Clarissa Wei’s ‘Made in Taiwan’ Is About More Than Food | Eater
"A repository of Taiwanese tableware whose midcentury platter was loaned to style a photograph of braised egg and bean curd in the cookbook; the museum’s material holdings were used to help evoke historical and domestic aesthetics and tie recipes to the island’s visual and cultural heritage." - Martha Cheng
A really lovely little museum with a beautiful and interesting selection of dishes, bowls and other ceramics. The owner is very welcoming and kind and answered lots of our questions. If you are nearby definitely stop in for a visit.

Small museum but a huge collection. The collection has works from different periods in history so for everyone there is something to see. If you don't have a lot of time and you are in Yilan, it's definitely worth the visit.

Nice little museum to spend some time here. The collection here easily put Yingge - the city famous for ceramics - to shame. They were not yet ready in 2019 but expecting them to be fully prepared for better storyline and background describing.
