Talea - Review - Midtown West - New York - The Infatuation
"Talea, known for their sour beers and big taprooms, just added another one. Their Penn District location is their fifth, and third to open in Manhattan in just the last year.
We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
Went here for a private event. The Talea team was attentive, quick, and friendly. A variety of beers on tap and frozen cocktails readily available. The location is convenient for a gathering where people are coming from all over Manhattan and other boroughs.

This is their fifth location, and it keeps the same great vibe! The tasting set was a fun and thoughtful way to figure out which beer suits your taste — different people, different preferences. I really love their style, their approach, and the laid-back atmosphere they’ve created.

First timer .. great location. Right next to Penn station .. I was walking to catch a train and saw this place . Looked interesting and went in to try.. lots of space inside .. lots of tables to sit and eat/drink . Perfect place for a group of friends … service was ok.
They had a good collection of IPAs and regular beers . I tried a hazy IPA and it tasted really good . They had a few options for hazy and went by what they suggested . They also have regular draughts/ wine 🍷 / cocktails and soft drinks . Wish they had some food along with the drink . They had some quick bites but nothing g solid .. they also had some TO-GO beer / IPA cans ..IPA was good. , But I thought it was a little expensive . About 12-14$ with tax . Good experience overall but could be better if they had good stuff to eat . 4 stars .⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

From what I was told by Josh, a staff member, this is the only one of the 5 taproom where one can customize their beer flights and 4 packs. The location is easily accessible by mass transportation.

We recently held a 30 person event at TALEA and had a wonderful time. The team was easy to coordinate with and very helpful before and during our happy hour. The space is new, bright, and great for socializing. And, everyone enjoyed their drinks and the atmosphere. We hope to return for future events!

Dishonest marketing, $2 off beers for Knicks games and $8 happy drafts and neither applied. Two beers was $24 and they were half pints. Great atmosphere and beer, just not straight with customers.
