"Run by former Nobu chef Karu Wedhas, Tail & Fin serves poke and sushi burritos in a trendy, minimalist space in Summerlin. Menu items can be ordered as sushi burritos, poke bowls or salads. For poke bowls, diners have the option of having their meal served inside a hollowed out — and very Instagrammable— pineapple. The OG poke bowl, which includes ahi tuna, slamon, yellowtail, and poke sauce, is always a good choice." - Krista Diamond

"Like Las Vegas itself, sushi burritos are so unusual they’re kind of brilliant. Tail & Fin, which was created by former Nobu executive chef Karu Wedhas, has two locations within T-Mobile Arena. The casual fusion restaurant lets hockey fans create custom sushi burritos or choose from signature options. A must-try when cheering on the Golden Knights is The Golden Knight sushi burrito itself, which features salmon, surimi, pineapple, and jalapeño." - Krista Diamond

This was surprisingly good. Walked in and didn't expect this place was going to be good according to their staff but they were very sweet and helpful. Food was made fresh to order. The miso soup was actually good as well. Easy 3-4 step to order and the experience was fun and I must say the food was delicious. Definitely recommend.

I live around the corner and when I get my sushi itch, I come here for one of their burritos. Manager is always happy and greets us and the employees are super friendly! Great flavors and always tastes fresh!

The food was super fresh, and the variety of protein, toppings, sauces, etc. was excellent. Fairly inexpensive too. I had a couple of sushi tacos and poke in an avocado boat for about $10. Sushi tacos were a bit messy to eat, but very tasty. My friends had a sushi burrito (the shrimp tempest) and it was large enough for 2 people to share. The poke bowls were also generously sized as well. The avocado boat was extremely filling since it was half of large avocado. Also the restaurant was very clean. The service is a little slow, but it really didn't bother me at all. Definitely worth trying this place out.

The food was really great! We tried 3 burritos, 2 kinds of tacos, and originally made an effort for an avocado boat. The avocado was hard as a rock so we switched it out for another set of tacos. They were very quick to accommodate the change. I chalked it up to first day glitch in giving us the hard avocado to begin with. The boat itself looked amazing and as soon as they are in season, I will definitely go for the avocado boat again! Pineapple Express: I prefer salmon over any other sushi fish so I might ask them to switch over to salmon from ahi. I will also get double fish I think. Pineapple was slightly overpowering but still delicious. Crabby Bastard: pomegranate, who knew? Right? What an amazing addition! I would get this again and make zero change to it! I forgot the third one we got but it was first on the menu: not my fave but was favorite to one in our group. Actually each of these three ended up as one person's fave, one person's middle choice, and one person's least favorite. So all and all they are worth a shot! Tacos: kinda messy and sauce is sticky so bring wipes or something! You pick a protein, a veg, and a sauce. We got a set with ahi, cucumber, and sweet chili sauce. The other set was salmon, cucumber, and honey sesame aoili. The ahi is minced, which I am not a fan of. Tasted good, but as mentioned I usually trade for salmon anyways (and in this case it was cubed which I like better). The sweet chili sauce was good but we didn't pick the best combo I think. The salmon and honey sesame was just right! We ended up getting a second set of those. Overall I can see that this is going to be interesting and fun to play around with the combinations they have to offer.

Come here at least once a month. It's a family run business which is a plus. Everything is incredibly fresh. Everything on the menu is amazing and they even let you create your own masterpiece. They are all super nice. Great place to grab a meal and chill.

I love the food, but the service is painfully slow and apathetic. I am a member of their loyalty program and have been there enough to earn a free bowl. I kept hoping they would get better with time...but if anything they are getting SLOWER. I think I won't be back. Whatever you do...DON'T order the chicken or shrimp. This will add 15-20 minutes to your wait time while the standard sushi sits out and heats to room temperature. If you want to wait "sit down restaurant" time for counter service...the food is good though...

I love this place. I have been 5 times in the past three weeks. The tacos are a real value. You pay 5.00 for two. I also had the bowl which is enough for two or three meals. Plus the fish always looks fresh! I hope they have continued success and start opening locations in California next.

I'm an addict! I eat here at least once a week and likely more than that. My favorite is a build-your-own rice bowl with spicy tuna and sauces. What a great place to eat. Fast food that isn't trying to kill me, and the flavors are phenomenal! They are fast, tasty, friendly and fun!
