Taj Dubai

Stay at Taj Dubai was a great experience. Rooms were spacious with good views, nicely decorated and clean. Service was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options for everyone. Loved the food from their Indian restaurant. Everyone from the hotel service team was kind and friendly towards kids, which made the stay more memorable.

One of the best hotels I stayed in. The service is amazing. Very attentive and kind. A perfect 5 star hotel from A to Z. Great breakfast selection, nice tapas restaurant, and a delicious Indian restaurant. The gym is well equipped and the pool area with the pool bar is heaven in the middle of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. I could not find anything negative. Thanks to the entire hotel team for their service.

We stayed 2 nights and it was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. They allowed us to check in early, way before the standard check-in time and even gave us complimentary breakfast, which wasn’t included in our original booking. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy and the service was top notch. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including a live station where they made fresh dosa. Highly recommended!

Dhiraj at the front desk is equally impressive, always courteous and helpful.||Housekeeping and room service are prompt and efficient, maintaining the highest standards. The bell desk and concierge deserve a mention too — they arrange transportation within minutes, making everything effortless. Check-in and checkout are always seamless, a detail that makes a big difference when you're on a schedule.||Taj Dubai continues to be my preferred choice, and I look forward to returning soon.

The service was excellent of each and every staff member. We were treated like royalty from the check-in staff to the restaurant and room service staff. The room was great too and yes the pillows were awesome. Special shout out to Khushi, Pooja, Bholi and Rohit.

Impressive Hotel. Makes you feel at home. Loved the Molten Brown toiletries in the shower room. Impeccable service rendered all throughout our 3 nights stay. Dinner at Bombay Brasserie was too delicious, generous portion and they were thoughtfully served with details. Shout out to Dianne and Saif, who are deeply committed to guest relations! I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of Burj Khalifa from the window was absolutely stunning. There was an unexpected water outage for a few hours during the night, which was a bit inconvenient, but the hotel made up for it by offering us a complimentary dinner at their restaurant — a thoughtful gesture that we appreciated. Also, I accidentally left my watch in the room after check-out, and the staff kept it safe for me until I returned to pick it up. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would recommend this place!
