I went to the drive through to get a crisp meat burrito and was bombarded with question after question from the gal inside, I politely declined the 5 sales attempts, and then after she asked me for my personal cell phone number, I drove off and said no thank you. I mean, that's a little quick don't you think? I don't even know if you can cook! All joking aside, asking for personal information is about as brilliant as a post. That's why there was nobody at the drive through besides me. And I left. Good luck with that!

I am an avid lover of Taco Time. I am from Lebanon and this is where I started my love of their food when I was a youngster (1988 ish). Specifically the Soft Taco with Beef and consider it a treat whenever I get one. However, I have tried the Soft Taco many times at this location over the years since I moved away. It's never been as good as the ones in the Tacoma area where I am now. And the last time it was simply terrible. I stopped in at about 9pm (4/12/2025) and order 2 of them for just over $10, one for me and one for my fiance. There was more tortia than filling, and no sour cream. It was dry and tasted like nothing but tortia bread and the hot sauce I put on it. It was worse than a frozen burrito from the grocery store, at least that has some filling. She didn't finish hers and threw it out after a bite or 2... I was hungry and finished mine. I will not be back there again and I seriously think that the franchise should inspect this location for consistency and quality, and if they will not comply with standards, they should have the Taco Time name removed. If this was my first experience I would assume all stores are awful and I would never eat there again.

Nice people, but they don't start door dash orders until the dasher arrives which is a HUGE inconvenience for the customer and the dasher. If they made the orders as they arrived it would be nice.

Decent mexican-american fast food. When they don't mess up your order. Be sure to get a receipt and check your bad before you leave. They forgot 2 of 8 items I ordered, and I didn't notice until I got home.

Service was good. The tacos were full of lettuce and hardly any meat. It was disappointing

Their food is always fresh and super good 😋

They charged me for my sour cream and salsa go in my cheesy quesadilla but all I got was a cheesy quesadilla instead of my cheesy quesadilla with sour cream and salsa in it and I paid extra for that and they refuse to make me a new one .

Amazing so much better than taco bell freshly cooked and there stuffed fries are the best

Ash personally contacted me and apologized. He offered me to come back and try again. I said maybe in the future, but not right now. I know this was most likely an isolated incident, because I ate there so often, during that time frame and never got ill before. But it leaves one wondering if it was tainted food with all these food recalls this year.

Double check your order... and after that check your order again. Very disappointed with how patient we were and how we were treated after waiting patiently and not receiving the correct order. I understand most are over-worked, but it makes more work for you guys in the long run to have a bad attitude toward paying costumers.

Ordered my food. After waiting 20 minutes I could see her taking my food back out of the bag they put it in rechecking each item. It bothered me that the girl handling money at the till with gloves on was the one handling each item through the recheck with same gloves. Finally she hands it to me. I asked what the problem was? She said no problem. I pulled away and realized she forgot the 12 units of hot sauce listed on my receipt. I knocked on the pandemic reasons locked door to ask for hot sauce. No one would come. I had to wait in line again to get hot sauce. Told the person at the window what happened and it didn't seem to bother her. Poor service and careless about germs. We have some great Lebanon restaurants that need your business and care about customer service. They need better training.

Pulled into the drive thru after a long day of work. Guy on the other end cut me off rudely twice when I was trying to specify what I wanted and did not want on my burrito. Didn't even finish ordering. I just left and went somewhere else.

Unfortunately my pregnancy cravings got the best of me and I wanted mexi fries. Well, went here tonight and got two large mexi fries for the husband and I and all I got was tater tots with no spices to them. From my understanding they've always had spices on them.... also, found a fuzzy cooked into one of them. Needless to say I threw away about $7 and am not happy about it.

Great service! The young lady at the window had a very good attitude and made me feel welcomed! When I asked her a question she didn't know the answer to she asked two other employees until she found out for me! The food was good and fast! The only down side is that when she was taking my order she stuttered a little and I couldn't understand her but there machines are hard to hear out of anyways

Dropped down the rating because I nearly forgot that your food is prepared here by people who don't wear gloves. At least at Taco Bell you'll the runs, but can be assured they were at least wearing gloves.

Food was cold upon receiving items in drive-thru. Tortilla was raw, beans were cold, and the whole burrito needed a lot (a lot) more seasoning. Safe to say I'm never eating here again

I ALWAYS get great service and food here. That may be because my daughter works here (NOT the blonde mentioned earlier). The place is always clean (including the restroom, because you have to borrow the "potty key"), and I'm always satisfied when I leave.

What a huge disappointment tonight. Got old dried out tots and cold empanadas. While at the drive up wimdow... The girl who took the order literally wadded up the bag our order was in and handed it to me and shut the window and walked off. She did not thank me for the order or even say something like ..here is your order. She said nothing and slammed the window closed. She did not come back. I had to knock on the window and the other girl was mopping the floor. When I knocked she looked over at me then rolled her eyes and dropped the mop and opened the window. I asked her if my order came with a coke... she says how do i know I didn't take your order! Wow.... don't these children have any supervision?

We arrived at this location for a quick bite before we traveled over the pass back to Bend. It was my husband, myself and my 9 month old. The cashier had to ask if they had refried beans because I wanted a side for the baby. When I asked if they had a baby changing station in their outdoor bathrooms she said no so I asked if it was clean enough to change the baby on the floor of the bathroom. She said they lost the key to the bathroom. Okayyyyyy. I changed a poopy diaper on a table in the restaurant. I hope the owner reads this, makes spare keys and adds a baby changing table. Our experience and rating would be much higher.

5 people working in there at 3:00 afternoon, never get the order right! None of the workers wear gloves even after handling money then preparing food!!! Rude and argued with me as to what I had ordered. Very very disappointed, as I live on the Coast and it's my favorite Mexican restaurant. Lazy, unsanitary and rude.

Lebanon Taco Time use to have good service, but lately it has gone WAY down hill. Too many high school aged girls with holier than thou attitudes, talking about inappropriate things and about people. Not a good thing to do when customers are in the restaurant, save it for later. Most of the time lately, they all act like it is an inconvenience when you want to order something and God forbid you come in with one of the coupons that Taco Time sends you when you sign up on their web site. They all end up saying they don't know how to put in the item on the coupon along with a lot of immature eye rolling. My suggestion...... Get someone in there to actually supervise or manage these "children" and you might get more business.

Went to this location today July 8th at 11:00,we ordered and sat down there was a heavy set girl with dark hair behind the counter who proceeded to talk extremely loud and was explaining how stuff gets stuck under her finger nails when they get long and then started a total bitching session about another employee who was not there.This went on and on so I went to the counter and tell the heavy set girl that she was very unprofessional and if she wanted to talk about other employees to go in the back room we did want to hear her loud voice tearing apart another worker.So she really copped an attitude went into back room and started talking about me!! This woman has NO CLASS!!!!

The service was absolutely lousy. The girl at the speaker talked way too fast and I couldn't understand her when she answered my questions. She was also snippy. I'd only eaten at this restaurant once before and it was in Reno and they had an entirely different (and better) menu, so I had questions. I finally gave up and ordered tacos for me and a burrito for my son. When we got to the window the same girl was there with a sour look on her face, talked super fast with the total and all, then turned to the girl working with her and continued a conversation they apparently had been having. She didn't even look at us when she handed us our food, she just kept talking and dangled the bag out the window until I took it. I guess we interrupted them!! Then the food was lousy. The meat in the tacos tasted weird and was very ground hamburger. Like slop. My son had a bean and cheese burrito that came with a soda and tater tots. He ate the burrito but the tater tots were cold and the soda tasted like it needed syrup. Overall, I wouldn't waste my time or money stopping here
