We had the 4 hour tour and it was amazing! Spencer was our guide and he knew so much about Frank Lloyd Wright and his house and his family and his life. Spencer was truly one of the best guides we have ever had and we travel a lot. The 4 hours flew by. I would highly recommend this tour.

Amazingly transcendental experience! I'm a huge Frank Lloyd Wright fan, and seeing this truly ticked a box on my list. The employees were truly friendly, the tour was great, and the gift shop has absolutely gorgeous items for purchase. Highly recommend if you enjoy touring Historic Homes or are architectural nerd 🤓

We did the self guided tour and we loved it. We could go at our own pace, deep dive into areas we wanted to and guides were posted along the way to help us. We want to go back again for sure.

My wife and I are huge fans of Frank Lloyd Wright and have toured ten of his houses, including Taliesen West and his Oak Park home and studio. FLW never fails to disappoint! Taliesen East is incredible and worth the tour. It is fascinating in different ways than Taliesen West as fat as materials used and layout. Must buy tickets in advance. There are several tours to choose from and we chose the two hour house tour.

I took the tour yesterday (7/11/25) with my 80-year-old mother and her two friends. I was originally just going to drive them there and make sure my mom could enjoy the tour (she has some vision problems) but within 10 minutes I was completely enthralled with the tour! Our guide, Bill, did a great job of balancing education with history and some funny stories. It was one of the most interesting tours I’ve taken, and I ended up buying a book on the house so I could learn a little bit more. The folks in the gift shop and the restaurant were also super helpful and welcoming. A great visit all around!

What an extraordinary experience visiting Taliesin, Frank Lloyd Wright's personal home and architectural laboratory! This 800-acre estate showcases Wright's organic architecture philosophy in its most pure form. Personal highlights: The way the building seems to grow from the hillside Beautiful use of local limestone and wood The dramatic cantilevers that seem to defy gravity Wright's personal living quarters and studio Stunning views of the Wisconsin River Valley The integration of nature with architecture
