Tacoteca Mexican Grill

We ordered quesadillas and came with two kids who felt comfortable with the atmosphere. The food was great and prices were reasonable. It was nice that they served 100% halal. But the bathroom was out of order and the employees could’ve been more outgoing.

These guys are putting Chipotle a run for their money. They are not shy with the protein portions. The food here is delicious and some of the entrees can easily feed two people. They have a good selection of options and everything looked fresh. I got a steak bowl, I can't wait to come back and try some of the other things on the menu.

Okay by far, the most giant burrito I've ever seen in my life. I was pleasantly surprised by the quesadilla size as well. Everything was soooo good. My only personal complaint is I wish the queso/gauc size was bigger. But overall great experience, super cute location and the food was excellent.

Amira was extremely patient with me and my party of 4. We each had different orders and she fullfilled them perfectly and in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!

The food was delicious and the portions were amazing. Also the staff were patient and very polite. Lastly, the dining space was clean and orderly.

Their food is always sooo flavorful and fresh and they have so many options. The customer service is good too. I feel good about putting their food in my body and have recommended to many colleagues and friends who also really enjoy it.

I've been here twice and it's a convenient spot for filling fast food. It's set up similarly to chipotle, with a casual ordering style. You walk in, choose a burrito, tacos, bowl, etc, and then pick toppings to go into it. There's many options, such as Spanish rice or white cilantro lime rice, several meats, and veggies or fried cauliflower. I love the fried cauliflower! For about $12 / entree, you get a ton of food. They don't skimp on food so it's a good deal. We grabbed chips and queso. The queso was better than others I've tried but nothing compares to tex mex queso. Better than chipotle's though! Staff have always been super kind and accommodating. Restaurant itself is pretty clean and usually not too busy so it's fine to eat inside!

Very mid food - ordered two different kinda nachos (its chipotle style assembling where you tell the people behind the counter what you want - but what they DONT make obvious is after a certain amount of toppings they start charging you extra...) I wouldnt care about the price if the food was good but the chicken was bland, the queso had no flavor, and the hot salsa shouldn't be called "hot." Only bright side was the steak but it simply couldn't do all the heavy lifting

I went here during the city lunch rush and I thought the friendly staff handled it well considering they just opened recently! I got a burrito with honey chipotle chicken which I think will be my go-to protein from here. The chicken was flavorful and not dry at all. The burrito I got was a really good portion--they do not skimp! I got the cilantro lime sauce and chipotle sauce on the side to taste test them. The cilantro lime could definitely be more cilantro-limey but it's a good sauce if you're looking for something mild. The chipotle sauce was my favorite from the two as I felt like it had more flavor. Their online ordering system looks easy to use which I think I will have to use since it gets busy quickly!

Food is cold and tasteless. I got a grilled chicken burrito and can honestly say it's the worst burrito I've had in my life. Avoid. I took 5 bites and threw it away. My wife did the same with her shrimp bowl. The portion size is good. I don't like to write reviews but had to make an exception to warn others

had the "loaded" nachos. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! don't waste your money here for "Mexican" food. Uses store bought overly salty nacho chips. Mexican rice was plain brown. The pico was just bland diced tomatoes. The pickled onions given were chopped plain red onions. There was absolutely no cilantro at all. The "grilled" chicken was not even a 1/4 cup of tiny cubes of dryed out chiken with no flavor and no "grill marks" Canned black beans straight out of the can. Oh, the corn salsa, consisted of frozen yellow corn and chopped minced tomatoes, no flavor, no grill marks and no cilantro anywhere The "cheese" that was thrown on top and not melted at all, was a cheese blend out of a plastic bag. Real "Garbage" and a waste of $17.00 - will never go back for that crap

I had a wonderful experience here at Tacoteca! The food was very fresh and very good portioned. The service was also professional and very warm. The ambiance was just also very wonderful. 5 stars.

The food is good and you get a lot of bang for your buck. That being said... this is meant to be conveyor belt food. Homies working in there are so slow I thought I was in a simulation and they froze. They literally move like they are in reverse. Half the time you walk in and they don't even know you're in the building. I thought I was harry Houdini in an invisibility cloak the last time I popped in. I pray these workers never have an emergency descend upon the restaurant bc before they even have time to frown or fart the whole building will be burned down.

Awesome food and great service right in the city center. Unlike most competitors, this Mexican grill truly uses top notch ingredients. Definitely recommend

Nice little spot - clean, good food, quick, nice people. Happy to have stumbled on Tacoteca. Will definitely order from again soon.
