Its latest venue, located in an out parcel of the Mall of Wellington Green, features graffiti-adorned walls inside the dining area. The menu offers a variety of taco options, including birria, carne asada, mahi mahi, and, the fan-favorite, Caribbean tacos with marinated steak, sliced plantains, cotija cheese, and avocado ranch dressing. BEYOND WONDERFUL PLACE!!!!!! The second I walk in the atmosphere was very uplifting, warm, & lively!!!! Along with the beautiful artwork around the walls is so eye catching and vibrant! Along with my family with me who were also starstruck. THE FOOD 🤤😋 beyond DELICIOUS! I ordereder Carne Asada tacos and Horchata beverage, Was very yummy in my tummy!!! There are so many options available on their menu. And don’t worry the tacos don’t actually talk verbally to you. They just talk to your tummy and make it happy.!!! We all loved the food !!! Extremely satisfying!!!!! Now when it comes to customer service, I was blown away by the EXCEPTIONAL Josefa!!! She helped explain everything and guide us through placing our order all well-being. Absolutely fabulous with her genuine self. She truly cared, and that means a lot. Edgar As well gave amazing Customer Service, very kind very helpful very sweet! Made the place feel even more homey !!! Thank you all at Talkin’ Tacos Wellington employees , fabulous staff, scrumptious food, and warming positive vibes! Made my first experience delightful!!

This place is worth trying at least once. Ordering is done via kiosk, there are two available and tipping options pop up right away. No long waits in line, once you order, food and drinks are brought directly to your table as they’re prepared. Depending on your order size, wait times range from 5 to 30 minutes. The drinks arrived first, and they were great (sweet). Lemonades are refillable, but Horchata is not. You’ll need to ask for refills when someone is available or catch a staff member as they bring out food. Ten minutes later, the ramen and three tacos arrived, followed by the burrito with chips and the new crunch wrap about 10 to 15 minutes after that. The loaded fries came out next, and finally, the dulce tres leches. If you're expecting a traditional tres leches cake, this isn’t quite it, I’d skip it if that’s what you’re looking for (would not recommend). Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, but it’s not somewhere I’d rush back to. The food is good but not great, and the service could use improvement, especially with tipping being prompted upfront. If I had to recommend anything, it would be the drinks (perfect if you like something sweet) and the tacos, particularly the Bang Bang Shrimp tacos.

It's my first time visiting this location and the service was amazing. I chose the self checkout option and the lady there helped me through the process. The service was great, the workers checked in with me to see if everything was good. Food was very delicious. For the price, I'll definitely come back.

Google
One of the best Mexican food spots I’ve been to in a long time! The atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and full of energy — it really made the whole dining experience feel authentic and fun. The service was excellent — friendly, fast, and super attentive without being pushy. I ordered the chicken burrito, and it was absolutely delicious — packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and generous in portion. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Google
This is the first time there. The tacos were well seasoned with a refreshing blend of pickled onions. I will definitely be back! Also make sure if you are leaving a tip in cash give it directly to the server.

Josefa was amazing. She was very attentive and helped me go over the whole menu, since it was my first time here. She was kind and patient and checked in with me many times while I was eating. The food was great and Josefa was a pleasure. Thank you for a great experience :)

Google
Food was great. The service was awesome. The nice woman completely broke down on how to order at the kiosk and offered recommendations from the menu. Price is a bit high but I think the overall experience was worth it. The loaded nachos were great. I will return

Wow! The food here was phenomenal! Everything we ordered was hot, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious.

Yelp
First time in a Talkin Taco and the food was soooooooo good. Unsure of how to order and unfamiliar with the menu, Elisa was my guide thru the experience. The food was amazing and worth the $$.00. The atmosphere was high energy and younger then me but it was fun and I will defiantly recommend. Keep up the good work and Elisa is a keeper!

Yelp
I'm very disappointed with my recent experience. We specifically requested to have the sauce removed due to it being mayonnaise-based, yet the order still included it. When we reached out, we were told we'd have to purchase another order despite having spent over $100. We were really looking forward to supporting your business, but unfortunately, this kind of customer service makes it difficult to continue doing so.

Yelp
Too expensive for the quality. We paid $50 for 2 small entrees (3 tacos and 3 birria tacos plus guac.) My tacos came out 25 min before my husband's meal and the guac and chips platter (which I was waiting for to add to the tacos...) so...it was ice cold. Music is super loud. Ordering is on touch screens and the items don't have much description in the system so it's hard to know what you're getting without holding up the whole line. Guac was slightly watery - pretty average. Got a ton of chips but, you have to pay separately for both items so kinda annoying. I did not like the chicken taco at all - like a weird chipotle mayo and bbq chix vibe (not Mexican tasting...). The steak was pretty boring and chewy. Disappointed overall because it has such high ratings!

Yelp
I loved my taco salad. So for me the restaurant would be 4 stars. There was parking right outside. And inside the casual restaurant was decorated perfectly for a Mexican/taco place. We came here to meet friends. They'd seen the restaurant on the TV show, "Check Please" and wanted to try it. We were happy to meet them. You order and pay at the kiosk. But there was a very nice guy who helped us navigate the ordering process and allowed me to have shrimp on my salad as opposed to steak or chicken. It was only a small up charge which was fine with me. As a said, I loved my salad. In addition to the fresh greens, there was tasty guacamole, pico de gallo, corn, cheese, and the aforementioned fried shrimp. Even the large flour tortilla bowl that the salad was served in was crispy and addictive. Our friends had a chicken burrito and she had a vegan trio of tacos with mushrooms, onions, pico de gallo and black beans. They said their food was okay, but not great. They were disappointed. So for us, we were pleased and happy... and I know I'd go back and order the same thing again. Although their Birria tacos would be another great choice.

Yelp
Definitely a must when it's late at night during a weekday. The inside of the establishment is a vibe, the service was quick and to the point. I had a quesadilla, it was a bit too greasy but overall good. Check them out!

Yelp
For starters, I am happy to have a location in Palm Beach County. Lots of choices to order from. Food is delicious, the interior atmosphere is fun and artistic. Food is prepped in a timely manner. Staff interaction is pretty minimal as you order on a kiosk and wait for them to bring it out. But they are nice. Prices seem a little overpriced but it could be the area.
google avatar

Stacey C.

Yelp
This place is just so/so for me. Can't say I would go back but the food was decent. We went in the evening after 11 it was. A little busy

Yelp
At Talkin Tacos in Wellington, I enjoyed a pleasant experience overall. I tried the shrimp burrito, which was good. The ordering process is modern and efficient, handled entirely through a computer, so the only interaction with staff is when they bring your food and drinks to the table. The standout for me was the Sunrise Punch--a truly amazing specialty drink that was very very refreshing and a nice touch to the meal. Overall the venue is very clean and the designs inside is beautiful!

Yelp
Thanks Talking Taco. The best taco place in town. The foods are great. The portion is Texas style big. Best of all they use HALAL meat.

Brad G.

Yelp
Looked OK on the outside, but quickly disappointed after ordering. Birro pizza was swiftly served but tasted like a soggy dishrag. The order of birro tacos never came to the table, until I got up and questioned it. Staff people were polite, but the mgmt system was broken. Was our 1st and last patronage at Talkin Tacos.

Yelp
Okay been here a few times now. I can say the food neverrrr disappoints. I loved the Birria ramen, street corn & the new item that looks like Taco Bell's Crunchwrap (but betterrrr). Also it's a vibey spot with good music. Staff has always been nice and quick. Would recommend trying out!

Yelp
Good food and pleasant service. Not fancy but nice atmosphere. Prices average for Wellington

Yelp
I came back for some birria tacos asked for the cheese on the side. I was disappointed. The meat and the consommé lacked flavor and there was just a hint of onions and cilantro dashed in for posterity. The cilantro was mostly stems. I really wanted to enjoy but even with the cheese it was missing that extra flavor it had when I first tried.

Tony V.

Yelp
Ordered a trio taco (Berria, mahi mahi and pork. All three are fantastic. Highly recommend

Yelp
We visited this establishment today after having numerous positive experiences at the Miami location. However, the Wellington location has some work to do. Food: the tacos were pretty good. The beer tacos were the best I would say that second the southwest chicken tacos were Eesti according to my daughter, and the Caribbean steak tacos, which are usually my favorite left a lot to be desired. The tortilla was not hot. The steak was overcooked, and , it just didn't have that same pizzazz as they normally do at the Miami location. But I went there for tacos and those were really good the juice that you dip it in was kinda off it just seemed bland. Service: They don't really offer service here. My tacos came out first then my daughters came out over 5min later. I had to ask about them. They brought mine and didn't mention anything about her missing tacos until I asked. Our taco order came out and was good. But we waited for a while, and when they brought them out, there was no apology offered. Ambiance: Not food related but the bathroom stunk to high heaven. Not a temporary funk just an unkempt funk. Made me not wanna eat there. lol place was slow and dark. Nothing shot this location made me wanna go back. I'm sure there are birra tacos not as pricy at a less chain-ish spot.

Yelp
I came here with my son after spending a hot Sunday afternoon at the park. I had a coupon for free chicken tenders or a quesadilla (from the light menu) with a taco entree purchase. The restaurant wasn't busy when we entered a little after 2:45. There are two kiosks to order from. I had waited for an employee because I knew I had the coupon and didn't know how to account for that in the kiosk. The employee just took the coupon and told me not to ring up the chicken tenders on the kiosk, easy enough. I ordered the carne asada tacos (3) (14.99) with a blu-strawberry lemonade (4.99). The lemonade was amazing. Very refreshing and sweet. I would have loved another but I wasn't paying another 4.99. The carne asada tacos did not disappoint. Very flavorful and the portion size is great. I don't doubt whoever they have back there in the kitchen. My son (3 years old) enjoyed his tenders (3) and fries. For this to be deemed a "light" menu item, the portion size is huge. We definitely had two tenders to take home for dinner. I look forward to returning to give the Birria and the chicken tacos a try.

Yelp
TBH, it should be a 3.5 but it's more like a 3.9ish. I ordered on the Talking Taco app because my sister and I wanted to surprise our cousin during her lunch, I placed the order around 11:40 and it said it would be ready by 12:05 which was perfect because it gave my cousin time to eat. We picked her up and headed over. We got there by 12:10 and we know the location since it used to be Hot Chicks, and prior to that Submarine Crab boil. The decor has changed to fit Talking Taco, it was great, I love the art and decor. They had self service tablets. We told the person behind the counter that we were picking up an order, he looked at us and it was clear to us that he was not aware that there was an order. He asked how we placed the order and I told him through the app. We were told that they were "still working on the order" but that's code for they haven't started since they just saw the order after I mentioned I ordered through the app. We waited, hoping that our order would be finished in time so our cousin could eat. The manager at the time noticed that we have been waiting for quite some time and asked if he can get us dessert (tres leches) but we were not interested, we asked if we could have the lemonade instead. He said most certainly, it was very nice that he was trying to make up for us waiting so long, he brought a blueberry, mango and strawberry lemonade, they were all pretty sweet like candy but I liked the strawberry one the best. By this time it was 12:40 when we received our food. My cousin had to rush and eat so I'm not sure if she was able to taste it. My favorite thing out of everything we ordered was the esquites or elote. The grilled cheese birria came with tomato bisque, it was alright, not bad. The birria tacos were alright as well. I really enjoyed the steak rice in a fried tortilla bowl, I love the crunch with the rice, it just needs more steak. It is a little bit out of our way, so I wouldn't come back unless I was in the area. I think it needs improvement on online orders because it almost seems like they don't get notified or they are very diligent on checking.

Yelp
This was a quick find on Yelp. As we drove through the rain, we braved it out and arrived to the fun spot. We went at night and the inside was lit up with strobe lights. The orders are done on kiosks, which was user friendly. When we had questions, there were staff members that had answers. We sat outside under the covered patio and the order came out within 15 minutes. The strawberry Jarrito was a nice refreshment. The birria Ramen was great! The bowl was filled with consommee, birria, cilantro, and Ramen noodles. We split a side of Mexican rice, which was plenty for two people to share. The smooth service and friendly staff made us feel welcome and we enjoyed everything we had to drink and eat. We were asked periodically if we needed anything and our dishes were taken up when we were done. Less talkin', more tacos!
google avatar

Jim H.

Yelp
Well not for us. Spent nearly 60.00 for tacos that were equal to Taco Bell flavor. Service was friendly however the birrira tacos lacked flavor. The consommé was weak. Guacamole was ok. For us it's once and done. Would rather goto a place that has more ambiance and a bar would be nice. This is more of a lunch place. All the tacos were friend. And weren't crispy. Overpriced for what it is.

Yelp
On 2 separate occasions within 3 months either me or my wife got bad food poisoning from this place. My wife ordered it from work at Wellington Regional and got as sick as I've ever seen her. Last night, I ordered it for the 1st time since that situation took place. Now I'm sick as a dog, in bed all day puking my brains covered in sweat, and running back and forth to the restroom. Both times we ordered the steak in our food. It's a real shame, because we both loved this place but at this point, never again.
google avatar

Yelp
Finally got a chance to stop in and try this place out. I am a taco lover to the core so I'm surprised it took me this long. I took away a star mainly because of the ordering setup. I am all about tech and efficiency but their setup is NOT efficient. You have to order from a kiosk and there are only TWO. The line gets backed up because if people are ordering a lot or not sure what they want, it can take forever. Now that's all the negative I have. Everything else is on point. The atmosphere the food and everything! I recommend the bang bang shrimp tacos and the birria tacos. I also got the southwest chicken taco. It wasn't bad but just meh. Overall I will definitely be returning to try other menu items. Top notch taco spot.

Yelp
Food hits they just take way to long with preparations it be like 30 minute wait but foods good
google avatar

Yelp
Fantastic Halal Mexican spot with a super cool vibe! The birria was great and the carne asada was very well made. The cali burrito and loaded nachos stole the show
google avatar

Tash M.

Yelp
Was in the area & stopped in for lunch had tacos & a burrito. The tacos were a little dry but had flavor. The mango lemonade I had high expectations for it didn't taste like mango or lemonade , not sure what it was but it was terrible. The burrito is pretty big & was tasty. Restaurant is decorated very nicely!
google avatar

Princess R.

Yelp
Everything was huge & incredible! Nachos are soooo good & has extra guacamole & salsa! Corn in the cup is delicious classic! The birria grilled cheese was perfect! dont forget the blue lemonade is addictingggg! service was incredibly nice & helpful! decorated beautiful inside as well, just dont like how dark it is when im trying to see my food :)

Yelp
Love this place!! Their flavor creativity is out of this world!! And it doesn't hurt it's a stone throw away from my house, I think if they ever moved I'd move with them!!

Bill J.

Yelp
Tacos are fantastic! I love coming here after work. The food is consistently great. Staff is accommodating and always takes good care of us. Great food!
google avatar

Rita K.

Yelp
Although the food is pretty good, the self ordering computer system makes going here too tedious and long. Not worth the wait. Order online for take out or before you get here Sometimes too much high tech is too much
google avatar

Abigal H.

Yelp
Obsessed with the steak burrito & the street corn. A door dash sure thing every time. Love that they also have horchatas

Yelp
Finally tried Talkin Tacos today and what better day then a Taco Tuesday! I've been wanting to go since they opened last month and Im so glad that I had the chance to stop in this afternoon. I ordered there Taco Tuesday Special for $15.99 which you can chose your taco meat as well as your side. I ordered the carne Asada tacos with the Mexican Street Corn hold the takis ontop. I LOVE street corn and this did not disappoint. The flavor was just right with a hint of spice( I cant handle heat) but still able to taste all the flavors in the mixture. The serving size of the corn was bigger than my expectations. My Carne Asada tacos were packed with meat. The only thing I wish that was on them was that white Mexican cheese. They had a green sauce on them (again not spicy) that was very flavorful. It was only me in the restaurant this afternoon around 2pm. I was kinda taken back though that the entire time, the staff to the restaurant was behind in the kitchen area where they couldn't be seen. I get they are working, but it was just awkward sitting in the restaurant alone with not even the work staff behind the counter. I would recommend coming and trying it. It is on the more expensive side for a "quick service" restaurant. I do know they are in the new 2024 save around coupon books.

Ana Y.

Yelp
Food is substandard. No flavor, chicken overcooked and dry. Birria is bland and has little flavor. No punch at all. The broth was just tasteless Save your money...

Karen R.

Yelp
First time I visited here and placed an order to pick up. The service was fast, the staff were nice, and the food was absolutely delicious! I had the bang bang shrimp tacos and loved them! The guacamole was the best I have ever tasted! The street corn was amazing and I even loved the blue lemonade! Thanks so much!

Yelp
I ordered two burritos and an order of chips and pico to go. I was unaware that Chips came with the burrito so we had a lot of chips. Chips and pico were very good, however not enough pico for all the chips (not including the ones with the burritos) the burritos were okay. Mostly just meat and rice. I saw a few shreds of lettuce and a tomato, Not very flavorful. Also they do not make any sort of hot sauce in house. Only offerings were Cholula and other bottled hot sauces. I will try again for a taco see if that is more successful. As for service I didn't have contact with a person for almost the 15 minutes I was there. I was asked for my name about about 2 minutes before someone brought out my food. Ordering is done from a kiosk which feels pretty impersonal.

Yelp
We ate at Tackin Tacos today, this afternoon and my boyfriend and are super sick right now throwing up We ate the Birria Taco Trio. We thought they tasted a little off, it wasn't delicious, not a great flavor, tasted a little burned, over cooked or old. Well, we are now pay for it dearly. Our weekend off has turned into hell.

Bea K.

Yelp
I was happy to see a new taco place near home. I walked in and there were no employees around. There were two kiosks to order food and no menu in sight - so it took awhile to get to the kiosk and then time to look over the digital menu. The birria tacos were ok but there was too much of some spice, maybe tarragon. The only drink offered without sugar is water. I was surprised that they don't serve ground beef tacos. And it's not cheap. I doubt that I'll try it again.
google avatar

Lois S.

Yelp
First they add a very hefty tip to our order without telling us. Then we get our food and I just wanted some salsa. They don't have salsa at this Mexican restaurant but you have to order the pico which is almost $7. And if you want it after you get your food plan on it being 15 minutes later. My husband had the Caribbean tacos and he said they were good. I had carne asada tacos and I would not recommend them. Our lunch wound up being over $55
google avatar

Lori M.

Yelp
I ordered from Uber eats but will have to pay this location a visit. The food was soo good. I had the birria ramen and the elotes. 5/5
google avatar

Shelby E.

Yelp
I am very impressed! A co-worker and I ate here for lunch the other day and the food was delicious. The service was excellent. The ambiance is super cute. We will definitely return.

Yelp
We arrived (party of 4) and placed our order via a self service kiosk to dine in and found a table to sit while we waited. Our drinks were brought to our table and food soon followed. It all looked and smelled delicious. Everything was amazing, the meats were so tender and juicy and nicely seasoned and bursting with flavors. The taco order brings three tacos. I honestly thought we were going to have to order another round of tacos but after seeing how nicely packed these tacos were, I knew three tacos was more than enough. We ordered the loaded nachos to share and wow... Best loaded nachos ever! Lastly, we ordered the strawberry and cream and cookies and cream churros to go. They were a nice touch to end our dinner date. I was extremely pleased with the food, and the service. Spending an hour at the establishment, talking and eating with our friends, seriously took me back several years. I have to give them props for their amazing 80s and 90s music choice, it truly made the evening that much better. I'm already planning another taco night at the talkin' tacos! Highly recommended!!
google avatar

Rebecca V.

Yelp
the food was really good and the building looks super cool! the churros were amazing!! great place will definitely be going back!

Jelen C.

Yelp
I order from here minimum once a week and never get sick of it. The bean burrito is all I could ever want in a meatless burrito. Perfect for vegetarians. The birria grilled cheese is other worldly. Honestly, the meat is so tender and flavorful-I can't get enough of it. The elote is also fire.
google avatar

Virginia P.

Yelp
Great place to eat for the whole family. The staff was kind and helpful, tables were clean, and food came out fast. The inside is beautifully decorated and comes to life at night especially. Will definitely repeat.

Sofia H.

Yelp
AMAZING! Best taco bowl I've ever had. I had it without beans and rice and lettuce instead and wow, so good! Service was great they're super polite and on top of things

Tricia H.

Yelp
Update: Saw that someone also posted they got sick from their tacos the same day me and my husband got food from this place. The food was decent when I first tried out this location 2 months ago, I've told friends and family about this place. After the first visit, every time I go the quality started going down. I recently spent $50 on Saturday night for 3 orders of different tacos and became ill. This place is open till 2 am and I placed my order for pick up at 12:25am. Granted, because it was late the chances of getting old meat is possible but for a location that stays open till 2am... there is just no excuse. I even called the store to let them know that the old taco meat they sold me and my husband made us SEVERELY sick and the owner said "well you can't prove it". We will never come back to this location again. I've warned anybody I referred this place to initially, how disgusting the food has become and the customer service.

Michael A.

Yelp
Very cool decor and upbeat spot. To order everything is through an iPad service was ok weren't the nicest but good enough. Food was very good we ordered the chicken burrito, steak tacos and ramen beef. Plenty of food great size portions. Also the guacamole and chips were out of this world. The best would recommend restaurant.
google avatar

Lauren B.

Yelp
I had been so excited to Give Talkin' Tacos a try after it opened several months ago. My husband and I went on a Wednesday night and it was busy but not overly crowded. Since it was nice weather we chose to sit outside at one of their handfuls of outdoor seating options. I ordered the Birria tacos and my husband ordered the Bao Bun Birria tacos. Both of our meals were mediocre at best. There was nothing special about the flavoring which I found to be incredibly bland, even the dipping soup had no flavor. The bao buns were more like a flapjack than a bao bun. The bao buns came with french fries which were very soggy and the tacos do not come with any side, which I find to be incredibly chincy given the price of the entree. While it wasn't unedible, I can easily say this was a tried it and now I won't ever go back places for me.
google avatar

Harry B.

Yelp
Food::4 stars, good alternative to chipotle with different flavors. Service: 3 stars. Ordered takeout couple of times and their service is slow.
google avatar

Eddie C.

Yelp
Overall the food was ok, maybe my expectations were too high. Birria tacos were just ok, they gave me two chicken tenders out of what was suppose to be three, then paid $3 for a tablespoon of refried beans. In conclusion these tacos aren't talking about nothing.
google avatar

Eireen S.

Yelp
Pretty good fast casual spot. I've had the steak al pastor, mahi mahi, and shrimp tacos here and they were delicious each time! The tacos are loaded with mouth-watering toppings such as cilantro, pickled red onion, pineapple, cotija, etc. However, I recommend requesting your sauce to be put on the side instead. They get pretty heavy-handed with the sauce which causes the tacos to become pretty soggy and fall apart.
