Did anyone say prime This is at its very best. Had to travel to Lake Oswego to dine at @tadasushi_lakeoswego it was worth it. Big shout out to Sherreen and Taku thanks for a wonderful #omikaze style feast it was above and beyond. I love this place ! It's not a huge space so it gets packed on weekend nights so you may want to set a reservation. Ive eaten here twice and everything Ive ordered has been delicious. My favorite roll is the Jack in the Back. The shrimp in their shrimp udon soup are so light they melt in your mouth. The soup is served with a broth that's satisfyingly comforting. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

First of all a big thank you for adjusting a big group on a short notice. Went for a team dinner after work and Tada Sushi Studio was cozy yet upscale. The sushi is amazing and fresh as well as the presentation is beautiful. Great collection of sake and other spirits. Definitely a place I will recommend!

Tada Sushi Studio really impressed me! The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. Portion sizes are generous for the price, which makes it a great value. The spicy tuna on crispy rice cakes was a highlight — flavorful with a perfect crunch. The daily special scallop was fresh, delicate, and paired nicely with the garnishes. Also loved the variety in the chirashi bowl, the agedashi tofu, and the comforting katsu curry udon — rich and satisfying. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re a sushi or Japanese food lover!

We love this sushi restaurant in LO. We go often. Tonight’s meal was exceptional : special of scallop roll (! ! !), yellowtail carpaccio; shrimp & vegetable tempura and thinly sliced cucumber salad. Bravo! Restaurant was crowded but we got a great table and excellent service. No leftovers- we ate and loved everything. Thank you!

This place is BEAUTIFUL. The table settings, wall hangings, everything was gorgeous, I was very underdressed. Service was super friendly and prompt. I got the strawberry matcha, it was delicious and beautifully presented. For food I tried the orange roll? I can't remember the name but it was super refreshing, unique and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back. This is for sure my new favorite sushi spot in and around Lake Oswego. Location is great as well, there is a small parking lot, but also plenty of street parking as well.

Stumbled upon this gem! Was working in the area and came across this lovely establishment. Staff were very friendly and seating was excellent. The inside was very clean and music was excellent. The Salmon Nigiri was my absolute favorite and it was so fresh tasting and perfectly cut. We tried a lot of things off the menu and included pictures. Mango roll, Miso were also very good! The lobster roll was out of this world. Even the simple presentation of the food was amazing. I will be coming back to this place anytime I am near. I recommend you do the same as well.

I came here on a second date for some sushi. I made reservations for us in advance but they were not needed on the time/day we went. It was simple and would advise just in case. I did appreciate the fact the staff read my note on the reservation indicating i was gluten free/dairy free and had gluten free soy sauce ready for me. We ordered Spicy Tuna Rice Cake, Jack in The Back, green tea, and seared salmon roll. I really loved the spicy tuna rice cake and seared salmon roll. Overall it was a good experience. There is some parking available with signage that says 60 minutes.

Came here on a rainy day for udon. That was ok but the other dishes were very good. Clearly set up as a nice fancy experience with the design of the place. Service was fine but did feel a little rushed. So the udon noodles were too soft, which is the most important part of the dish. Broth was good. Tempura was good Yakiniku beef was great. Tender, sweet really recommend Hamachi kama - always good If we come back, we'll try the sushi. Mainly if we happen to be in the area.

This is based on my Tada Experience sushi box, since I placed an order to-go. My order was prepared and available for pickup within the estimated time they provided. I appreciated the packaging of the bag and box. The employee handing off my order ensured the items were secure and the drink would not spill. The ambience inside seemed quite nice and there seemed to be a small patio area with a few tables outside as well. The taste of the sushi tasted very fresh, the edamame and miso soup were good, and the variety of sauces packed with the box were a plus. I ordered the box with the option of the green tea drink and it was refreshing. The only thing that's holding me back from 5 stars is the value. When calculating each time individually, I wasn't able to justify the $69 price tag for the Tada Experience box and the amount of food.

This is one of my go-to sushi restaurants. I've been here many times, and the quality is always consistent whether I dine in, take out, or get delivery. The restaurant itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. On one visit, my kids were having a hard time, and the staff kindly brought them a free box of Japanese animal crackers. That small gesture really stuck with me and showed how thoughtful their service is. When I order delivery or takeout, the packaging is always done carefully, and they make sure to include everything you need-ginger, wasabi, soy sauce, chopsticks. The sushi arrives fresh and well-prepared. Sushi is my favorite food, and fish quality is really important to me. I've tried a lot of top sushi places, and this restaurant is right up there with the best in terms of freshness and flavor. It's a place I keep coming back to.

Been trying to check out for a while now!!! Heard and saw so many positive reviews.... Did not disappoint at all!!! Decor and space is very cute, cozy and welcoming!! Staff very informative and helpful!! Only my first visit but definitely not my last!! Had the spicy tuna and ramen!!! So delicious on both accounts!! Highly recommended!!

Really fantastic sushi, beautiful restaurant and the staff are always welcoming and attentive. I have been here a handful of times (mostly for lunch) and always enjoy whatever I order. There has not been one roll or dish that wasn't great. My favorite roll would be the unicorn tail, second would be Kappa Delight (which has no rice). The only downside is that it is on the more expensive side, but the freshness of the fish offsets it.

Loooove this place. Amazing menu and environment. I feel like it's a little romantic nook and so fun to go to for a quick meal or a romantic date night.

We had an amazing family dinner. The kids loved their rice and the fried chicken appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. The lobster roll was a standout, and the hand rolls--especially the Dragon Roll and spicy tuna--were fantastic. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! The staff was incredibly attentive, quickly bringing out the kids' rice to keep the hangry meltdowns at bay. The relaxed yet upscale vibe is perfect, and the location in downtown Lake Oswego is perfect for an afternoon dinner stroll. Highly recommend for a family-friendly, authentic Japanese dining experience! We'll be back!

I have been to twice now. Both times have been great. Great service, comfy vibe and of course, really good sushi! Our favorites tonight were the soft shell crab roll - so gorgeous and delicious! I have never seen it done this way. There was crispy crab in the roll, sure - but there was an entire soft shell crab, adorned with an orchid on the outside! A real show stopper! Another new thing we tried was the silken tofu. Another very pretty presentation and delicious! Sushi lovers unite - and go to Tada!!

A hidden gem in Lake Oswego for sushi! The inside of the restaurant is bright, spacious, with lots of seating. Staff is very friendly and service is quick. I came here for lunch one day and ordered a variety of nigiri, handrolls, takoyaki, and a beef donburi. The portion sizes were good. All of the nigiri I had were fresh and nice cuts. The takoyaki was crispy and full of octopus. And, the beef donburi was generous in its protein. Would love to come back some time!

Loved these, and they're on the happy hour menu! seaweed / avocado salad /cucumber salad Fresh and tasty, these salads are great palate cleansers between bites. The avo salad dressing is so good, you'll want to drink it! Lobster roll One of the best rolls I've ever had! It's on the pricier side, but it's so delicious I might just have to order it every time. This place is soooo aesthetically pleasing to the eye and to the tastebuds. The restaurant is gorgeous and the food is plated so elegantly. All of the food we tried was tasty and full of flavor. Highly recommend for high quality sushi and tasty drinks!

Wow, so impressed! This place definitely lives up to the hype. The interior is remarkable and taking your lady here will definitely result in you getting some. We got the fish over crispy rice starter and some cold house sake. Very hi tech with the hollow glass sake holder having ice in the middle, nice touch. We got Orange Potion and Jack in the Back rolls; both fresh, filling and extremely tasty. To satisfy my rigorous training regimen I also got a chicken karaage bowl. What a great choice ...but definitely got me too stuffed. The servers were lovely, efficient and soft spoken. Real nice to have an excellent sushi studio that checks every box in Lake Oswego. You've tried the rest, don't waste another second or dollar elsewhere, TADA is EASiLY the best. Straight Fire. My Highest Possible Review.

To the point: The atmosphere is very pretty, I've always had good service, everything I've tried, I've liked. To the REAL point: This place has, by leaps and bounds, the most DELICIOUS UDON I've ever had in my life. I dream about it- not even joking. It's happened twice. I become that table neighbor that has a bite and goes "aaahhhhh" in a weird way that makes you uncomfortable. It's cool, I don't care. That's how good the udon is. I only get the shrimp tempura with it- which is always cooked perfectly in texture and taste, exquisite. I found this place by using yelp, typing in udon, and seeing the reviews of people saying the udon is good. Tch, it is not just 'good' to me. This udon is a gift, nay, a blessing, upon my mere mortal taste buds. It is happiness incarnate. And I'm going through a freaking divorce. Byt the udon is divine.

Delicious super fresh big flavor hamachi, hotate gai, o-toro and hamachi kama. Delicious genmai cha. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful little restaurant with convenient parking. Check it out.

First greeted by the sake wall, and well decorated space. Better for smaller parties, and the staff is very friendly. Came in for lunch, good selection from specials to bentos available. Hamachi Nigiri was fresh, and would get again. I liked that they had two options for hot sakes, you usually only get one or house sake. Was filled from the sushi bento and will definitely return for dinner. Ample parking in the lot and it's free!

Tada Sushi is a great addition to the Lake Oswego area! The owners were friendly and our server was outgoing and responsive to us. The ambiance is lively so it gave off the vibes of a great spot for celebrations or special occasions. We ordered quite a few items but the highlights were the Spicy Tuna Rice Cake, Hamachi Carpaccio, and Sashimi Platter Premium. All the fish was so fresh and great quality. I really liked the wasabi sauce that accompanied the sashimi platter, it elevated the flavors of the fish. Highly recommend for a delicious night out!

I just wanted some udon soup, but had the whole experience. Gorgeous restaurant! I was greeted and seated immediately upon entering. Went to wash my hands and found the restroom to resemble an art gallery. Even the sink faucet and drain plug were of Japanese artistic design. Once back at the bar (just me - didn't want to tie up a table), I ordered udon soup with shrimp and hot tea. The tea arrived in a clear glass teapot with a handleless ceramic cup. Had sort of a nutty flavor. I was served edamame! Which I love, so that was a bonus I wasn't expecting. When the soup arrived, it had the shrimp on the side. The shrimp was the most tender I've ever enjoyed. The tempura was so light and delicate - amazing! Of course my favorite thing about udon is the noodles and man, there were a bunch in this serving. I'm no skilled hashi user, and picking up udon noodles is a real test of my limited experience. But I love the challenge. lol! The waitress saw my struggles and very quietly said, "Those can be difficult." as she gently rested a fork on my empty edamame bowl. I persisted with the hashi. Fork that fork! The noodles were perfect, the broth flavorful. I was mystified by the spongy-looking rings in the soup, but I ate them anyway. I am very full. What a fantastic meal!

We loved our first visit to Tada Sushi! The space is beautifully designed, and the service and staff were lovely and gracious. We ordered the Chicken Karaage, and found it to be some of the best karaage we've had - this was homemade and delicious. Also had the hamachi carpaccio, which was subtle and buttery and excellent. The 2 rolls we tried were both great - Jack in the Back, and Birds Nest, which had a pile of crispy onion strings on top. Delicious! We didn't get photos because were were so hungry but we'll get some on our next visit. The fish was so fresh and we loved the everything.

Our experience as a about unique as we showed up 30 minutes before closing. We were welcomed warmly and ordered some sushi and the ramen. They offer to dress nigiri for a small charge (usually $1), which I highly recommend. If you want sushi in the lake Oswego area, give this place a try.

Amazing and beautiful ambience inside. Great location in downtown Lo. Decent service. They made a mistake on our order and didn't take half of my kids order. For how expensive this place, for this crazy price, the fish tasted fishy ( not fresh) the rice is soggy with no seasoning. The spicy tuna on crispy rice was covered in so much sauce. You cannot taste the spicy tuna. Even when you took the jalapeño off. Which probably hid the fishy tuna taste. Grocery store, Sushi would taste better than this and at better price. I can't believe I spent almost $100 for two kids, and one adult. This was a TikTok recommendation fail. The highlight of the place with the beautiful wooden fish hanging on the ceiling and ambience.

Ventured out to LO to check this place out. The restaurant itself was lovely. Cute decor with lots of open seating. The food was also good. They had a variety of options, so if you aren't into sushi, there was an option for you. The hot pot looked bigger than in person, but all in all the broth was flavorful and it was filled with tons of noodles and seafood and beef. Would def recommend!

Service/ atmosphere/ foods were amazing!!! It was my husband's 42nd birthday and we had a late lunch. A good thing about this place is there is no break time so we were able to celebrate his birthday! Sashimi was really fresh and well prepared. Their fried foods were decent! Beer wasn't meet my favorite temperature though it was still great. The server was welcoming and friendly. She provided water for my dog . I think this is the best Japanese restaurant in Portland metro area!

Lucky to live in Oswego. We stop in to TADA sushi about once a week. They have so much great food, we never run out of new tastes. Fish is perfectly aged, cut, and served. The small plates and soups are equally good. The prices are decent for high quality food. Quick, attentive service too.

The service was exceptional and the quality and preparation of the sushi was as good as LA or Tokyo. I was very impressed by the detail design and artful presentation of the various nigiri we tried and the toro melted in my mouth. Also the ikura marinade was to die for. Four stars for this Lake Oswego gem!

Came here after seeing an influencer video which now that I think about it didn't mention anything about the food/flavors directly, just "hyped" up the establishment. Food is okay. The flavors, presentation and portion sizes do not align with the prices.

From the moment we arrived we knew this place cares about its patrons. We were greeted and warmly welcomed. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and all of the people that worked there were gracious. I was beyond happy to say the food was just as excellent. The woman who served us was amazing and those who also helped followed the same manner. The Sushi was fresh and tasty and the chicken Katsu was delicious! They even carry blooming tea, which I love. We will definitely return with family and friends in the upcoming year. I highly recommend Tada to anyone who enjoys Japanese cuisine.

I have been here so many times. I have tried all of the dishes. They never disappointed me. It's always good every time I come in. My favorite is Uni and jack in the back roll. Service always friendly and fast. This is one of my favorite sushi restaurants.

Can't say enough good things about Tada! We had excellent service, great food, and the atmosphere was beautiful. We first ordered several apps for the table and everything came out quickly and tasted amazing. For entrees, we had a varied group of people who did and didn't like sushi and there were so many menu options to chose from for both camps of people. Everyone was happy. Honestly, this is our new go-to!

Had dinner for two on a Saturday night around 7:45. We had no reservation but were seated immediately. Nice embiance. Attentive service. We had the special hotate waza (fresh Hokkaido scallops topped with pickled wasabi)-amazing! Karaage was some of the best I've ever had, and had a wonderful dipping sauce. Crunchy lobster roll was truly crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, and it came with the lobster claws and head with the inner miso-- excellent! The seven wonders sushi was absolutely outstanding; Each piece of sushi had something special and unique to it. Sake was great too. Everything exceeded expectations. This place is authentic, Japanese-owned and run. Highly recommended. We're coming back!

YUMMM! This sushi restaurant unbelievable!!! The uni (sea urchin) and red snapper was FIRE!!! tried to give me left handed kid's chopsticks but wasn't able to but, they tried and went above and beyond the call of duty :) The food was wonderfully presented with a EDIBLE flower!!! The ambiance OMG!!! There was J-pop and some other music playing in the background and there was a party room that could fit...SIX PEOPLE!!! Soooo fun can't wait to come back TADA! :) #YUMMY!

This place is absolutely magical. First of all, it's not too full so the staff actually gives you excellent service. The ambiance is peaceful and calming, and the food is out of this world. - if you like pork, you NEED to order the tada ramen. I feel like if I had cov1d, dengue fever and malaria all at the same time, this ramen would cure everything. It feels like it is warming you up from the inside. Absolutely amazing. - If you like sushi, definitely try the shrimp tempura roll. It is amazing. No further explanation needed. They also have spicy options, actual entree dishes, and various drinks to try. Highly recommend!!!

We were surprised at how hard it was to simply ask for a menu. We had to try to flag down one of the only two servers/hosts and it was not easy to do. Then a server tried to get me to pay the check when I never received my main course. Finally - I had thought this was going to be more of an authentic sushi experience, but it really more of a "novelty" sushi roll place. (Which is fine if that is what you're looking for...)

Food, service, ambiance was amazing! Crispy rice with spicy tuna was delicious along with their ramen. The seaweed salad portion was great for the price. Flavor was amazing, highly recommend!

WOW WOW WOW! I think I found my new favorite sushi spot. Everything that I tried was amazing. The ora King Salmon Sake with truffle oil and salt was an explosion of flavor in my mouth and the Butter Fish ono was smooth and had a gradual spice. I love the traditional japanese chabudai (dining table) and the paper fish light fixtures. Staff was attentive and friendly. What a great hidden gem.
