Food: The taste is excellent, the serving speed is very fast, and the portion is also large. The price is not too expensive, and the taste is worth the price. Service: The owner saw that we ordered steak and even helped us get the chili sauce that the locals usually share together. The service was superb. Indoor environment: A little bit crowded Overall, it was a very good dining experience.

Google
I've personally been here at least 10 times, and this is hands down the BEST Taiwanese restaurant in the greater St. Louis area (feel free to prove me wrong!). You won't be disappointed! The food is incredibly authentic, just like what you'd get in Taiwan!!! Braised pork rice, popcorn chicken, the classic Taiwanese beef noodle, everything hits the spot!!! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. If you are craving real Taiwanese flavors, this place is a must!

Google
Taiwanese food is something new, and not necessarily knowing how it "should" taste makes me the wrong person to speak of its authenticity. What I can and will say is that it was delicious and spiced just right. Never having seen beef tendon on the menu anywhere else, it was time to give it a try. Different, and not what was expected... but still very good!

We randomly found this restaurant while we were visiting in St. Louis. And now it becomes a must visit place now. The food was very delicious and tasty. We enjoy it every time we visited here. Although three cups chicken is a bit salty last time we visited, overall we will definitely want to be back again. :)

I have been here countless times and the food here is always amazing! For me, Taike has the best Taiwanese food in St. Louis!! The environment is always welcoming. They have tables for dinning in and bar seats for hotpot. My all time favorite dishes are crispy oyster, winter melon clear clam soup, sizzling beef, steamed sea bass, braised pork, stir fried mushroom and bamboo shoots, Peking duck wraps (special menu on the board), and Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Their hotpot was good but not outstanding compared to their other dishes. They don’t take reservation and only take walk-ins. I am usually able to get seated pretty quick but there might be some wait time during weekend dinners. There is a Korean grocery store next to the restaurant which I like to go grocery shopping during my waiting time or after a nice meal at Taike!

I spend 50 dollars for three dishes: Oyster Omelette, Braised Pork Rice and Stick Rice Cake. All of them are extremely disgusting and unsatisfying! Oyster Omelette have smashed pieces of shells inside for the first bite, instead of common tasty egg Omelette you could enjoy a mix of water with starch which having no flavor except the scent of over dated seafood. I bite for the second time to give it a chance, then it go inside the garbage bag. Anyone who is willing to try a good version this could ask me about a recipe that all materials will cost 5$, easy to bake and 100 times delicious than this piece of garbage. Braised Pork Rice is unlike any other same dishes you can see in different restaurants. The small portion of size and the tiny amount of meat will make you doubt the price of the product. At first taste I know this dish came from refrigerator and served through microwave, which is acceptable for a cheap price: however it wasn’t. “Sticky Rice Cake” seems to be a sweet flavored rice cake made with stick rice, but it is not the case. First, it’s not sticky rice, second, it’s not a rice cake. It is a chunk of normal rice mixed with soy sauce, pressed in a cup, pour out pretending to look like the shape of a cake, then sprinkle some ketchup and dry meat floss on top. If anyone is looking at this comment, please know that past positive comments for this restaurant can’t be considered now, since the owner of the restaurant have been changed last year and the quality of food dropped significantly!

Google
Food tasted good, and the service was great. However it was hard for me to find it good value. Both of my dishes were the same size of my hand, for about $20 each, it is very small. Gas pricing around here is only $2.79/gal, which tells me this is not a pricy area. So cost is not an factor.

We came here with friends, and it was our first to try Taiwanese cuisine in the US. We ordered a variety of food which names i can't recall anymore, and they're all delicious as we taste each other's food. We even tried their drink desserts, and we loved them. What struck me most is that their food is subtly seasoned and delicious, not overpowering yet not salty. Everything seemed just right to the taste buds. The serving sizes are also perfect for its price. The only downside dining here is the size of the place. It is small with only about 10 or so tables plus the bar seating. There definitely was a wait. And when we tried to enjoy our dining experience, we were hurried to get done with it as there was a wait at the door. I don't know if we will come back, if so, surely not at lunch or dinner time.

Yelp
One of my three go-to staples for top quality chinese food in STL. In fact, I consider Tai Ke as one of the 3 Kings of Chinese cuisine in St Louis (along with Corner17 and Cate Zone). Staff is always friendly and available. Food is always served up fast and hot! My favorites: Hakka stir fry, 3 cup chicken, braised pork rice, braised pork belly with pickled vegetables, lamb with scallion, stir fried duck with garlic stem, stir fried cabbage.
google avatar

Justin G.

Yelp
Ngl was pleasantly surprised with how solid the food here was. I thought most of all we tried was good, but the standouts definitely had to be the popcorn and three cup chicken. The combination of traditional Asian flavors and a ton of aromatic spice made the popcorn chicken super tasty and the sauce, especially, in the three cup chicken was peak comfort food. Favorite dishes: Popcorn chicken, three cup chicken

Yelp
It's been a while. Went there with friends for lunch on a Thursday. Still maintaining the consistency. Food is almost immediately served.

Yelp
Very friendly service. It was packed when we got there but they quickly accommodated us. They were busy even during an "off-traffic" time. We got several exception dishes, including the steamed bass, short ribs, and 3 cup chicken. We did not do hotpot and opted for family style dishes. Our food came out fast and hot and they kept our rice bowl full. Everything was flavorful. Will be back again the next time I'm in Saint Louis!

Yelp
This restaurant is now where the old Chu Wah restaurant used to be located back in the 1960s and 1970s. It closed many years ago. I came by here to see what replaced Chu Wah's. I went in and tried the food and it was delicious. I recommend it highly.

Yelp
Excellent food , very friendly and helpful servers and a great ambience . The food was delicious and affordable. I haven't gotten to try Taiwanese food before today and this was an amazing introduction. This place is a gem located in a strip mall in Olivette.

Yelp
Everything about tai ke is exceptional. The food came out within minutes of us ordering, the service was wonderful. We ordered family style so we tried Crispy chicken , Stir fry noodles with beef, Shrimp fried rice, Sliced beef in chili oil, Wood ear salad , Sizzling chicken, and Signature 3 cup chicken. Each dish was absolutely wonderful and we had so much food to go around. The ambiance is peaceful and welcoming. Already can't wait to go back!

Yelp
My partner and I were looking for someplace new to try. We got the Bao for an appetizer. SO GOOD. Of course, the bun was so soft, and the pork belly had great taste and texture. The sauce was amazing and the cilantro was the perfect accent. He got the spicy beef, and asked for it spicy. The texture of the beef was amazing and the taste was really good. He ranked the heat at 3 out of 5. I got the Peking Roast Duck Wrap special. The meat was tender and flavorful and it had a lovely sauce in it, as well as some finely chopped vegetables. I wasn't a huge fan of the spinach wrap, expecting something different. The salad on the side was good, the dressing was light delicious. We interacted with 3 employees, and they were all very professional and friendly. Water was brought out right away, and refilled as appropriate. Lovely meal.

Yelp
The staff is always friendly and you really can't beat the price for good tasting food! Loved the salt and pepper shrimp!

Yelp
Best hot pot I've had in Saint Louis area ! The spicy broth was full of flavor and the perfect amount of spicy. The toppings that come in the basic hot pot were the perfect amount as was the portion of sliced beef. I appreciated sitting at the bar and felt that we still had an intimate and casual dinner. The service was great and we were sat immediately and they did a great job of explaining to us how exactly to cook our beef!

Yelp
Tai Ke Shabu Shabu serves delicious Taiwanese food in a convenient location in Olivette with a casual and comfortable ambiance. My table ordered the Crispy Pork Chop Noodle soup which is a simple, yet delicious soup with a tasty pork broth. However, my favorite dish is their signature Three Cup Chicken which has me coming back again and again. Service is surprisingly fast for both dine in and takeout orders, and I think prices are fair for the generous portions you get. They have an extensive menu, including hot pot, that I'm very excited to try next time I visit. Highly recommend Tai Ke Shabu Shabu for your next meal!

Yelp
Tai Ke - a gem in St. Louis Our dining experience at Tai Ke Restaurant was a delightful journey through the vibrant flavors of Taiwanese cuisine. From the hearty Braised Beef Noodle Soup to the crispy Popcorn Chicken, each dish was a culinary masterpiece that left us craving for more. Food: 5/5 Indulging in a feast of Taiwanese classics, we savored the rich flavors of the Braised Beef Noodle Soup, the addictive crunch of the Popcorn Chicken, the comforting aroma of the Braised Pork over Rice, and the savory goodness of the Oyster Pancake. Each dish showcased the authentic flavors and culinary expertise of Tai Ke Restaurant. Service: 5/5 The service at Tai Ke was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. From friendly greetings to prompt service, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. Ambiance: 5/5 Though we dined in, we could imagine the bustling ambiance of Tai Ke Restaurant, with its lively atmosphere and cozy decor adding to the overall dining experience. Even in our own space, the thought of Tai Ke's vibrant ambiance enhanced the enjoyment of our meal. Price: 5/5 Despite the high-quality dishes, the bill came to a reasonable $100 for our meal (4 persons), offering great value for the delicious food and excellent service we received. It's my first time in st. Louis and Tai Ke has earned its place as a go-to destination for Taiwanese cuisine enthusiasts like us!

Yelp
We ordered for a group of 10+ people and were not disappointed with the quality, service and serving sizes. We ordered takeout and the food was still piping hot when we got home. The food smelled and tasted great. We are not local but we would visit again every visit we make to St Louis!

Yelp
Knocked my socks off. Best I've ever had. I'd give 7 stars if I could. Went for lunch on a Saturday and there were about 13 groups there. Nine of them were Asian. The flavors of everything were outstanding. The chicken was tender and juicy. The beef was the same. Couldn't improve on either.

Great spot for Taiwanese food! Definitely coming back to try different things on the menu!

Yelp
I've been to Taike for years since they were in University City location. I love their new location - more spacious, modern looking and they also serve one person hotpot and couple of Chinese drinks/ desserts. I usually order to pick up since the restaurant is always packed, especially on the weekend. When I decided to dine in, the wait for a table has been about 20 minutes or so depending on how busy they were that day. Service has always been amazing - nothing to complain about. My favorite items are the mapo tofu, sweet and sour fish, chili stir fried chicken, crispy oyster, stir fry mushroom and bamboo shoots, and homemade meatball soup. For fish, I recommend the steamed sea bass and sweet and sour fish over the sizzling fish with black pepper sauce. For oysters, the crispy oyster is much better than oyster omelette. I had their hotpot only once time before with a group of friend, so I have to try again and review later. Overall, you will not be disappointed at the food here.

Yelp
From the moment we were welcomed in, we knew we were in for something special. Amazing food! Amazing service! Since it was our first time there, we asked our server for suggestions, basically they ordered our lunch for us and we weren't disappointed, everything was fantastic! They asked us a few questions; spice, protein preferences (or not) and allergies. My mom had the pineapple shrimp, my daughter had spicy beef, and I had the crispy chicken with pork bao buns. The portions are pretty large as we each had leftovers to take home. Do yourself a favor and visit Tai Ke Shabu Shabu, you will love it!
google avatar

Yelp
Food is authentically made and tastes wonderful. We ordered four things and everything tastes great. Service was prompt, fast and efficient. Clean place and people started to come in around noon. I will recommend people and I will come back again. Ordered crispy oysters.. they were nicely done. I-need more sauce for three cups chicken... tastes great.

Yelp
I have enjoyed Tai Ke both times I've gone! They have a large menu and the food service is quick and delicious. I would highly recommend the gua bao - the meat is tender and juicy, it always hits the spot. I have had the pineapple fried shrimp, the Taiwanese sausage fried rice, signature three cup chicken, and chili stir fry chicken all of which you cannot go wrong with! Any craving you have I feel like Tai Ke could fill. Seating is not abundant, but not sparse; if you show up during a busy time you will be stuck waiting, but it's worth the wait.

Yelp
Great taiwanese restaurant, my favorite next to chilispot and kitchen 95. Their fried rice is basic but has great flavor, and their lu rou fan has amazing flavor. I always go for the yan su ji taiwanese popcorn chicken. Service is pretty fast and it's always busy.
google avatar

Sarah R.

Yelp
Great food, fast service, casual and intimate environment. The sticky rice cubes were my favorite dish I had, with the Gua Bao (pork belly bun) being a close second. The wood ear salad was a must try. All great for sharing for the table. I see why the three cup chicken is a favorite - it was extremely tender and yummy and comes out in a cool pot. The stir fry pork noodles were the perfect size for an entree. The Taiwanese beer tied it all together. Definitely going to come back with friends!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow, this place surprised me. Extremely friendly service as soon as we walked in. Ambiance is cool, couple of TV's on as well. Being able to get a hot pot for 1 person is a great concept. I was able to eat my spicy beef while the GF had the beef hot pot. Both dishes were awesome and super flavorful. Also do not pass up on the Taiwanese fried pork chop. Super crunchy with that tapioca coating. Overall, a spot I would absolutely return to. Pro tip: they take reservations online.
google avatar

Kevin Wu Tang ..

Yelp
Tai Ke has a fantastic staff who took great care of me during my visit. However, I don't feel the price is justified. The fried rice, priced at $14.99, was a decent portion but felt a bit on the small side. The bun, at $9.99 for two, seemed overpriced for what you get--while tasty, it consisted of a small folded bun with a tiny piece of pork belly and some veggies inside. Overall, if they were to either lower the prices or offer larger portions, it would definitely be worth a visit.
google avatar

Calie H.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! We love coming here for the spicy beef noodles. Great flavors and bouncy noodles. A must on a snow day. We also enjoy the popcorn chicken. Love the fried basil and five spice seasoning.
google avatar

Yelp
Sensational food and service. Try the Taiwan beer! Ambiance is great too with the various tv channels.

Yelp
Finally got around to trying Tai Ke Shabu Shabu after being in the St. Louis area for over a year. Had the beef noodle soup, and it was seriously amazing. Service was quick, and the bar area is pretty nice too. Definitely happy to add this spot to my go-to Chinese food rotation in STL!
google avatar

Yelp
Tai Ke is one of my favorite places to visit in St. Louis area for sure!!! The food is consistence every time I visit and the service is fast. I also love that Tai Ke has a bigger dining area than many Asian cuisine places. It's bright and inviting also! My favorites include Taiwanese Popcorn chicken, Chittering, Wuxi ribs and the stir fry bokchoy. The chittering is so flocked up and served on a hot dish. The popcorn chicken is so unique and crispy. And the ribs just melts in your mouth. Absolutely delicious

Yelp
We went here with a group of 6 and it gave us an opportunity to try a number of items. We picked this place since it was on the Ian top 100 of 2022. I really liked the flavors. I ordered the Pineapple Fried Shrimp - very tasty and not too pineappley. My top choice when I go back. I also tried the Taiwanese Popcorn chicken which had a large serving. A few of us commented it needed a bit of a sauce - we used the chili oil on top of it. The traditional stir fry was my second favorite. The service was a bit weird in that they brought out different entrees from the kitchen at different times. The pineapple shrimp came out first and it was 5 minutes before anything else came. One of the tables 2 popcorn chicken came as the second item. Then the 2nd order came 15 minutes later. The appetizers came out last. We luckily didn't have to wait but as we were leaving there was a line. We also so a lot of to go orders. The ambience is casual and clean. Nothing fancy. Overall good but not sure it would be in my top 100.

Jack R.

Yelp
Waste of money!! Bland, unseasoned food and porkchops that are mostly BONE for people who order delivery. Ordered two entrees for delivery - a pork chop "meal" along with another meal of noodles and vegetables. Received a single porkchop in a paper bag! There was rice in bag, but no sauces or seasonings were included for the porkchop. The porkchop was cooked, but the whole center of the thing was a BONE! 30-40% of the cut was just a mass of ossified skeletal material that costs $12. A complete rip off. I would have sent it back if we were in the restaurant. The noodles and vegetables were also completely unremarkable and lacked flavor. You may get better food and service if you visit the restaurant, but for delivery, it felt like they were disposing of their food deemed unacceptable for restaurant customers. Not going to waste my time with this place again.

Yelp
I love this Taiwanese restaurant in St. Louis! Strongly recommended if you haven't tried it yet! Never disappointed! So many dishes, hard to choose because I always want to order more their service and food preparation are very very fast! The rice is very chewy too, with just the right amount of tenderness. I always go to this restaurant every time when I am in St. Louis!
google avatar

McKena S.

Yelp
I honestly had no idea a place in STL served hot pot but when I realized Tai Kei did, I had to go! It took awhile to get myself there since the main person I try new spots with is vegetarian, but I finally found an interested friend to bring along. We were very happy with the experience. The food quality was wonderful, tasted delicious, and the presentation was nice. The staff would come around and check in on us and refill our broth frequently. One man gave us a quick rundown of what to do and expect and I was able to inquire with the him and another person on if they thought a certain veg was done or not. Oh, and the tofu was some of the BEST tofu I've ever had. Definitely ordering extra next time. The vibe of the restaurant was really nice as well. Super modern interior. Would be a cute, casual date night. Besides hot pot, they have a huge menu full of food. OH and if you go for hot pot, it's a separate menu so make sure to ask for that!
google avatar

Rena W.

Yelp
Today is lunar new year and my new years wish is for everyone to come to Tai Ke. My favorites are the beef noodle soup, 3 cup tofu, pork rice, and popcorn chicken. It's a bit out of the way but honestly worth it. They don't sell dessert here but ShareSweet is right next door! Service here is the best. Owner of this restaurant is so friendly and talks to everyone. He gave us oranges as a new years gift!
google avatar

Pras L.

Yelp
Fun, delicious, and nicely designed Taiwanese Restaurant. Trendy, bright and many young, hipsters abound. Always impressed by the cuisine being offered here in the St. Louis metropolitan area. This just happens to be next to Sharesweets, which is also one of my favorite eateries here. Service is quick, friendly and they know their menu, so if you're not familiar with a dish, just ask, or be adventurous and just try something new.
google avatar

Yelp
Authentic as you can get. Street food-ish. Wonderful Taiwanese specialties. Diner atmosphere with bar and table service. Owner is attentive

Coach H.

Yelp
Fantastic establishment and overall hidden gem. I've been drawn to Olivette the past few times I've been home in St. Louis due to the Asian food scene. Tonight was one of those evenings when I had no idea what I wanted but I NEEDED it to taste good. So I tried Tai Ke. OMG! The entire place was clean, brightly lit and well attended. Both dishes, Jia Jhaing Noodles as well as the Stir fried chili shrimp. Both were well proportioned and adequately seasoned. My only sadness is that I don't have more. Can't wait to visit again!
google avatar

Grace Y.

Yelp
Truly a must visit. It's so difficult to find authentic Tawainese street food in Missouri, so I am so happy to have found a place! We ordered as much street food as we possibly could, and service was extremely quick. Like most places, dishes were brought out as they were made so everything was hot and fresh. My favorites were the Tai Ke Crispy Chicken and Oyster Omelet. The Braised Pork Rice is very affordable and worth the price as well. Gua Bao is good, but really overpriced. Sticky Rice Dog isn't worth the money either. Between the Tai Ke Crispy Chicken and Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken, the Crispy Chicken is better---- more fatty and chewy. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
The other night my parents and I visited Tai Ke Shani Shabu and it was great experience. We were sat when we walked in and were immediately greeted by our server. The place was just starting to get busy. So we ordered the winter melon clam soup as an appetizer because it was cold and rainy. While we got the soup, which was delicious, we ordered our entrees. The soup was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. We got the Beef in Chili oil, Bok choy and Salt and pepper shrimp. Everything was delicious and was spiced perfectly. We will be back!

Yelp
First time here for family dinner. Everyone in family loved their dishes Awesome food, decent prices. Great services. Will come back real soon. E10, TS1, R6, TS7, Thank you

Yelp
Went here a few mins ago and forgot to review. Food was terrific, really. Great spice for non-Asian and loved trying different things. Service was friendly and place was casual and busy. Will be back

Yelp
Non-descript strip mall restaurant with authentic, outstanding food and lovely, fast service. Will stop by again when in the area.

Yelp
Tai Ke is has the best authentic Taiwanese food in St. Louis, hands down. From when they were at their old location to the new one in the past few years, food is consistently good and the staff here are awesome. You can't go wrong with any of their dishes on their menu - some of my favorites are the three cup chicken, mapo tofu, bokchoy, pork belly, braised pork rice...the list goes on and on.

Yelp
We love this place!!! Stumbled upon it on a whim and have been back 5 times in a month and a half. The service is SUPER speedy (but not pushy), the staff is friendly and attentive (without being annoying), and the food is just ridiculously good. Even when I've gotten things I that weren't my favorite, I still really enjoyed them. The owner is there all the time and is always so friendly and happy to be there. You can tell his employees are happy to be at work too. Just tons of kind vibes. My top recs: bao, popcorn chicken, and spicy beef with garlic stems. But you really can't go wrong. So thankful to have such a great place in the neighborhood. Give this place a try -- you will not be disappointed!

Yelp
We came in on a weekend for dinner, and we were barely too late for shabu. So I recommend coming early if you want to snag some before they're sold out! We decided to try the other food and it was pretty good! Ambiance overall is like your typical Chinese place. Service was good. - Gua bao (4.5/5): these were super yummy! Love the pork belly, so tender and so much flavor. Pretty fatty but it made it good! - Tai ke crispy chicken (4.5/5): we loved the crispiness of this, didn't taste too oily or anything. So good and very filling. - Sizzling tenderloin beef (4/5): lots of sauce and veggies. Beef was cooked well. Also too much sauce overall but still tasty. - Stir fry noodles with shrimp (3/5): good but nothing special. Noodles didn't taste super fresh. - Signature three cup chicken (3/5): a tasty chicken dish, chicken wasn't dry. Good overall, lots of bones though.

Yelp
If you're looking for an Asian spot in STL, you must HIGHLY consider this place!! Environment: One of those casual yet sort of fancy restaurants with an open ambiance with high ceilings that made the restaurant feel spacious even though the place was packed. They have high top seating for those looking to eat Hot Pot, and normal granite tables for those looking to order a la carte entrees. The servers were accommodating for our large group and made sure that we were seated timely and together; however, they were a bit short with us. We decided it was understandable considering how busy they were on this Friday night (wait times of near 30-45 mins to be seated). Despite this, we were constantly checked on and made sure we had water/utensils/etc. The service was really quick, probably about 15-20 mins after we placed our orders which is super impressive! The only downside is that our entrees came at different times. Seems like their kitchen pushes out entrees as they're made rather than doing tables all at once. Food: They have an expansive menu that all seem to have slightly different flavors, but overall capture the essence of Taiwanese cuisine, including Hot Pot, noodle dishes, fried rice, Street Snacks, and classic meat curries/entrees. We ordered the Three Cup Tofu, Sizzling Chicken, Chili Stir Fry Chicken, and Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken. Each entree comes with white rice on the side. All of these entrées delivered big bold flavors that packed spicy heat as well. The Chili Stir Fry Chicken is one of their specials, and it is evident in the perfect cook on the meat, quality of ingredients and the flavor. The Sizzling Chicken came with an awesome presentation, similar to getting fajitas at a Mexican restaurant, and was a "wow factor" for the table that got us excited to dig in. The Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken is a sweet-and-salty combo with some chilis on top for heat-- they're also crunchy to provide texture amongst the other dishes. Perfectly cooked white rice is a must, and Tai Ke did it flawlessly. Rating: 4.5/5, the food is fantastic, some of the best Asian cuisine in STL. The service could be friendlier. This place seats first come first serve, so you better get here early if you don't want to wait! We will be back to try their Hot Pot next time for sure! We all know Tai Ke has some pretty solid competitors like Chilispot and Cate Zone, stay tuned to see how they compare!

Yelp
I found this place by happenstance & man am I glad. I had business in the area & saw this restaurant. I looked at the reviews and just had to try it. Per the reviews, it is authentic taiwanese street food. After a long perusing of the menu, I decided upon Chili Stir Fry Chicken, Chitterlings, & Water Spinach. My entire meal was a delight. The service was great but I will tell you, it fills up quick so a reservation may be good if you have a large party. The atmosphere was really chill. Several TVs had Chinese news & arial views via a drone. If you happen to be in the Olivette area, give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
Tai Ke has been a staple in the dining scene on Olive Blvd for what feels like forever! My friend and I stopped by on a Thursday evening to get some dinner before we headed to the airport, and I was thoroughly impressed by their quick service and tasty food (as always). I'm a personal fan of the sizzling tenderloin beef, the braised pork rice, and the Taiwanese popcorn chicken. My Taiwanese friend says it's comparable to what they serve in Taiwan! The beef was very tender and the braised pork rice was extremely flavorful, as always. It was a lot of food for the two of us-- prices have gone up like everywhere else, but the portion size and worth for your food is still very reasonable. Although I didn't get it this time, I also love their crispy pork chop. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Tai ke has to be might favorite place to eat in creve cour, i feel like i eat here at least once a week. My go to pick is either the crisply pork chop platter or the Taiwanese sausage platter. The park chop is so crispy and the season the breading so well the sausage they have is slightly sweet which is a good difference in taste that compares to the sides it comes with. They both comes with rice that they normally have little pieces of there braised beef. it also come with their seasonal sides, which were their tofu and bean sprouts. Everyone in the restaurant is so nice and help you out with anything they can. I still have to go back to try there hot pot.
