Good food but I was not a big fan of the chicken shawarma since it tasted more like a chicken curry sauce. But overall it’s worth the try. Don’t forget to sign up on their app to get $5 off on your first order. Good gluten free options.

I ordered my food over a kiosk. I was prepared in about 15 minutes. The food is warm, flavorful and best of all healthy what highly recommend this restaurant I know they have franchises around the city, but this particular one I went to is on Broadway.

I wanted to love this place because when it’s good the food is great. I’ve been 3 times in the last week but I won’t be returning. The pita I received was stale and it ruined my lunch. First time I went there they were blasting Spanish music and you couldn’t even hear the cashier. That didn’t happen again but now stale food! Never had an issue with Kati shop or Naya. Both those are within 30 yards from this location.

Taim is pretty amazing and their food is absolutely delicious. Workers are nice and attentive. I take away one star as I didn’t get all the toppings I ordered. Their falafel has also shrunken so much in size it’s laughable. It’s still one of the best falafel I’ve had in NYC. Crisp on the outside. Moist on the inside. Never dry.

Ordered online but their system went down so had to show them my order and wait in the front. But to apologize they were giving out vouchers for a free entree so it's all good. Ordered the honey Harissa steak bowl to eat during my lunch hour and now I want to take a nap. 5/5 taste 0/5 for productivity

Very good falafel and hummus. There are many combinations that can be done without gluten. I had the hummus and falafel bowl, and the lemonade.

I needed a quick falafel sandwich on a friday night and this was perfect! The server was quick and very calm. Food came out fast and it was a full sandwich. Packed well, easy & not messy to eat
