Their food is very good usually. I thought I found the best Chinese place in bpt. But they messed up big time this time. Not only was the order wrong, but the food was nasty. The egg rolls were old and dry. And a worm was food in my chicken. So if you order here, make sure you inspect the food.

they have birthday discounts. So cool. It’s the best restaurant in the Bridgeport.

I was a frequent customer here they always attempt to overcharge me and the quality of food has changed no longer the same quoted me $49 for a $32 order check prices ! And after seeing the worm picture below I won’t be returning 🤢🤮

Very nice people quality of food went down ordered general tso chicken .. dry no sauce and very over cooked i just kept chewing ... fried chicken wings taste like dish soap smh

My first time visiting this place and was not impressed at all, I ordered the garlic chicken combo (one of my favorites) but this garlic chicken was too salty the name should be change to salty chicken. The rice lacks the flavor of the rice prepared in Puerto Rico, it was missing a few ingredients like green onions and lettuce and it almost had no pork or ham. The French fries were pretty good. I would visit again and give it another try, maybe the cook had a bad day who knows. One change I would make I would take the Puerto part of the name out because it's just like any other Chinese restaurant around Connecticut not like the ones I visited in Puerto Rico.

Great food and a wonderful family

Been coming here over 25 years and was here last year when I visited. Seriously the BEST Chinese food in Connecticut and I will argue! Forget that one star review, she was having a bad day, but if you want great food this is your spot. It's been consistent for over 20 years, the only store on the block still here, great food, service, and that's really all you need to know. Wait...prices are good too. Enjoy!

Really great food, everything was made at a timely manner, and it was reasonably priced was a little high but I understand everything went up

Clean. Clean. Clean. I can find cheaper Chinese food down East main but this is hot, delicious, and a clean restaurant and I pay a lil more for the clean part. No delivery, that's ok. Not sure if they accept debit/credit. Parking is in a small lot share with a library and a metro pcs. Food: Broccoli w/ garlic sauce - good flavor, could've been a lil spicier. Peking style noodles w/ grd meat - Taste was good. Different. Spring rolls - really really good :D

So i have been going there since i was 17 and getting there boneless rib tips and i see now they have new owners. I am very disappointed they didnt keep the same receipe for the sauce. When i called they said they didnt change anything and i can definately tell its different. This was the only place i got them from and now i will no longer be going there. Has anyone else noticed the difference????

The BEST Chinese food spot in all of Bridgeport - hands down! I live on the opposite side of town but it's definitely worth the drive. I don't even mind that they are cash only. FRESH food! Well seasoned and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! My favorite thing to order : chicken wings (cooked hard) with shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg rolls. Their egg rolls are so divine (my mouth is watering just thinking about them LOL). I always call ahead and pick up my food so I never wait long.

Im originally from new york but man this place has some really good food, the first thing you see when you walk in is them cleaning utilities. The chicken wings are huge and they are delicious also they have great portions, would definitely recommend if you are in bridgeport.

Ordered bnls spareribs most of them were burnt. Wings were fresh. Rice not that good.

This place is the best CHINESE food around, not just in town. Have been coming here for more than 20years. No one else compares to their fried rice. Great all around and super friendly owners who are hardworking and keep a clean place. If you are nearby and looking for great Chinese food this place won't disappoint. They are always on point!

Tai Jiang is my secret spot for amazing Chinese food that apparently everyone knows about but never discusses. I've been going here for fifteen years. Huge portions, excellent service, great menu. They've literally been making the same things since 1988 with the same great materials. The dumplings are hand made and the size of my fist, it's impossible to find something like that around here.

Tried to order food once, called them asked them if they deliver and they said "we don't" and hung up on me. Smh I couldn't believe it

Great food and service. Made a special delivery for me even after the snow storm. Forever grateful for that, will be back again soon for more wonton soup and egg rolls !!

Service was not the best!!!!! They tried to "ACCIDENTALLY " take $5 from us and gave us a "FREE" iced tea then charged us for it?!?!?!?! While laughing like we were friends or like I was jokingly telling them they owe us money MONEYYYYYYY?!?!?!

The food here is great. I thought to deduct a star because they don't have delivery but I don't mind going out of my way to visit this place which appears to be a family owned restaurant because of the pleasant family that runs it. Upon visit, the husband and wife there are always courteous and they remember me and my wife, our orders are always prompt, always fresh, and the portions are certainly to my liking. I've recommended this place to many and the responses are always positive.

For chinese fast food i love this place. I live in CA now and the chinese food does not compare. Love the dumplings, chicken wings, pork fried rice... I miss this place!

NO DELIVERY:-/ I recently rediscovered this place and quickly remembered why I stopped coming here. I was just lazy. No delivery stopped me from coming here and that's it. There's no excuse because their food is good. The location isn't the best but and the parking lot is shared by multiple businesses so it can be a challenge to find a spot depending on when you go. Friendly quick service with a smile.

The people in here are so friendly and polite. I have eaten at many-a-Chinese place & Tai Jiang is definitely up there at the top in regards to quality & affordability. Generous portions too! The eggs rolls are fantastic.

This place is GREAT! I've had several different meals from here and every one of them were spot on! The staff are very friendly, the service is quick and efficient, it is clean and the prices are reasonable. I just had one of my favorites tonight...Vegetable egg foo young. It was absolutely delicious! Generous portions are always a plus for lunch the next day. The only downside is that they don't deliver. I live in walking distance so......It's all good.

I love eating from this place. The owners are friendly and the food is better than most chinese restaurant. I have tried almost everything from the combo platters and their chef's special. My personal favorite were the general tso chicken and the boneless spare ribs. When I come to Tai Jiang I expect nothing less from them; they are the BEST!
