We ordered tapas expecting dishes to come out staggered, but everything arrived at once with the mains. When I asked, staff said the kitchen was too busy—something most restaurants manage fine. There’s no mention of this on the menu or online, and it meant we had to rush through food before it went cold.
No check-back during the meal, and the chef on the pass had earphones in, which just came across as unprofessional—especially in an open kitchen. The food itself was OK but nothing special. The rice came in a plastic bag, which felt half-hearted and odd for a dine-in experience.
Service was rushed and impersonal. Staff kept asking for our order before we were ready, and there wasn’t much warmth or enthusiasm. They added a service charge, which I didn’t remove, but honestly didn’t feel it was deserved.
To top it off, the toilets were a mess—unclean and clearly not checked regularly.
For the price, I expected much better. Wouldn’t return based on this experience.
