This place is worth trying at least once. Ordering is done via kiosk, there are two available and tipping options pop up right away. No long waits in line, once you order, food and drinks are brought directly to your table as they’re prepared. Depending on your order size, wait times range from 5 to 30 minutes.
The drinks arrived first, and they were great (sweet). Lemonades are refillable, but Horchata is not. You’ll need to ask for refills when someone is available or catch a staff member as they bring out food.
Ten minutes later, the ramen and three tacos arrived, followed by the burrito with chips and the new crunch wrap about 10 to 15 minutes after that. The loaded fries came out next, and finally, the dulce tres leches. If you're expecting a traditional tres leches cake, this isn’t quite it, I’d skip it if that’s what you’re looking for (would not recommend).
Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, but it’s not somewhere I’d rush back to. The food is good but not great, and the service could use improvement, especially with tipping being prompted upfront. If I had to recommend anything, it would be the drinks (perfect if you like something sweet) and the tacos, particularly the Bang Bang Shrimp tacos.
