awesome. Flavor was good too, and the price was definitely affordable. Overall, I recommend.

I've come here multiple times and each time the service is always nice. All of the food is decent and I like taking advantage of the $1 trompo tacos from time to time which is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We ask for the pineapple to be added onto our pastor tacos even though it's canned pineapples because it's good with the pastor. The elote I got wasn't my favorite but that doesn't deter me from going again They have a condiment bar to grab all of your toppings and many snacks to choose from. The space can get crowded but there's extra seating in the other room.

Food is bomb. They do accept tap. Service. They mostly all speak Spanish. It's such a cute spot.

A solid four stars. Honestly, dollar tacos in this day and age is supremely rare. If you know of more dollar tacos spots, please let me know! I know this place is pretty authentic, since the people taking my food asked for one of the customers to help translate English to spanish. We ordered 6 trompo tacos for 6 dollars, and i also got 1 churro. We ordered everything to go. When i got home, i couldn't believe how much food we got. I expected paltry portions since i was only paying a buck for each tacos, but its a lot of food. I got full off of only 3.5 tacos. And the churros were so good, i didn't wait to go home to eat, i ate it inside the store. Make sure you get the one with caramel. This place is fairly large, as they have two different rooms. I didn't see anything sitting in the room off to the side, but i'm sure if you ate there, they wouldn't mind. I think the owner owns both the taco shop and the meat market next door.

Went there today because the taco truck we were going to for lunch was closed and glad we stopped by! I think if you dine in, you can sit and get service. But, we didn't know that and just ordered at the counter. The server was super nice and came by to check on us multiple times, still! We ordered the Al pastor trompos, and it's legit trompos. Which is what we like! Tender and packed with seasonings. We had a torta and some tacos and they were so delicious! The torta has cheese grilled into the bun so you get some nice crispy action from the cheese as well. Bun was soft and delicious, too. All of the ingredients were fresh. No complaints! They have snacks and Mexican candy and we also ordered a half pound of the chicharron to snack on. I do believe the carniceria next door is also theirs, we didn't have time to stop by, though. Next time!

The tacos were delicious!! I even tried the pineapple on my pork taco, it was a pleasant surprise. The location is great! Wait staff does a great job and the ambiance is fun!

The trompo here is superior! The carne asada is delicious as well, everything I've had from here is so good I'm definitely a loyal customer. Their frijoles charros prepparados are bomb! They come with trompo meat & cilantro cheese & onions in them Service is always lovely! And ambiance is casual/chill Also I will forever love their salsa bar, they take care of their people!

Meat had a bunch of fat, not much flavor and completely forgot to add the beans we ordered. Highly do not recommend.

We wanted tortas today so we ordered 2 asada tortas and one asada quesadilla. When we got home I saw the quesadilla was wrapped like a burrito and the meat looked off. Then we opened the tortas with the same meat. It's definitely different, tasted different and it was super chopped. Pretty disappointed with the change.

These tacos are only worth it if you are paying a dollar for them. Otherwise I would not bother coming here again.

Yelp is on a roll! Nothing is better on a cold day then Frijoles Charros (Mexican Bean soup). This was sooo good, spicy (nose is still runny) and really made my day. The soup had chopped up hot dogs, lots of pork and bacon, onions, different types of peppers and literally was perfection. Served in a cup making it easy to drink! The street taco's were so good. I had the Barbacoa, Asada and Pollo on flour (homemade flour tortillas at that) with a little condiment bar where you could add as much cilantro and salsa as you want. Speaking of Salsa, their green avocado lime is absolutely the best. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and service super fast!

First time visitor, definitely will come back again. Authentic taco spot with a nice homely aura to it. Employees were very friendly and while I was only there to pick up food I was there long enough to see how they interacted and treat customers. The tacos were great and with all the fixing.

I'm currently delivering for Uber eats and while doing that, I usually stop to get food once a day. I absolutely love street tacos, so try various taquerias when I can. I've tried various ones throughout Irving, Arlington, fort worth, etc and this one I was far from impressed with... They don't speak hardly any English, which for a taqueria is usually a very good sign (though ordering can be a pain sometimes lol). I tried one of each of their tacos ($2 each, pastor on special for $1). I wasn't overly fond with any of them. Also packaging was a pain since I eat in my car (listen to my music, etc and relax before clocking in again). They had the cilantro, onions, and like in 1 bag, tied so tight, was huge pain to open. They also had 1 lime... For 5 tacos... The hot sauce was another matter entirely. Only 1 type, also tied in a bag too tight to open, so had to get creative. Unfortunately while I put a lot of hot sauce on my food, it was nearly flavorless and no spice to it at all. Overall, mark this one off my list of places to return to

Food was the worst wouldn't even feed it to my dog! Spent 50 bucks on 2 lemonades , 4 tacos and a quesadilla ! 50!!!!??? Meat was wayyyyy over cooked.

Everything was really good. My Spanish is not too good but they were really nice about it food was delicious

I came here early in the morning to try their food and waited outside . The store hours show it opens at 9 and it's 9:16 they haven't opened they are just walking around inside . They can atleast let us know their hours have changed

Great little neighborhood taco joint. Food was out fast, and pretty dang good! I had the street tacos on corn tortillas. Can't wait to come back and try their breakfast tacos. They do take Apple Pay!!! BIG plus!

This place is a fantastic little kind of a hole-in-the-wall place on Sylvania just north of Yucca. Their burritos are excellent, especially if you get them with Frijoles y queso. The Frijoles Ranchero are excellence. I highly recommend this place!

They have charro beans which not easy to find in Fort Worth. Menudo was delicious. The service was ok they had one person working this night.

Great food and even nicer people. So nice and kind I felt as if I was being served at my abuelitas house. Will be back!

Barbacoa tacos and campechana quesadilla is really good. Al pastor is bland. would only recommend when they have the $1 al pastor tacos on Tues & Thursday

I'm a very picky eater and have 0 complaints!! I'm sitting here like Mrs. Piggy eating every last ounce of taco. The salsa is to die for, it comes in a little baggie just like back home. I got the tacos de asada came with a baggie of salsa, cilantro and onion with two limes and even grilled onions too. My boyfriend never eats all of his food but he did not leave a since piece of meat in his tray. Have to try this place !!! Yum

This is a grate place they have delicious street tacos and a delicious green salsa,grate service the only reason a gave them a 4 stars is because the salsa bar is very small and you have to wait for the other person to finish to get your salsa And cilantro but that's the only reason I don't gave them a 5 stars

This place is Sooo good! I am from Los Angeles and thought I wouldn't find a taco spot like the ones from LA but I was wrong! Quesadilla is small but good, the tortas are also good and their trompo is my favorite! Must try if you are looking for good Mexican food!

Tacos are great very filling and come With a lot of meat. Tortas are amazing and so big and yummy.

A little hole in the wall taqueria, which always have the best tacos of you ask me. If you're in the mood for tacos their tacos de trompo are chefs kiss!

Y'all, these tacos/tortas/ frijoles/ quesadillas are the BOMB. This has been my spot for awhile now. Never been disappointed.

Cool spot on Sylvania Ave. I came with my Familia, today we were a group of we put two tables together to sit, the waitress was super accommodating. I ordered tacos, One of Asada and one of Trompo. I liked the asada better. I prefer my Trompo a bit more seasoned but people in my party did like it so it is up to your personal preference. The meat was tender and thoroughly cooked. I would like to try the quesadilla on my next visit. They have a good menu, no options for substitutions that I know of at this point. They have a cute salsa bar which I'm a big fan of. I hate when restaurants are cheap with their salsas!! I also ordered a cup of the frijoles a la charra (regular, not the prepared ones) and loved them so much that I ordered a 32oz to go order for my hubby for Later. Service was nice but the waitress was not super attentive. We ordered 1 taco of each meat to sample everything and the waitress was confused and only brought out 4. I would still go back as it was an easy mistake. Important to note limited parking is available out front but there is additional parking in the back of the building. The dining area is a little bit tight. I wouldn't recommend it for larger parties 6+. The only reason this didn't get a 5 is because the waitress messed up the order.

service is fast and food is good. period. first time in and got chicken tacos. the meat was ground and not shredded and full of flavor! the avocado salsa was bomb too.

It's okay. I tried one of each meat and I think I would go more for the carnita tacos for sure. They are not stingy with their meat either. They are super loaded

I went here on a Tuesday on a whim. It was great! They had a Tuesday special - trompo tacos $1!! They have awesome green sauce too. I highly recommend!!!!

Barbacoa tacos were delicious! Juicy, tender and full of flavor. The charro beans were amazing, unique flavor but also delicious. The green sauce is a must! On a street full of Taco places I would give this a shot.

This restaurant is a Great place to eat tacos. They also have a Clean and friendly service. They have a wide variety of meats and they even have burgers, kids nuggets, fresh fruit drinks and menudo!!!

My husband and I have found another taco spot for our taste buds..the asada corn tacos was amazing..the meat was perfect for me and the fact the salsa bar was all u can get made the tacos soooo much more tastier...as someone said previously it's annoying when other places as stingy and cheap with the cilantro, onions, and especially the green crema sauce...my husband enjoyed his asada quesadilla as well... we will be back!!!

My elderly mother went to pick up an order of tacos and paid with a card. she didn't write in any tip, and an employee there added a $15 tip to her bill; she checked her online bank charges and caught it then. She was refunded the 15 dollars, but that is taking advantage of the fact that some people don't check their card charges and the fact that she is an elderly person. Very disappointed. Make sure you pay cash or check your card charge.

Just moved from out of town, this spot is within walking distance. Pretty affordable hole in the wall, I ordered some meat à la carte to go, barbacoa was delicious and they packed it up with a small bag of cilantro & onion as well as some hot sauce. Would definitely go again.

Quesadillas are small wish they were bigger. The tacos de trompo and agua de piña were delicious though

There food is amazing !!! I've gone to different taco shops and their food is so flavorless but los irresistibles they have such good taste especially their salsa really good and spicy I always go to get the torta de asada or the trompo burger

Just down the road from the job and they have amazing tacos and an assortment of Mexican candy, very friendly people and super reasonable prices got five tacos for 10 bucks I had the tripa and carnitas both were excellent and the salsa was green and really good will definitely bring my friends and family in

My new favorite taco spot! I'm from Los Angeles and trying to find a taco spot in TX was so hard, but I gave this place a try and love it. Their tacos de asada are so good, their salsas are really tasty. Definitely worth a try!
